Note to female jurors, I think you can find a better catch than a man who would cheat on his wife and have a baby out of wedlock with his mistress as his wife Elizabeth Edwards was dying of cancer. As Memorial Day weekend is upon us, the jurors deliberating in the John Edwards campaign finance case where Edwards is accused of using nearly $1 million in campaign donations to hide his affair with his mistress Rielle Hunter, have been sent home. However, not without some controversy. The judge cleared the court room to discuss what was described as a juror issue. I would appear that a female alternate juror has been flirting with Edwards. Making matters even more sleazy, Edwards has reciprocated the flirtation.  It is rather amazing, no make that disgusting, that a man who could not keep it in his pants and is facing felony charges because of it still is such a schmuck that he would think flirting with a juror at his own trial is acceptable behavior.

Since the alternates were identified last Thursday, it has been impossible to ignore the dynamic between Edwards and one of the female alternates, an attractive young woman with jet-black hair, who seems to have been flirting with Edwards for days.

The juror clearly instigated the exchanges. She smiles at him.   He smiles  politely back at her. She giggles.  He blushes.

Good grief, what is the issue … send the idiot home for good as this is hardly conduct that should be allowed by an impartial jurist.

Obama DOJ Forces University of Arkansas- Fort Smith to Allow 38 Year Old Male Jennifer Braly To Access Women’s Restrooms

The Eric Holder/Barack Obama DOJ can’t seem to find it in themselves to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for obvious voter intimidation, yet they have no issue with forcing the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith to allow a 38 year old student access the the woman’s restroom. WTF!!! This Administration allows the extreme to be normal and the normal to be persecuted.

Just curious, when did a man peeing standing up and wearing a dress become a Civil Rights issue? That is what the Obama-Holder DOJ finds important.

A letter from the Department of Justice (DOJ) caused the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith (UAFS) early this month to reverse policy and allow a 38-year old anatomically male-student permanent use of women’s bathrooms on campus despite opposition from female students.

The university made the reversal on “advice of counsel” after receiving a letter the DOJ sent in response to a complaint that a single, self proclaimed “transgender” student filed with the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.

“Because of the stance we took, the individual filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in the Department of Justice,” Mark Horn who is the vice president of university relations explained in an interview with Campus Reform on Tuesday.

Jennifer Braly, the student who filed the complaint, calls himself “transgender” with a “gender identity disorder.” Braly, however, remains anatomically a man and is currently raising money online for Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS).

This is what America has become under Obama in Wonderland. If you are a man, dress up like a woman and say that you think you are a woman, that allows you access to the woman’s restroom. How sick and perverted has this country become under Obama? So any perv that claims this gets access. Nice precedent idiots. The university even went so far as to offer to convert more current bathrooms into gender-neutral restrooms. That was not good enough for Jennifer Braly.

“I am frustrated and highly depressed about all of these unfair restrictions,” Braly explained in an online appeal for sex-change surgery donations. “I live as a woman full time and have been for a year and a half now. I have natural breast development bigger than some normal girls from the hormone treatment. The only thing restricting me is what’s between my legs. Everyone is so concerned with what’s between my legs. I am just as much woman as anyone else.”

Sorry, but until this “IT” has the operation … IT is still a man and should be considered so. You do not get to claim you are a transgender women if you still got a man’s plumbing. Senate Democrats Want to Increase Air Travel Fees So that the TSA Can Continue to Grope Granny & Little Children

Presently the fee is $2.50. Democrats want to double the fee to $5.00. Are you serious? The Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday moved forward with legislation to increase airline passenger security fees, beating back a GOP attempt to keep them at current levels.

The 2013 Homeland Security appropriations bill would increase one-way fees for passengers from $2.50 to $5 in order to close a budget shortfall at the Transportation Security Administration.

Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) said the $315 million in funding would otherwise come from taxpayers and argued it is better to stick passengers who rely on TSA with the bill.

Geraldo Rivera was unavailable for comment whether he thought there should be an increase in fees to be manually raped.

