Former Defense & CIA Director Leon Panetta Says … From Beginning, I Thought Benghazi Was a “Terrorist Attack”

Former Defense & CIA Director Leon Panetta in an interview with NBC Today stated that from the beginning, he thought the attack on the Benghazi consulate on September 11, 2012 was a “Terrorist Attack”. But of course that did not go along with Barack Obama’s reelection narrative that Al-Qaeda was on the run. Instead, Obama and his minions would blame the attack on a video. Lately, Panetta has been highly critical of Obama. It is just too bad he did not speak up or resign at the time out of principle. But as Panaetta’s buddy Hillary Clinton says, “What difference does it make?”

“You know, I didn’t have any specific information but, the fact was, when you bring grenade launchers to a demonstration there’s something else going on. And, I just from the very beginning sensed that this was an attack. This was a terrorist attack.”

Bill Maher & Ben Affleck Battle Over Radical Islam … “They Will F*cking Kill You”

Ben Affleck gets his “liberal” lunch handed to him by Bill Maher …

Poor Ben Affleck was just a perplexed mess as for once he was not surrounded by individuals who were just there to agree with him in an echo chamber. Affleck was given a lesson into the real war on woman. However, I hardly believe that he thought such a thing would happen with his appearance with Bill Maher. Affleck had a look of disbelief when Maher said,  “It is the only religion that acts like the Mafia. They will F*cking kill you if you say the wring thing, draw the wrong picture or write the wrong book.”

It was not too long ago when Maher ripped Charlie Rose a new one and informed him that Islam was not like other religions.

The Blaze:

Affleck was noticeably uncomfortable and frustrated throughout the discussion, calling claims that there are widespread problems within the Islamic religion “racist” and “gross.” Maher said liberals should stick up for liberal principles that many in the Muslim faith do not value, such as freedom of speech and equality for women.

Later in the segment, Affleck said the United States has “killed more Muslims” than radical Islamists have killed Americans while asking Maher to lay out his solution.

“I can show you a Pew Poll of Egyptians, they are not outliers in the Muslim world that say like 90 percent of them believe that death is the appropriate response to leaving the religion,” Maher eventually responded. “If 90 percent of Brazilians thought death was the appropriate response to leaving Catholicism, you would think it was a bigger deal.”

Megyn Kelly Leaves State Department Spox Jen Psaki Speechless After Confronting Her with Obama’s Own Words from Debate Tape with Romney on Troop Withdrawal

BARACK OBAMA, THE LIAR IN CHIEF IN HIS OWN WORDS …

State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki at a loss for words when confronted with Obama’s own words in what he stated during the 2012 Presidential debates against Mitt Romney vs. his comments now. Presented with the facts from Megyn Kelly and the comments from or Leon Panetta, former Defense and CIA director, that “those on our side viewed the White House as so eager to rid itself of Iraq that it was willing to withdraw rather than lock in arrangements that would preserve our influence and interests.”

Mitt Romney: With regards to Iraq, you and I agreed, I believe that there should have been a status of forces agreement… Oh, you didn’t want a status of forces agreement.

Barack Obama: No, what I would not have done was left 10,000 troops in Iraq that would tie us down. That certainly would not help us in the Middle East.

Now we get Barack Obama only blaming Iraq’s  Maliki, claiming it was bit his decision.

Former Defense Secretary & CIA Director Leon Panetta Calls Out Barack Obama’s Lies on Iraq and ISIS

Barack Obama, The Liar in Chief …

After President Barack Obama threw the US intelligences community under the bus and blamed them for his underestimating Iraq and ISIS. However, Former Defense Secretary & CIA Director Leon Panetta is firing back and calling out Obama’s lies.  Panetta says that not only was Obama advised to keep American military forces in Iraq to protect its fragile stability, he also warned that the rise of the Islamic State “greatly increases the risk that Iraq will become al-Qaeda’s next safe haven.”

It would appear that Panetta wants to put forth the truth as to what really took place and create a firewall between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for her 2016 presidential run.

Leon Panetta

Leon Panetta … warned the rise of the Islamic State “greatly increases the risk that Iraq will become al-Qaeda’s next safe haven.”

