Charles Krauthammer Blast Latest Lawless Obamacare Delay: ‘This Is Stuff That You Do in a Banana Republic’
Obamacare is a sham …
FOX News contributor and syndicated columnist Charles Krauhammer expresses his disbelief and outage over Barack Obama’s lawless actions in continually changing the Obamacare law. Krauthammer said, ‘This Is Stuff That You Do in a Banana Republic’.
“Generally speaking, you get past the next election by changing your policies, by announcing new initiatives, but not by wontedly changing the law lawlessly,” Krauthammer said. “This is stuff that you do in a banana republic.”
He went on to say that the Obama administration’s habit of acting unilaterally is so routine that no one even “notices or complains.”
“These are not adjustments or transitions,” he added. “These are political decisions to minimize the impact leading up to an election. And it is changing a law in way that you are not allowed to do.”

Krauthammer went on to say that because Barack Obama continually acts in this manner with complete contempt for the American political process, the US Constitution and the separation of powers, “It’s now reached a point where it is so endemic that nobody even notices or complains.”
Could some one tell me what the Obamacare law is? Is there actually a law or was it written in invisible ink?
Barack Obama – Bill O’Reilly Contentious Pre-Super Bowl Interview Discusses Obamacare Failed Promises, Benghazi, IRS-Gate … “Not Even a Smidgen of Corruption” … “These Kinds of Things Keep on Surfacing, Because Folks Like You Will Promote Them.”
THE THIN SKINNED PRESIDENTIAL INTERVIEW …
President Barack Obama and FOX News’ Bill O’Reilly went back and forth in a contentious pre-Super Bowl interview in which the president provided few answers. Instead of answering the tough question that not only Americans want to hear, but are entitled to, Obama played the blame game, ducked and dodged, and allowed his thin skin to dictate the non-responsive interview. Obama’s attempt to try and put all his administrations scandals behind him, most likely only made matters worse. When being asked questions, Obama actually blamed FOX News for daring to bring up and question such scandals like Benghazi, IRS-gate, Obamacare and the rest of the all too numerous scandals of the Obama presidency. Obama actually thinks the media is supposed to be his propaganda arm. In the end Obama stated that there was no corruption, “not even a smidgen.”
Obama addressed concerns over Benghazi, the launch of HealthCare.gov and the IRS, during the interview Sunday before the Super Bowl. He adamantly rejected the suggestion that the IRS was used for political purposes by singling out Tea Party groups seeking tax exemption.
“That’s not what happened,” he said. Rather, he said, IRS officials were confused about how to implement the law governing those kinds of tax-exempt groups.
“There were some bone-headed decisions,” Obama conceded.
But when asked whether corruption, or mass corruption, was at play, he responded: “Not even mass corruption — not even a smidgen of corruption.”

I have just one question, why did President Barack Obama agree to do this interview if he did not intend to answer any question or offer anything new other than the same old BS and blame game? It would appear that the folks at Hot Air are asking the same.
Seriously, I don’t know why Obama bothered to do this interview at all. The only answer he seemed interested in sharing was that Fox News is a big Meany Channel with Meany Reporters who Keep Asking Questions When I Give The Only Answers I Want To Give.
However, the best question of the interview did not even come from Bill O’Reilly. It came in a letter from Kathy LaMaster of Fresno, California. Kathy asked the fantastic question … “Mr. President, why do you feel it’s necessary to fundamentally transform the nation that has afforded you so much opportunity and success?” BINGO!!! This is why Obama has no credibility anymore. Obama tried to say that, “I don’t think we have to fundamentally transform the nation” … even though he is the one who said we had to, see video below. Some how the US was fine for Obama to be afforded the opportunity of the first black man being elected president, but he has to fundamentally change it for others. Hmm?
Here is what Candidate Obama wanted for our country when he was running for President of the United States of America. He said that “we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
O’REILLY: OK. I got a letter from Kathy LaMaster (ph), Fresno, California. I said I would read one letter from the folks, all right?
O’REILLY: “Mr. President, why do you feel it’s necessary to fundamentally transform the nation that has afforded you so much opportunity and success?”
OBAMA: I don’t think we have to fundamentally transform the nation…
O’REILLY: But those are your words.
