Barack Obama Repeals Cuban Immigration Policy, No Residency Without Visa … Ends “Wet Foot, Dry Foot” policy

UNREAL … OBAMA TRYING TO SCREW UP AS MUCH STUFF AS POSSIBLE ON HIS WAY OUT THE DOOR

Lame duck President Barack Obama announced Thursday he is ending a longstanding immigration policy that allows any Cuban who makes it to U.S. soil to stay and become a legal resident, known as the wet foot, dry foot” policy. UNREAL. Letting illegals come across the Mexican border as well as un-vetted Syrian refugees are perfectly okay to come to the United States, but not Cubans fleeing communist Cuba. Woe, Obama got tough on immigration. Well kinda, in a vindictive way. Let this be a lesson to all as to who Obama really is as he cozies up to the Castro boys. Hmm, of course it would have nothing to do that Cubans tend to vote more Republican would it? However, as Obama would have never had the nerve to do this prior to the 2016 presidential election, the spineless one manages to find it in himself to do it on the way out the dorr. How brave Mr. President. Look for this and many more things that Obama sets on fire on his way out the door to be undone by President-elect Donald Trump.

Obama_Worst President2

President Barack Obama announced Thursday he is ending a longstanding immigration policy that allows any Cuban who makes it to U.S. soil to stay and become a legal resident.

The repeal of the “wet foot, dry foot” policy is effective immediately. The decision follows months of negotiations focused in part on getting Cuba to agree to take back people who had arrived in the U.S.

“Effective immediately, Cuban nationals who attempt to enter the United States illegally and do not qualify for humanitarian relief will be subject to removal, consistent with U.S. law and enforcement priorities,” Obama said in a statement. “By taking this step, we are treating Cuban migrants the same way we treat migrants from other countries. The Cuban government has agreed to accept the return of Cuban nationals who have been ordered removed, just as it has been accepting the return of migrants interdicted at sea.”

Obama is using an administrative rule change to end the policy. Donald Trump could undo that rule after becoming president next week. He has criticized Obama’s moves to improve relations with Cuba. But ending a policy that has allowed hundreds of thousands of people to come to the United States without a visa also aligns with Trump’s commitment to tough immigration policies.

President Bill Clinton created “wet foot, dry foot” policy in 1995 as a revision of a more liberal immigration policy that allowed Cubans caught at sea to come to the United States become legal residents in a year.

Barack Obama Slams Trump Building a Wall During Rutgers Commencement Speech … As the White House Builds a Higher Fence (VIDEO)

BARACK OBAMA THE HYPOCRITE IN CHIEF IS AT IT AGAIN …

Isn’t this amazing and oh so typical, as Barack Obama tells a graduating class at Rutgers University during a commencement speech that building walls doesn’t change anything. Oh course this was a backhanded slap at Donald Trump by Obama. Could you be any more small? And more of a hypocrite? The liar in chief was back at it again trying to tell millennials that building a wall to keep illegals out was a bad this as the White House is currently constructing a taller fence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to keep people out. Shocker. Obama claims walls don’t solve ills, really?

President Obama used his commencement speech at Rutgers University to tear into Donald Trump’s trade agenda, his Muslim ban, and his planned wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. As he did at an address at Howard University earlier this spring, the president went straight after Trump’s most controversial policies after the usual bromides hailing graduates and name-dropping their favorite greasy spoons and watering holes.

‘The world is more interconnected than ever before. And it’s becoming more connected every day. Building walls won’t change that,’ Obama said.

‘To help ourselves, we’ve got to help others, not pull up the drawbridge and try to keep the world out,’ Obama said.

Obama never mentioned Donald Trump by name but he clearly advised against believing in the Republican candidate’s campaign platform. Obama stated, “The world is more interconnected than ever before. Building walls won’t change that.” Obama also said that ignorance is not a virtue and not knowing what you’re talking about shouldn’t be viewed as telling it like it is. It should be viewed as a rejection of responsible thought.

The White House fence is currently 6 feet tall, this one goes to 11.

