PSY Christmas Show Bombs Gangnam Style … 25% Less Viewers than 2011

Who could have seen this coming, but everyone … The 31^st annual “Christmas in Washington” concert on TNT was a Gangnam style bomb. The “Christmas in Washington” concert drew 25% less viewers than the year before. How many people refused to watch the Christmas special because President Barack Obama insulted the US troops and their families by confirming he was going to attend after the news had been reported of rapper Psy’s anti-American and anti-military comments?

The 31st annual “Christmas in Washington” concert on TNT December 21 suffered a dramatic 25 percent loss in viewers from the previous year, according to Nielsen Media Research. The 2011 cablecast of “Christmas in Washington” drew 1.5 million viewers. The 2012 showing had only 1.136 million viewers.

The concert, traditionally attended by the President and his family, drew international attention over the scheduled appearance by Gangnam Style rapper PSY (given name Park Jae-sang) when it was revealed the South Korean entertainer had made highly inflammatory, anti-American performances the previous decade.

It would seem that many Americans did not accept Psy’s “I’ve been caught” apology that was hardly sincere. Years earlier, the South Korean rapper sang the following. Wow, who would have imagined that Americans would tune out?

Fellow Local Connecticut Law Enforcement Officers Give Newtown Police Christmas Day Off … “It’s a police thing”

‘Tis the Season, The long Blue Line of Christmas caring … “It’s a police thing”.

The tragedy of the Newtown, CT Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting has not just been difficult on the families who have lost loved ones when 26 people were murdered, including 20 children, but it’s also been demanding on the Newtown police department. They have been going nonstop since the shooting massacre and are getting a rare Christmas gift. Their fellow law enforcement brethren in nearby communities of Monroe, Brookfield, Danbury, Bethel and Milford  are allowing for the Newtown’s police officers a holiday off, for the entire force. Lt. Bob Kozlowsky of the Shelton, Connecticut, police department said, “when something like this happens … it’s a police thing. We’ll always try to help out neighboring towns. Any time there’s a tragedy, we’ll try our best to lend a helping hand.”

On Christmas Day, thanks to a grassroots effort by their fellow law enforcement brethren in nearby communities, Newtown’s police officers will be the recipients of a rare gift in their profession — a holiday off, for the entire force.

“Patrol officers and sworn personnel will be given the day off to be home on Christmas. Officers from surrounding towns will be patrolling Newtown,” police Sgt. Steve Santucci of Newtown told CNN.

Newtown police have been working nonstop since the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14. The school shooting claimed the lives of 20 children and six faculty members, leaving a close-knit community — and its police force — still reeling 10 days later.

“We’ve sent officers, dispatchers, and even our chief of police has gone to Newtown to help out. We’ve helped with dispatching, traffic, miscellaneous calls. Our chief of police has gone to assist their chief of police with administrative duties.”

On Christmas Day, those neighborly officers will take to the streets of Newtown again. For a time, for a day, it can be Christmas for the officers of Newtown and their families.

Tis the Season to be Rotten … Louisiana Woman Allowed by Judge to Flip Middle Finger In Holiday Lights to Her Neighbors

NOT THE REASON FOR THE SEASON …

Every wonder what’s wrong with people, the country the misuse of the First Amendment, public decency and the hate that is so consumed in individuals these days? One needs to look no further than Louisiana and a Christmas light display formed in the shape of a middle finger … What would Jesus say?

A Louisiana woman has been allowed by a judge, thanks to the representation of the ACLU, to put back up her Christmas lights in the form of flipping the middle finger toward her neighbors. United States District Judge James Brady issued an order temporarily barring city officials from interfering with the display. The  two-page order stated the city’s “continued efforts” to prevent Childs from displaying her holiday lights will violate her rights to free speech and due process. So this is what passes as freedom of speech these days. The hell with others civil rights and public decency laws. This woman and the ACLU have a warped sense of understanding of the reason for the season. The ACLU is so quick to help take Christ out of Christmas, yet the are perfectly ok with defending such an appalling and classless example of free speech while using the holiday for their own self-serving and exploitive purposes.

Louisiana woman ran afoul of police when she gave her neighbors an unusual holiday greeting, hanging Christmas lights in the shape of a middle finger.

Sarah Childs was in a dispute with some of her neighbors in Denham Springs, just east of Baton Rouge, so she decided to send a message with her decorations. Neighbors complained and police threatened to arrest her, so she and the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana sued the city.

A judge ruled in her favor Thursday.

