CNN’s Gloria Borger Acknowldges Benghazi Talking Points “Were Edited to the Point of Inaccuracy” … Chris Cuomo: “Safe to Say this Goes Beyond Partisan Picking”

Add another Left-leaning main stream media outlet to those that are questioning the Barack Obama administration and the edited Benghazi terror attack talking points.

First MSNBC and now CNN is coming out against the Obama administration for editing the Benghazi talking points, in the aftermath of the terror attack that left four Americans dead, to the point where the events that took place were untrue. In a CNN interview between Chris Cuomo and  Chief political analyst Gloria Borger, neither had anything good to say about the 12 edited versions of the Benghazi talking points using such words as “cover-up” and “whitewash”. Gloria Borger said, the Obama Administration’s Benghazi talking points were “edited to the point of inaccuracy” and the question is “was it a cover-up or whitewash”. She would later say that the talking points were so edited that by the end, they did not even resemble the truth. The most amazing comment may have come from Chris Cuomo when he stated, “it’s safe  to say that this goes beyond partisan picking.” Did the LEFT just hear that? One of your own is saying that the GOP is not acting in a partisan manner. CNN is basically saying that the Obama administration played partisan politics for his reelection bid when four Americans died. Are you kidding, Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods were killed by terrorist and the Obama WH edited what occurred to the point it was a false narrative. We lost lives and needed to know what happened and Team Obama was more interested in talking points that fit his reelection. Cuomo called it unforgivable.

Maybe former Arkansas Governor Mike Hukabee was correct when he said during his radio show, President Obama “will not fill out his full term” because he was complicit in a “cover-up” surrounding the attack that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi, Libya.

GLORIA BORGER: What we see in this process is that these talking points were edited to the point of inaccuracy. The question is, is it a cover-up? Is it a whitewash? We don’t know the answer to that.

CHRIS CUOMO: I know. And you took my question. That’s exactly what I was going to ask you. Right? Because that’s what this gets to, 12. What’s the context? It sounds like a lot, but we have to know the nature and purpose of what those changes were.

GLORIA BORGER: So here’s the context. Over at the CIA they’re looking at some of these points, which include mention of Al Qaeda. And there’s a sense from some at the CIA, you know what, we don’t want to tip anybody that we’re investigating Al Qaeda on this, so let’s take out some of the references to Al Qaeda. What the CIA left in, apparently, was this sort of broader context of Al Qaeda in Benghazi in that part of the world. Those were eventually edited out. And there is an e-mail obtained by ABC news from someone at the State Department which asks, why should we leave that in because “it could be abused by members of Congress to beat up the State Department for not paying attention to warnings.” So clearly from a State Department official asking the question, why are we going to give members of Congress information, don’t forget in an election year, which they could turn around and beat us up with. And that’s how you see in evolving. Everybody’s got a different reason for editing it. And they edit it down to something that’s totally, turns out to be in fact untrue.

Yesterday, Judge Thomas Lipps found two teen football players, Trent Mays & Ma’lik Richmond, guilty in the Steubenville rape case of a 16 year old girl. Just after the verdict, CNN’s Candy Crowley reported the story and actually had the audacity to take sympathy and express sadness for the two rapists. Unbelievable. As stated at Crooks and Liars, instead of Crowley wondering and questioning why the 16 and 17 year old football players were not tried as adults, she cared more to express concern for the two individuals who raped and intoxicated girl. What part about convicted sex offenders does not Candy Crowley not understand? She is worried about their lives are ruined. What about the rape victim?

Shortly after the guilty verdict in the Steubenville rape case was announced, Candy Crowley took to the airwaves to report it and connect with their reporter on the ground for more details. Her lead-in to the remote shot was shameful.

Crowley was filled with sadness for two young men who took advantage of a drunk and possibly drugged young girl because the judge actually held them accountable for what they did. Instead of wondering aloud why they weren’t tried as adults, she was instead very concerned that now they would have to register for the rest of their lives as sex offenders.

So much for victims rights at CNN. Of course the two convicted boys were crying in court after the judge read the verdict, they had both been caught, convicted and held accountable for their actions. Well kinda. One has to wonder how a 17 year old was not tried as an adult. The same can be true for the 16 year old as well. The two were hardly crying when they raped the intoxicated girl, took pictures of her and later laughed and bragged about it on social media.

Last week during the National Prayer Breakfast, neurosurgeon Dr. Benjamin Carson criticized President Barack Obama, Obamacare  and the governments intrusion in healthcare. All the while as President Obama sat in the audience. It is too bad that Obama could probably not hear a word of what this educated man was saying. After listening to Dr. Benjamin Carson all I could take from him is why is not this man the president of the United States? His discussion on the dangers of “political correctness”. He stated PC was dangerous as it because the unanimity of speech and though is bad. This country was founded on freedom or thought and freedom of expression. PC muzzles people and keeps people from discussing important issues. With Obama less than 5 feet away, Dr. Carson criticized Obamacare and encouraged a program where newborn babies are given health savings account as an alternative to Obamacare.

