Former Democrat US Representative Dennis Kucinich and now Fox News contributor appeared on Fox News Sunday this morning and his comments regarding Benghazi were damning for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. I must say that I had to check outside the window while I was 100% aggressing with Kucinich’s remarks as I thought I saw pigs flying by. When asked by Chris Wallace during the panel discussion, if he thought the Benghazi talking points were politically scrubbed, Kucinich replied, “OF COURSE THEY WERE. COME ON, ARE YOU KIDDING”?  Kucinich had previously stated that the Obama administration had to call the Benghazi attack a street demonstration otherwise it brought into play on the eve of an election the fact that the entire Benghazi policy was a failure. Then there was the damning comment of the Obama administration and the Hillary Clinton run State Department … “So we went there to protect the Libyan people. We couldn’t go into Benghazi to protect our own Americans who were serving there?”

WALLACE: Congressman Kucinich, I think it’s fair to say you’re a liberal Democrat. But I want to ask you, does it bother you that the CIA, as we now know, originally wrote about links to Al Qaeda, originally wrote about having warned the State Department for months about threats in Benghazi and that all of that was taken out and let’s put this up on the screen. State Department official Victoria Nuland wrote in pushing back against what the CIA had written, that information “could be abused by members of Congress to beat up the State Department for not paying attention to warnings, so why would we want to feed that either? Concerned.” This, Congressman, from the transparent administration of Barack Obama.

FORMER REP. DENNIS KUCINICH, D-OHIO: Well, I didn’t need those memos to know that it was wrong for us to intervene in Libya. This is one liberal Democrat who said the intervention was wrong. And what the attack on the consulate brings up, Chris, is the failure of the Benghazi policy from the beginning. And that’s why they had to call it a street demonstration instead of an attack because on the eve of an election that brought in a whole new narrative about foreign policy, about dealing with terrorism, and about the consequences that led to four deaths of people who served the United States.

WALLACE: So do you think those talking points were politically scrubbed?

KUCINICH: Of course they were. Come on, are you kidding? You know, this is one of those things that you have to realize, we’re in the circumference of an election, and when you get on the eve of an election, everything becomes political. Unfortunately, Americans died and people who believe in America who put their lives on the line, they weren’t provided with protection. They weren’t provided with a response. They and their families had a right to make sure that they were defended. Look, we went into Benghazi with under the assumption that somehow there was going to be a massacre in Benghazi. So we went there to protect the Libyan people. We couldn’t go into Benghazi to protect our own Americans who were serving there? I’m offended by this, and there has to be real answers to the questions that are being raised.

WALLACE: Kim, let’s assume that Congressman Kucinich is right and that the talking points were politically scrubbed to protect Hillary Clinton, to protect Barack Obama running for re-election, is that where the scandal ends? What evidence is there — there certainly were misjudgments, but what evidence is there that the administration did anything wrong, wrong, either before or during the attack?

KIMBERLEY STRASSEL, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL: Well, the thing is we don’t know. And this is what we found out this week, that the official record that is out there on all kinds of things, is simply not correct. OK, so, you know, apparently the White House was not involved in the talking points. That’s not true. Apparently Hillary Clinton was just a footnote in all of this. That was not true. Apparently and supposedly their requests for aid were never denied. We’ve heard this week that that was not true. And so the White House faces an issue here, which is where do we go — where do we get these answers? And that’s why you are now hearing calls for a bipartisan select committee. The Democrats keep claiming that this is partisan, this is a partisan exercise. The only way you’re going to get these answers is if you actually put a committee, put both sides on it, give them the power of deposition, give them the power of subpoena, finally get the emails, finally talk to all the witnesses in public, and if the White House really claims it has nothing to hide, then it shouldn’t fear such an exercise. But that’s the only way that you’re going to start getting any answers on this. Otherwise it’s going to drip, drip, drip on like this week after week.

I Don’t Have Mine, Because of Her”. Get ready for that political ad when Hillary tries to run in 2016.

When Hillary Clinton met with the families of the slain four Americans as their bodies were brought back to the United States, she did the unthinkable …  “Secretary Clinton, as she was standing next to the coffin with the body of our ambassador and the three other Americans that were killed, as she was standing next to those coffins she said, you know, a horrific video.  That’s just shameful and it’s not true.”

