Losing the Youth Vote … Obama’s Job Approval Falls 17 Points With those Age18 to 29 … Scandals, Scandals, Scandals

It finally appears that Barack Obama has lost that loving feeling of the youth vote.

Yesterday we reported that Barack Obama’s job approval in a recent CNN poll fell to 45%. However, further looking into the numbers revealed an even more glaring loss of support. Obama’s approval rating fell 17 points to 48% with those who are age 18 to 29. So what’s the reason for the drastic drop with the youth? Could it be that they finally realize that they will be paying a disproportionate share for Obamacare? Could it be that they realize they have a mountain of college debt and no job? Probably not as they have had a time to digest these fiascos under Obama. Most likely it is because they realize that Barack Obama was not the one they had been waiting for and was no different that any other lying president. The scandals are starting to even affect the young. The IRS scandal and NSA are probably highest on the list of the multiple scandals.  Obama stated as a candidate he would stop wire tapping and spying on legal Americans (VIDEO); however, the youth have recently learned a much different story. Today’s youth are more wired in to the internet, Facebook and social media than any other age group. Now they realize that the president who said they would not be spied on is doing the unthinkable, spying on them. It’s time for today’s youth to grow up and understand, the “One” they had been waiting for, was not. It’s always difficult for the idealistic young to realize that their hero is nothing more than Richard Nixon.

Have all the scandals become too much even for today’s youth? They appear to have lost trust in Obama, I guess they no longer believe, in Obama, they trust.

Even more surprising: The overall decline in his approval rating was partially fueled by a plunge in support from younger Americans, a huge base of Obama’s support.

Last month, nearly two-thirds of those in the 18-29 age group gave the president a thumbs up. His approval rating among that bracket fell 17 points in Monday’s poll and now stands at 48%.

“One explanation may be that younger Americans are more likely to feel they are personally affected by the surveillance programs,” said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. “More than half of all senior citizens, for example, think that the government has not collected their personal information, and since older Americans are less likely to use the Internet, they may be right. Among younger Americans, two-thirds believe that the federal government has gathered their personal data.”

This administration has gotten pretty good at riding the ebbs and flows of poll numbers,” said chief national correspondent for The New York Times Magazine Mark Leibovich. “In the second term it’s easier to sort of, not shrug it off,  but certainly to ride it out a little bit.”

“The president’s trend line on his popularity, and the level of trust that Americans have for him, is going down, right as many Americans feel the economy is starting to recover, and their perception’s about the economy’s starting to go up,” said CNN contributor and former senior adviser to Mitt Romney Kevin Madden.

Isn’t it amazing that the very people who have made quite a nice living off the freedoms, liberties and opportunities afforded to them by living in the United States are they very ones who claim to hate it?

In Lil’ Wayne’s latest video titled “God Bless Amerika,” the rapper stomps all over an American flag. How special. You mean even with Barack Obama as president, Lil’ Wayne still has issues. Some people are just never satisfied. This is just another reason why I give celebrities zero status in my life. Obviously, it is not illegal what the rapper did as stepping on the Stars and Stripes is protected under free speech, however, that does not make it any less disrespectful. Yup, this country is just so bad Lil’ Wayne, because you have done so bad for yourself as a no talent fool. Maybe, just maybe you might want to write a song like this in a country that is ruled by Sharia law? Wonder what the result would be?

It is simply shameful that brave Americans have lost their lives defending the United States of America and this is how some exploit those brave acts of our American heroes. Simply disgusting. Maybe Lil’ Wayne would actually do something beneficial with his life and visit a military hospital and thank those who have afforded him a living and the right to act like a jerk?

Senior Washington IRS Official Holly Paz Admits to Scrutinizing Tea Party Applications

IRS-GATE … Drip, drip, drip.

Holly Paz, an IRS senior supervisor in Washington, DC admitted to targeting Tea Party groups seeking tax-exempt status. She stated she was personally involved in scrutinizing up to 30 Tea Party applications. Now according to reports, she is gone, but gone where? Fired, transferred, on administrative leave with pay? One thing is for certain, it’s no longer about rogue agents in the Cincinnati office, the IRS scandal that targeted conservative groups and Tea Party organizations now leads to Washington, DC.