But wait, Obama slams Trump for wanting to build a wall to protect the United States borders and sovereignty, as the White House is getting its fences raised 5 feet in order to keep trespassers out. Imagine that, higher and stronger fences do work. So it is okay for the White House to have a higher fence to keep people out, but it is not okay for the United States of America to have the same. First they installed spikes on top of the fence and now plan on making it taller.  Hmm, anyone see a double standard here?

The U.S. Secret Service plans to raise the height of the White House security fence by 5 feet and add a new concrete foundation to reduce the risk of fence-jumpers, according to a copy of an agency report obtained by the News4 I-Team.

The agency, along with the National Park Service, said it intends to begin building a “taller, stronger” fence to protect the White House grounds by 2018.

And from the Right Wing News comes more Obama hypocrisy when it comes to walls …

But, seriously, what about walls? Obama lives behind a big fence, one which the Secret Service wants to make bigger. Five feet bigger. And the security for the fence, an attempt to keep the world out, includes armed security, many with sniper rifles.

Apparently, walls work, because Team Obama is funding a wall on the Tunisia/Libya border to stop the flow of Islamists. There’s also partial funding for a wall in Jordan. And supposedly one in Niger to stop Boko Haram.

Barack Obama … Forget The Difference Between Capitalism And Communism, “Just Decide What Works” (VIDEO)

HOW THE HELL DID THIS GUY EVER GET ELECTED …

Barack Obama says, what the hell, there is no difference between communism and capitalism … just decide what works. Unbelievable, this fool actually does not differentiate between the two. For those of you that actually votes for this clown, you should be ashamed of yourself. For those of you that did not think that Obama was a communist sympathizer … now you know better.

RCP:

PRESIDENT OBAMA: I guess to make a broader point, so often in the past there’s been a sharp division between left and right, between capitalist and communist or socialist. And especially in the Americas, that’s been a big debate, right? Oh, you know, you’re a capitalist Yankee dog, and oh, you know, you’re some crazy communist that’s going to take away everybody’s property. And I mean, those are interesting intellectual arguments, but I think for your generation, you should be practical and just choose from what works. You don’t have to worry about whether it neatly fits into socialist theory or capitalist theory — you should just decide what works.

And I said this to President Castro in Cuba. I said, look, you’ve made great progress in educating young people. Every child in Cuba gets a basic education — that’s a huge improvement from where it was. Medical care — the life expectancy of Cubans is equivalent to the United States, despite it being a very poor country, because they have access to health care. That’s a huge achievement. They should be congratulated. But you drive around Havana and you say this economy is not working. It looks like it did in the 1950s. And so you have to be practical in asking yourself how can you achieve the goals of equality and inclusion, but also recognize that the market system produces a lot of wealth and goods and services. And it also gives individuals freedom because they have initiative.

And so you don’t have to be rigid in saying it’s either this or that, you can say — depending on the problem you’re trying to solve, depending on the social issues that you’re trying to address what works. And I think that what you’ll find is that the most successful societies, the most successful economies are ones that are rooted in a market-based system, but also recognize that a market does not work by itself. It has to have a social and moral and ethical and community basis, and there has to be inclusion. Otherwise it’s not stable.

And it’s up to you — whether you’re in business or in academia or the nonprofit sector, whatever you’re doing — to create new forms that are adapted to the new conditions that we live in today.

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews Asks Hillary Clinton What’s the Difference Between a Democrat and a Socialist … She Cannot Answer the Question

WHO KNEW THAT CHRIS MATTHEWS COULD ASK SUCH DIFFICULT QUESTIONS?

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews managed to stump Hillary Clinton during a ‘Hard Ball’ interview on the difference between a Democrat  and a Socialist. Hillary’s response, was only, “I’m Not One”. The Democrat presidential candidate managed to dodge the questions, as usual. However, maybe the answer is with today’s Democrat party, there is no difference between the two. This really wasn’t supposed to be a difficult question posed to Hillary Clinton. However, doesn’t it speak volumes that she cannot and will not answer the question. This should be a red flag to those that call themselves Independents and if there are any Reagan Democrats that still exist.