Remember when the Obama White House and their mouth piece minions like Susan Rice came out after the attack on the Benghazi consulate that resulted in the death of four American including Ambassador Stevens and blamed it on a video tape? Of course any normal, common sense thinking person knew that was BS at the time and it was later proved to be complete BS. Benghazi “whistle-blower” witness Greg Hicks stated in from of Congressional hearings this week … “I Was Stunned. My Jaw Dropped. I Was Embarrassed.”  The Obama White House said that they relied entirely on CIA talking points. NOT SO FAST …  ABC News  has obtained 12 different versions of the talking points that show that they were dramatically edited and scrubbed by the Obama Administration.  The initial CIA talking point draft to the final one used by the White House and distributed to Congress was scrubbed of all references to terrorism, Al-Qaeda. The story goes on to say, in an email to officials at the White House and the intelligence agencies, State Department spokesman Victoria Nuland took issue with including that information because it “could be abused by members [of Congress] to beat up the State Department for not paying attention to warnings, so why would we want to feed that either? So Hillary Clinton’s spokesperson wanted to sanitize the talking points so the State department did not looks incompetent and derelict in their duty? Who thinks that Secretary of State was not aware of these changes? Seriously America … the 2016 wanna be Democrat frontrunner candidate knew it all.

So where would the directive come from to scrub the references to terrorism to a talking point of a terror attack just months before the 2012 Presidential election? Who was “The One” who’s narrative was  Al-Qaeda was on pat to defeat and Bin Laden is dead (VIDEO)?

ABC News has obtained 12 different versions of the talking points that show they were extensively edited as they evolved from the drafts first written entirely by the CIA to the final version distributed to Congress and to U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice before she appeared on five talk shows the Sunday after that attack.

White House emails reviewed by ABC News suggest the edits were made with extensive input from the State Department.  The edits included requests from the State Department that references to the Al Qaeda-affiliated group Ansar al-Sharia be deleted as well references to CIA warnings about terrorist threats in Benghazi in the months preceding the attack.

That would appear to directly contradict what White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said about the talking points in November.

“Those talking points originated from the intelligence community.  They reflect the IC’s best assessments of what they thought had happened,” Carney told reporters at the White House press briefing on November 28, 2012.  “The White House and the State Department have made clear that the single adjustment that was made to those talking points by either of those two institutions were changing the word ‘consulate’ to ‘diplomatic facility’ because ‘consulate’ was inaccurate.”

Hmm, this is a far cry from the “only one word was edited” from the talking points spewed by Obama White House spokesman, Jay Carney. The White House has denied accusations that they mislead the American public and did not  mischaracterize the White House and State Department’s role in developing of talking points regarding the attack on the American diplomatic post in Benghazi. Who are you going to believe America, Obama’s chief spin-meister Jay Carney, or your lying eyes and ears?

Carney on Friday was responding to an ABC News report  that the talking points given to U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice about Benghazi underwent 12 rounds of revisions with extensive input from the State Department, seemingly contradicting Carney’s claims in November.

During a White House briefing then, Carney said that the talking points “originated from the intelligence community” and the only adjustment from the White House and State Department was “changing the word ‘consulate’ to ‘diplomatic facility.’”

As reported by FOX News, the names of the three “whistle-blowers” who will testify next Wednesday at a Congressional Committee on the Benghazi massacre are Mark Thompson, Gregory Hicks and Eric Nordstrum. White House spokesperson Jay Carney may think that Benghazi happened a long time ago; however, these “whistle-blowers” are about to make the Benghazi White House cover up a very current problem. From the Blaze comes the following people who will be testifying; Gregory Hicks, deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya at the time of the September assault; Mark Thompson, former Marine and deputy coordinator for operations at the State Department’s Counterterrorism Bureau; and Eric Nordstrom, the former top security officer in Libya. Nordstrum also testified in front of the House Oversight committee back in October (VIDEO), saying staff at the US consulate in Benghazi lacked sufficient protection; however, Thompson and Hicks have yet to speak publically.

How damning do you think these individuals testimony is if the White House was willing to threaten them with the end of their careers if they testified, you can be sure they will have something interesting to add to what we know about the attack. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) promised “explosive” Benghazi hearings were coming and said, “direct testimony by eyewitnesses is always the most compelling.” There has been much talk between the House Republicans and the Obama White House that these three men and other have been prevented by the White House to tell their stories of their knowledge of what occurred that night. House of Rep Report: President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and State Department Blew the Benghazi Consulate Response

The US House of Representatives have come out with a report and it states that President Barack Obama, former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton and the State Department blew the Benghazi Consulate terror response … YA THINK!!!

As reported at the Washington Times, House Republicans state in a 46 page report that President Obama and former Secretary of State Clinton failed to heed the warnings provided to them prior the terror attack in Benghazi, Libya that lead to the death of four Americans including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.  The GOP report stated the White House was responsible for prohibiting the mention of terrorism, and the report said administration officials were trying to shield themselves from criticism that they had been too lax in security. Clinton denied any knowledge, yet as reported at The Hill, an April 2012 State Department cable bearing Secretary Hillary Clinton’s signature acknowledged then-Ambassador [Gene] Cretz’s formal request for additional security assets but ordered the withdrawal of security elements to proceed as planned.” Following the terror attack, the White House then put UN Ambassador Susan Rice on the airwaves attempted to mislead Americans  that the attack was a result of a video tape, not terrorism.

