Obama Top Aid Pfeiffer on IRS Scandal, “the Law Is Irrelevant” … Also, “It’s Largely Irrelevant” Who Doctored Benghazi Talking Points

MISSION STATEMENT FOR OABMA ADMINISTRATION: THE LAW IS IRRELEVANT …

Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked on TV this morning on ABC’s ‘This Week,’ whether he thought the IRS actions violated the law. Pfeiffer’s answer was rather telling, especially as he was put on all the Sunday talk shows to difuse the numerous scandals that have affected Barack Obama. Pfeiffer said, , “the Law Is Irrelevant”. HUH? Basically, the Daily Caller opines that his talking points were pretty much the same on all of the talk shows, “that the details were ‘irrelevant’ and Obama wants to make sure this doesn’t happen again.” Doesn’t this seem to be a pattern for Barack Obama? Whether its “Fast & Furious,” “Benghazi,” “IRS scandal, or any Obama blatant disregard for the law and the US Constitution, his attitude is the same … so what how it happened, let’s just not let it happen again. or in his case, don’t get caught having it happen. Pfeiffer also said on CBS ‘Face the Nation,’ “The question isn’t ‘Who edited what talking points/’ That’s largely irrelevant. (VIDEO)”

Many believe that the Obama presidency has been a lawless one, and the fact that the IRS purposely attacked Conservative organizations and fast-tracked liberal ones during an election year does nothing but add fuel to the fire. Now we have a top Obama aid making of the worst possible comments, especially since the IRS did break the law. The law is irrelevant? This may actually be the mission statement of the Obama Administration.

“Look, I can’t speak to the law here,” he said. “The law is irrelevant. The activity was outrageous and inexcusable.”

WHERE WAS BARACK OBAMA DURING THE BENGHAZI ATTACK WHERE 4 AMERICANS DIED? WHAT HAPPENED TO TRANSPARANCY?

Did you catch this mornings FOX News Sunday interview of Obama top aid Dan Pfeiffer and Chris Wallace? If you did, you heard Pfeiffer trip over himself and get very defensive when Wallace asked the question as to where President Obama was during the attack.  Pfeffer said that the president was kept up to date as to the situation in Benghazi. Wallace countered with, “what did he do that night” and ”where was he?”. Was he in the Situation Room?  As stated at the Weekly Standard, Dan Pfeiffer responded, ”I don’t remember what room Obama was in. It’s a largely irrelevant fact.” HUH? Pfeiffer just admitted that Obama was not in the Situation Room, otherwise he would have said he was there.

Pfeiffer just showed how thin-skinned, defensive, and evasive the Obama administration is. Instead of answering the question with a simple answer as to where Obama was, Pfeiffer has to come up with excuses and blame Republicans for conspiracy theories.  Wallace says, here is the point, the Ambassador goes missing, the first one in 30 years in killed. Four Americans, including the Ambassador are killed. Dozens of Americans are in jeopardy. The president at 4 pm says to the Chairman of the Joint Forces deploy forces, yet no forces are deployed. Where is he when all this was going on?  Pfeifer then did his best to master the five d’s of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!

Pfeiffer says, “The suggestion of your question that some how the president allowed this to happen”. Well, if the disengaged president fits, WEAR IT! It’s obvious the Obama administration does not want to provide the truth. The idea that Obama was sleeping while Americans died would not go over well with “We the People”.

Why cant Barack Obama or any of his minions answer the simple question, What did Obama know and when did he know it? The Obama administration is trying to make light of the Benghazi attacks, which is shameful in its own right. Legal Insurrection reminds of Obama’s own words, there appears to be a lot of “THERE, THERE“.  What a way to deflect and try and make the Benghazi story go away, pretend like the death of four Americans, including the death of a US Ambassador is no big deal.  From the PJ Tatler, “Hillary Clinton wondered what difference it made whether we got to the truth of what happened in Benghazi. Now we have White House aide Dan Pfieffer saying it was “irrelevant” where the president was during the attack.” If it’s so irrelevant and its makes no difference, why can’t Obama and his minions just answer the question then? Maybe because as Joe Biden has said in the past, “Its a big F’n deal”.

“It’s inexcusable, the public has a right to be angry about it … “ – Obama discussing IRS scandal. Interestingly enough, that is how most people think about you screwing around golfing rather than doing your job.

