The Democrats just have no shame and no understanding that there needs to be a day of rest from their political begging for money. Sunday, a day of rest from the political beg for money? Nope, not for Democrats. Then again, they believe that Democrat party politics is a religion. As reported at the Washington Times, at least three top party officials dispatched fundraising emails Sunday.  They went so far as to have the DCCC send out an updated fundraising email  from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi that didn’t even mention Easter … “We could really do this! If we can hit 200,000 donations before tonight’s FEC deadline, it would send a blistering message to Speaker Boehner and the Republicans. Donate $3 before MIDNIGHT and your gift will be triple-matched.”  Good grief, give it a rest.  What would Jesus say?

Easter Sunday is not a day of rest for the Democrats’ moneychangers. At least three top party officials dispatched fundraising emails Sunday in their bid to reach loyal Democrats in between church and Easter dinner.

It’s just the latest sign that politics and fundraising have become as regular as shopping at Sears or Walmart, which also open on Easter.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Sunday morning sent out an updated fundraising note from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi that didn’t even mention Easter.

Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) says Democrats are “in the red” and are broke. That’s ok Debbie, thanks to Barack Obama and Democrats, so is America.

ABC News reports that the sermon turned slightly political when Leon said there are some members of the religious right who are trying to pull people back rather than letting them move forward. SLIGHTLY POLITCAL? A pastor plays the race card and that is only slightly political for of all things an Easter service sermon?. One can imagine what is overly political. However, what a better religious-political message with Obama, the “Divider” in Chief in attendance.

The captains of the religious right are always calling us back, back, back. For blacks to be back in the back of the bus, for women to be back in the kitchen, for gays to be in the closet and for immigrants  to be on their side of the border,” Leon said. “What you and I understand is that when Jesus says you can’t hang onto me, he says you know it’s not about the past, it’s not about the before, it’s not about the way things were but about the way things can be in the now.”

Hmm, some words seem to be missing, but what else would one expect from the liberal MSM who thinks playing the race card. How very sad that this be the message of hope, resurrection and rebirth in an Easter service.

A note to this misguided pastor and to all else who want to blame others for their plight in life or just wish to blame others just to cause division, take a real good look who is holding you back, put you back on the plantation or at the back of the bus. Who is making you dependent on the government rather than those who want you to be all that you can be? Who is calling for blacks to go to the back of the bus or that woman have to be in the kitchen? Seriously, who? As for immigrants to stay on their side of the border, I think many are calling for the laws of the United States to be enforced and “ILLEGALS” to be dealt with accordingly. I wonder what Jesus would say when the Church becomes a propaganda tool of a the government?

What a joy it is for me to announce this message: Christ is risen! I would like it to go out to every house and every family, especially where the suffering is greatest, in hospitals, in prisons.

Most of all, I would like it to enter every heart, for it is there that God wants to sow this Good News: Jesus is risen, there is hope for you, you are no longer in the power of sin, of evil! Love has triumphed, mercy has been victorious! The mercy of God always triumphs!

We too, like the women who were Jesus’ disciples, who went to the tomb and found it empty, may wonder what this event means (cf. Lk 24:4). What does it mean that Jesus is risen? It means that the love of God is stronger than evil and death itself; it means that the love of God can transform our lives and let those desert places in our hearts bloom. The love God can do this! Tis the Season to be Rotten … Louisiana Woman Allowed by Judge to Flip Middle Finger In Holiday Lights to Her Neighbors

NOT THE REASON FOR THE SEASON …

Every wonder what’s wrong with people, the country the misuse of the First Amendment, public decency and the hate that is so consumed in individuals these days? One needs to look no further than Louisiana and a Christmas light display formed in the shape of a middle finger … What would Jesus say?

A Louisiana woman has been allowed by a judge, thanks to the representation of the ACLU, to put back up her Christmas lights in the form of flipping the middle finger toward her neighbors. United States District Judge James Brady issued an order temporarily barring city officials from interfering with the display. The  two-page order stated the city’s “continued efforts” to prevent Childs from displaying her holiday lights will violate her rights to free speech and due process. So this is what passes as freedom of speech these days. The hell with others civil rights and public decency laws. This woman and the ACLU have a warped sense of understanding of the reason for the season. The ACLU is so quick to help take Christ out of Christmas, yet the are perfectly ok with defending such an appalling and classless example of free speech while using the holiday for their own self-serving and exploitive purposes.