Obama to Clinton, If you don’t tell, neither will I …

House Republicans have concluded that the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies bear no blame for failing to halt the terrorist assault on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, last year, releasing a report Tuesday that said President Obama and the State Department set up the military for failure.

The report also found that plenty of intelligence presaged the attack, but the White House and State Department — including the secretary at the time, Hillary Rodham Clinton — failed to heed the warnings.

In the most damning conclusion, House Republicans said Mr. Obama’s team lied about the attacks afterward, first by blaming mob violence spawned by an anti-Muslim video, and then wrongly saying it had misled the public because it was trying to protect an FBI investigation.

“This progress report reveals a fundamental lack of understanding at the highest levels of the State Department as to the dangers presented in Benghazi, Libya, as well as a concerted attempt to insulate the Department of State from blame following the terrorist attacks,” the GOP investigation concluded in its 46-page report.

Make no mistake about it, when warnings and begging for more security go unanswered and in fact, less  security was provided at a consulate and four people are murdered by terrorist … you better damn well believe that Obama and Hillary Clinton were at fault. However, a bias media, a president who has failed on terrorism and has told us Al Qaeda is defeated and a former secretary of State who wants to run for president, none of them will ever admit the truth or care to let the public know Obama’s and Clinton’s dereliction of duty.

WTF!!! Rodman stated in his interview on ABC’s ‘This Week’, that Kim Jong Un wanted Obama to call him. I almost have to ask why the media even interviewed Rodman and gave anything he does credibility. Rodman is a fool, an attention seeking fool. Nothing more. Either Rodman is ignorant to the fact of what actually goes on in North Korea, or he does not care. North Koreans are being unjustly imprisoned and they are being starved to death and we have a bridal dress wearing Dennis Rodman allowed to go there and act like this brutal leader is like everyone else. During the interview with George Stephanopoulos on ‘This Week,’ Rodman kept referring to Kim Jong Un as his friend and a good guy. When pressed about the prison camps, the lack of human rights and the murderous North Korean regimes, Rodman made excuses and said that “we do the same thing here”. REALLY? Check out Rodman’s comments below that the US has death camps and that the North Korean dictator is his friend. Rodman downplayed his trip that some are calling “basketball diplomacy” saying that he is not a diplomat while brushing aside allegations about North Korean death camps by saying “we do the same thing here.”

“I don’t condone that. I hate the fact that he’s doing that. I didn’t talk about that. I saw people respected him, his family. He’s only 28. He’s not his dad. He’s not his grandpa. But he’s just…he’s a great guy. He’s just a great guy. You sit down and talk to him,” said Rodman.

When Stephanopoulos went after Rodman on not talking about North Korean death camps he said, “We do the same things here.”

A dumbfounded Stephanopoulos replied, “We have prison camps here in the United States?”

“This is all politics right? He don’t want to do that,” said Rodman.

“It sounds like you’re apologizing for him?” said Stephanopoulos.

“No, I’m not apologizing for him. He was a great guy to me. He was my friend. I don’t condone what he does. But as a person to person, he’s my friend. What I did was history. He’s a friend to me. That’s about it,” said Rodman.

Jamie Neal and Garrett Hand Go Missing While on Trip in Peru, Have Not Been Heard From Since January 25, 2013 (Update: Found Safe)

US State Department American joins in the search for the missing San Francisco couple in Peru.

Jamie Neal and her boyfriend Garrett Hand departed the United States in December for an biking adventure through South America. Their biking expedition was to take them through Argentina, Chile and Peru, as the couple chronicled their travels on Facebook.  However, the two were last heard from on January 25, 2013.  Jamie’s last communication with her sister Jennifer was on the 25th , in a Facebook post. Jamie Neal had posted numerous pictures along the way during the couples trip; however, they have suddenly stopped. Another alarming set of events is that Garrett’s cell phone simply goes to a recording.

KTVU reports, that the couple was last seen on January 26 taking a bus from Cusco to Lima and then getting in a cab. What is most amazing is the following from the KTVU article, “Although miles away from home, they were never more than a computer away from family and friends.” If that is what these two Americans thought or anything, past, present and future, you are delusional.  Trust me from experience, when you are on such a vacation, you are all alone, by yourself. All the internet or cell phone does is chronicle your demise and potential last place you were at because by the time help comes, it is most likely going to be far too late.