As reported by ABC News, despite being in the middle of three scandals President Barack Obama went golfing. That is correct, the Golfer in Chief went golfing as his administration is in taters as he, his minions and advisers struggle to deal with the Benghazi scandal, the IRS scandal and the AP scandal. Good grief, who friggin does this? Could this president care less about the harm that his administration has caused to America and Americans. This is how little he cares that the IRS would purposely target Conservatives? Oh that’s right, they were conservatives and Tea Party folk, they don’t count in Obama’s mind. Could his actions show anything but that? Obama claimed he was outraged. This is how he shows his outrage that the IRS subverted the US Constitution to help him politically to win reelection? The Obama administration was also forced to provide a document dump of emails regarding Benghazi this week.  Obama claimed he knew nothing about the IRS, AP or Benghazi scandals. So do we have a pathological liar in the White House or Forest Gump?

President Obama — despite dealing with a trio of political scandals that flared up this week — squeezed in some time on the golf course today, and included a woman in his foursome for the first time this year.

The president played golf at Andrews Air Force Base today with Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, outgoing Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, and Let’s Move! and nutrition policy advisor Sam Kass.

Earlier this week, Obama even took flack from the LEFT for his actions when MSNBC’s Chris Matthews asked, “What part of the presidency does Obama like?” It would appear the golf. Those on the LEFT call Obama detached. So doe that make him fit for office? An individual who golfs while his administration burns? Maybe if Obama spent half the time doing his job and understanding what was going on in his administration. Then again, Obama knew. He created the culture of attacking conservatives. That was his agenda all along.

Barack Obama reminds me of OJ Simpson who said after he was ridiculously found not guilty of murder that he would spend his time searching for his wife’s killer. Of course that resulted in OJ’s searching on golf courses across the US.

Megyn Kelly Rips Liberal Guest Simon Rosenberg Over Benghazi Talking Points … ‘Can We Have Some Honesty?’

Fox News host Megyn Kelly once again showed that she has no tolerance for liberal BS as she blasted her liberal guest, Simon Rosenberg, founder of the progressive think tank NDN, during her show Thursday while discussing the 12 times edited Benghazi talking points. Kelly asked … “Can we have some honesty?” This actually needs to happen more often when liberals try to mislead on TV, radio or the Internet. It can be done respectfully; however, it can no longer be allowed for those with an agenda to mislead, be allowed to do so. An opinion is one thing, but trying to mislead and misrepresents the facts has to be called for what it is.

 “What?” a baffled Kelly asked. “Did you know that the State Department was heavily involved in editing the talking points?”

Rosenberg responded that “we know that there were terrible mistakes made on the ground in Libya that allowed this tragic event to happen” and “we know that for several weeks afterwards the administration was confused about what happened.”

“We don’t know that,” Kelly said.

She went on to note that White House press secretary Jay Carney had said that only very minimal changes to the talking points were made. “Maybe I’m just naïve because I was still believing Jay Carney until I saw all this evidence.”

After Kelly asked again whether or not Carney misled the American public, Rosenberg repeated the point that nothing had “materially changed,” noting that “we know there was confusion.”

“You’re telling me Jay Carney was being truthful? He made a mistake twice in November and then again in May?” Kelly shouted. “Come on, Simon! It is not a mistake to say that it was only stylistic changes and only one word was changed.”

“That’s not a mistake when we now know that the White House was the one meeting on this issue. I just — can we have some honesty? Wouldn’t it be so great?”

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews Has Lost that Barack Obama ‘Thrill Up His Leg’ … “What Part of the Presidency does Obama Like?”

Wow, President Barack Obama is in deep trouble when MSNBC’s Chris Matthews has lost the “thrill up his leg.”

The scandals are even getting to Barack Obama’s biggest cheerleader, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews. With the Obama Administration facing three scandals at once, Benghazi-gate, the IRS targeting Conservatives scandal and the secretly recording of AP phone records, has made Matthews question what part of the presidency does Obama like. It would appear that even Chris Matthews have become frustrated and disenchanted with Obama. That is saying a lot. Even liberals are seeing that either this president is disengaged or lying through his teeth. Every time a scandal arises Obama acts like the first time he has heard about it was n a news report. How is that possible that a president does not know what is going on in his administration? Has Matthews ‘Lost that Luvin Feeling’? It would seem that even Matthews is wondering whether Obama is en “epic failure”. The mental health professions best get ready because many Democrats, Liberals and Progressives are going to be headed off to therapy as they realize that Obama is not “The One” they had been waiting for.