If you have never watched one YouTube video, you need to watch this one.It is fascinating, informational and inspirational. Carson’s discussion on education is tremendous. Think back to slavery, it was illegal to educate a slave. Why was that? Because,  to educate a man, liberates a man. Amen brother. What he is talking about is to have a public educated, so that they never become victims and dependent upon a government.

Simply amazing, as Barack Obama looked on, Carson basically dismantled Obama’s class warfare and “fairness” doctrine before his very eyes. Oh to have really known what Obama was thinking as Carson ripped Obama’s ridiculous and divisive ”hurt the rich” and “class warfare” … “Some people say, ‘Well that’s not fair because it doesn’t hurt the guy who made $10 billion as much as the guy who made 10.’ Where does it say you’ve got to hurt the guy? He just put a billion dollars in the pot”.

DR. CARSON: What we need to do is come up with something simple. And when I pick up my Bible, you know what I see? I see the fairest individual in the universe, God, and he’s given us a system. It’s called a tithe. We don’t necessarily have to do 10% but it’s the principle. He didn’t say if your crops fail, don’t give me any tithe or if you have a bumper crop, give me triple tithe. So there must be something inherently fair about proportionality. You make $10 billion, you put in a billion. You make $10 you put in one. Of course you’ve got to get rid of the loopholes. Some people say, ‘Well that’s not fair because it doesn’t hurt the guy who made $10 billion as much as the guy who made 10.’ Where does it say you’ve got to hurt the guy? He just put a billion dollars in the pot. We don’t need to hurt him. It’s that kind of thinking that has resulted in 602 banks in the Cayman Islands. That money needs to be back here building our infrastructure and creating jobs.

CARSON: Here’s my solution: When a person is born, give him a birth certificate, an electronic medical record, and a health savings account to which money can be contributed — pretax — from the time you’re born ’til the time you die. When you die, you can pass it on to your family members, so that when you’re 85 years old and you got six diseases, you’re not trying to spend up everything. You’re happy to pass it on and there’s nobody talking about death panels. Number one. And also, for the people who were indigent who don’t have any money we can make contributions to their HSA each month because we already have this huge pot of money. Instead of sending it to some bureaucracy, let’s put it in their HSAs. Now they have some control over their own health care.

 It is really too bad that this man is not more prominent than he is. His thoughts and vision is remarkable. He is an individual who should be considered a hero, not sports athletes , singers or actors. This man is the real deal. Carson’s role model was Jesus.  Dr. Benjamin Carson for President!!!

UPDATE I: Looks like the LEFT considers Dr. Carson a racist for daring to question and criticize Obama, the first black president. Oh Wait, Dr. Carson is a man of color as well.

The Libs at CNN did not take too much time in trying to attack Dr. Benjamin Carson for his comments and come to the aid of their liberal savior and daddy, President Barack Hussein Obama. As reported at Mediaite,  on Sunday, the panel guests on CNN’s State of the Union weighed in on whether it was appropriate for Carson to use the forum of the prayer breakfast to advocate for free market reforms to healthcare and a flat tax code. What’s the matter, the liberal and bias MSM cannot stand some one calling out Obama’s divisive, class warfare doctrine? Especially when the individual who did it was black? I guess this makes Dr. Carson a racist. Isn’t anyone who dares differ with Obama considered a racist? How sad that Democrats just not get the message that its better to teach an individual to fish, rather than just give some one fish. The fact that the Democrat on the panel made this about partisan politics, rather than the common sense that Dr. Carson was espousing just shows what Democrats are really after … class warfare and a dependent government class of people who are uneducated and forced to remain on the Democrat plantation.

Crowley turned to Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) and asked if she found “anything offensive” in Carson’s speech.

“I think that there is a political correctness that he was trying to use to appeal to a conservative audience,” Schakowsky said. “I think it’s really not really an appropriate place to make this kind of political speech and to invoke God as his support for that kind of view.”

Schakowsky concluded by saying that Carson’s message displayed an “empathy gap” between where the American propel are and where Carson, and other conservatives, want the nation to go. “We need to have an economy that works for everyone,” she concluded.

What Hypocrisy … Candy Crowley Asks Does it Matter if There is a Lack of Diversity In Obama Cabinet Matter?

Just when you thought there could not be any more hypocrisy from the liberal MSM, they outdo themselves. It is simply amazing just how far they have sold their journalistic integrity when covering Barack Obama. The latest example is their coverage of Obama’s lack of diversity in his Cabinet picks. On CNN’s State of the Union this weekend, host Candy Crowley began a segment on Obama’s lack of diversity in his Cabinet picks by asking her guests, “Does it matter?”

