September 11, 2008 … 7 Years Later … Do You Remember Where You Were when the Twin Towers Fell, the Pentagon Attacked and Heros on Flight 93 Went Down

Remembering September 11, 2001; the horror and the heros … Have you forgotten? President George W. Bush will observe the 7th anniversary of 9–11 with a moment of silence.Where were you? What were you doing? Those that forget the past are destined to repeat history. We are sadly today reminded of the events of the morning of September 11, 2001.

Scared Monkeys in many respects was born out of this day. A horrific act of terrorism against the USA where we as citizens could no longer put our head in the sand and think that if we ignored evil it would just go away. Many of us lost colleagues, former class mates, fellow church members and people among our communities that day. One thing is for certain, an innocence was lost where we as individuals could never ignore what was going on anymore. Country first always folks, you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us.It should not take a 9–11 to always remember that and we should not have to experience this ever again. Always remember, evil is evil and freedom is never free.

It has been seven years since the fateful morning of September 11, 2001 when a plane hijacked by muslim terrorists crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City. Then another plane hijacked once again by Islamofascists flew into the second Trade Center Tower. Then the Pentagon was attacked. Then a fourth hijacked plane went down in a field in Pennsylvania.

From the horror and hysteria stepped forward heros and the American spirit that has made this country what it has always been … the envy of the world. As buildings fell, firemen, police and rescue workers charged forward to rescue their fellow men, women and children.

Then among all the panic, hysteria and unknown the passengers aboard Flight 93 showed the resolve of what Americans are made of and made a stand. The heros of Flight 93 will never be forgotten. Do not ever forget there is a little “Let’s Roll” in all of us. Take a moment to remember that today. Take a moment to always remember and never become complacent with the fact that America has enemies because of what we represent … Freedom!

FREEDOM IS NEVER FREE

It did not matter what faith, creed or color they were or political persuasion. The heros of  9–11 risked their own lives because they put other’s safety first and they put America first above all other.

Barack Obama ‘Frighteningly Inexperienced’ … We Live in a Post 9-11 World

Would corporate America hire a raw recruit just out of college with a couple years of experience in a support capacity to head up a multi-million dollar business venture as their competition was taking away market share, the Fortune 500 business was in a sales lull and cutbacks were being made by the thousands? Of course not. We live in a post 9–11 world where America and Americans cannot afford to have anyone learn on the job as President. Have you forgotten?

The LEFT calls the inexperience tag on Obama the newest attack line. It is not an attack line, if it is true! How does one know? When one defends Obama’s inexperience by attacking the experience of the person making the allegation.

One might ask, what about the presidency of George W. Bush, he was inexperienced. First of all, this isn’t about GWB. It is all about Barack Obama.Yes GWB was inexperienced, but he had also been a governor of one of the largest states in the US which is much more than a freshman senator and being 1 of 100.  Also, the election took place prior to September 11, 2001. All things changed after that and experience as the Commander and Chief is a prerequisite. Looking back on events, if 9–11 had occurred prior to the election of 2000, one might say with certainty that the incumbent VP Al Gore would probably have won the election. Experience does matter.

If experience does matter in every other aspect of our lives then why is America even considering the notion that a “frighteningly inexperienced” Barack Obama could and should be President? It’s common sense folks …

“He’s not listening to the whole of what the Iraqi government was saying — he’s hearing what he wanted to hear and what he thought would help him politically, which get backs to Senator Obama as a candidate for the presidency,” Wilson said. “He has his finger in the wind, trying to figure out which way the wind is blowing, and he is not leading.

“He is no way sophisticated enough, I don’t think — I mean he is frighteningly inexperienced when it comes to international affairs and national security policy,” she added. “And he heard what he wanted to hear from the Iraqi government, without any context around it, and took that simple message and decided it helped him politically. That’s the antitheses of what we should expect from a president of the United States.”