“What part of the presidency does Obama like? He doesn’t like dealing with other politicians — that means his own cabinet, that means members of the congress, either party. He doesn’t particularly like the press…. He likes to write the speeches, likes to rewrite what Favreau and the others wrote for the first draft,” Matthews said.

“So what part does he like? He likes going on the road, campaigning, visiting businesses like he does every couple days somewhere in Ohio or somewhere,” Matthews continued. “But what part does he like? He doesn’t like lobbying for the bills he cares about. He doesn’t like selling to the press. He doesn’t like giving orders or giving somebody the power to give orders. He doesn’t seem to like being an executive.”

Weasel Zippers makes a great point … Did Chris Matthews just criticize Barack “The One” Obama? Does that now make Matthews a racist? According to Chris Matthews past comments it certainly does.

Obama Administration Document Dump … Releases 100 Pages of Benghazi Emails (VIDEO)

Under mounting pressure from tri-partisan demands of Republicans Democrats and the MSM … Obama Administration does late afternoon document dump of Benghazi emails.

As reported at CNN, the Obama Administration released more than 100 emails late Wednesday afternoon in an attempt to stop the political hemorrhaging. Obama and his minions have blinked. The AP, yes the same AP that Obama’s DOJ secretly obtained phone records sparking yet another scandal, reported that the White House had until now declined to make the documents public and had let congressional investigators review the documents without making copies. Some how the White House thinks that editing the emails to release a narrative on Benghazi to the point that the taking points became a complete fabricated lie is ok.

The White House released more than 100 pages of e-mails on Wednesday in a bid to quell critics who say President Barack Obama and his aides played politics with national security following the deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.

The exchanges detailing discussions between top Obama administration officials from multiple agencies suggest the CIA took the lead in developing talking points to describe the attack last September 11 that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

Those talking points, which were requested by members of the House Intelligence Committee, were originally drafted by the CIA. The lawmakers had requested unclassified information they could use in media interviews. Following the original drafting of talking points, CIA analysts made a handful of significant changes, according to administration sources.

Isn’t it ironic that David Axelrod had stated that the Obama White House should release the Benghazi emails and puff, there they are after all this time.  It is simply incredible that Democrats continue to make this political and about maintaining power rather than the deaths of four Americans who were put in harms way without the proper security and then left to die as no help came to save them. David Axelrod, Obama apologist , now turn Hillary Clinton defender, stated on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that Republicans are trying to bully Hillary Clinton out of running for president by attacking her on Benghazi, Libya. For Democrats like Axelrod, politics is their religion and they will do and say anything to maintain their power, even when it is so obvious that the State Department made major errors that resulted in the death of four Americans, including Ambassador Stevens. For Democrats, its not about the truth, its not about learning from this so that it never happens again, its not about holding those accountable … its about protecting Hillary Clinton for 2016. Sad, truly sad as four brave Americans were left to die.

Politico Reports Washington, DC Has Turned on Barack Obama … Rats Fleeing the S.S Obama … Obama Knows Nothing

Is it true, has DC turned on Barack Obama … Can You Say Watergate II? Are the rats jumping off the SS. Obama?

With the Obama administration facing three scandals simultaneously, Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate and AP-gate, the good ship Democrat S.S. Obama is looking more like the RMS Titanic these days. Barack Obama is beginning to make Richard Nixon look like a choir boy. But what did everyone expect, Obama’s “Chicago-style” politics has been taking place for years. It is only now that the MSM is being forced to cover it and Democrats are forced to acknowledge it. Democrats are fleeing the ship and the liberal MSM seems not far behind. So is as the Politico asks, has DC turned on Obama? I am not sure if I buy some of the Politico premise that the “establishment” Democrats and the MSM did not like Obama. Sorry, they have bent over backwards for this man and shoved legislation like Obamacare down the throats of Americans. The MSM has carried the water for this president and had they done their job, as they are being forced to now, Barack Obama may never have been elected in 2008 and definitely not in 2012. Democrats are fleeing Obama because “The One” is a lame duck, second term president with no more elections. However, Democrats who want to stay in power see Obama and his far too many scandals as an anchor. The MSM, after all the propaganda that they have spewed on to “We the People,” the AP scandal has forced them into a “come to Jesus” moment. Suddenly, the folks that made Obama have been slighted, more than normal by this administration. The MSM has suddenly realized that they have been defending Richard Milhous Nixon.