In clear and unequivocal terms, former Defense Secretary and CIA director Leon Panetta confirms precisely what conservative critics, lawmakers, former officials, tactical experts and military officials have said about Iraq: President Obama was advised to keep a stay-behind force and warned  about the consequences if he did not. He preferred to keep his campaign pledge to get all the troops out. The White House therefore allowed negotiations to falter for a status of forces agreement and bragged it had gotten all the troops out. Iraq has now collapsed.

In excerpts of his new book printed in TIME, he writes: “When President Obama announced the end of our combat mission in August 2010, he acknowledged that we would maintain troops for a while. Now that the deadline was upon us, however, it was clear to me — and many others — that withdrawing all our forces would endanger the fragile stability then barely holding Iraq together.” Among others, Panetta and Under Secretary of Defense Michèle Flournoy tried to convince the White House this was essential, but the White House refused to take obvious measures to maintain troops:

Obama_Failure

More from FOX News:

In them, Panetta explained that Iraqi leaders privately wanted some U.S. forces to stay behind after the formal 2011 withdrawal, though they would not say so publicly. The former secretary, though, said the U.S. had “leverage” to strike a deal, and the Defense and State departments tried to do exactly that.

“But,” he wrote, “the President’s team at the White House pushed back, and the differences occasionally became heated. … and those on our side viewed the White House as so eager to rid itself of Iraq that it was willing to withdraw rather than lock in arrangements that would preserve our influence and interests.”

He said the negotiations with then-Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki went down to the wire in December 2011, but the White House never stepped up.

“To my frustration, the White House coordinated the negotiations but never really led them,” Panetta charged. “Officials there seemed content to endorse an agreement if State and Defense could reach one, but without the President’s active advocacy, al-Maliki was allowed to slip away.”

The account from Panetta challenges the notion that the Obama administration would have left some troops behind – as U.S. military advisers wanted – if only the Iraqi government had been more willing to negotiate. While Panetta lays some blame at the feet of the Iraqis, he also argues that the White House never seized the chance at a deal.

Panetta claims that a residual troop presence like he and others had advocated could have made the difference.

“To this day, I believe that a small U.S. troop presence in Iraq could have effectively advised the Iraqi military on how to deal with al-Qaeda’s resurgence and the sectarian violence that has engulfed the country,” he wrote.

Panetta also warned that the rise of the Islamic State “greatly increases the risk that Iraq will become al-Qaeda’s next safe haven.”

When Liberals Attack Each Other … Bill Maher To Charlie Rose, To Claim that Islam Is Like Other Religions Is Naive And Plain Wrong … “Vast numbers of Christians do not believe that if you leave the Christian religion you should be killed for it.”

IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER TO SEE THAN TWO LIBS GOING AFTER EACH OTHER?

Okay this is rather frightening, hell might have just froze over. In the course of a week I find myself first agreeing with Michael Moore and now Bill Maher. YIKES!!! During an interview with Charlie Rose, uber-lib Bill Maher and even bigger uber-lib Rose clashed over Islam when Rose tried to link Islam to Christianity and tried to disavow radical Muslims as representatives of the religion. Bill Maher refuted Rose in saying it is just naive and plain wrong to claim that Islam is like other religions. Then provided some common sense examples. It has always been the ultimate in hypocrisy how the LEFT would embrace Islam and condemn Christianity or Judaism. It is Islam that treats women as second class citizens, it is Islam that would have zero tolerance for gays or anyone else who was not of Islam. Yet most libs just turn a blind eye to it and pretend like it does not exist

MAHER: There are illiberal beliefs that are held by vast numbers of Muslim people that –

ROSE: A vast number of Christians too.

MAHER: No, that’s not true. Not true. Vast numbers of Christians do not believe that if you leave the Christian religion you should be killed for it. Vast numbers of Christians do not treat women as second class citizens.

MAHER: – do not believe if you draw a picture of Jesus Christ you should get killed for it. So yes, does ISIS do Khmer Rouge-like activities where they just kill people indiscriminately who aren’t just like them? Yes. And would most Muslim people in the world do that or condone that? No.