Just a quick note and reminder to  Sarah Childs, the ACLU and the rest of the misguided and hate filled individuals that make life so miserable for others and ruin what was once a glorious country with your hateful, anti-God agenda … the following is the reason for the season. An Obama Christmas … Salvation Army Seeing Record Number Of Families In Need During Holiday Season

The Salvation Army are seeing record number of families asking for help this Christmas season. But what else would one expect when a record number of Americans are on food stamps and an employment participation rate at a dismal 63.6%. Obama and Democrats continue to tour the faux-unemployment rate of 7.7%. More and more Americans are dropping out of the work force, including 350,000 in November alone. All this while Obama claims there is a job recovery without any recovery. Obama and Democrats can spin the economic numbers and situation all they want, Americans know the truth and their circumstances are bleak. At some point Americans will wake up and realize that GWB is not to blame and Obama is. When that occurs there will be hell to pay by Democrats.

Officials with the Salvation Army say they’re seeing a record number of families asking for help this holiday season.

Nearly 18,000 families have registered for Christmas assistance in the last month. That number has grown by 2,500 since last year, breaking the 2009 record.

This clearly is a mental defect of liberals and shows just how little they care about those who are in desperate need. This was never more evident than the screwballs at UC Berkeley who are calling for students on campus to ban the Salvation Army citing their alleged homophobic practices. But these liberal college kids would be the first to be looking for a government hand out at tax payers expense.

46 year old Jennifer Phillips was arrested Tuesday and charged with threatening a government official. Phillips was a volunteer with the Santa’s Workshop program at the Liberty Elementary school where Haley was scheduled to speak. Phillips made the following comment to a volunteer prior to Haley’s appearance, “I’m going to smuggle a gun in and kill this Governor.” So much for ‘Tis the season to be Jolly. I am thinking that some one has forgot the “reason for the season”. What kind of an idiot makes such a comment while volunteering among children? A moonbat Leftist of course.

A woman has been arrested and charged with making a threat against South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.

Liberty police say 46-year-old Jennifer Phillips was arrested Tuesday and charged with threatening a public official.

A district spokesman says Phillips – who was a volunteer with the Santa’s Workshop program at the school – made the remark to a school employee around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

I am going to go out on a limb and say, one, Jennifer Phillips did not vote for Nikki Haley in the 2012 elections and two, this will be the last time she is ever allowed to volunteer in a school. As Wil Farell said in Elf, she must have been an angry elf.

The news traveled fast to parents, who talked about the incident as they picked their children up Tuesday afternoon. “You have to watch what you say,” said grandparent Judy Hood. “It is a little scary.”

SANTA Killing on Christmas Day Turns Out to be Islamic Honor Killing

Just more MSM bias … “SANTA KILLER” turns out to be HONOR KILLING!

It was reported as the “SANTA KILLER” kills 6 relatives. A Texas man dressed in a Santa outfit murdered six relatives and killed himself on Christmas day. There was no reference of names or ethnicity. Do you mean the local media could not have figured out who lived in the home by doing a simple internet search of the address?

The names of the seven people found dead inside the Grapevine apartment, including the alleged gunman, were expected to be released Tuesday, police said.

Grapevine police spokesman Sgt. Robert Eberling said the shooter showed up in the costume shortly before gunfire erupted, and the family appeared to have been opening Christmas presents. Police responding to a 911 call found four females and three males dead. They also found two handguns.

However, a sad and pathtic happened on the way to media bias. There had been no mention what-so-ever of  Islamic honor killing until this Dallas Morning News story. Aziz Yazdanpanah, a Muslim, didn’t like his daughter’s non-Muslim boyfriend and was exhibiting stalker behavior. “She couldn’t date at all until she was a certain age, but when he was going to let her date she couldn’t date anyone outside of their race or religion.”

Again and again we have seen honor killings in which fathers kill daughters who are dating non-Muslims or have supposedly besmirched the family honor by some sexual indiscretion. Lt. Todd Dearing says that motive isn’t important — which is generally only the case when Islam is involved.

Much to the chagrin of the politically correct and those who wage a war on Christmas, the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ is considered the most important holiday for Americans. 67% of American adults consider Christmas one of the nation’s most important holidays. Actually, Joy to the World, the Lord has Come is rated the #1 holiday as most Americans consider Jesus the son of God .

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 67% of American Adults consider Christmas one of the nation’s most important holidays, showing little change from last year and consistent with surveys stretching back to December 2006. Only six percent (6%) see Christmas as one of the least important holidays, while 24% rate it somewhere in between.

Of the 88% of Americans who celebrate Christmas 81% celebrate it as a religious holiday. What a novel concept, celebrating Christmas as the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ and not in a secular manner. In a further backlash against the PC police, secularists, those who wage the war against Christmas and those who have no concept of separation of Church and State, 79% of Americans say that religious holidays should be celebrated in public schools. Also, 70% of Americans prefer ‘Merry Christmas’ over ‘Happy Holidays’ on store signs which can explain the reason why more stores are making the effort to do so.

The PC folks and those who wage a war on all religion are about to face a backlash and swing of the pendulum. More and more Americans are fed up with the secularists as 79% see “Political Correctness” as a serious problem in America.
