Indicted Killer of Stephany Flores … Joran Van der Sloot Sues First Attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with Misrepresentation (Lawyer & Homicide Squad Chief Sued)

Joran Van der Sloot’s sociopath game playing continues …

In the end Joran Van der Sloot is nothing more than your typical jail house convict who looks to sue every one and any thing in order to get out of the crime that he committed. Joran Van der Sloot, indicted in the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru, is suing his first attorney that represented him for misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime.

joranstephany2010

Joran van der Sloot is suing a lawyer who represented him during a police interrogation that officials say resulted in a confession to killing a Peruvian woman.

His current attorney, Maximo Altez tells The Associated Press he filed suit Friday charging attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime. Altez says the initial lawyer “pretended to be a public advocate.”

Altez says the other lawyer is not on the list of public defenders.

Altez said he also has filed suit charging the same offenses against Col. Miguel Canlla, chief of the police homicide squad, who led the interrogation.

Does any one notice the sick irony that Joran Van der Sloot is claiming that there was a conspiracy to get him to confess to the murder by his former attorney and the police when five years earlier in Aruba there was nothing but an obvious cover up, corruption and cronyism.

This enabled Van der Sloot to skate on the charges against him in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway? But every time there was a confession by Joran Van der Sloot in the death of Natalee Holloway, he would recant, make excuses or say he lied. Sound familiar?

Joran Van der Sloot has been backed into a corner with all evidence pointing against him and is doing anything to throw mud on the wall and hope it sticks. Joran Van der Sloot, the last person to be seen with murdered Stephany Flores, who fled the scene and was captured in Chile is now sueing his first representing attorney  Luz Romero Chinchay and the chielf of the homicide squad Col. Miguel Canlla.

Maximo Altez told The Associated Press he filed suit Friday charging attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime. Altez said the initial lawyer “pretended to be a public advocate when she is actually a private attorney.”

“We have searched the name of Luz Romero Chinchay in the list of public defenders provided by the Ministry of Justice and her name was not on that list. We do not know why the police called this lawyer. We want to know who paid for her because my client did not,” Altez said.

Under Peruvian law, a crime suspect who does not have private counsel is provided with a public defender who works for the Ministry of Justice.

Altez said he also has filed suit charging the same offenses against Col. Miguel Canlla, chief of the police homicide squad, who led the interrogation of Van der Sloot.

Joran Van der Sloot had originally confessed to the murder; however, has since retracted the confession. Joran Van der Sloot already tried to appeal the Peru courts to have his murder confession thrown out; however, his appeal was denied with out merit.

Joran Van der Sloot is a sciopath, one trick pony whereas it appears that he has met the end of his rope in Peru.

Stein the Dutch interpreter knows what Joran knew about his attorney Luz Romero Chinchay.

Chinchay gave Joran excellent council. The evidence was a slam dunk on him being found guilty.

With the video, and him fleeing the crime scene without his passport. Plus, the forensic evidence Joran was toast.

Now Joran will get the max for playing games with the judge and the Peruvian justice system.

I saw Greta interview Maximo Altez. A nightmare of a lawyer. But he will squeeze a lot of money from the Van der Sloot family. :-)

Joran is out of control! If I was his lawyer I would wish I had eyes in the back of my head. This fool killed one of theirs and yet he is defending him and enabling him to make all these outragious accusations. they need to put him in general population!! solve the problem once and for all.

Can the courts throw it out as a frivolous lawsuit?

      such a shit show.

Let Peru lie cheat and steal all they want. It will even out the playing field from Aruba LE lies, cheating and stealing.

I’m not hearing from Stephany’s family…I have a feeling that they are not taking all this garbage sitting down. They are just keeping quiet until the court sentences Joran to the max and then they will shout!!

    7. kitty on July 4th, 2010 6:18 pm

The Peruvian Government should send all the expense bills to the Aruban Government (for Jorans ridiculous lawsuit and claims)~ & their judicial systems failure to have him imprisoned to boot!

      Including:

Insulting the Peruvian Col., the authorities investigating this horriffic crime and include all court costs and processes…

All past and future expenses incurred for his taking up breathing space in their prison …

~ for allowing this maggott to leave that island to begin with…leading to the death of another girl ~ (not to mention untold others that may be out there)…

      don’t forget ~ Human trafficking,

add in the expenses of the search teams that have been trying to locate Natalee…not to mention the expenses of trying to chase him down in another country…after the murder of Stephany…

      on and on……..

have a running tab seeking damages for the duration of Joran’s prison term…

& let the Holloway and Florez’s familys join in the lawsuit…for pain and suffering and then some.

and taking up the courts time…

Go away, Joran. Go away. You’re right where you belong for a very, very long time. All the shit you’re throwing is senseless and no one feels sorry for you.

This POS is amazing. He has to be pissing off the judicial people of Peru. Throw him to the general population. I have a feeling in a short period of time there won’t be anyone to file suit. And wasn’t this the Lawyer that got threats before and wanted out. Wonder if he still is getting them , he is just as bad thumbing his nose at the system as well.

    9. The Unmitigated Gall on July 4th, 2010 8:05 pm

I think the lawyer HAS to represent him. What would happen if absolutely no attorney in Peru wanted to touch this case. That would work in the perp’s favor. If this lawyer had jumped ship, that also would have worked in the perp’s favor. The evidence is so overwhelming, this attorney is doing justice a favor by going along with every program the perp comes up with, making himself look even more guilty with tactics.

    11. Shannon on July 4th, 2010 8:17 pm

There is leniency for suspects when they confess. JVDS can cry foul all he wants. It only means they will throw the book at him for the maximum sentence in the most strenuous conditions.