Snippets from interview:
With regards to the disastrous roll-out of Obamacare, President Obama claims everybody will be held accountable. REALLY? No one has been held accountable by this president with anything from Obamacare to Benghazi, from Fast & Furious to IRS-gate. Who is he kidding?
O’REILLY: And I’m paying Kathleen Sebelius’ salary and she screwed up.
O’REILLY: And you’re not holding her accountable.
OBAMA: Yes, well, I — I promise you that we hold everybody up and down the line accountable. But when we’re…
O’REILLY: But she’s still there.
Obama and O’Reilly spar on Benghazi. The president incredibly is sticking to the story that he called the Benghazi attack a terror attack, even though non-Kool Aid drinking folks know it is a lie. Obama could not answer in a “yes” or “no” manner whether he was told it was a terrorist attack.
O’REILLY: Did he tell you, Secretary Panetta, it was a terrorist attack?
OBAMA: You know what he told me was that there was an attack on our compound…
O’REILLY: He didn’t tell you…
OBAMA: — (INAUDIBLE)…
O’REILLY: – he didn’t use the word “terror?”
Really Mr. President, you did not say it was a terror attack in the ’60 Minutes’ interview, when you discussed it with Joy Behar or to the United Nations.
Bill O’Reilly’s Super Bowl interview with President Obama
O’REILLY: It’s more than that because if Susan Rice goes out and tells the world that it was a spontaneous demonstration…
O’REILLY: — off a videotape but your…
O’REILLY: — your commanders and the secretary of Defense know it’s a terror attack…
OBAMA: Now, Bill…
OBAMA: — Bill…
O’REILLY: — as an American…
OBAMA: — Bill — Bill…
O’REILLY: — I’m just confused.
OBAMA: And I’m — and I’m trying to explain it to, if you want to listen. The fact of the matter is is that people understood, at the time, something very dangerous was happening, that we were focused on making sure that we did everything we can — could — to protect them. In the aftermath, what became clear was that the security was lax, that not all the precautions and — that needed to be taken were taken and both myself and Secretary Clinton and others indicated as much.
Obama blames the FOX News blame game, good grief, how small of you.
O’REILLY: — but I just want to say that they’re — your detractors believe that you did not tell the world it was a terror attack because your campaign didn’t want that out.
OBAMA: Bill, think about…
O’REILLY: That’s what they believe.
OBAMA: – and they believe it because folks like you are telling them that.
O’REILLY: No, I’m not telling them that.
O’REILLY: I’m asking you whether you were told…
OBAMA: But — and what I’m saying is…
O’REILLY: — it was a terror attack and you…
OBAMA: — and what I’m saying is that is inaccurate.
On the IRS scandal where conservative and Tea Party groups were specifically targeted by the IRS, Obama says there was no corruption, not even a smidgeon of corruption.
O’REILLY: — so you’re saying there was no…
OBAMA: — if you are involved…
O’REILLY: — no corruption there at all, none?
OBAMA: That’s not what I’m saying.
OBAMA: That’s actually…
O’REILLY: No, no, but I want to know what…
OBAMA: — (INAUDIBLE)…
O’REILLY: — you’re saying. You’re the leader of the country.
O’REILLY: You’re saying no corruption?
OBAMA: There were some — there were some bone-headed decisions…
O’REILLY: Bone-headed decisions…
OBAMA: — out of — out of a local office…
O’REILLY: But no mass corruption?
OBAMA: Not even mass corruption, not even a smidgeon of corruption, I would say.
BTW, how about you wear a tie! Good grief, if you can’t act presidential, could you at least look presidential?
# YOU LIE: The Benghazi Transcripts … Barack Obama Knew From the Beginning that the Benghazi Attack was a Terror ‘attack,’ Not Video or Protest
BENGHAZI-GATE: Barack Obama lied, imagine that … What did he know and when did he know it? How About from the earliest Moments!!!
From James Rosen of Fox News, ‘The Benghazi Transcripts: Top Defense officials briefed Obama on ‘attack,’ not video or protest’. On September 11, 2012 the United States Consulate in Benghazi, Libya was attacked and four Americans were killed, including Ambassador Stevens. Barack Obama and his minions blamed the attack on a video tape, but as it turns out Obama knew from the outset that it was a terror attack. This information blows a hole wide open in Obama, Hillary’s and the rest of the Democrat puppets talking points. No wonder Obama targeted James Rosen, eh?