A Washington-based IRS supervisor acknowledged she was personally involved in reviewing Tea Party applications for tax-exempt status as far back as 2010, Fox News confirms — a detail that further challenges the agency’s initial claim that the practice of singling out those groups was limited to a handful of employees in Ohio.

Congressional sources confirmed to Fox News that Holly Paz, who until recently was a top deputy in the division that handles applications for tax-exempt status, told congressional investigators she reviewed 20 to 30 applications. Some requests languished for more than a year without action.

The account undercuts the narrative that senior officials only learned of the practice after it had already started in the Cincinnati office.

Details of Paz’s role were first reported by The Associated Press. Still, Paz provided no evidence that senior IRS officials ordered agents to target conservative groups or that anyone in the Obama administration outside the IRS was involved.

Instead, Paz described an agency in which IRS supervisors in Washington worked closely with agents in the field but didn’t fully understand what those agents were doing. Paz said agents in Cincinnati openly talked about handling “tea party” cases, but she thought the term was merely shorthand for all applications from groups that were politically active — conservative and liberal.

14 Year Old Student Jared Marcum May Face Year in Jail For Refusing to Remove NRA Shirt in School

Good grief, we can’t seem ta arrest any one at the IRS for illegally targeting conservative organizations or any one at the Justice department for AP or James Rosen-gate, but the some how we are able to jail a 14 year old for freedom of speech.

We had previously reported that 8th grader Jared Marcum, who attended the Logan Middle School in West Virginia had been arrested, suspended and faced charges for wearing an NRA T-shirt with the image of a firearm and the words “Protect Your Right” printed on it to school. School officials actually called the police on this kid for wearing a shirt to school and expressing his “freedom of speech”. This is still America, right? But now we learn that the case has not been dropped and that Jared Marcum could face a year in jail. HUH? As stated at Guns Saves Lives, how on Earth have these charges not yet been dropped? This entire incident was caused by an over-reaction by school officials and now it has gotten so far out of control that it could lead to an American citizen expressing their Constitutional rights.

According to a report by WTRF the prosecuting attorney is moving forward with that charge and a judge is allowing the case to move forward. Fourteen year old Jared Marcum could face up to a $500 fine and up to a year in jail (we’ll seriously hope that isn’t a real possibility) if found guilty.

According to the report, the arresting officer alleges that when Jared refused to stop talking he hindered the officers ability to do his job and that is where the obstruction arrest came from. I’m guessing a 14 year old kid who felt intimidated was trying to explain himself, but let’s throw him in jail for good measure.

According to the report, both the prosecuting attorney and police refused to comment or answer any questions from reporters regarding the case.

When did this country get so screwed up? Does anyone think he would be facing the same predicament if his shirt was “anti-gun” or maybe if it was pro-Muslim” or pro “illegal immigration”. Dick Cheney Calls Edward Snowden a Traitor … Deeply Suspicious’ Snowden May Be a Chinese Spy … Defends NSA Surveillance Program

Politics makes strange bed fellows, doesn’t it? In a rather remarkable Sunday talk show appearance, Dick Cheney appears on FNS to strongly defend the NSA data surveillance program in a way in which the Obama administration has failed to. After all the bad-mouthing that Obama has done over the years of GWB, Cheney and the Patriot Act surveillance programs, it is Cheney that comes to Obama’s defense.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney appeared on Fox News Sunday  with Chris Wallace and discussed the recent revelations by “whistle-blower” Edward Snowden coming forward to state that the NSA data surveillance programs are Unconstitutionally collecting data on all Americans. Cheney called Snowden a “traitor” and questioned whether Snowden had have been a spy all along for the Chinese. As reported at the Politico, Cheney stated, “I’m suspicious because he went to China. That’s not a place where you would ordinarily want to go if you are interested in freedom, liberty and so forth.  It raises questions whether or not he had that kind of connection before he did this.”  Cheney further went on to  defended the NSA programs that were created when he was VP; however, he criticized Barack Obama for suggesting that the war on terror is winding down. Cheney said, “First of all he’s wrong, it’s not winding down … the threat is bigger than ever.”

“I think he’s a traitor … I think he has committed crimes,” Cheney said in an interview with “Fox News Sunday.”