Kentucky Democrat Primary: Barack Obama Defeats ‘Uncommitted’ Vote 57.9% to 42.1% … Loses 41% of Vote in Arkansas to John Wolf

In a tighter than expected race in the Democrat primary in Kentucky, incumbent President Barack Obama won a tough fought battle against the “Uncommitted” vote, 57.9% to 42.1%.  Seriously. Obama ran unopposed in the KY Democrat primary and lost 42.1% of the vote. It is not even like he was competing against a jailed felon, federal inmate No. 11593-051 Keith Judd, like in the West Virginia primary where Obama lost 41% of the vote.Talk about your protest votes against Obama.

Barack Obama struggles mightily tonight in the Kentucky and Arkansas Democrat primaries. If Obama’s battle against the ‘uncommitted’ vote was not bad enough in the Blue Grass state, Obama also lost 41% of the vote in Arkansas to Democrat challenger unknown  John Wolf.

Four in ten Democratic voters chose someone other than President Obama on Tuesday in primaries in Arkansas and Kentucky.

In Arkansas, John Wolfe — a perennial, long-shot candidate — took 41 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary, with 71 percent of precincts reporting. Obama came in just under 60 percent. The Associated Press did not call the race for Obama until close to midnight.

And in Kentucky, 42 percent of Democrats chose “uncommitted” rather than cast a vote for the incumbent president. Obama took 58 percent, with 99 percent of precincts reporting.

I think it is safe to say that after Obama’s embarrassing primary results in West Virginia, Arkansas and Kentucky, do not look for Barack Obama to be visiting these states in the general election. Color the states Red, as well as Obama’s face after these humiliating primaries.

The clueless and deranged NC teacher who told students that they could be arrested for criticizing President Barack Obama has been suspended with pay for her comments. Wow, you showed her. You just gave an Obama Kool-aid drinking so-called teacher who is more adept at spreading her liberal, Democrat agenda and love affair for Obama than to actually teach students an early summer vacation with pay. School officials also said there will be an investigation. Really?

Make no mistake about it the teacher, Tonya Dixon-Neely, was only suspended and the school district forced into making a statement because the student had the where with all to record the teachers out of control, deranged, moonbat rant defending Obama and attacking Mitt Romney. Thanks to the Internet and social media, the audio went viral and this hideous attempt of liberal indoctrination was exposed. This is what it has come to in public schools, teacher spreading this political agenda and threatening students that they could be jailed for daring to criticize Obama and express their 1st Amendment Rights to free speech.

A teacher at a Rowan County school has been suspended after getting national attention for a YouTube video that surfaced last week showing her yelling at her students, saying it’s wrong to criticize the president.

In the YouTube video, North Rowan High School teacher Tonya Dixon-Neely and her students were debating several political issues, including a discussion about President Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney.

The video, which was uploaded on May 14, had more than 178,000 views on YouTube as of Monday afternoon.  The story has been picked up by national media outlets, including Fox News and the New York Post.  Controversial radio host Rush Limbaugh discussed the issue on his radio show on Monday afternoon as well.

The school district was forced to released a statement on Monday regarding the unhinged and what has become all too typical example of bias public school teaching trying to spread a liberal agenda rather than educate students and allowing a free flow of ideas.

“The Rowan-Salisbury School System expects all students and employees to be respectful in the school environment and for all teachers to maintain their professionalism in the classroom.  This incident should serve as an education for all teachers to stop and reflect on their interaction with students. Due to personnel and student confidentiality, we cannot discuss the matter publicly.”

Jamie Wearing Fool is quick to point out the bias reporting of the bias suspended teacher. Isn’t it just peachy that the reporting of this story calls Rush Limbaugh the one who’s controversial here, not this illiterate nutcase teacher. Go figure? This is how bias the MSM is, they don’t even realize anymore that are bias. They just can’t help themselves.

Back to the illiterate nutcase teacher. How does anyone allow this teacher back in the classroom? From all accounts this is how the teacher usually acts and conducts herself. It was only until she was recorded and the audio went viral before she was outed. Note to students, it would appear that all will have to record their teachers in order to stop the liberal indoctrination. Another issue arises as well, this teacher totally lost control of the class and herself. How can a social studies teacher who has an inherent bias and liberal agenda act as Obama so likes to say … Fairly? The answer is, she can’t.

High School Teacher Tells Student That He Could be Charged with a Criminal Offense For Speaking Ill Against Barack Obama

How dare any student ask a question or challenge a teacher when it comes to the all-mighty Barack Obama. Teacher goes mental on a student who merely expresses their First Amendment Right of Free speech. The North Rowan High School teacher tells the student that they can be arrested and charged criminally for speaking against Obama. Yup, this is what public school has come to.

