What Democrats Can Expect from Not Listening to We the People … Loss of Congress & Presidency to Republicans
2010 early election polls you can believe in …
DEMOCRATS … Do not say that you were not warned. The polling trend has begun, 2010 represents change we can all believe in as Obama and Democrats have completely misread and overstated their change mandate.

The One, could be One and Done in 2012 … 58% say next President likely Republican
Democrats in Congress and President Obama have not understood the common thread of the fire and anger expressed by “We the People” in town hall meetings and Tea Parties when it comes to taxes, deficits, spending and government take over. It is “We the People” that can hire you and “We the People” can FIRE YOU!
Just so that Barack Obama, Axelrod and the rest of Obama’s spin machine and minions understand what the 2009 year elections means … read it an weep. According to a recent Rasmussen Poll, 58% of American voter say it is at least somewhat likely the next president of the United States will be a Republican. Forgive me President Obama, but that 58% represents a greater mandate than what you were elected with in 2008. It would appear that “We the People” wish to make another change and it does not include you. Forget the fact that Republicans obviously overwhelmingly expect the next President to be Republican, it’s the 60% of unaffiliated voters that The Obamamessiah needs to concern himself with.
Sixty-six percent (66%) of men expect the next president to be a Republican, compared to 52% of women.
Eighty-five percent (85%) of Republicans see a member of their party winning the presidency as likely, including 57% who see it as very likely. Sixty percent (60%) of voters not affiliated with either major party think they’re right, but just 31% of Democrats agree.
Barack Obama finds himself with a Daily Presidential Tracking Poll of -10%. Basically, 40% of American voters strongly disapprove of Obama performing his role as President while only 30% strongly approve.
For those of you in Congress, especially the Blue Dog Democrats and other moderate Democrats who think you are in safe districts, 49% of US voters now say it is at least somewhat likely that Republicans will win control of Congress next year. What a difference a year makes, eh? Last year after the 2008 elections the Republican party was all but dead and Democrats were dancing in the street. The election of Republican governors in Virginia and New Jersey, both states won easily by Obama in 2008 show that there is a shifting trend to Republicans and that no Democrat House or Senate seat is truly safe.
Why does anyone think that 39 Democrats sided with Republicans against Pelosicare? 31 of them represent districts that voted for John McCain over Barack Obama.
Seventy-three percent (73%) of Republicans think it is likely that their party will regain control of the Senate and the House. Just 55% of Democrats say it’s unlikely. Even more telling is that 31% of Republicans say it is very likely, compared to 12% of Democratic voters who rate it as not at all likely.
A plurality (49%) of voters not affiliated with either party see the GOP returning to the majority in Congress.

46% to 37% Prefer the Current Health Care System Over Obamacare
Mr. President … LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE, they don’t want your Obamacare!
Barack Obama can talk all he wants and spin the facts all he wants regarding Obamacare reform, the American people are not buying it. By 46% to 37%, according to a Fox News Opinion Dynamics poll, most people polled prefer the current health care system to the one the president has proposed. The people simply do not like and do not trust Obama’s plan. The key word here is TRUST! Barack Obama has lost all credibility with the people on healthcare.
Obama has made numerous speeches on his government takeover health care reform and he is changing no one’s opinion. At this point his speeches on healthcare look more like desperation that an honest debate. For one thing, no one is buying that healthcare will not ad a dime to the deficit. The time for campaigning is over Mr. President, “We the People: have spoke.
Most Americans see no upside for their family in the health care reforms being considered in Washington and don’t believe President Obama when he says his plan won’t add “one dime” to the federal deficit. The majority of Americans believe they will have to make changes to their health care coverage if the president’s plan is passed.

Remember When Obama Said (6/8/09) He would Create or Save 600,000 Jobs in the Next 100 Days
FLASH BACK: Obama promises to create or save 600,000 jobs in 100 days. Um, really?
What Obama did on his summer vacation …
America, remember back on June 6, 2009 when Barack Obama said by passing the $787 billion stimulus package that it would save or create 600,000 jobs in the next 100 days? Instead, the United States has lost nearly one million jobs in that period of time and has increased to 9.7% unemployment when Obama had claimed much rosier numbers. Of course there is no way to measure how Obama could save jobs, just more rhetoric from this White House.
Obama was wrong on this and wrong on the economy. Is it any wonder why Americans do not trust him with reforming health care and creating a government take over of 1/6 of the US economy with Obamacare.
Jobs Lost in US: 443,000 jobs in June.
Jobs Lost in US: 247,000 jobs in July.
Jobs Lost in US: 216,000 jobs in August.
Obama even referenced targeting summer jobs for youths. Really? Under Barack Obama teen unemployment, 25.5%, is at it’s highest rate ever since they have kept records.
How would you grade Obama’s promise of creating or saving 600,000 jobs when over a million have been lost in that period of time? All he has effectively done is create a deficit as far as the eye can see.
Final Summer school grade: F+