The former number two to President George W. Bush said he suspects Snowden was a Chinese spy all along, questioning his decision to flee to Hong Kong ahead of releasing classified information on the NSA’s phone and Internet monitoring programs.

Cheney defended those data surveillance methods as essential to national security, arguing that the threat from terrorism is worse than ever.

“I think he’s a traitor… I’m deeply suspicious (Snowden is a spy) because he went to China. That’s not a place where you ordinarily want to go if you’re interested in freedom and liberty and so forth. So, it raises questions whether or not he had that kind of a connection he had before he did this. The other concern I had was whether or not he had help from inside the agency… That is to say, was there someone else in NSA who had access to some of this stuff and passed it to him. That’s presumably one of the things they’ll look at.”

Suddenly with scandals abound, Obama has taken this opportunity to change his position on Syria at this time and moment. Palin argued that the U.S. should not intervene in any Middle East conflict as long as President Obama remains in office.

SACRIFICE: Obama & First Family Trip to Africa Will Cost U.S. Taxpayers Between $60 and $100 Million

Title this one, Sequester, what sequester? Or, It’s Good to be King. Or, You Can Go Home Again  ;-)

As reported at the Washington Post, President Barack Obama and his families trip to Africa will be one of the most expensive trips ever and cost the American tax payers between $60 and $100 million. That is correct. As millions of Americans are unemployed, under-employed, and struggle to get by on a day to day basis. This takes place as a record number of Americans are on food stamps and disability. This occurs as so-called sequestration has caused government departments to cut back and furlough workers. Barack Obama has said in the past that every one has to have skin in the game and must sacrifice? That is everyone but him. As Weasel Zippers states, “Just as long as the King and Queen of America enjoy themselves.” This man truly is a community agitator. Who does this at a time that the United States finds itself in record debt?

So let’s understand this, fighter jets will fly in shifts, giving 24-hour coverage over the president’s airspace, a Navy aircraft carrier or amphibious ship, with a fully staffed medical trauma center, will be stationed offshore in case of an emergency but yet Americans were left to die in Benghazi without any military help within an 8 hour range? Really? Furthermore, we are in the midst of questioning the IRS for their lavish and over the top wasteful spending, yet Obama’s jaunt to Africa gets the rubber stamp of approval? The LEFT will be quick to say, well Bush did it. Is that really a defense? I thought Obama wasn’t W? We realize that other presidents have gone on expensive trips as well, but this president is not supposed to be like others. Obama says he cares about the poor and the middle class. Obama claims that he identifies with the common man and plays class warfare. However, this imperial, do as I say, not as I do, let them eat cake president just snubs his nose at the American people and does any damn thing he wants at the expense of ‘We the People”. What a disgrace.

Hundreds of U.S. Secret Service agents will be dispatched to secure facilities in Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania. A Navy aircraft carrier or amphibious ship, with a fully staffed medical trauma center, will be stationed offshore in case of an emergency.

Military cargo planes will airlift in 56 support vehicles, including 14 limousines and three trucks loaded with sheets of bullet­proof glass to cover the windows of the hotels where the first family will stay. Fighter jets will fly in shifts, giving 24-hour coverage over the president’s airspace, so they can intervene quickly if an errant plane gets too close.

The elaborate security provisions — which will cost the government tens of millions of dollars — are outlined in a confidential internal planning document obtained by The Washington Post. While the preparations appear to be in line with similar travels in the past, the document offers an unusual glimpse into the colossal efforts to protect the U.S. commander in chief on trips abroad.

The Weekly Standard reports that after the WAPO questioned the costs of a planned family safari, the White House nixed the plan. So does that mean if we question the entire trip, they will cancel this ridiculous, over-priced boondoggle as well?