The fact of the matter is and when it comes down to it that America cannot afford to have an inexperienced President at this point and time with global terrorism. Americans would not hire inexperienced people to do jobs they know takes experience in every day life, so why is it OK in Obama’s case?  Cheap talk of change means nothing and one trip to Iraq and Afghanistan does not an expert on foreign policy make. You Tube & Google Refuse to Take Down ALL Islamist Terrorist Propaganda Videos … Free Speech?

As Memorial Day is upon us Senator Joe Lieberman takes on You Tube and their so-called free speech against American soldiers. Want to become outraged … see the videos for yourself that You Tube allows as free speech from the very people that would take away You Tube’s if they had the opportunity.

You Tube claims it is about free speech? Really, or only about a particular form of free speech? Is violent extremist Islamic material considered free speech? Is a propaganda video showing an American solder killed by sniper fire free speech? You Tube seems to think so. Why does You Tube ban certain videos that they deem offensive or against their political agenda, yet allow Islamofascist videos showing American soldiers targeted and killed as ok? Does that some how meet the You Tube guidelines against showing graphic and gratuitous violence. Are there guidelines, or do they just want to increase video views at all cost?

What is most pathetic regarding the You Tube response is that they feel that they are not responsible for the videos that are uploaded to You Tube. Instead they hide behind the guise for free speech and complain that they do not have the resources to pre-screen all videos uploaded on a daily basis. Well maybe they should get the resources from the revenue that they generate! They are making money off of video views. That is their business model. Free speech and stifle debate are the excuses? What a bunch of nonsense this is as You Tube has taken down bloggers videos because other people did not want a particular political or religious agenda shown. Instead of objectively taking down “hate videos”, You Tube creates an agenda driven “snitch and destroy” subjective means of censorship.

YouTube went on to say that it encourages free speech and defends the right of its users to express unpopular points of view.

“We believe that YouTube is a richer and more relevant platform for users precisely because it hosts a diverse range of views, and rather than stifle debate, we allow our users to view all acceptable content and make up their own minds,” the company said. “Of course, users are always free to express their disagreement with a particular video on the site, by leaving comments or their own response video. Chris Matthews Rips Guest for Historical Ignorance and then Says USS Cole Attack Occurred Under George Bush

Ever wonder what is wrong with the Main stream media? Look no further than MSNBC’s Hard Ball and Chris Matthews as he bashes a guest for not knowing his Neville Chamberlain history and appeasement … “Peace for our time”.

However, as The Newsbusters point out … those that throw stones should not live in glass houses. Or at least work for the MSM where their grasp on historical facts is not among the best either. After ridiculing a Hard Ball guest for ignorance, Chris Mathews then says,  “Wasn’t the USS Cole under Bush? I mean, I don’t know what I’m talking about here.” Ah, no Chris … you scholar you … the attack of the USS Cole took place under Clinton on October 12, 2000.

Benazir Bhutto Injured After Homicide Attack at Pakistan Rally … 20 Feared Dead (UPDATE: Benazir Bhutto Dead, Assasinated)

The insanity continues in Pakistan s a homicide bomber attacks rally and injures opposition leader Benazir Bhutto. The reports are that she has been critically wounded.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan —  A party aide says Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was injured in homicide attack and is undergoing surgery.

The bomber attacked Bhutto supporters as they were leaving a rally on Thursday and at least 20 people were feared dead, police and witnesses said.

An Associated Press reporter at the scene saw body parts and flesh scattered at the back gate of the Liaqat Bagh park in Rawalpindi where the rally was held. He counted about 20 bodies, including police, and could see many other wounded.

“At 6:16 p.m. she expired,” said Wasif Ali Khan, a member of Bhutto’s party who was at Rawalpindi General Hospital where she was taken after the attack.

A senior military official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to comment, confirmed that Bhutto had died.

Her supporters at the hospital began chanting “Dog, Musharraf, dog,” referring to Pakistan’s president Pervez Musharraf. Some of them smashed the glass door.

While Bhutto appeared to have died from bullet wounds, it was not immediately clear if she was shot or if her wounds were caused by bomb shrapnel.

President Pervez Musharraf held an emergency meeting in the hours after the death, according to state media.

A spokesperson for the al-Qaeda terrorist network has claimed responsibility for the death on Thursday of former Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto.

