Only 37% Job Approval in Florida and Think President Barack Obama Deserves Reelection in 2012

In the 2008 Presidential election, Barack Obama won Florida 51% to 48% and picked up an important  27 electoral votes. That was then, this is now. If early polling in Florida is any sign of things to come for 2012, Obama and the Democrat party are in serious trouble in this swing state.

Yes, it is early in the polling season and things could change; however, President Barack Obama finds himself in a deep hole in the battle ground state of Florida.   A recent MAGELLAN poll has only 37% believe that Barack Obama should be reelected, while a whopping 57% believe he should not be. The poll also has Floridians at 37% job approval for Obama, while 57% disapprove. How does one come back from a 37% reelection number?  Its early, but this polling is so dismal, one has to take notice especially when the polling sample was 42/39/19, Democrats/Republicans/Independents.

WHAT A SHOCK … NASA STUDY SHOWS NO GLOBAL WARMING … WHAT SAY YOU AL GORE AND HARRY REID? I GUESS THE EARTH DOES NOT HAVE A FEVER.

How could it be, the global warming alarmist models are incorrect? Say it isn’t so Joe, or should we say Al? Go figure, global warming models are incorrect when we can’t even properly predict the weather or where a hurricane line of path will be. Data from a NASA satellite study for the past 10 years indicates that the Earth is allowing far more heat to be released than alarmist computer models have predicted.

NASA satellite data from the years 2000 through 2011 show the Earth’s atmosphere is allowing far more heat to be released into space than alarmist computer models have predicted, reports a new study in the peer-reviewed science journal Remote Sensing. The study indicates far less future global warming will occur than United Nations computer models have predicted, and supports prior studies indicating increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide trap far less heat than alarmists have claimed.

Study co-author Dr. Roy Spencer, a principal research scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and U.S. Science Team Leader for the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer flying on NASA’s Aqua satellite, reports that real-world data from NASA’s Terra satellite contradict multiple assumptions fed into alarmist computer models.

America Ends Its Space Shuttle Program and Era in Space … Atlantis Lands at Kennedy Space Center for Last Time

MISSION NO MORE …THE END OF AN ERA.

After 135 flights  in a predawn landing at 5:57 am, the space shuttle Atlantis touched down at the Kennedy Space Center for the very last time and thus ended a three decade era of space shuttle flight. It is hard to believe that the shuttle flights have come to an end, I can remember when it all first began and we were allowed to watch in school as the shuttle program first began. What is even harder to believe is that NASA really has no immediate transition into the next approach to space flight.

“Mission complete, Houston,” said Capt. Christopher J. Ferguson of the Navy, commander of the shuttle Atlantis for the last flight. “Afterserving the world for over 30 years, the space shuttle has earned its place in history, and it’s come to a final stop.”

It was the 19th night landing at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida to end the 135th space shuttle mission. For Atlantis, the final tally of its 26-year career: 33 missions, accumulating just short of 126 million miles during 307 days in space.

“Having fired the imagination of a generation … its voyage at an end”. So what next for today’s generation to fire its imagination? It’ peaks volumes, doesn’t it? What is the future of manned space flight in the US? Sadly, it means even more individuals losing their jobs, but what is new for this Administration.

America watched in horror as many school children watched the disaster live on TV in classrooms across the country as Christa McAuliffe was the first teacher in space. We remember the American heroes of the Space Shuttle Challenger, Michael J. Smith, Dick Scobee, Ronald McNair, Ellison Onizuka, Christa McAuliffe, Gregory Jarvis, Judith Resnik.

Obama Press Sec Gibbs Says NASA Administrator Bolden Misspoken When He told Al Jazeera His Top Priorities was to Reach Out to Muslim Countries

Priceless … Obama White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters that NASA Administrator Charles Bolden must have misspoken when he told Al Jazeera last month that one of his top priorities is to reach out to Muslim countries. Really, Bolden misspoke? That’s a rather convenient and unbelievable excuse.

So Gibbs says that Muslim Outreach is not the job of NASA. Does Barack Hussin Obama know that? Maybe the “Chosen One” would like to explain why Bolden was there in the first place. He seemed to be pretty well versed for some one who was confused and misspoke.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Monday that NASA Administrator Charles Bolden must have misspoken when he told Al Jazeera last month that one of his top priorities is to reach out to Muslim countries.

“That was not his task and that’s not the task of NASA,” Gibbs said.

NASA last week walked back Bolden’s claim that Muslim outreach was the “perhaps foremost” plank of his mission, saying that Bolden was merely talking about his “outreach” responsibilities and that space exploration is still NASA’s No. 1 job.

Before Gibbs wants to attempt and back track on Bolden’s comments and try and save face for Obama, Robert Gibbs might want to first answer the question what in the HELL is a NASA official giving an interview to  Al Jazeera? What’s the matter  Al Jazeera did not have any terrorist beheading to report on and needed filler.

The very first thing that Bolten says during the interview that he is there in the region as part of the first anniversary of Obama’s Cairo Speech known as the Cairo initiative and the new beginning between  the US and the Muslim world. The very reason why the NASA Administrator was there was the Obama/Muslim initiative. Misspoke, eh? Seriously America, do you honestly think that Bolden just made this stuff up?

Bolden did not misspeak, this was Obama’s mission to Mecca. The only problem was that once again Obama miscalculated the American people’s reaction to this insane craziness that we have sadly become all to accustomed to out of the Obama Administration. The Obama Administration has such disdain for the American people that they think they can say anything and further Obama’s agenda and when caught like this, just lie their way out of it.

In the wake of Climategate, most Americans are extremely skeptical of the science behind global warming. Why would they think that with manipulated data and the fact that the scientists destroyed the original raw data? Once again the WH finds itself on the wrong side of the majority thinking. It would hardly appear to be settled science as per Americans.

Most Americans (52%) believe that there continues to be significant disagreement within the scientific community over global warming.