Rose  went on to claim that “moderate Muslims” do not approve of the actions of radical groups like ISIS, Maher provided proof that it was not the case. Rose said the Koran does not teach Muslims to do “these kind of things.” Good grief, has this dude actually ever read the Koran?

MAHER: But most Muslim people in the world do condone violence just for what you think.

ROSE: How do you know that?

MAHER: They do. First of all they say it. They shout it.

ROSE: Vast majorities of Muslims say that?

MAHER: Absolutely. There was a Pew poll in Egypt done a few years ago — 82% said, I think, stoning is the appropriate punishment for adultery. Over 80% thought death was the appropriate punishment for leaving the Muslim religion. I’m sure you know these things.

ROSE: Well I do. But I don’t believe –

MAHER: So to claim that this religion is like other religions is just naive and plain wrong. It is not like other religious. The New York Times pointed out in an op-ed a couple weeks ago that in Saudi Arabia just since August 4th, they think it was, they have beheaded 19 people. Most for non-violent crimes including homosexuality.

Its Been 13 Years Since September 11, 2001 … Have You Forgotten? We Have Not, We Will Always Remember Those We Lost, The Heroes & the Evil that Attacked Us and Continues To

Today is the 13th anniversary since that fateful Fall day on September 11, 2001 where the United States of America changed forever … Please Don’t Ever Forget.

Today, bells toll and a moment of silence commemorate the exact times that the planes piloted by Islamic terrorists crashed into both towers the World Trade Center in New York City, into the Pentagon in Washington, DC and into a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. The bells toll to remember the times that both towers fell in NYC and thousands of innocent people were killed who’s only crime was going to work and the heroes that rushed into the buildings and never came home.

911_may we never forget

Have you forgotten that September morning? In many ways it seems that many have. That is until we are attacked again, like in Benghazi, Libya September 11, 2012. A terror attacked passed off as being blamed on a anti- Islamic video tape by our government which we pretty much know is a lie. Have you forgotten? It seems like a country once again did until suddenly they received a wake up call from a jayvee terrorist group known as ISIS. There will always be those who wish to destroy America simple because, we are America. God bless all those who lost their lives and to the families, loved ones, friends and those who have been personally affected by the terror acts of 9-11. Its been 13 years, I miss you.

However,  today is meant to honor the memories and the lives of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and the heroes that inspired a nation. It has been 13 years to the day of that fateful September morning in 2001 where in an instant our lives and world changed forever. Nearly 3000 people lost their lives in NYC at the World Trade Center, in Washington, DC as flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon and in a field in Shanksville, PA where heroes aboard Flight 93 took matters into their hands and said “NO to terrorism”. DO YOU REMEMBER? Please I beg you, NEVER FORGET.

I understand the reason why solemn services are held and the bells toll to remember the times in which these horrific terror acts were perpetrated on the United States, but do not ever forget the images, the sounds and the smells of what actually took place. It should be carved into the minds and souls of all Americans. If it is not, if we forget, we will be destined to repeat history.

Mitt Romney Rips Barack Obama on His Past Comments and Foreign Policy, Says Hillary Clinton & Obama are Two Peas in the Same Pod … Romney Says He Will not Run Again for President

Whether you like Mitt Romney or not, Romney was correct during the 2012 Presidential race and debates and Obama was dead wrong.

AMERICA HAS BUYER’S REMORSE … Former Massachusetts Governor and 2012 Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney appeared on FOX News Sunday and shredded Barack Obama, his lack of a foreign policy and his disastrous out of touch presidency. In retrospect, does anyone really not think that Romney would have been a better choice than Obama? During the 2012 presidential debates Obama had nothing but condescending one liners like when Romney was discussing the dwindling size of the navy, Obama mocked him by replying, “we also have fewer horses and bayonets.” Then there was the condescending Obama comments when Romney had stated that Russia was one of the biggest Geo-political threats, Obama quipped that “the 1980′s are now calling for their foreign policy back.” It makes for a good joke, but could Obama have ever been more wrong? Hey Barack … what do you think of Vladimir Putin now?

