Joran Van der Sloot, In the End Justice Will be Served for Natalee Holloway & Stephany Flores, Does it Matter How Long?

JUSTICE FOR NATALEE … JUSTICE FOR STEPHANY.

Local CBS Birmingham, Alabama TV 42 ran a story regarding how long justice will take in the case of Joran Van der Sloot. The question that needs top be asked is, what difference does it make how long it takes to hold Joran Van der Sloot accountable for the crimes against Natalee Holloway in Aruba and Stephany Flores in Peru? As long as JUSTICE is served!

It could take years to unravel the multiple mysteries of Joran van der Sloot and the women alleged to be his victims.

So what’s taking so long to achieve more than speculation?  You have multiple countries, multiple jurisdictions.  Van der Sloots a Dutch citizen living in Aruba suspected of crimes involving Peruvian and American citizens.  He was arrested in Chile and has recently been indicted by Federal officials in Birmingham of wire fraud and extortion for allegedly taking money from the Holloway family for information about Natalee…and then providing no information.  More on extortion indictment.

For the many who have followed the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway since 2005, they have already waited 5+ years for justice for Natalee. The family of Natalee Holloway has also been through 5+ agonizing, roller coaster years dealing with the cover-up, deceit, corruption on cronyism in Aruba and the lies, confessions, retractions and sociopath game playing of Joran Van der Sloot.

Joran Van der Sloot has been arrested multiple times, been interrogated on many occasions and confessed too many times to keep count, only to be not formerly prosecuted by Aruban legal authorities because as they claim, he lies. Well no kidding folks, the sun also rises in the East, what difference does that make? Aruba has been dodging their responsibility in the case of the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway since she first went missing. As Scared Monkeys initially wrote when the Alabama teen went missing, “This Can’t Be Good For Tourism, Where’s Natalee Holloway.” When a Caribbean island is so dependent upon tourism, it was obvious from the start that they would do every thing possible to downplay the event. Of course what Aruba never imagined or counted on was the determination of Beth Holloway who was a one woman wrecking crew in Aruba and for their tourism PR looking for answers as to what happened to her daughter.

It was Beth Holloway who asked questions as to how two black security guards were arrested in the disappearance of her daughter, it was Beth who asked for the Holiday Inn security tapes proving that Joran and the Kalpoe brothers never returned Natalee to the hotel that night as they claimed. It was Beth Holloway who persisted on getting answers and made a plea to the Aruban people not to let theKalpoe bothers and Joran Van der Sloot out of jail. For her plea, Beth received scorn from Aruba and Arubans.

Joran Van der Sloot would admit that he lied initially to police with regards to dropping Natalee Holloway off at the hotel. Joran stated he was scared. Flash-forward five years later and Joran is using the same tired line as to why he confessed. With regards to Natalee, he changed his story that they went to the beach and he left her there. The lies would continues until ultimately Joran Van der Sloot was released from jail.

Joran Van der Sloot would go on to do TV, radio, newspaper and magazine interviews where he implicated himself and confessed to having involvement in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway. Van der Sloot would also be caught in an undercover surveillance video admitting involvement in Natalee’s death as “I dumped her in the ocean”. However, each time Van der Sloot implicated himself by playing his sick and twisted sociopath game, the Aruban prosecutors would let him off the hook. Why? Because they had no intention of ever trying Joran Van der Slootfor murder.

Because Aruba did nothing, absolutely nothing to take this sociopath off the streets and away from an unsuspecting public we are now presented with the death of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru. The accused, Joran Van der Sloot.  Once again we are witness to all of the same game playing that Joran Van der Sloot did 5 years earlier; however, with a couple of important differences. The “Little Dutch boy” does not have his father to run cover for him and now he is the one who is in a foreign country and made the grave mistake of killing the daughter of a prominent businessman.

However, once again we see Joran Van der Sloot confessing to the crime, then retracting the confession and suing everyone involved as if he were the victim. Because some how the video surveillance tape is lying and Joran’s attempt to make it appear as if he was locked out of the room delivering two coffees was nothing more than a failed attempt at an alibi.