Although miles away from home, they were never more than a computer away from family and friends. The couple chronicled their travels on Facebook, but the photos and status updates stopped Jan. 25. “It’s upsetting, I’m worried about both of them,” said Jeff Jerge, owner of Pedaler Bike Shop.

February 13, 2013 The U.S. Embassy warns U.S. citizens of a potential kidnapping threat in the Cusco area.  The Embassy has received information that members of a criminal organization may be planning to kidnap U.S. citizen tourists in the Cusco and Machu Picchu area.  Possible targets and methods are not known and the threat is credible at least through the end of February 2013. For the moment, personal travel by U.S. Embassy personnel to the Cusco region, including Machu Picchu, has been prohibited and official travel is severely restricted as a result of this threat.

UPDATE I: US: Kidnap threat for travelers to Machu Picchu

A U.S. Embassy warning to U.S. tourists of a potential kidnapping threat in the Cuzco region, including the famed Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, drew vehement objections from Peruvian officials Friday. But a U.S. Embassy official said credible evidence exists of a threat from a Peruvian terrorist group. The official confirmed a report in the Peruvian newspaper La Republica that said leaders of the cocaine-financed Shining Path outlaw band discussed kidnapping foreigners, principally Americans, in intercepted communications. Tens of thousands of Americans visit Peru each year.

UPDATE II:  Jamie Neal and Garrett Hand Found Safe.

Jamie Neal and Garrett Hand have been found save traveling along the Navos River. They stated that they did not even know their families were looking for them. First let me state, I am glad they have been found safe and there was never any incident. That being said, are you serious! They kept in contact while traveling alone throughout South America on their biking trip constantly posting on Facebook, then go silent and out of contact for a month and they don’t think anyone is concerned or worried? REALLY? How would one not think that people are concerned that they have not heard from you in a month? This speaks volumes, doesn’t it.

A California couple thought to be missing for a month during a trip to Peru have been located aboard a boat  – and they didn’t even know their families had been looking for them.

Jamie Neal, 25, and Garrett Hand, 27, from California’s Bay Area, left for Peru in December for a South America bike trip, and had not been in contact with friends and relatives since late January.

The couple was found on a boat that was traveling along the Navos River.

A Slobbering Quid Pro Quo Love Affair … President Barack Obama Praises Hillary Clinton in “60 Minutes” Interview

SHAMEFUL, SIMPLY SHAMEFUL … This is just one big pukefest between Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the liberal MSM.

Remember when “60 Minutes” was considered investigative journalism? NOT ANY MORE. The liberal MSM does not hide their bias anymore and frankly, they just do not care who knows it. This Sunday, “60 Minutes” will have a lovefest, kumbaya, quid pro quo,  slobbering love affair between President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the MSM. One might as well call it Hillary Clinton’s first endorsement and announce for her 2016 Presidential run. When asked by 60 Minutes host Steve Kroft as to why Obama wanted to do this, the president responded by saying, “Hillary Clinton will go down as one of the finest Secretary of States we’ve had.” The real question is why would “60 Minutes” want to waist their air time with such a puff piece? This isn’t “The View”, or is it? The “60 Minutes” interview is nothing more than an infomercial.

In this softball interview from the sellouts of “60 Minutes”, President Obama does nothing but heap praise on Hillary Clinton. Obama stated, “Hillary Clinton will go down as one of the finest Secretary of States we’ve had.” Huh, really? The present World and US foreign policy been in more chaos? The Middle East is a tinderbox on the verge of exploding, the Arab Spring has been nothing more than a Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda take over, the US relationship with Russia is a mystery and North Korea is as troublesome as it ever has been. The Obama and Clinton lie that al-Qaeda and terrorism is on the run has been just that, a lie.  

How does “60 Minutes” with both Obama and Clinton in one setting not grill them on the murders of four Americans in Benghazi and the subsequent lack of anyone being held accountable including those in the United States and the terrorists in Libya? With both of the so-called people in charge, how come the once proud investigative journalism program did not hold both their feet to the fire and demand questions for “We the People” as to why there was a video lie put forth in Benghazi, why were there no troops sent, why has no one been held accountable, why did the cries of help for more security go heard, and how could four Americans just be left to die without any help?

Obama may seem to think that Hillary is the best Secretary of State ever, Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky would have had her fired.

What a joke, you have the President of the United States, the Secretary of State and the presumed next prime candidate for the Democrat nominee for President and the MSM asks no real questions. From this point forward we can forget about any of the media ever holding a Democrat to accountability.

The whole point of the interview was a complicit, in the tank corrupt liberal  media allowing Obama to pay back Bill Clinton with Obama giving Hillary a ringing endorsement for 2016. The MSM was all too willing to oblige.