When the student tells the teacher that Obama admitted to bullying a girl in school, the teacher goes on the defensive.

“Stop, no, because there is no comparison,” she says. Romney, she says, is “running for president. Obama is the president.”

When the student says they’re both “just men,” the teacher continues to argue that Romney, as a candidate for president, is not to be afforded the same respect as the president.

The teacher tells the class Obama is “due the respect that every other president is due.”

“Listen, let me tell you something, you will not disrespect the president of the United States in this classroom,” she says.

The student replies that he’ll say what he wants.

“Not about him you won’t,” the teacher says.

After reviewing a video in which a North Rowan High School teacher tells a student he can be arrested for speaking ill of President Barack Obama, the Rowan-Salisbury School System said it can be a learning experience.

Meanwhile, an expert on politics at Catawba College says the social studies teacher just doesn’t have her facts straight when she insists speaking your mind about a president can get you charged with a criminal offense.

Although two students provided the name of the teacher, the Post is not publishing it because officials within the school system would not confirm her identity and she could not be reached for comment.

The video captures audio of the dispute but does not show the teacher or anyone else. It appears to have been shot with a phone or other device as the camera pointed at the ceiling the entire time.

Rowan-Salisbury spokeswoman Rita Foil confirmed the teacher is still employed with the district and has not been suspended for disciplinary reasons. Foil emailed this statement to a Post reporter Friday on behalf of the school system:

Why would the bio of Barack Obama provided to his literary agent be changed numerous times over the years to update events and accomplishments of Obama, yet his birth place of Kenya was not changed until just after he announced his run for the Presidency in 2007? Seriously, one does not have to be a “birther” to ask such a question. This story of why Obama’s bio would read “born in Kenya” was initially brought to the public’s attention at Breitbart.com in their own going effort to do what the MSM refuses to do … Vetting the President. As stated at the PJ Tatler, when the bizarre and embarassing fact was uncovered earlier this week, agent Miriam Goderich backpedaled and stated that the Kenyan birth claim was simply a “fact-checking error.” OK, so then why did it go through a myriad of edits and updates with no change until right before Obama’s Presidential announcement?

The biography provided by Barack Obama to his literary agent specified his birthplace as “Kenya”. And, over the course of 17 years, despite multiple revisions by Obama, the Kenyan birthplace remained a fundamental part of the bio on the agent’s website.

I’ve used the Wayback Archive to explore the exact transformations of Obama’s biography on his agent’s site (click on any of the thumbnails to zoom to a readable size).

On June 27, 1998, the website read: “BARACK OBAMA was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Chicago. His first book is DREAMS FROM MY FATHER: A STORY OF RACE AND INHERITANCE.”

The Bio was updated circa December 2004; however, it still stated the following; “He was also the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Chicago”.

Then as Doug Ross notes a remarkable edit was made to the Obama bio between April 3rd and April 21st 2007, where someone must have noticed the discrepancy in birthplace that would presumably disqualify the Senator from office.

On April 21, 2007, the website read: “BARACK OBAMA is the junior Democratic senator from Illinois and was the dynamic keynote speaker at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. He was also the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Hawaii to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Chicago. His first book, DREAMS FROM MY FATHER: A STORY OF RACE AND INHERITANCE, has been a long time New York Times bestseller.”

The question at hand is why lie? The Other McCain has an interesting theory that being born in Hawaii was not edgy enough to give him racial street cred. Let me just say that I am not a “birther” and actually do believe that Obama was born in Hawaii, but I also am a little taken aback by his continual lack of transparency and the fact that it appears his past is a made up fiction. We does the most transparent President ever not hand over his college transcripts and application. I am betting that it say origin of birth, Kenya.

This is all very important and not because Obama was born in Kenya but more to the point that Obama will lie and say anything for his advantage. This is hardly “Hope & Change” … it is the mark of an opportunist.

More to the point, who in the hell vets Presidential candidates? What is the process, do we just ask them whether they were born in the USA and if they say yes, that is goo enough? How could those vetting not have found something so simple? Of course we will learn long after Obama is out of office that those in the MSM knew about this all along and hushed it up.