Joran Van der Sloot and his attorney have already tried to appeal having his confession thrown out and failed. The court ruled the appeal was without merit. Now the jail house con Van der Sloot and his new Peruvian attorney will try and throw anything against the wall and hope it sticks. The evidence is all against Joran and these are the acts of a desperate man.

However, in the end it is not a matter of how long it takes for justice to be served, as long as justice is finally served! The fact that we are discussing Joran Van der Sloot’sname in connection with another murder just shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was involved in the death of Natalee. Lightening never strikes twice in the same place twice, unless you are a sociopath named Joran Van der Sloot.

JUSTICE FOR NATALEE AND STEPHANY!

Please. No one forget that there is a Higher form of Justice to be served on the boy. Won’t be in this life and the boy will not be able to protest. His hell awaits him with open arms.

(oh, and he’ll wish to God he was still in a Peruvian prison when the final sentence is given.”

As frustrating and as painful and horrific this tale of Joran’s international murderous escapades is to the families of Natalee and Stephanie, I hope some years from now both families will be able to win lawsuits against the Aruban govt and individuals of the govt and others who were and may still be complicit in covering up Joran’s crimes. As despicable and inhuman as Joran is, the real blame continues to fall on the Aruban govt who continues seems to be fearful of exposing people who some in the govt may know had something to do with something……?

    4. Carpe on July 5th, 2010 4:02 pm

Please don`t stab him in the ear very hard with something very long rusty and jagged.

    5. kitty on July 5th, 2010 4:46 pm

His eternal damnation awaits, (as Brenda mentions) as there is a higher form of Justice that Joran will face in the end ~ and God clearly states what He will do, in His word and that’s TRUTH.

So, the answer to the question, “does it matter how long?”

      Answer ~ No.,

because he’ll have an eternity to pay for his murdering Natalee and Stephany (and there may be other girls not accounted for that he’s responsible for too)

Peru’s cell time will be a blink compared to resting in eternity as hell awaits. That’s forever and ever and all the days, infinity.

And for Aruba not to have incarcerated him on the murder of Natalee, shame! (because he lies?)… please! That’s no excuse not to imprison someone for their crime ~ especially the murder of an innocent young girl.. Bless Beth Holloway for her tenacity and showing the world that she did everything in her human power to find her daughter, to have him put away, and she was treated very disrespectfully by the Aruban authorities, her confronting Paulus ~ she is one incredible Mom and woman… She deserved answers and their family deserved justice to have the murderer of her daughter put AWAY! Shame, on Aruba, for letting this vermin go, to repeat his murdering spree(s), human trafficking ~ Joran made a mockery of Aruba and is still on a roll, putting out all stops ~ for the Aruban officials that let Joran go ~ they most definitely, have blood on their hands ~

and for those in the Judicial system that FAILED the Holloway family and the Florez’s family, they should be charged as accessories to murder, for looking the other way, letting Joran walk free and the K2′s to boot. The K2′s should also be arrested for being accessories to Natalee’s murder and there is NOTHING being said or done about this.

Why haven’t the K2′s been rearrested? and why aren’t the Kapoles incarcerated now? Why hasn’t Aruba’s Police/law enforcement/judicial system re-opened Natalee Holloway’s case? …. perhaps, because there are too many involved and they are more concerned about covering their a$$e$ versus doing what is right… and most sadly, the Holloway family did everything in their human power to put Joran away, so he wouldn’t murder again… they KNEW he was guilty, Aruba let him walk free to do it again and thus, the burden lays upon them ~ the Holloway family did everything possible to prevent another murder and sadly… very sadly, another girl is dead ~ (sigh)… we must continue to pray for these families and for justice to be served on earth ~

Justice, will definitely be served on judgment day with God ~ and that will come, soon enough.