Ann Coulter Says, “If the GOP is this Stupid [on Illegal Immigration], It Deserves to Die”

Ann Coulter pens in an article on Ann Coulter.com, ”If  the GOP is this Stupid, It Deserves to Die.” Her comments are in reference to the Republicans ridiculous stance on Hispanics, illegal immigration and amnesty. The targets the GOP Ship of Fools of Four, Sens. Kelly Ayotte, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio. Amnesty for illegals will destroy the Republican party, an Democrats are wetting themselves with joy that they have created this canard. As Ann states, even if Mitt Romney had won 70% of the Hispanic vote in 2012, he still would have lost. No Republican presidential candidate in at least 50 years has won even half of the Hispanic vote. So how do Republicans think this is a political winner for them? In essence what the “Ship of fools of 4″ is proposing is to piss off the Republican base and allow amnesty first, never protect the border and just allow an influx of low skilled illegals and their families into a country that already in in debt, has record number of Americans on unemployment, on Food Stamps and disability. Good grief, this is a recipe to make the United States, Mexico. How on earth can Republicans thing that providing amnesty to people where a large majority will become dependent on government is good for them, or better yet and more important, good for America?

I have to admit, if the GOP goes for this amnesty first, protect the border whenever and allow 11-30,000,000 illegals and their extended this families into the US, not only will the GOP die, so will America. That many low income, low skilled individuals can do nothing for the United States except destroy it. Rubio talks about the extra tax revenue. Is this man on crack? What tax revenue, 47% of Americans already do not pay taxes and many in this category actually get money back from the federal government in the formed of “earned income tax credits”. Where do you think the majority of low skilled illegals will fall in the tax payer structure of the US? Has everyone forgot the rule of law in all of this? Hell, if we are going to just reward illegals, why don’t we provide amnesty to every one else in the United States who has broken the law? Seriously, amnesty for all individuals who have broke any law of the United States, forgive them of their crimes whether it be assault, robbery, drugs, rape, child molesters, white collar crime, etc. Sound insane? Then, why are politicians playing favorites as to what crimes they want to enforce and other that they do not?

Democrats terrify Hispanics into thinking they’ll be lynched if they vote for Republicans, and then turn around and taunt Republicans for not winning a majority of the Hispanic vote.

This line of attack has real resonance with our stupidest Republicans. (Proposed Republican primary targets: Sens. Kelly Ayotte, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio.) Which explains why Republicans are devoting all their energy to slightly increasing their share of the Hispanic vote while alienating everyone else in America.

It must be fun for liberals to manipulate Republicans into focusing on hopeless causes. Why don’t Democrats waste their time trying to win the votes of gun owners?

As journalist Steve Sailer recently pointed out, the Hispanic vote terrifying Republicans isn’t that big. It actually declined in 2012. The Census Bureau finally released the real voter turnout numbers from the last election, and the Hispanic vote came in at only 8.4 percent of the electorate — not the 10 percent claimed by the pro-amnesty crowd.

The sleeping giant of the last election wasn’t Hispanics; it was elderly black women, terrified of media claims that Republicans were trying to suppress the black vote and determined to keep the first African-American president in the White House.

Contrary to everyone’s expectations, 10 percent more blacks voted in 2012 compared to 2008, even beating white voters, the usual turnout champions. Eligible black voters turned out at rate of 66.2 percent, compared to 64.1 percent of eligible white voters. Only 48 percent of all eligible Hispanic voters went to the polls. It is mind boggling that it has come to this. The stupidity of allowing illegals amnesty first will be the death of anything that we used to recognize as an America we once knew. Guess who would be paying for their Obamacare? Guess who would be a drain on the entitlement programs of the US? Guess who would not be paying any income taxes?

Folks, immigration is not set up to benefit those individuals wanting to come to America, immigration law is made to benefit the country and who should be allowed in to provide the skill and knowledge to make the country better. The United States cannot be a welfare state to the world, as it is, we cannot even afford to be a welfare state to our own citizens.

Talk About Hipocrisy … In 2006 Joe Biden Said, Don’t Trust a Spying President or Vice President, What Say You Now Joe? According to Gallup, Majority of Americans Don’t Either

Americans appear to be very troubled by the government spying on them. Hmm, so was Joe Biden when he was in the US Senate.  In 2006, then Senator Joe Biden said you can’t trust a spying president.