Daily Commentary - Wednesday, August 26th, 2009 - Prisoners Get Stimulus Money … Cash for Cons
- Close to half a million in stimulus funds was accidentally distributed to inmates in a prison in Massachusetts. It’s your government doing what it does best, folks.
Daily Commentary - Wednesday, August 26th, 2009 - Prisoners Get Stimulus [1:05m]: | Download
One day after the Herald reported some surprised Bay State inmates - including murderers and rapists - were cashing in $250 stimulus checks, federal officials revealed the same behind-bars bonus was mailed to nearly 4,000 cons nationwide.A federal watchdog is now probing how the cons were cut the checks. The same cash also may have been sent to fugitive felons, people kicked out of the country and even individuals now deceased.
On Tuesday the Social Security Administration revealed that the federal government mistakenly sent out stimulus checks to 1,700 inmates. That error cost $425,000.In a written statement, Social Security spokesman Dan Moraski said that the money went out because official records “did not accurately reflect that they were in prison.”

The Do as We Say Not as We Do Democratic Controlled Congress … Remember When They Chastised Auto Exec’s for Air Travel?
Democratic Controlled Congress = Hypocrisy
Private jets are evil, but some how ones for the government are ok and a necessity. Private business perks evil, government perks good. Welcome to Air Pelosi …
Once again our government shows that they not only waste tax payer dollars, but they are hypocrites. While every one else cuts back during these hard times, our government spends away while “We the People” feel the effects of the recession. So is Democrat House Speaker Pelosi going to claim that this is being fiscally responsible?
Congress looks to spend $550 million to buy eight new jets so that they and their staffs can fly in luxury. The planes ordered are 737s, known as C-40s by the military, are designed to be an “office in the sky” for government leaders. Interesting, Congressmen and women can see fit to fly more and more, yet some how they cannot face their constituents in town hall meeting to discuss Obamacare.
The purchases will help accommodate growing travel demand by congressional officials. The planes augment a fleet of about two dozen passenger jets maintained by the Air Force for lawmakers, administration officials and military chiefs to fly on government trips in the U.S. and abroad.
The congressional shopping list goes beyond what the Air Force had initially requested as part of its annual appropriations. The Pentagon sought to buy one Gulfstream V and one business-class equivalent of a Boeing 737 to replace aging planes. The Defense Department also asked to buy two additional 737s that were being leased.
$550 million of tax payer dollars so that Congress can fly like lifestyles of the rich and famous. What’s another $550 million when these individuals are racking up trillion dollar debt? Was it not these same people who screamed at the auto execs of Ford, GM and Chrysler when they appeared in front of Congress having flown in private company jets to beg for bailout money?

President Barack Obama Poll Numbers Sinking like a Stone … Obama get Vote of No Confidence on Economy & Health Care
According to the Rasmussen Report Daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday, 7/26/09, Barack Obama has hit an all time low. The S.S. Titanic, otherwise known in the MSM as the Good Ship Obama is taking on water and sinking fast.
After six short months, America has Obama fatigue and is already tired of his policies. Think voters do not have buyers remorse? It is bad enough that voters question Obama’s handling of the economy, but his latest irresponsible comment regarding race and the arrest by Sgt. James Crowly of the Cambridge police of Harvard professor Gates has certainly opened some Obama voter’s eyes.
Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -11. That’s the first time his ratings have reached double digits in negative territory

Only 29% of voters now strongly approve of The One’s job approval, while 40% strongly disagree. Even more damaging to Obama is that his overall approval rating is at 49–50 disapproval.
From the Gateway Pundit, there are Zogby poll numbers that are even worse as Obama Presidental approval ratings fall to 48%.
Why is this troubling and a concern to the Obama White House? Barack Obama beat John McCain in the 2008 Presidential election by a 53% to 46% margin. Check out the exit polls from the election and see if you think that Obama could ever get the Independent vote or any Republican, let alone Conservative vote. Does any one think that Obama could get 49% of voters making over $100,000 when all his plans do is tax them for all of his social programs?