The one thing that rings most true in all of this is that Conservative and Tea Party folks have been vindicated in their complaints about President Barack Obama and his administration. The Left, Democrats and the MSM can no longer say their accusations are unwarranted and that they are just acting with partisan “sour grapes”. They were targeted and it is a fact … “NOT IF”. But suddenly Obama seems to have amnesia and has become Sgt. Schultz as he “knows nothing” of any of the scandals.

The town is turning on President Obama — and this is very bad news for this White House.

Republicans have waited five years for the moment to put the screws to Obama — and they have one-third of all congressional committees on the case now. Establishment Democrats, never big fans of this president to begin with, are starting to speak out. And reporters are tripping over themselves to condemn lies, bullying and shadiness in the Obama administration.

Buy-in from all three D.C. stakeholders is an essential ingredient for a good old-fashioned Washington pile-on — so get ready for bad stories and public scolding to pile up.

Vernon Jordan, a close adviser to President Bill Clinton through his darkest days, told us: “It’s never all right if you’re the president. There is no smooth sailing. So now he has the turbulence, and this is the ultimate test of his leadership.” Jordan says Obama needs to do something dramatic on the IRS, and quick: “He needs to fire somebody. He needs action, not conversation.”

Obama’s aloof mien and holier-than-thou rhetoric have left him with little reservoir of good will, even among Democrats. And the press, after years of being accused of being soft on Obama while being berated by West Wing aides on matters big and small, now has every incentive to be as ruthless as can be.

With Democrats and the MSM turning on Obama it should make for a good reality TV … ‘When Libs attack One Another.’ Gone is defending Obama and his agenda at all cost as it might just cost Democrat House and Senate politicians their political career. The 2014 and 2016 elections are not that far off and self-preservation is the name of the game in DC. To make matters worse for Democrats, the front-runner Hillary Clinton does not have clean hands either.

Barack Obama had the audacity yesterday to say while answering a question on Benghazi that he called Benghazi a terror attack. Nothing could be further from the truth and even the left-leaning WAPO is calling Obama on it. As Powerline opines, Obama Bobs and Weaves on Benghazi. However, this rope-a-dope is more dope than rope. Barack Obama is twisting in the wind as he has lost all credibility.

— President Obama, remarks at a news conference, May 13, 2013   Once again, it appears that we must parse a few presidential words. We went through this question at length during the 2012 election, but perhaps a refresher course is in order.

Notably, during a debate with Republican nominee Mitt Romney, President Obama said that he immediately told the American people that the killing of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans in Libya “was an act of terror.” But now he says he called it “an act of terrorism.”

Some readers may object to this continuing focus on words, but presidential aides spend a lot of time on words. Words have consequences. Is there a difference between “act of terror” and “act of terrorism”?

Nobody thought that he called it a terrorist attack.” Be careful Kirsten, you may be audited next by the IRS or have your phone tapped. Powers is correct in saying that no one believed that Obama called the attack on the Benghazi consulate a terror attack, because he did not. Obama and the rest of his minions blamed it on a video tape. As Kirsten Powers stated, “Now at what point are people going to get tired of the president coming out and over and over saying things like don’t believe your lying eyes?” Honesty, not soon enough as Obama was reelected in 2012 and thus the reason why he and Team Obama politicized and covered up what really happened in Benghazi.

“He’s so centrally involving himself with these repeated lies. And, I’m just going to call them lies because they’re lies. They’re on tape. Nobody thought that he called it a terrorist attack. Last night I went up and I looked at The New York Times how they reported it (Benghazi) the day after. They never reference that we had a terrorist attack against the United States. On September 20th, however, they run a story that says Libyan envoys killing was a terrorist attack. And they say until now White House officials have not used that language in describing the assault. That is September 20th. That is The New York Times. Now at what point are people going to get tired of the president coming out and over and over saying things like don’t believe your lying eyes?“