Minutes after the American consulate in Benghazi came under assault on Sept. 11, 2012, the nation’s top civilian and uniformed defense officials – headed for a previously scheduled Oval Office session with President Obama — were informed that the event was a “terrorist attack,” declassified documents show. The new evidence raises the question of why the top military men, one of whom was a member of the president’s Cabinet, allowed him and other senior Obama administration officials to press a false narrative of the Benghazi attacks for two weeks afterward.
Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The tense briefing — in which it was already known that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens had been targeted and had gone missing — occurred just before the two senior officials departed the Pentagon for their session with the commander in chief.
MUST SEE VIDEO: New Documents Reveal Top Officials Knew from Outset Benghazi Was a Terror Attack
According to declassified testimony obtained by Fox News, Ham — who was working out of his Pentagon office on the afternoon of Sept. 11 — said he learned about the assault on the consulate compound within 15 minutes of its commencement, at 9:42 p.m. Libya time, through a call he received from the AFRICOM Command Center.
“In your discussions with General Dempsey and Secretary Panetta,” McKeon asked, “was there any mention of a demonstration or was all discussion about an attack?” Ham initially testified that there was some “peripheral” discussion of this subject, but added “at that initial meeting, we knew that a U.S. facility had been attacked and was under attack, and we knew at that point that we had two individuals, Ambassador Stevens and Mr. [Sean] Smith, unaccounted for.

Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates RIPS Barack Obama’s Leadership in “Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War” … Obama Douted, “Outright Convinced It” [the Surge Mission] Would Fail”
Commander in Chief?
Really, Barack Obama, the so-called Commander in Chief sent 30,000 of America’s bravest and treasured resources into harms way in the Afghanistan surge and did not even believe in the mission? Robert Gates writes in “Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War,” the president was “skeptical if not outright convinced it would fail.”
Why would some one commit troops to a mission that one did not believe in? This is enormously troubling. Was it merely political?
Barack Obama: Commander in Chief or President Photo-Op?
In a new memoir, former defense secretary Robert Gates unleashes harsh judgments about President Obama’s leadership and his commitment to the Afghanistan war, writing that by early 2010 he had concluded the president “doesn’t believe in his own strategy, and doesn’t consider the war to be his. For him, it’s all about getting out.”
Leveling one of the more serious charges that a defense secretary could make against a commander in chief sending forces into combat, Gates asserts that Obama had more than doubts about the course he had charted in Afghanistan. The president was “skeptical if not outright convinced it would fail,” Gates writes in “Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War.”
Obama, after months of contentious discussion with Gates and other top advisers, deployed 30,000 more troops in a final push to stabilize Afghanistan before a phased withdrawal beginning in mid-2011. “I never doubted Obama’s support for the troops, only his support for their mission,” Gates writes.
A Damning must see VIDEO – lack of regard of others by the Obama White House
VIDEO – CNN: Et tu Bob? Fmr. Defense Secretary slams Obama on Afghanistan in new memoir
At a March 3, 2011, National Security Council meeting, Gates writes, the president opened with a “blast.” Obama criticized the military for “popping off in the press” and said he would push back hard against any delay in beginning the withdrawal.
According to Gates, Obama concluded, “?‘If I believe I am being gamed . . .’ and left the sentence hanging there with the clear implication the consequences would be dire.”
Gates continues: “I was pretty upset myself. I thought implicitly accusing” Petraeus, and perhaps Mullen and Gates himself, “of gaming him in front of thirty people in the Situation Room was inappropriate, not to mention highly disrespectful of Petraeus. As I sat there, I thought: the president doesn’t trust his commander, can’t stand [Afghanistan President Hamid] Karzai, doesn’t believe in his own strategy, and doesn’t consider the war to be his. For him, it’s all about getting out.”