Washington Free Beacon:

Matthews said he wanted to “help” Clinton, for his audience, locate herself politically, making the puzzling statement that “nobody” uses the term “socialist” in a derogatory way. Clinton’s challenger Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) identifies as a Democratic socialist.

“What’s the difference between a socialist and a Democrat?” Matthews asked. “Is that a question you want to answer or would you rather not, politically?”

“Well, you’d have to ask–” Clinton started.

“See, I’m asking you,” Matthew said. “You’re a Democrat, he’s a socialist. Would you like somebody to call you a socialist? I wouldn’t want someone calling me a socialist.”

“I’m not one,” she said.

Matthews asked her twice again what the difference was but Clinton spoke over him.

“I’m a progressive Democrat who likes to get things done and who believes that we are better off in this country when we’re trying to solve problems together. Getting people to work together. There will always be strong feelings and I respect that, from, you know, the far right, the far left, libertarians, whoever it might be, but we need to get people working together. We’ve got to get the economy fixed, we’ve got to get all of our problems, you know, really tackled and that’s what I want to do,” Clinton said.

Remember when DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz was asked by Chris Matthews what’s the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist? She too failed miserably to answer the question. Mathews said, I used to think there was a big difference. Hmm, used to? Does that mean that even Matthews thinks there is little to no difference?

CNN to Host Barack Obama Town hall on Guns in America & Attack on Second Amendment

IT WAS INEVITABLE … OBAMA IS COMING AFTER YOUR GUNS.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” (Second Amendment)

Lame duck Barack Obama is looking to once again fundamentally transform America and directly attack the Second Amendment. CNN is to host a town hall meeting at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where Obama will look to push gun control even though the Second Amendment of the  U.S. Constitution states that Americans have the right to bear arms. Sorry, but I don’t trust a word this man says. So he wants to get rid of the guns that protect Americans, really? So then why are the guns not taken away that protect politicians? If Americans allow this to stand, it is the death of liberty. Please do not let this man destroy this country any more than he already has.

President Barack Obama is mounting a final-year push to make gun control part of his legacy despite Republican opposition and is expected to announce unilateral action soon.

He will join CNN’s Anderson Cooper Thursday for an exclusive one-hour live town hall on gun control at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, in hopes of mounting a final pitch to the public.

It’s an issue he has had zero success on so far in his presidency, despite his repeated, emotional appeals for change. Congress has remained a roadblock even in the face of widespread public support for Obama’s past calls for universal background checks or bolstered mental health support, with near uniform opposition from Republicans and a split on the issue among Democrats.

Obama will sit down with Cooper at 8 p.m. ET for the event, titled “Guns in America.” The event’s timing coincides with the fifth anniversary, next Friday, of the shooting of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Arizona, in a rampage that left six dead and 13 others wounded.

On January 4, President Obama will meet with Attorney General Loretta Lynch to finalize the executive gun controls expected to be announced next week.

During his first weekly radio address of 2016 Obama said:

A few months ago, I directed my team at the White House to look into any new actions I can take to help reduce gun violence. And on Monday, I’ll meet with our Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, to discuss our options.

Because I get too many letters from parents, and teachers, and kids, to sit around and do nothing. I get letters from responsible gun owners who grieve with us every time these tragedies happen; who share my belief that the Second Amendment guarantees a right to bear arms; and who share my belief we can protect that right while keeping an irresponsible, dangerous few from inflicting harm on a massive scale.

UPDATE I: Donald Trump says I will veto Obama actions on guns.

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump told supporters Saturday that he will veto President Obama’s actions on guns if elected to the White House.

“The Second Amendment, it’s so great to me,” Trump said at a campaign rally in Biloxi, Miss.

“We’re not changing the Second Amendment.”

Trump said to loud cheers that there is an “assault” on the Second Amendment as Obama considers executive action on gun control.

“I will veto that. I will unsign that so fast,” Trump said.