Louisiana woman ran afoul of police when she gave her neighbors an unusual holiday greeting, hanging Christmas lights in the shape of a middle finger.

Sarah Childs was in a dispute with some of her neighbors in Denham Springs, just east of Baton Rouge, so she decided to send a message with her decorations. Neighbors complained and police threatened to arrest her, so she and the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana sued the city.

A judge ruled in her favor Thursday.

Just a quick note and reminder to  Sarah Childs, the ACLU and the rest of the misguided and hate filled individuals that make life so miserable for others and ruin what was once a glorious country with your hateful, anti-God agenda … the following is the reason for the season. Of course it is the very meaning of Christmas that the ACLU attacks on a daily basis.

Bomb Threat Today in Newtown, CT Catholic Church as Members Mourned Those Lost from the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting

There is a special spot in hell reserved for the individual who called in the bomb threat this morning at the Saint Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church as members mourned the loss of the 26 people murdered at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, including 20 children ages 6 and 7 years old. The evil that exists in people today is just unreal. Any one who would continue to torment grieving people who just went through what the town of Newtown just went through is just a vile individual. Your spot next to Adam Lanza in Hell has been reserved for eternity.

What began as a peaceful and solemn remembrance for victims of the Connecticut shooting massacre was shattered on Sunday by a telephoned bomb threat that forced the evacuation of a Roman Catholic church, deepening the distress of a town in mourning.

The Saint Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church has been a sanctuary for people disturbed by the tragedy in the heavily Catholic town of Newtown, a wealthy suburb surrounded by wooded hills some 80 miles from New York City.

Eight of the funerals for the shooting victims have been scheduled at Saint Rose.

On the direction of police, Monsignor Robert Weiss asked people at the noon Mass service to quickly evacuate on Sunday, two days after the shooting.

DNC Chair Wasserman Schultz Cancels Interviews after CNN Interview Denied Reports of “Discord” within Democrat Party over Reintroduction of “God” & “Jerusalem”

Rep. Debbie Wasserman (FL-D) Schultz’s chickens are coming home to roost. The DNC Chair who is most known for her less than truthful comments with regards to Obama’s economy and the Democrat party and her vile attacks against the GOP is getting a taste of her own medicine. Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced to cancel interviews yesterday after a CNN interview and a disastrous PR nightmare where she claimed that there was no “discord” in the Democrat Party over the reintroduction of God and Jerusalem to the Democrat party platform. Really Debbie, are you doing your best Baghdad Bob imitation … Liar, liar, pants on fire.  With a straight face she actually said there was do discord and there was a 2/3 rds majority vote. Who are you going to believe, Debbie Wasserman Schultz or your lying eyes and ears (VIDEO)?

Democratic National Committee chiefs Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Patrick Gaspard cancelled interviews with local media outlets tonight, amid controversy surrounding the party’s decision to reintroduce “God” and “Jerusalem” to the platform.

Jon Ralston, host of the Las Vegas-based “Face To Face” news program, told POLITICO that he was sitting in the chair waiting for a 2:45 p.m. PT (5:45 p.m. ET) interview with Gaspard when he was told that his guest had cancelled, without explanation.

Blair Miller of WSOC TV, ABC’s Charlotte, N.C., affiliate, also tweeted that Wasserman Schultz cancelled her interview with him, without explanation. “After my Romney intv today, we were planning to interview @DWSTweets live,” he wrote. “However, she did not show up. Her staff not answering calls.”

Even CNN could not spin this for the Democrats, Obama, the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz when there is video showing just that. It forced CNN host Anderson Cooper to say Wasserman Schultz’s version of events was “an alternate reality.”

But let me just again point out that this is the same person who last week or two weeks ago was attacking the Romney campaign saying that it is the candidate who sets the platform, who designs and writes the platform,” interjected Cooper. “It wasn’t true what she was saying two weeks ago, but now isn’t it fair if she claimed that about the Republican platform to claim that about the Democratic platform?”

