Minuteman Project Co-founder Chris Simcox Will Take on John McCain for Arizona Senate Seat in GOP Primary

As the US economy continues to falter, American continue to lose jobs and Americans find them self paying taxes on hospital and educations services provided to illegal immigrants … enter Chris Simcox to the political stage and his bid for the Arizona Senate seat held by incumbent John McCain.

Minuteman Project co-founder and anti-illegal immigration activist Chris Simcox has made it official and he he take on incumbent Republican Senator from Arizona John McCain in the 2010 GOP Primary. Simcox has stated that he looks to offer the people of Arizona an alternative to John McCain who has been wrong about immigration, wrong on border security, and he has attacked our First Amendment rights with campaign finance reform. As Simcox stated,  “he has acted like a big government bully.”

Illegal immigration will be one of the central themes of Simcox’s campaign against McCain, who in 2006 spearheaded an effort to reform immigration laws that was panned by critics as “amnesty” for illegal immigrants currently in the country.

Simcox said his campaign has already received donations from across the country.

Barack Obama & Democrats Push to Legalize Illegal Immigrants … Taking the Jobs Away from Americans that they Don’t Have

When is “illegal” not illegal? When it comes to immigrants who come to America illegally. High unemployment and maxed out social services be damned … it is all about a political strategy for Obama. Make those legal who would vote for you.

President Obama and the Democrats look to further push their socialist agenda to legalize millions of illegal immigrants. In a time where more and more Americans find themselves unemployed and a national unemployment number is near 10%, Obama looks to flood the market with more workers and individuals who will exacerbate the social services of the United States. Looks like amnesty, no “Shamnesty” is back on the table.

Obama has not taken care of the banking situation or the troubles with the US economy. Obama has not dealt with North Korea or Iran. All he has managed to do is apologize for America and not bother to explain the good that America does in the world. 

With everything that America faces, how does it make sense to deal with the illegal immigration issue now? Why does it appear that Obama is trying to ram every socialist, liberal agenda down America’s throat as fast as humanly possible? Is it because he fears that eventually Americans might wake up from watching reality TV and realize the “reality” of what Obama’s change was really all about.

Competition for US jobs is on the increase. Gardening, babysitting, painting, picking, house cleaning, and you name it, are starting to look attractive to our own citizens now. High US unemployment is change we can believe in. Driving a cab, working at a 7-11 or a gas station just may help pay our bills. Some voters may even return to their own countries.

It’s more change you can believe in, not only higher unemployment rates in the US but also a willing and complicit Barack Obama Stimulus plan that looks to create tens of thousands of jobs that could end up filled by illegal immigrants.

Studies by two conservative think tanks estimate immigrants in the United States illegally could take 300,000 construction jobs, or 15% of the 2 million jobs that new taxpayer-financed projects are predicted to create.

They fault Congress for failing to require that employers certify legal immigration status of workers before hiring by using a Department of Homeland Security program called E-Verify. The program allows employers to check the validity of Social Security numbers provided by new hires. It is available to employers on a voluntary basis.

Stimulus Loophole Gives 300,000 Jobs to Illegals

Illegal immigration was a political issue that was all but ignored during the 2008 Presidential campaign; however, as unemployment numbers rise and jobs become scarcer look for the illegals issue to become a hot button topic once again.

JUSTICE SERVED? Federal Jury Finds AZ Rancher Roger Barnett Did not Violate Illegal Immigrants’ Rights … However, Did Find Liable on Claims of Assault $77,804 in Damages

Only in America can an “ILLEGAL” sue for having their rights violated. Talk about your oxymorons. It was determined that their rights were not violated; however, that did not stop a jury from awarding them money. That is correct, an “illegal” was awarded money for entering the United States illegally? What every happened to property owners rights?

Illegal Immigration Crossing … Your Private Property

A federal jury found Arizona rancher Roger Barnett did not violate the civil rights of a group of illegal immigrants who said he detained them at gunpoint in 2004 on his own property. The jury also found that Barnett was not liable on claims of battery and false imprisonment. However, jury did find Roger Barnett liable on four claims of assault and four claims of infliction of emotional distress.

A federal jury found Tuesday that a southern Arizona rancher didn’t violate the civil rights of a group of illegal immigrants who said he detained them at gunpoint in 2004.

The eight-member civil jury also found Roger Barnett wasn’t liable on claims of battery and false imprisonment.

Its about Time: President Bush Commutes Sentences on Border Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean

FINALLY!!! We would have preferred it to be a full pardon; however, President George W. Bush has commuted the sentences of Border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. The agents were convicted in 2006 of shooting and wounding an unarmed illegal immigrant, as per CNN,  suspected of drug smuggling at the time and then covering it up. No, they shot an admitted drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete Davila “in the buttocks”.  What a sad state of affairs when we have US prosecutors more concerned with illegal drug smugglers rights, than that of our border patrol.

It’s about time lame duck GWB did the right thing and ended Compean and Romos’ nightmare.

