When was the last time the IRS told the target of an audit deducting a business expense for which there was no receipt …no record, no problem bro, we’ll over look it. And don’t tell me you can’t fire these people. Is it just too much trouble, or do they know too much? Can they point higher than themselves?”

Following that Pirro then goes on to question the NSA and FBI for their collection of all the data of Americans to supposedly protect us from terrorist. Pirro was on a roll on this one. At what point is the U.S. Constitution adhered to when it comes to the surveillance of Americans? If it is needed to collect all this data, how come you could not stop the Boston Marathon bombing? America’s trust in government is at an all-time low. Has our Constitution been so damaged that it and our America is beyond repair? This is a must see video.

As reported at NBC, Attorney General Eric signed off on the search warrants to investigate FOX News James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act. But wasn’t it President Barack Obama who said that kind of thing didn’t happen in his administration and he was for a “Free Press”?  Barack Obama said, “Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs.” REALLY? How can Obama say he is against the targeting of journalists and have top ranking officials in his department doing just that? Obama claims there will be an investigation into these issues so that they never happen again. WHAT? As stated at Powerline, “Whenever he has addressed the issue, he has cited his own support for a media shield law as if that were somehow exculpatory.” The overreach of seizing media records from the AP and Fox News, of course this is only what we know of at this point, was done and approved by Obama’s DOJ. Let me guess, Obama didn’t know about this either. Is Obama the President? How come he can’t just say to individuals in his own administration to stop the nonsense? I thought Obama was supposed to be the smarted president ever? Guess not.

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

The disclosure of the attorney general’s role came as President Barack Obama, in a major speech on his counterterrorism policy, said Holder had agreed to review Justice Department guidelines governing investigations that involve journalists.

“I am troubled by the possibility that leak investigations may chill the investigative journalism that holds government accountable,” Obama said. “Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs.”

This is what Holder told Congress:

“First of all you’ve got a long way to go to try to prosecute the press for publication of material. This has not fared well in American history… In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.“

But wait don’t worry, the Lonely Conservative opines, “Oh, but not to worry. President Obama has instructed Holder to investigate himself, so I’m sure nothing like this will ever happen again.” Yes, sarcasm is included! At this point we might as well have an independent investigator looking at every aspect of the Chicago style politics of Barack Obama. Every thing they have done has been questionable, meant to intimidate and against the Constitution. What a joke the Obama administration has become and sadly. ultimately the joke is on “We the People” and the “US Constitution”.

Exactly how is Eric Holder not asked to resign?

All this as we head into Memorial Day where we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to fight against tyranny and uphold the United States if America and the US Constitution.

Are you joking, as if Obama White House Spokesman Spin Doctor had not lost all credibility, now he say the following dribble? Carney actually said today, when asked about why President Barack Obama used the word “IF” after the IRS had already apologized and acknowledged wrong doing in targeting  Conservative groups like the Tea Party,  that the IRS apology was not evidence of a scandal. HUH? That’s it Carney, keep digging that hole. These folks are making matters worse at this point and its about to become quicksand for the Obama presidency.  Carney is to have us believe that Barack Obama and his peeps did not know anything of what the IRS was doing, nor the ridiculous narrative that Obama knew nothing about Benghazi and AP-gate. In other words we either have the biggest liar as president that has ever set foot in the White House or the most incompetent fool who has no idea what is going on around him. You make the call.

Obama through his mouth piece Carney wants Americans to wait for an investigation by the Obama/Holder Justice Department who could not find voter intimidation by Black Panthers in Philly, yet we are supposed to have faith that they can investigate themselves when the IRS targeted an Obama enemies list. Really?