Same Old Tired Blame Game from Obama: Support for Obamacare is Crumbling … Moderates and Democrats Running from Socialized Healthcare
If one, or The One, ever pressures a sale, no matter what it is, the answer is to never
buy it. Think the Obama Administration is not misreading Healthcare as they did they economy?
Ask yourself a simple question, why is Barack Obama insisting that all his big government socialist plans be done immediately? Who is their life allows a salesman to pressure them into buying anything? The answer is no one, most people just walk out the door. Why does Barack Obama want to bankrupt America with his healthcare plan?
Wasn’t it the Democrats that said that George W. Bush rushed us into war? Mind you the lead up to the Iraq war was no where as fast as Obama’s socialist agenda takeover of America.
Healthcare for all sound like a cute campaign promise, but what is the difference between the soaring cost of healthcare and soar increases in taxes that no one can afford? Obamacare is not healthcare reform, it’s government take over to make “We the People” dependent on government for our care. The Gateway Pundit reminds us that it as earlier this week when the director of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said the following:
He told Congressional leaders that Obamacare will not reduce federal health spending and the legislation would significantly expand the federal responsibility for health care costs. The actual hit to the federal deficit for this program alone exceeds $239 billion over the next decade.
More eye popping costs from the CBO can be read at The Politico. Wait a minute, isn’t this the same percentage of people who don’t presently have healthcare? So how is this fixing the problem of uninsured Americans?

More Poll Trending: CBS News Poll Has Obama Down 6 Points Since June 2009 … 50% not to Far Off
DOWN, DOWN, DOWN …
No matter what poll you look at, Obama’s approval rating is going down fast. A recent CBS
News Poll shows that President Barack Obama’s approval rating has gone down 6 points in the past month. Is it any wonder that “The One’s” approval ratings are sinking? With unemployment reaching nearly 10% nationally and the growing skepticism of how Obama is handling the economy. When a pro-Obama poll has him sliding … looks for Obama’s approval ratings to soon be below 50%.
The people do not want to hear excuses that Obama inherited a bad economy. It was already known during the election that the economy needed fixing. Who knew that Obama and his policies would make it worse. Well many did actually. Those that sat on the fence and wanted change probably would like a Mulligan and change their vote if provided the opportunity.
President Obama’s approval rating has fallen six points in the past month, a new CBS News poll finds, amid growing skepticism about his handling of the economy and questions about the impact of the stimulus package.
The president’s current approval rating, which is 57 percent, is still relatively high. But it has fallen 11 points from its peak of 68 percent in April, and has also dropped since last month’s mark of 63 percent. His disapproval rating, meanwhile, has risen from 23 percent in April to 32 percent today.

Your Stimulus Money at Work … Colorado Democratic Governor Bill Ritter Steered Stimulus Money To Ex-Employer
At some point some one is going to have to explain what changed!
Talk about stimulating … or is it called a conflict?
Blue said the attorney general’s office could have done the work for $75 an hour instead of the $450 hour Ritter’s office paid for the same work
Just another example of the “Hope & Change” that Barack Obama reiterated during the 2008 Presidential campaign. Your hard earned tax dollar funded “stimulus” plan at work. Colorado Democratic Governor Bill Ritter steered federal stimulus money to his former employer.

Yes, they sure can … can’t they?
Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter has awarded some of the state’s first stimulus money to his former employer in a no-bid contract
Ritter hired his former law firm, the Washington-based Hogan & Hartson, in a no-bid contract to review stimulus spending, The Denver Post reported Friday. It said the firm was paid $40,000 in stimulus money through June.
Obamanomics: First Stimulus Plan Didn’t Work, How ‘Bout a Second? House Republicans Release Jobs Ad Video
As Democrats and Obama mull over the possibility of a second useless and wasteful “Stimulus” plan, House Republicans release a video that asks what did the first stimulus bill do for jobs? Could we be headed for “Porkulus II”?
President Barack Obama continues to insist that the stimulus has “done its job.” Really? One might want to ask Obama what was the the job that it was intended to do?
From the Gateway Pundit:
Republicans ask: “Has the Obama-Pelosi-Reid Stimulus Bill done its job?”
Answer: “Well yes, if your goal was to destroy the US economy.”
It is hard to imagine that the Democrats in Congress are actually contemplating a Second Stimulus plan. One, the first pork plan did nothing, second, only a small portion of the money has been allocated and third all we have accomplished is raise the national debt.
Is it any wonder why 60% of voters oppose a second economic stimulus package. 27% of those polled were in favor and 13% were too busy following the Michael Jackson memorial to care enough to understand. One would expect Republicans to be against a second wasteful spending bill; however, what is eye opening is the 66% of Independents and 45% of Democrats against “Porkulus II”.
Eighty-one percent (81%) of Republicans and two-thirds of voters not affiliated with either major political party (66%) are against passage of a second stimulus plan. Democrats are much more evenly divided, but a plurality of those in Barack Obama’s party (45%) like the idea.