Barack Obama’s Half-Brother Mark Obama Ndesandjo Says … “Barack Thought I was Too White and I Thought He was Too Black”
Mark Obama Ndesandjo, Barack Obama’s half brother says that when the two first met in Kenya in 1988, “Barack thought I was too white, and I thought he was too black.” Hmm, interesting that Barack Obama looked at things in a black and white perspective. Mark Obama Ndesandjo recounts his sporadic but intense encounters with his brother over the years and the alcohol-fueled domestic abuse he experienced under Barack Obama Sr in his book,“Cultures: My Odyssey of Self-Discovery.”
Wonder if the guy on the right could do better as president?
In an interview with AP, President Obama’s half-brother, Mark Obama Ndesandjo, described his relationship with his brother as “cold” and stated that when the two first met in Kenya in 1988, “Barack thought I was too white, and I thought he was too black.
AP conducted the interview as a lead up to Ndesandjo’s autobiography that, in part, highlights the alcohol-fueled domestic abuse he experienced under Barack Obama Sr.
As in his first book, Ndesandjo wanted to raise awareness of domestic abuse by using his family’s story, although he said in an interview with The Associated Press on Tuesday that the president’s relatives have not universally welcomed his airing of private matters in public. Ndesandjo spoke ahead of a news conference to launch the book in Guangzhou on Thursday.
The book also touches on the “sporadic but intense encounters” with his half-brother, Barack, a relationship Ndesandjo describes as currently “cold”:
Alcohol-fueled domestic abuse he experienced under Barack Obama Sr? Maybe Barack Obama’s book should have been ‘
Dreams Alcohol-fueled domestic abuse of my Father?’
Mark Obama Ndesandjo, who is several years younger than the President, described their father as a brilliant man. But he was also an alcoholic, a “social failure” and an abusive husband, he said.
“I remember the sounds of my mothers’ screams and I remember the sounds of breaking, things breaking,” he told CNN. “And I remember that I couldn’t protect her. That’s something that no child ever forgets.”
He said he especially remembered a violent episode when he was 6 or 7.
“My father actually broke — came in the door, against the restraining order, and held a knife to my mother’s throat,” he said.
Wow, Jim Brown doesn’t think Obama is the one we have been waiting for, doesn’t think he is a special kind of person … So much for ‘Hope & Change”.
Jim Brown, NFL Hall of Famer and arguably the greatest running back of all time had a few choice words for President Barack Obama while on the Arsenio Hall show. Never at a loss for words and a man that speaks his mind whether you agree with him or not I have always respected the man because of his convictions and never beating around the bush. During his appearance he was asked what he thought of Barack Obama, his response most likely shocked many libs and blacks. As reported at The Politico, Jim Brown said, “I like him as a human being, but somehow it seems like he’s over his head or maybe he underestimated the system of government we had. [...] I give him a ‘C.”
Asked by Arsenio Hall for his thoughts on President Barack Obama, legendary football player Jim Brown expressed his disappointment in a man he once campaigned for in Ohio.
“That’s a difficult one,” said Brown. “I like his family. I like him as a human being. But somehow it seems like he’s over his head.”
Brown said he’d give the president a “C” grade and added that “maybe underestimated the system of government.”
Jim Brown and I agree, this is the reason why you don’t elect a “community agitator” and someone who has no qualifications to do the job, president. What is also interesting is even Jim Brown calls Obama a partisan.
“When you ask me that, that’s a difficult one. I like his family. I like him as a human being, but somehow it seems like he’s over his head or maybe he underestimated the system of government we had. When Kennedy couldn’t get the Civil Rights Bill passed he was the big liberal. Lyndon Johnson came in and got it passed and he was a conservative and a Southerner. Sometimes in politics, to get something done, it takes a special kind of knowledge and a special kind of person, but it doesn’t always follow the party lines. Obama was elected by the people, and I was glad that barrier was broken down. I did, along with my wife, campaign for him in Ohio because that was a key state. If I had to say does he rate an ‘A’ or does he rate a ‘D,’ it would be very difficult. I give him a ‘C.’”
Personally, I think Jim Brown went a bit easy on his friend, maybe a first in Brown’s career, but for Obama to get a “C”, he would have to be average. Barack Obama is not average, he is well below average and at this point gets a “D” and if Obamacare, the economy and the Middle East continue in uncertain turmoil, it will be changed to an ‘F”.