Believe it or not. Mercy can be shown to joran in his final judgement. I would hope he does the right thing before he dies and ask for forgivenes. It sure don’t look like it is going to happen. I would be nervous if I were joran. not cause he is imprisoned in peru, but because he has a good chance of dying very soon. Are you not afraid of facing God. I do not believe he has any faith. All thoses people in aruba await the same fate unless they do the right thing and admitt cover-up. Is there not any fear of God in Aruba. are they a bunch of pagans. May God have Mercy on their souls. I know we are not to judge, but it is hard not to imagine what happened to Paulis’s soul. Hey anita, take note.

    7. kitty on July 5th, 2010 5:58 pm

Well said, Sven… “ditto”… truly, Aruba continues to cover up and protect those involved in this heinous crime and shame, shame, shame to all who have covered up the murder of Natalee Holloway and still are doing nothing ~ yes, they are to blame…truth rises to the surface, always…

      always.

    8. Greg the Mongoose on July 5th, 2010 6:37 pm

Joran Van der Sloot tricks will not work in Peru.
He is not back in Aruba! Watch real justice in action. This will get interesting when they pass sentence in the months to come. Will he thrive in jail? People forget he is a RAT!
The money the Press has paid his family should keep him alive for now. His suffering will begin when he is put into general.

Yes mercy can be shown but i don’t think the likes of Paules van der Sloot & his son Jurine would ask for it if given the chance before a *sudden death* such as Paules experienced last Feb. when death is unexpected & you die with a cold black heart you carried most of your life.

Yeah that media money won’t last forever & it is past time for Jurine to be in gen population where he belongs.

I’m glad the Flores’ family have an atty of their own watching things & i hope they go after Jurine, Anita in civil court for any profit off Staphany & Natalee’s murder’s. Does the indictment in AL mean there’s a standing for Beth & Dave to sue him & Kalpoe’s in US civil court now? Serve them right & yes why arn’t those KALPOE brothers arrested? Their own emails & words prove their knowledge of Natalee H. missing & bodily harm before she was reported as missing……Paules “no body no case” pool side chat which again occurred just hours before NH was reported missing.

You know, I don’t care how long it takes to “dish out justice”, as long as Joran is held in custody where he can’t hurt any more women. As for those he is incarcerated with– se la vies, and that goes both ways. “Such is life”.

Maybe today it will be the life of a fellow inmate; maybe tomorrow it will be the life of a lawyer’s son. Se La Vie.

    12. Waterboy on July 6th, 2010 1:00 am

      Ed H.

I believe that Joran has shown some signs of faith in the past. He was reading the Bible when he was incarcerated in Aruba.

I for one believe in a changed life, by the power of God, through the death and resurrection of His Son.

However, that being said, I don’t believe Joran has ever experience such a transformation, or at least his life does not bear witness to such.

I’m not saying I’m perfect myself—only that I believe in the One who is.

It’s like the Llano on the rise. There is absolutely no mistaking it.

      It’s late—good night.

    14. Waterboy on July 6th, 2010 1:06 am

      Poor, poor dutch boy.

    15. krieton on July 6th, 2010 4:13 am

Joe topica, what? not spelled right?yea?so.not important enough to check his spelling.Anyway, hey joe, what?you got a life time contract to represent joran?let see,you have already stated you have no expertise in peruvien law.so,how is it that your representing some one charged in peru? And your intending on getting him off.are we talking about the same kind of getting off?because I know it couldn’t have anything to do with his case in Peru,so,evan if you manage to get him off the charges against him.why?isn’t he then scheduled for extradition to the good ole U.S.A?

    16. kiltie on July 6th, 2010 11:46 am

“The poor little Dutchboy” confined himself to sticking his finger in a hole in the dike saving his town from flooding, and was heroic. This is a full grown, murderer; possibly a serial murderer, and evil incarnate. He’s still Dutch, but his days of being called “a boy” are over. It’s because we are all still in disbelief about Natalee that we remember him as the boyish person he was then…just take a look at some of those pictures taken in Peru. What he is now is written all over his face.

    17. Lisa in Maryland on July 7th, 2010 11:08 am

Yes, Kiltie – the FaCE of EVIL!

    18. Frederic Nitz on July 9th, 2010 11:10 am

Waterboy, I think a Bible is provided to all prisoners, just like in the hotels. He has one in Peru also but again, it was provided.