    12. Brenda in Virginia on July 4th, 2010 8:18 pm

      Dear Ed,

My feeling is the lawyer wants the free advertsing. You know, the type that will jump to defend the likes of Scott Peterson, Casey Anthony, etc. Bird of a feather do flock together, don’t they?

    13. Back Row on July 4th, 2010 8:19 pm

I think old dead Paulus councilled and coached Joran on such elevated topics as how-to-get-away-with-murder and how-to-manipulate-the-legal-system
and court-processes and I say this because a 22 year old who still calls his mother *Mommy* hasn’t
the insight to do these things on his own.
Unfortunately, he can find GARBAGE like his present lawyer, who obviously is in this for the money and the limelight as there is no real intelligent reason otherwise to support this scum of the earth. They are both scum. Scim attracts Scum. The world’s best (worst) dog and pony show!

Where I was until now sorta semi-emotionally involved in finding justice for the victims, I now watch this scenario playing out in the same way I watch Saturday morning cartoons. It reminds me of a legal case in Washington, DC where an Administrative Law Judge sued a cleaners for $1 million dollars for losing his pants (temporarily). The pants were found. But the case played out over 2 or 3 years and the costs were astronomical for the defendants and the citizens whose taxes paid for the case. Yea, he lost the case and his job, but he has and is still appealing and it just never goes away. The owners had to close that cleaners and all their others to pay their legal bills. Tax dollars were and are sill being spent. But, hey, that’s the justice system for you.

    18. Sven on July 4th, 2010 10:30 pm

To me, this is where the real world meets reality TV meets the cartoon network – meets video games and avatars – what is reality? How will our courts define it?

Our courts are so rule-of-law based, and antiquated, they simply can’t keep up with one-up-manship and game playing by individuals who have the advantage of being one step ahead. People like Joran have the advantage of spending their life as avatars in un-real worlds of championship.

The courts are sorely ill-equipped to compete with computer-generated challenges to their laws and system of laws.

Joran and other “avatars” can keep this type of game up for years and years without the case of murder seeing the light of day for a decade or more.

Joran figures what does he have to lose, he knows he won’t make it in general Population so he might as well stir the sh-t! His day is coming!

He just doesn’t want to be forgotten. He’s locked up, never coming out, and well on his way to being forgotten. Easy to forget as long as he is no longer able to hurt anyone else, paying his debt for Natalee and Stephanie. There is satisfaction in knowing he is incarcerated.

Maybe lawyer paid for by dutch rep as he was present also and they needed the dutch language they would not have given a spanish speaking lawyer

    24. disgusted on July 5th, 2010 9:55 am

You know, when JVDS first resurfaced, I came across this website and some of the comments early on in the NH investigation.

The people who said JVDS and the Kalpoe brothers were innocent/wrongly accused, and slammed the Twitty/Holloway family for doing everything in their power to find their daughter, should be ashamed of themselves. And I KNOW there were a lot of disparaging comments against NH’s family, and they were not only uncalled for, but it appears they were far off the mark. JVDS is obviously a serial killer, and is now linked to several other missing women throughout the world.

I hope this shows you people that you shouldn’t blame the victim, and that every person is a suspect for a reason. I hope those who once defended this monster are kicking themselves, but I doubt so. “Free speech” and all.

He needs to be sent to lurigancho into general population. he is a big risk if by some freak chance he gets off!! he is so hated you would think he would keep his mouth shut but he doesnt know how he is one of the most arrogant media seeking slore’s that I have ever seen. He needs to be fed whatever everyone else is eating. I think he is so full of himself he needs a humbling experience. maybe they need to serve him chicken eye balls or even pigs!! gross him out make him go completed mad!! I keep thinking that I am going to wake up one day and he will no longer be of this world! but in the company of his dad. oh what a conversation they would have. I am sure paulus would blame him for his demiss ya think.

This would be funny, if not for the tragic deaths of the two girls.

Wonder if he will be joining the general prison population sooner than expected?

    32. Sven on July 5th, 2010 4:09 pm

If not for wanting to see him convicted of both crimes, I would like to see him killed in prison. But and because I know the Holloways really want so much to find the body of their missing daughter, or possibly, but not likely news that she was sold to slave traders, I would like to see Joran alive and incarcerated for years to come in the hope that he might actually someday tell the truth.

    33. Buster on July 5th, 2010 6:52 pm

Jossy mansur ROCKS !!! If you are ever on the island of aruba and see a ray of light shining down on that tiny bit of land you will know exactly where Jossy Mansur is !!!
God bless him and all of his family !!!

Joran will never and I mean never stop doing what he is doing he desperately needs to piss of the peruvian govt so that they can throw him to the wolfs. thats the only justice there will be here on earth. the longer he stays in prison the longer his mind will deteoriate. prison with a bunch of crazed animals is no picnic!! right now he is protected in solitude but put him out there and see what happends. the thing he feared the most will come upon him.

#18 Sven “…reality TV meets the cartoon network…” ROTFLMAO! That’s going to go viral…too bad you can’t cash in on your intellectual property – very clever and funny!

      Anyway,
Sloot just doesn’t get it. This ain’t Kansas or Aruba anymore, ya dip!
I can’t get over this sadistic murderer’s sense of entitlement.
He still doesn’t get it! The Peruvians are probably sick to death of him, hence moving him from his first cush prison cell into where he is now.
waaah waaah waaah! Get over yourself, Urine! Everyone else has!
You will never leave Peru alive.

    36. Frederic Nitz on July 9th, 2010 11:47 am

The problem with hoping that Joran will tell the truth regarding Natalee is that he never will. It is the only card he has to play. I bet he takes it with him to his death.