FOX news Megyn Kelly was shocked and astonished at the revelation as are many Americans as to how and why the only remaining suspect,  Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, of the Boston Marathon bomber was read his Miranda Rights … FBI Was ‘Shocked’ to See Judge ‘Waltz’ in and Give Suspect Miranda Rights. How is it possible that just 16 hours into a FBI interrogation that District Court Judge Marianne Bowler shows up unannounced to the hospital room and reads the terrorist suspect his Miranda rights? What intel did we lose because of this legal screw up? According to reports, the suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was singing like a bird. That was until he was read his rights. Who gave this judge the go ahead?  Watch the VIDEO below and your blood will boil. What does AG Eric Holder and this administration want to hide, the fact that there may have been foreign state sponsored terrorism and the two bombers did not act alone? The interrogation of this suspect had to do with US National Security, not whether he was innocent or guilty of the bombings. What are they hiding?

The FBI filed a federal criminal complaint against the 19-year-old on Sunday, and federal District Court Judge Marianne Bowler arrived at the hospital where he is being treated to preside over his initial hearing Monday, when she read him his Miranda rights.

[FBI officials told The Associated Press Wednesday that Tsarnaev acknowledged to investigators his role in the attacks before he was advised of his constitutional rights. He reportedly said he was only recently recruited by his brother to be part of the attack.]

But Fox News’ sources say there was confusion about Bowler’s timing, with some voicing concerns that investigators were not given enough time to question Dzhokhar under the “public safety exception” invoked by the Justice Department.

More from the Politico:  House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers slammed a judicial process that prematurely halted FBI questioning of the Boston bombing suspect and said it provided the suspect with Miranda rights too quickly.

“We need to make sure that the court doesn’t believe that they are now in the position to intercede in that public safety administration of an interrogation,” Rogers (R-Mich.) said on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports.” “That’s really dangerous and concerning, especially when the FBI will tell you, ‘we weren’t quite finished with him. We didn’t really believe that we had all that we could get out of him.’”

What a shock, the Feds have closed the criminal probe against Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and no charges have been filed. It’s not like this probe was politically motivated in the first place. Sheriff Joe has been vindicated and the Feds should be ashamed that the probe was ever started in the first place. Let’s face it, had these folks had anything they could have gone forward with against Arpaio they would have. In the end … THEY HAD BUTKIS!

The federal government has closed a criminal probe of alleged financial misconduct by Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio, who styles himself as “America’s toughest sheriff,” and no charges will be filed, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said on Friday.

A separate federal investigation relating to allegations of civil rights abuses by Arpaio’s office is continuing.

The announcement on Friday marked the end of an investigation that began in November 2010 at the behest of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to examine alleged financial improprieties by the county sheriff and his deputies.

A federal criminal inquiry into several of those matters was concluded last summer with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona declining to initiate criminal charges.

Maricopa County authorities were informed on Friday that federal prosecutors had likewise declined to bring charges in connection with allegations that the sheriff’s office had misused county credit cards or misspent money from jail facilities excise taxes.

Douglas Wright, 26, Brandon Baxter, 20, and Anthony Hayne, 35, Conner Stevens, 20 and Joshua Stafford, 23 have been charged with conspiracy and attempted use of explosive materials to damage physical property affecting interstate commerce.

Five anarchist affiliated with the Occupy Cleveland protest movement were arrested by the FBI yesterday for plotting to blow up a Cleveland, Ohio bridge, attacking an upcoming NATO summit in Chicago and the Republican National Convention in Florida. But really, they are a peaceful movement, just ask them.  The Occupy Cleveland was forced to cancel their protests.

Occupy Cleveland canceled a scheduled rally Tuesday after a group of men connected to the organization were arrested by the FBI.

In a news release, Occupy Cleveland said the five men arrested in a terror plot to blow up the Route 82 bridge in Brecksville were “in no way representing or acting on behalf of Occupy Cleveland” and Occupy is rooted in non-violent principles.

The five Occupy terrorists have been charged with conspiracy and attempted use of explosive materials to damage physical property affecting interstate commerce. The Occupy Cleveland folks tried to distance themselves, much to no avail. Sorry, but I could only imagine that if this was anyone affiliated with the Tea Party. The MSM would have front page and headline news that they were associated with the right wing Tea Party.