Cooper added a few moments later, “I just think from a reality standpoint, you can defend it as the head of the DNC, but to say flat out there was no discord is just not true.”

Democrats Boo as DNC Forces Thru the Vote to Bring Back God & Jerusalem being the Capital of Israel to Platform … Welcome to the 2012 Progressive, Moonbat Democrat Party

Independents and undecided voters take notice … the Democrat Party booed God being brought back to the Democrat platform. Talk about disturbing.

Could today have been more of a disaster for Barack Obama and the Democrat Party as a feud ensues after the DNC is forced to put back God and Jerusalem is the capital of Israel back into their platform. Does any one actually think that the DNC suddenly found religion and GOD? Of course not, they were forced to make the change, reportedly the orders coming from the very top. There was just one problem, the delegates voted it down by a voice vote. Seriously, we have a major political party in the United States of America who votes against having “God” in their platform and booed when it was put back in against their will. The DNC turned in chaos today over the issue and has taken center stage and sucked up all the oxygen in the room.

Convention Chairman Antonio Villaraigosa, the Los Angeles Mayor, called for a vote on a motion to amend the platform, whose changes since 2008 had drawn intense criticism from Republicans and no real defense from leading Democrats, who cast the omissions as oversights rather than policy statements.

The delegates on the floor, though, appeared not to be in on the plan: Villaraigosa called for a voice vote three times, with Ayes rivaling Nays, and then forced through an affirmative over an unclear and noisy situation on the floor.

Several delegates told BuzzFeed they were dismayed by the chaos, and some objectors said they voted “no” because Villaraigosa had not explained the move. Other said they believed the vote reflected hostility to Israel among the delegates.

What an embarrassment. Welcome America to today’s Democrat Progressive Party. Supposedly it was reported at the Politico that the orders to make the change regarding God and Jerusalem came from the top. Hmm, just one question, how the hell did this get through in the first place? Who is running this show? Today’s Democrat debacle was simply a microcosm of the Obama Presidency. A hap-hazard Obama administration that has reminded us as the Gang that Couldn’t Shoot Straight. How could a DNC convention allow such a thing to occur that any normal thinking, non-moonbat would have said taking God out was like throwing gas on a fire.

But in the end, the powers that be at the DNC forced through God and Jerusalem to a chorus of boos. I guess the Democrat delegates know now what the rest of America felt like when Obama and Democrats forced Obamacare down the throats and against the will of We the People.

Democrats Drop God from Their Party Platform at the DNC in Charlotte, NC … And Drop Jerusalem is the Capital is Israel as Well

Hmm, what should we make of this? Democrats have dropped God from their party platform at the Democrat national Convention in Charlotte, NC. This is rather unbelievable. Do I believe that the many good people in America that are Democrats are “Godless”, no. Do I believe that the lunatic fringe that has taken over the Democrat party that JFK would hardly recognize, yes. Hell, former President Bill Clinton, tonight’s DNC Keynote speaker, is far too right to today’s Democrat party. All of the Democrat pundits do not want to answer why they removed “GOD” from the platform. They claim its a distraction. Well gee Dems, who caused the distraction? Are you going to blame that on others as well?

Guess what? God’s name has been removed from the Democratic National Committee platform.

This is the paragraph that was in the 2008 platform:

“We need a government that stands up for the hopes, values, and interests of working people, and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.”

Now the words “God-given” have been removed. The paragraph has been restructured to say this:

“We gather to reclaim the basic bargain that built the largest middle class and the most prosperous nation on Earth – the simple principle that in America, hard work should pay off, responsibility should be rewarded, and each one of us should be able to go as far as our talent and drive take us.”

From ABC News comes the following, For Democrats, there is no God in 201. Just for clarity to Democrat law makers, delegates and voters, this is not Fox News making this news headline. But as Weasel Zippers states, who needs God, when the Democrats have the Chicago Jesus, the Obamaessiah.

We are reminded by the Right Scoop that the Democratic Party Platform also refuses to acknowledge Jerusalem as the capital of Israel this year even though they did just 4 years ago.

In the end it is obvious that the moonbats have taken over the Democrat party. Why would anyone want to insult religious people of Christian faith or Jews? Sorry, just answered my own question.