“If I know every single phone call you made I’m able to determine every single person you talk to. I can get a pattern about your life that is very, very intrusive. The real question here is what do they do with this information they collect that does not have anything to do with Al-Qaeda? And we’re going to trust the president and the vice president of the United States that they’re doing the right thing. Don’t count me in on that.“

But of course now that Biden is VP and Barack Obama is President, things are different. NOT! The NSA surveillance program as morphed into an all encompassing, out of control data grab on ever single American and in the process completely shredding the Contribution and Bill of Rights. For something that Biden said, “don’t count me in on that,” he appears to be all in now. What’s the difference? Oh, he is in power. Talk about your convenient flip-flops and the height of hypocrisy. Now that Biden is VP, he must feel it is completely OK to shred the US Constitution and spy on law abiding American people. Because the rules don’t apply the liberals. How does one morph their opinion that you can’t trust a spying president simply by whether they are a ”R” or “D”? Especially when the Obama administration has already been caught in the IRS scandal where conservative groups were targeted?

It would appear We the People” are not for a spying president either. According to a recent Gallup poll, a majority of Americans disapprove of the NSA Government surveillance program. 53% of Americans disapprove of the “Big Brother” watching them and violating their right to privacy. Weasel Zippers provides a similar CBS poll where 58% disapprove of the Government surveillance program. The only group who approves, are Democrats. Funny, weren’t they the ones that were up in arms during the GWB presidency that their library books were being reviewed?

More Americans disapprove (53%) than approve (37%) of the federal government agency program that as part of its efforts to investigate terrorism obtained records from U.S. telephone and Internet companies to “compile telephone call logs and Internet communications.”

There are significant partisan differences in views of the government’s program to obtain call logs and Internet communication. Democrats are more likely to approve, by 49% to 40%. Independents (34% vs. 56%) and Republicans (32% to 63%) are much more likely to disapprove than approve.

CNN asks, Was it OK for Snowden to leak secrets? The question is debatable as the jury is still out as to what his ultimate motive was.

Another Day, Another Scandal … Prostitution, drugs, Sexual Abuse, Misconduct alleged in Hillary Clinton’s State Department

Good grief, prostitution, drugs alleged, sexual abuse, child prostitution inappropriate or even criminal misconduct by staff in Hillary Clinton’s State Department. According to accounts, the investigation was stonewalled and asked to be stopped by State Dept. officials. The investigators were leaned on, pressured and had their investigation called off. MORE TRANSPARANY? It’s not just Benghazi and the events that occurred before, during and after the terrorist attack that left 4 Americans dead that was botched by wannbe president Hillary Clinton, it appears she presided over an out of control State Department. But of course she knew nothing about what was going on, including allegations against her own security detail. As the NY Post reports, Hillary’s sorry state of affairs. Is any part of the Obama government under control?

A State Department whistleblower has accused high-ranking staff of a massive coverup — including keeping a lid on findings that members of then-Secretary Hillary Clinton’s security detail and the Belgian ambassador solicited prostitutes.

“It’s a coverup,” declared Cary Schulman, a lawyer representing the whistleblower, former State Department IG senior investigator Aurelia Fedenisn.“The whole agency is impaired.

Does this sound familiar, Hillary Clinton spokesman said that Hillary was unaware of the investigation and the memos, including the part about her own personal detail and learned about it from the media. GOOD GRIEF … HOW MANY TIMES ARE THESE PEOPLE GOING TO USE THE SAME EXCUSE OF IGNORANCE. Sorry Mrs. Clinton, not believable. President Barack Obama has already over-used that card, you do not get to.

Senior State Department and Diplomatic Security officials may have covered up or stopped investigations of inappropriate or even criminal misconduct by staff, according to an internal memo from the department’s Office of the Inspector General.

The timeline surrounding the allegations places the incidents during former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s tenure, opening the possibility that a widening scandal might taint both her record and her possible political aspirations. Clinton has also taken heat for the department’s response to the September 2012 attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya.

The memo itself, purportedly written by Ambassador Larry Dinger, describes some of the information as coming from office chatter.

They include:

• An active U.S. ambassador “routinely ditched his protective security detail in order to solicit sexual favors from both prostitutes and minor children,” the memo says. The ambassador’s protective detail and others “were well aware of the behavior,” the memo asserts. When a diplomatic security officer tried to investigate, undersecretary of state for management Patrick Kennedy allegedly ordered the investigator “not to open a formal investigation.”
