Samuel “Curt” Johnson III, SC Johnson Heir Pleads Guilty to Sexually Assaulting Teen … Sentenced to Misdemeanor, Fourth-Degree Sexual Assault
THERE CAN BE NO JUSTICE WHEN THE VICTIM DOES NOT WANT IT …
Samuel “Curt” Johnson III, heir to the SC Johnson fortune, was convicted on Friday of sexually assaulting a teen. However, the felony was downgraded to a misdemeanor, fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. Johnson was initially charged in 2011 with the repeated sexual assault of a child, that charge carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine. However, Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz sentenced Johnson to four months in jail and fined $6,000. Wow, $6,000, that is the equivalent of like 6 cents for this individual. However, the problem this time was not a lenient judge or lame prosecutor, it was the victim and her family. Neither the girl nor her mother wanted a case brought against Johnson, but the female victim did initially tell Racine County investigators that Johnson had inappropriate sexual contact with her 15 to 20 times, starting the summer after she finished sixth grade. She said Johnson exposed himself, fondled her under her clothes and kissed her breasts and elsewhere.
A Wisconsin billionaire pleaded guilty Friday to repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl, a charge that prosecutors ended up downgrading from a felony to a misdemeanor after they said the victim and her family repeatedly refused to cooperate.
Samuel “Curt” Johnson III, whose family has run home-products giant SC Johnson for five generations, was convicted of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to four months in jail, short of the one-year maximum. He was also fined $6,000.
In considering the sentence, Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz acknowledged that neither the girl nor her mother wanted a case brought against Johnson. Authorities only became aware of the allegations after the 59-year-old sought counseling at a clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he made an undisclosed comment that triggered a mandatory report.
Sadly, this billionaire sex offender is going to get off with a slap on the wrist. Assistant District Attorney Robert Repischak said the victim and her mother refused to cooperate from the outset, leaving him a flimsy case at best. Repischak told reporters after the hearing, “I would have liked a chance to present the felony case to a jury. But given the state of the case, with little if any evidence, I did was I was able to do.”
Alec Baldwin Arrested in Manhattan, NY for Disorderly Conduct … “I Want to Ride My Bicycle” the Wrong Way
HIS MOUTH FINALLY GOT HIM ARRESTED …
Alec Baldwin was arrested for disorderly conduct in NYC after being stopped by police for riding his bicycle the wrong direction down Fifth Avenue, at 16th Street, around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. Baldwin reportedly became belligerent with the police, surprise, surprise. When Baldwin could not hand over a photo ID, they handcuffed him, loaded him into the back of a patrol car, took him to the 13th Precinct station in Gramercy Park, and seized the bicycle. Which is rather ironic that he could not, or would not produce a photo ID because isn’t it Baldwin who asks us in those credit card commercials, “What’s in your wallet?”
Baldwin was issued two summonses, one for riding a bike the wrong way and one for disorderly conduct. He was later released.
ALEC BALDWIN JUST WANTS TO RIDE HIS BICYCLE …
Actor Alec Baldwin was arrested in Manhattan for disorderly conduct after he got into a verbal confrontation with police officers who stopped him for riding his bike the wrong way down a street, a law-enforcement official said
Mr. Baldwin was allegedly riding his bicycle north on Fifth Avenue in the center of the street between 15th and 16th streets, the official said.
Officers approached Mr. Baldwin told him he “was riding his bicycle the wrong way,” an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Mr. Baldwin was not able to produce identification and “then he got belligerent and started to argue with the officers,” the spokeswoman said.
He was placed in handcuffs. Mr. Baldwin was taken to a local police precinct and was later released, the official said.
Maybe some one might want to tell Baldwin that mouthing off to the police is a no-no. But of course he managed to go off the handle and with a tirade of expletives … he got cuffed. Baldwin also used the patented elitist line, “don’t you know who I am” line.
“He became belligerent, yelling and screaming at the officers, ‘I don’t have ID. Just give me the f—–g summonses,’” one police source said.
Rene Cardona, 44, of the Bronx, backed up the cops’ account.