In his final acts of clemency, President George W. Bush on Monday commuted the prison sentences of two former U.S. Border Patrol agents whose convictions for shooting a Mexican drug dealer ignited fierce debate about illegal immigration. Bush’s decision to commute the sentences of Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who tried to cover up the shooting, was welcomed by both Republican and Democratic members of Congress. They had long argued that the agents were merely doing their jobs, defending the American border against criminals. They also maintained that the more than 10-year prison sentences the pair was given were too harsh.

Obama Did Not Know About His Aunt’s Illegal Alien Status or About the Reverend Jeremiah Wright

In the end during a Presidential campaign your vote comes down to one important factor. To quote Martin Luther King, Jr. … “it’s about the content of one’s character, not the color of one’s skin.”

Barack Obama claims that he had no knowledge that his Kenyan Aunt, Zeituni Onyango, was an illegal alien living in the United States. That reeks of the same lack of knowledge he had of Bill Ayers being an unrepentant domestic terrorist, convicted felon Tony Rezco or Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Are we sensing a pattern? That is rather convenient and sounds like the same old, same old as Obama also claimed that in 20 year of sitting in the pews of his Chicago church that he did not hear Reverend Wright’s anti-American and racial hatred.

Could some one who is about to be considered elected President really have sat in a church for 20 years and never heard the hatred? Conveniently enough when it was politically expedient to dismiss Revered Wright and throw him under the Obama bus, Barack wasted no time. Obama stayed at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago until it became a politically liability to him.

To take Obama at his word would mean that he has no political skills to determine whether some one is hateful enemy or not. To believe the contrary means he is a liar.

Change We Can Believe in … Barack Obama’s Aunt from Kenya living in US illegally & Donated to Obama Campaign

Change you can believe in … Obama’s aunt is not only in the country illegally and a deportation fugitive, she has illegally contributed to the Obama campaign.

Now Obama tells us he did not know about aunt’s illegal status. Between, Ayers, Wright, Rezco et all … does Obama know much about anything? Or is he lying through his teeth? What else does America need to discover of Obama before they actually question his motives, his policies and his past?

Just the other day we had learned that Barack Obama’s aunt was living in Boston, MA in less than stellar circumstances. One wondered why Obama did not share his own wealth an help with aunt. Instead, Obama would rather have you “spread your wealth” in order to do so.

Now we find out that Obama’s aunt, Zeituni Onyango, from Kenya is illegally living in the United States. You have got to be joking. A Presidential candidate has a relative that is an illegal alien and no one prior to today ever bothered to find this out or vet Obama family members? Joe the Plumber had his records illegally searched in seconds; however, when it comes to anything to do with Obama it is never a concern. As Hot Air stated, And so, after six months of being studiously ignored, amnesty makes a last-minute cameo.

Barack Obama’s aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.

Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as “Aunti Zeituni” in Obama’s memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango’s case.

Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcement official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.

In typical and expected fashion, Barack Obama denies knowing anything regarding his aunts illegal status in the United States. Ssssure he did. Just like Obama did not know that domestic terrorist Bill Ayers was unrepentant or that Obama sat 20 years in a church pew and never heard the anti-American and hateful rantings of Revered Wright.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Saturday he didn’t know that one of his relatives was living in the United States illegally and believes the appropriate laws should be followed.

The Associated Press found that Obama’s aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. The woman, Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh), is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama’s late father.

A statement given to the AP by Obama’s campaign said, “Senator Obama has no knowledge of her status but obviously believes that any and all appropriate laws be followed.”

Turns out Aunti Zeituni Onyango, one of Democrat presidential candidate Barack Obama’s many relatives made famous in his memoir, is an illegal alien. And not just a run-of-the-mill illegal alien on welfare.

She’s one of the hundreds of thousands of deportation fugitives — absconders – whom I’ve been reporting on for the past six years. After 9/11, the government vowed to crack down on absconders. They’ve failed abysmally.

UPDATE I: Obama returns aunt’s donation after illegal immigrant report

So Barack Obama did not know that his campaign contributing aunt was in the US illegally? Obama does not seem to know much of anything. Out of curiosity this raises a larger question. How many of Obama’s campaign contributions are legal? Hell, he does not know his aunt’s legal situation, maybe Obama would like to review all of his campaign contributions and question exactly who is donating to his campaign and where they live.

Aides said Obama had not been in touch with his late father’s sister, Zeituni Onyango, 56, for at least four years, and questioned reporting about her residency status so close to Tuesday’s election against Republican John McCain.

Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt said the campaign was returning 265 dollars donated by the aunt to her nephew’s White House bid.

Foreigners cannot donate money to US presidential candidates. But aides refused to say whether returning the money was an acknowledgement that the aunt was an illegal alien.

“Given the information that has been brought to our attention, the contributions are being refunded,” LaBolt said in a statement, without elaborating.

Obama’s chief strategist David Axelrod would not comment on the aunt’s immigration status but said Obama last met her for sure at his Senate inauguration ceremony in 2004.