“We terminated the most precious American asset which vowed to defeat [the] mujahadeen,” Al-Qaeda’s commander and main spokesperson Mustafa Abu Al-Yazid told Adnkronos International (AKI) in a phone call from an unknown location, speaking in faltering English. Al-Yazid is the main al-Qaeda commander in Afghanistan.

16 Year Old Aqsa Parvez Was Killed by her Father Muhammad Parvez For not Wearing Hijab

A religion of peace? 16 year old Aqsa Parvez was strangled and killed by her father Muhammad Parvez  because she did not conform to the family’s Muslim religious beliefs and refused to wear a traditional Islamic head scarf, or hijab. Is life that trivial that one would kill their own daughter for not wearing a hijab? Just another example of the attacks on Muslim women to conform to the rules of Islam. The end result, Aqsa Pavez is dead and her father is charged with murder.

Friends and classmates of a 16-year-old girl who police say was murdered by her devout Muslim father in a Toronto suburb told local media Tuesday she was killed for not wearing a hijab.

Police said in a statement they received an emergency call at 7:55 am local time Monday from “a man who indicated that he had just killed his daughter.”

The victim, Aqsa Parvez, was “rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but tragically passed away late last night.”

Mohammed the Bear Faces Life Sentence; However, Teacher Gillian Gibbons May be Freed Soon in the Sudan (UPDATE: Gillian Gibbons Pardoned)

Gillian Gibbons, the 54 year old teacher in the Sudan who waits anxiously for a decision, may be freed soon according to reports. Letting this hardened criminal out with the vicious crimes she has committed against the Muslim religion is unthinkable. (this would be sarcasm) One can only imagine the riots in the streets of Khartoum that will happen when that occurs. Unfortunately, that is not sarcasm.

However, when Gillian Gibbons is finally and rightfully released what will come of Mohammed the Bear? With the media attention off the story, what will happen to this innocent and cuddly bear? Where is PETA and the animal rights groups asking for Mohammed the bear’s release? Where is Amnesty International?

THE cuddly bear that sparked the storm in Sudan was locked away in a Khartoum vault last night — facing a much longer sentence than Gillian.

Authorities anxious to draw a line under the controversy admitted the 2ft brown teddy named Mohammed would never see daylight again.

He is being held at the CID department of the Ministry of Interior in Khartoum. Pleas by The Sun to free Mohammed were refused yesterday. A source said: “It’s a life sentence for the bear. He’s in a police store and will never be handed back.

“The government wants this case file to stay firmly closed.”

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on Monday agreed to pardon a British teacher jailed here after she allowed her students to name a teddy bear Muhammad — putting an end to a case that has outraged Britons and Muslims around the world.

The teacher, Gillian Gibbons, said she did not intend to offend anyone and had great respect for Islam. Officials with al-Bashir’s office said she would be released later Monday.

Thousands of Islamic fanatics wielding knives demand jailed teddy bear teacher is executed

Thousands of Islamic fanatics wielding clubs and knives are marching through the streets of Khartoum demanding the execution of teddy bear teacher Gillian Gibbons. As the mother-of-two started a 15-day prison term, protestors left mosques across the Sudanese capital to denounce the “lenient verdict” and call for the death penalty. The mob descended on Matyrs Square, which is in front of the presidential palace, many arriving in pick-up trucks with loudspeakers blaring messages condemning Miss Gibbons.

KHARTOUM, Sudan (AP) - Thousands of Sudanese, many armed with clubs and swords and beating drums, burned pictures of a British teacher Friday and demanded her execution for insulting Islam by letting her students name a teddy bear Muhammad.

Sudan’s Islamic government, which has long whipped up anti-Western, Muslim hard-line sentiment at home, was balancing between fueling outrage over the case of Gillian Gibbons and containing it.

The government does not want to seriously damage ties with Britain, but the show of anger underlines its stance that Sudanese oppose Western interference, lawyers and political foes said. The uproar comes as the U.N. is accusing Sudan of dragging its feet on the deployment of peacekeepers in the war-torn Darfur region.