“They confiscated the bike from him,” he said. “He got loud.”
With Baldwin dropping F-bombs, the cops marched him to a police car, a moment captured by a lensman from InTouch Magazine.
“How old are these officers?” Baldwin groused. “They don’t even know who I am.”
The Twitter universe has fun at the expense of Alec Baldwin and his arrest at Twitchy.
Following his arrest Alec Baldwin took to Twitter and said, “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign.”
24 Year Old Karen Dziewit of Chicopee, MA Faces Wiretapping Charges For Recording Her Own Arrest of Disorderly Conduct
It’s illegal to tape your own arrest, REALLY?
24 year old Karen Dziewit of Chicopee, Mass. charged with daring to record her police arrest. She was arrested over the weekend for disorderly conduct and an open container as she was being a little too loud and belligerent while drinking on Chestnut Street Sunday morning in Springfield and refused to cooperate with police. But that is not the story here. It appears the she activated the voice recording feature on her smart phone and recorded her arrest. The Chicopee woman was taken to police headquarters for booking where the officers inventoried the contents of her purse, they found the phone actively recording the entire process. They added the charge of with unlawful wiretapping.
A Chicopee woman apparently got a little too loud and belligerent while drinking on Chestnut Street Sunday morning, and refused to cooperate with police when they asked her to quiet down. When she was about to be arrested, police say the woman activated the voice recording feature on her smart phone, hid it in her purse and surreptitiously? recorded the entire arrest. Now she faces the unusual charge of unlawful wiretapping.
She was arrested. But, before she was taken into custody, she apparently started the voice recorder in her smart phone and put it in her purse.
She was taken to police headquarters for booking and as officers inventoried the contents of her purse, they found the phone actively recording the entire process.
Not sure if I agree with this one at all. The Daily Caller points out that Massachusetts s is among the least friendly states for citizens recording cops.
While it may seem absurd that a person could be prosecuted for recording the police–something that civil libertarians encourage responsible citizens to do when they are confronted by law enforcement–Massachusetts is among the least friendly states for citizens recording cops. In most states, it is either always legal to record another person, or at least always legal to record the police, who don’t have an expectation of privacy when serving in an official capacity.
Massachusetts and Illinois, however, have laws on the books requiring both parties to consent to be recorded–even if one of the parties is a cop.
There is always one idiot in the crowd …
25 year old Kevin Edson was arrested Tuesday after leaving his backpack unattended at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The area was evacuated on the one-year anniversary of last year’s Boston Marathon bombings after police said two backpacks had been found in the area. The Boston police executed a controlled detonation of two suspicious bags. Kevin Edson faces charges of threatening battery, disorderly conduct, possession of a hoax explosive device, threats to commit a crime, disturbing a public assembly and disturbing the peace.
Edson can be seen here in this VIDEO walking down the street in a bizarre manner.

Boston Police said a backpack was left unattended by the finish line at 6:50 p.m. There was a second bag, but that was not left by the suspect. The Boylston Street area was shut down for about 3 hours, with pedestrians and motorists asked to avoid the area.

That’s what we’re going to do to make this the best marathon in the wake of last year.”
MARCH MADNESS, Sore Losers Edition … University of Arizona Students Riot & Rampage After Wildcats Lose to Wisconsin Badgers in Elite 8, 15 Arrested on Charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest & Unlawful Assembly
College students behaving badly … Today’s lesson, there are consequences to foolish actions and … it’s just a game!
Following the University of Arizona’s loss to the Wisconsin Badgers in OT, 64-63, hundreds of individuals filled the streets and many fans went on a violent rampage throwing battled and firecrackers. As reported at the Tucson Sentinel, after what TPD Sgt. Pete Dugan called a “reasonable amount of time,” officers told the crowd that they would be arrested if they remained. Instead of disbursing, the fans threw beer bottles and firecrackers at the officers. Police responded with pepper spray, canisters and balls at the large crowd. The crowds can be heard in the video below chanted “police brutality” during the clash with police officers. In the end, 15 people were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful assembly.