Mitt Romney also went on to say that he thinks he would have made a better president than Barack Obama; however, Romney also stated that he is not running again. Romney stated he had his chance and his time has passed. But it is obvious to many that Romney would have made a better president and that the American people have buyer’s remorse. A recent CNN poll indicated that if the 2012 presidential election was held today, Romney would defeat Obama 53% to 44%.

Romney also said that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are one in the same.

“I look for instance at her record as secretary of state. Look, her record is Barack Obama’s record in foreign policy, and it’s a disaster,” Romney said. Citing the ongoing conflagrations in the Middle East and the Ukraine and the current administration’s inaction, Romney said: “If you can’t speak decisively, you can’t be decisive. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are two peas in the same pod.”

And to the folks over at Crooks and Liars who have nothing but MEAN things to say about Romney’s appearance on FNS where all he was doing was answering the questions he was asked, Elmer Fudd would have made a better president than Barack Milhous Obama. Romney was not crying he was not elected, America is crying. Had Americans known that Obamacare was a lie, Benghazi was another lie and coverup and IRS-gate … Obama would have lost in a landslide, as he should have.

Greta Van Susteren Says the Obama White House Pressured Her to Get FOX News Reporter to Back Down on Benghazi Investigation

More dirty Chicago-style politics and shredding of the First Amendment by the Obama Administration …

FOX News’ Greta Van Susteren admitted Friday in “Off the Record” that she was called by the Obama White House and pressured to get Fox News reporter Jennifer Griffin (VIDEO) to back down on her Benghazi investigation. So much for The US Constitution, the First Amendment and Freedom of the Press. Of course we know the rest of the lapdog media was more than willing to oblige Obama.

“Since day one of Benghazi FOX News has been aggressively investigating. It hasn’t been easy. It’s been more like pulling teeth to get answers from the Obama administration. The Obama administration’s behavior post Benghazi has been weird. Like they’re trying to hide something. First that silly story about that video. Remember Susan Rice on all the Sunday talk shows? Even President Obama kept talking about the video for weeks. So FOX continued to press for information … A few weeks later when FOX news reporter Jennifer Griffin said she was told there was a stand-down order at Benghazi, I got a weird call from the Obama administration trying to pressure me to get Jennifer to back down on her report. I thought the call from the Obama administration was dirty. Incidentally, I don’t control my colleagues and they don’t control me.”

Bret Baier Fox News Exclusive – ’13 Hours in Benghazi’: Top CIA Officer in Benghazi Delayed Response to Terrorist Attack … “I strongly believe if we’d left immediately, they’d still be alive today.”

THEY WERE TOLD TO STAND DOWN ...VIDEO, WHAT VIDEO?

IN A MUST SEE INTERVIEW, their account gives a dramatic new turn to what the Obama administration and its allies would like to dismiss as an “old story” – the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.  Ahead of the book, “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi” comes the following interview with Fox News Special Report Brett Baier and the security contractors — Kris (“Tanto”) Paronto,  Mark (“Oz”) Geist, and John (“Tig”) Tiegen.

Fox News:

A U.S. security team in Benghazi was held back from immediately responding to the attack on the American diplomatic mission on orders of the top CIA officer there, three of those involved told Fox News’ Bret Baier.

Their account gives a dramatic new turn to what the Obama administration and its allies would like to dismiss as an “old story” – the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

Speaking out publicly for the first time, the three were security operators at the secret CIA annex in Benghazi – in effect, the first-responders to any attack on the diplomatic compound. Their first-hand account will be told in a Fox News special, airing Friday night at 10 p.m. (EDT).

Based on the new book “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi” by Mitchell Zuckoff with the Annex Security Team, the special sets aside the political spin that has freighted the Benghazi issue for the last two years, presenting a vivid, compelling narrative of events from the perspective of the men who wore the “boots on the ground.”

Now, looking back, the security team said they believed that if they had not been delayed for nearly half an hour, or if the air support had come, things might have turned out differently.

Ambassador Stevens and Sean [Smith], yeah, they would still be alive, my gut is yes,” Paronto said. Tiegen concurred.

“I strongly believe if we’d left immediately, they’d still be alive today,” he added.