Family of Murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry Files $25M Lawsuit Against ATF over Fast & Furious

The family of murdered border patrol agent Brian Terry has filed a $25 million wrongful death law suit against the federal government and ATF. The law suit claims that the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives knowingly sold guns to Mexican drug cartels under the Fast and Furious program, guns that were responsible for the death of Brian Terry.

The family of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry has filed a $25 million wrongful death claim against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claiming Terry was killed with AK-47s that were knowingly sold under the Fast and Furious gunrunning probe to a straw purchaser for drug cartels.

In a 65-page complaint, served on the government on Wednesday, attorneys for the family claim ATF “wrongdoing” in Operation Fast and Furious.

“ATF’s failures were not only negligent but in violation of ATF’s own policies and procedures,” the complaint claims.

Brian Terry’s family has also filed a claim against the Lone Wolf Trading Company seeking unspecified damages for negligence.

The claim says Lone Wolf knowingly sold “hundreds of weapons” to various straw purchasers and in turn realized “hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits from these sales.”

The claim alleges that “but for defendants’ negligent and illegal sales … Brian Terry would not have been murdered in the Arizona desert on Dec. 14, 2010.”

Attorney General and the feds claim that Fast & Furious gun running program in which an actual AK-47 sold to Mexican drug cartels that was responsible for the murder of the border patrol agent had no causal affect in the death of Brian Terry. Really? Can you say pathetic government cover up? Some one needs to take the fall … Eric Holder.

UPDATE I: AG Eric Holder set to take the Hot Seat again at Fast & Furious hearing. Will Holder be found in contempt of Congress? This story is starting to spiral out of control for the AG and Obama. As stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, one has to wonder how this scandal will continue to go on smack dab in the middle of Barack Obama’s reelection campaign.

On Tuesday, the committee’s chairman, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., threatened to hold Holder in contempt of Congress, claiming that the Justice Department has been withholding documents related to the congressional inquiry into Fast and Furious.

“If the department continues to obstruct the congressional inquiry by not providing documents and information, this committee will have no alternative but to move forward with proceedings to hold you in contempt of Congress,” Issa wrote to Holder.

The law ensnaring Gibson is the Lacey Act of 1900, originally passed to regulate trade in bird feathers used for hats and amended in 2008 to cover wood and other plant products

Federal agents first raided Gibson factories in November 2009 and were back again Aug. 24, seizing guitars, wood and electronic records. Gene Nix, a wood product engineer at Gibson, was questioned by agents after the first raid and told he could face five years in jail.

“Can you imagine a federal agent saying, ‘You’re going to jail for five years’ and what you do is sort wood in the factory?” said Mr. Juszkiewicz, recounting the incident. “I think that’s way over the top.” Gibson employees, he said, are being “treated like drug criminals.”

Mr. Nix hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing. He couldn’t be reached for comment.

The Gibson Guitar CEO responded to the unjust raids today:

Henry Juszkiewicz, Chairman and CEO of Gibson Guitar Corp., has responded to the August 24 raid of Gibson facilities in Nashville and Memphis by the Federal Government. In a press release, Juszkiewicz said: “Gibson is innocent and will fight to protect its rights. Gibson has complied with foreign laws and believes it is innocent of ANY wrong doing. We will fight aggressively to prove our innocence.”

The raids forced Gibson to cease manufacturing operations and send workers home for the day while armed agents executed the search warrants. “Agents seized wood that was Forest Stewardship Council controlled,” Juszkiewicz said. “Gibson has a long history of supporting sustainable and responsible sources of wood and has worked diligently with entities such as the Rainforest Alliance and Greenpeace to secure FSC-certified supplies. The wood seized on August 24 satisfied FSC standards.”

Juszkiewicz believes that the Justice Department is bullying Gibson without filing charges.