CANDY CROWLEY: There is a lot made about the president’s latest picks in the cabinet. Jack Lew, Senator Hagel, Senator Kerry in key positions here. Treasury, defense, state department. Something that your colleague Congressman Rangel said about the lack of diversity in the cabinet thus far. I’m sorry. Yeah, he said, “It’s embarrassing as hell,” his words. “We’ve been through all of this with [2012 GOP presidential nominee] Mitt Romney. And we were very hard with Mitt Romney with the women binder and a variety of things. And I kind of think there’s no excuse with the second term.” He was talking about where are all these, and there was a White House cabinet picture, a photo that went out and it was kind of astonishing in its white male variety. First of all, does it matter?

What a joke, even Democrat US Rep. Charlie Rangel from New York realizes it is an issue, yet those in the MSM like Candy Crowley who continually carry the water for Obama suddenly have a change of heart when it comes to holding Obama accountable. From Mediaite, Representative Elijah Cummings (D-MD) said that “it does matter” but noted “it’s a little bit early” to judge, because not all the cabinet positions have been filled.   All during the 2012 Presidential election the MSM accused the GOP of a “war on woman” and continually accuse the Republic party as being one of white men. Yet, when Barack Obama does the same with his Cabinet, the media asks whether diversity matters. UNREAL. It is simply shameful that a media would provide Obama a pass when we all know that if and when a Republican is the president and did the same thing, they would be calling for diversity.

For the MSM diversity does matter, as long as Barack Obama is not President. They have sold their journalistic souls to be Obama’s propaganda machine.

Radio host Alex Jones debated CNN’s Piers Morgan on gun control and discussed his support of the Second Amendment. Jones went on to denounce those who want to confiscate weapons. Jones warned Piers Morgan there would be war if the government started confiscating guns. He then went on and called Piers Morgan of being a “hatchet man of the New World Order.” Well, if the hatchet fits …

“1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms! It doesn’t matter how many lemmings you get out there in the street begging for them to have their guns taken. We will not relinquish them. Do you understand?”

 Piers Morgan tried to compare the death at the hands of guns in England as compared to the United States as a reason for gun control. Like the two countries are comparable. Let’s get a couple of facts straight here. The population in the US as of 2011 US census is 311,591,917 and the population of England is 53,013,000. Also, the United States has this little thing called the US Constitution, a Bill of Rights and a Second Amendment. Something we gained by kicking England’s butt and gaining out Independence.

CNN’s Don Lemon Anti-Gun Activist Discusses Gun Control … Should We Start Profiling White Men? What About Profiling those with Mental Issues, Hmm?

Isn’t it amazing that the liberal media thinks its perfectly ok to take away law-abiding citizens rights when it comes to gun ownership and racially profile white men. Yet, its evil to racially profile blacks, illegals and terrorists. CNN’s discussion on gun control, not that we should be racially profiling white men, but why aren’t we racially profiling white men? From NewsBusters, CNN anchor Don Lemon previously went on an anti-gun rant and called for an assault weapons ban. Lemon is only the latest CNN anchor to abandon journalistic standards and act as an activist instead pushing for gun control. Lemon went on to rant that mental health needs to be discussed, but that is a secondary issues to guns. ARE YOU ON CRACK? Obviously the CNN anchor has never done root-cause analysis in his life. Mental health is hardly the secondary issue, it is actually the primary one.

DON LEMON: Listen. For the past three days, I have been on the verge of tears every second and most of the people here have been crying 24 hours straight. Yeah – yes, we need to address mental health, but mental health in this particular issue, let’s not get it twisted, is a secondary issue. If someone who has a mental issue did not have access to guns that should only be available in war zones, we would not be dealing with this.

A note to the clueless, anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment LEFT, the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution states a “right to bear arms”, not a right to hunt. And from this Leftist, pro-totalitarian state Lib comes the ranting’s that even law-abiding citizens should have their rights taken away. UNREAL.

Who needs an armor-piercing bullet to go hunting? Who needs an assault rifle to go hunting? You can’t even use the prey that you kill with an assault rifle if you indeed do it. No one needs an assault rifle to go out and shoot a deer. No one needs an assault rifle that’s capable of shooting 10, 20, 30 rounds off at the same time to shoot a duck, or to shoot quail. It does not make sense. Our first – the first thing that we need to do – and according to everyone that is here, even gun enthusiasts, is talk about what we’re doing with assault rifles, why should guns that should only be available in war zones, why are they available to people who are mentally healthy and people who are not mentally healthy. That’s the issue that we need to deal with.