Some fans went on an angry rampage, lobbing bottles and firecrackers outside the University of Arizona late on Saturday after the school’s basketball team narrowly lost to the University of Wisconsin in an NCAA tournament game, police said.
Tucson police in riot gear used pepper spray on the unruly crowd and arrested 15 people on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful assembly, a police statement said.
Three of those arrested suffered minor injuries, police said. Rioters threw bottles and other objects at police and their vehicles but no officers were hurt. Police said hundreds of people filled the streets after the game, but it was not clear how many were involved in the melee.
Punk teens trash Kings Plaza Shopping Mall in Mill Basin in Brooklyn, New York as chaos incurs as security and police try to restore order. What is going on in our society that these kind of flash mobs causing violence, damage and disorder continue to occur? But then again we are told that no such thing as the “knockout game” exists, that is of course unless it is white on black crime. The American Thinker has a unique opinion on all of this chaos and violence that we are now at the mercy of the Visigoths and that they are on the loose and barbarians are running amok among us. Sadly, they seem to be correct.
Sources say the incident may have been sparked by a girl wearing a shirt with a picture and derogatory comment about another girl.
The problem then escalated on social media with the girls agreeing to meet up at the mall.
“They just started fighting, throwing stuff off balconies,” said Lequan Jackson, a Macy’s employee, “I was just like I hope they don’t come to my store.”
Lequan Jackson works at Macy’s and watched as security guards quickly notified police.
But it took several hours to clear out the mall and restore order.
A wild flash mob stormed and trashed a Brooklyn mall, causing so much chaos that the shopping center was forced to close during post-Christmas sales, sources said Friday.
More than 400 crazed teens — who mistakenly thought the rapper Fabolous would perform — erupted into brawls all over Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin on Thursday at 5 p.m., sources said.
The troublemakers looted and ransacked several stores as panicked shoppers ran for the exits and clerks scrambled to pull down metal gates.
Some of the teens staged a game of “knockout” on the top floor — and one may have been carrying a gun, sources said.
Then in typical, look at my, bragging … they went to Facebook.
Some of the teens — who had planned the rowdy meet-up on social media — later took to Facebook to brag about it.
“[Kings Plaza] was on tilt today but n-ggas wasn’t catching me,” Ray Ray Sextana posted on Facebook.
Another teen, Mark Wallace, posted, “S–t was crazy at Kings Plaza. So the security started shutting down the mall and kicking all teens out but it was so much of us they couldn’t get control.”
He added,“F–ked up my middle finger tryna fight them bitch ass security guards.”

15 Year Old Charged With Felony Disorderly Conduct After Threatening ‘Mass Homicide’ If George Zimmerman Was Acquitted
Actions have consequences …
A 15 year old Chicago suburb teenager was arrested and charged with felony disorderly conduct for tweeting a threat of “mass homicide” if George Zimmerman was acquitted. It’s about time some one was charged with something for the 1000′s of irresponsible and death threat tweets that have been spewed forth from individuals hiding behind their Twitter accounts. As it turned out, the 6 woman jury found George Zimmerman not guilty of murder and manslaughter in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. Although I would say, if the police are going to arrest this misguided teen, there are a whole lot more to go after who have made death threats against George Zimmerman, his family and even the jury. The teens name has not been provided because he is a minor. Way to ruin your life kid.
A teenager in a Chicago suburb was charged with a felony after threatening to commit “mass homicide” should George Zimmerman be acquitted of murder charges in the Trayvon Martin case, according to multiple reports.
The threat, which was made on the 15-year-old’s Twitter account on Friday (before a verdict had been reached), read, “If Zimmerman leaves free imma shoot everybody in Zion causing a mass homicide, and ill get away wit it just like Zimmerman.” The tweet appears to have been deleted.
Although Zion Police Department Deputy Chief Steve Dumyahn told the Lake County News Sun that there was no credibility to the threat, adding that the high schooler “has no weapons and no access to weapons,” the teen is still being charged with a felony count of disorderly conduct.
It would seem that so-called nice and respectful football players like the NY Giants Victor Cruz has lowered himself to pile on with the threats of violence and fanning the flames of vigilantism.