BREAKING: Reuters is reporting that a United States citizen working at the international school in Benghazi, Libya has been shot and killed. FOX News is reporting that medical and security sources told Reuters that the man was targeted by gunmen as he was exercising. No one has yet taken responsibility for the cowardly act.
Gunmen have killed a U.S. citizen working at an international school in the Libyan city of Benghazi, medical and security sources said on Thursday.
The attackers shot the American man, who was an instructor or teacher at the Benghazi school, while he exercised in the morning, the sources said.
After the murders of four Americans in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, including the death of US Ambassador Chris Stevens has literally gone unpunished by the Obama administration, terrorists in Benghazi must think it is open season on Americans. There has been no comment yet from the Obama administration as to whether an anti-Muslim tape was responsible for the shooting.
This is what happens when you do not respond to terrorist acts in kind. How have the deaths of Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Amb. Chris Stevens not been investigated and justice not been served?

Another day and another Obamacare delay …
If this train wreck was an injured animal we would have to do the humane thing and put it out of its misery. The Obamacare debacle continues, Obama administration announces that online enrollment for small businesses in Obamacare will be delayed by a year. Of course they did it in a Thanksgiving Day eve news dump so to lessen the media coverage and hoping Americans will be too busy eating turkey, mashed potatoes and shopping on Black Friday.
Of course this was another convenient delay until after the 2014 midterm elections. What galls me to no end is that uninsured, unaffordable healthcare is a real problem in America that needed to be addressed and Obama simply has made it a political game.
Yup, just one more year delay in online small business enrollment, that will fix it.
The Obama administration today announced a one year delay of online enrollment for small businesses looking to purchase health coverage through federal Obamacare exchanges, another high-profile setback for HealthCare.gov.
It’s the second delay for online small business enrollment, which the administration had said would begin this month.
The White House is trying to get the troubled enrollment website on track for individuals and families seeking coverage, which is a higher priority. It set this Saturday, Nov. 30, as a target date for getting HealthCare.gov working for the “vast majority” of users.
The delay of the small business exchanges comes as little surprise, as the administration had said earlier this week it would offer alternative ways for small businesses to enroll. Still, it undercuts the White House message that it’s beginning to turn around the disastrous rollout of the health care law.

Hmm … Mark Halperin Says Obamacare Contains “Death Panels” … Where Have We Heard that Before, Sarah Palin? (VIDEO)
AMERICANS LIED TO AGAIN BY BARACK OBAMA ON DEATH PANELS …
More at TPM, one of the Beltway’s best-known pundits gave credence this week to perhaps the fringiest of all Obamacare conspiracy theories … death panels. But is it really a conspiracy theory? Didn’t Barack Obama also tell us that if you liked your healthcare plan, you could keep your healthcare plan, PERIOD! Didn’t Obama tell us we could keep our doctor and hospital as well? Didn’t Obama promise us that premiums would go down? ALL WERE LIES THAT OBAMA KNEW WERE LIES!!! So what would make anyone think now that the “death” panels, i.e. end of life healthcare rationing were not true as well? Barack Obama hardly has a track record of telling the truth. What was Obama and his minions going to do in getting this bogus law passed and prior to the 2012 presidential, tell the truth that bureaucrats would kill off grandma as they waged a war on the GOP that Republicans wanted to push her off the cliff? Hardly. Obamacare was passed on the intentional deceit of the White House and all that dare get in its way are say anything bad were attacked. How’s that “Hopey-Changey” death panels working out for you America?
“We do need to do some of that in this country, because we can’t afford to spend so much on end-of-life care. A very high percentage of our healthcare spending is for a very small number of people at the last stages of their life,” he said Monday.
“I’m not saying the system shouldn’t allow that, but there’s too much cost. There’re judgments have to be made.”
MALZBERG, HOST: A lot of people said you weren’t going to be able to keep your health care, but also they focused on the death panels, which will be coming, call them what you will, rationing, is part of it…
HALPERIN: No, I agree, and that’s going to be a huge issue, and that’s something else on which the president was not fully forthcoming and straightforward.
MALZBERG: So, you believe there will be rationing, a.k.a. death panels?
HALPERIN: It’s built into the plan. It’s not like a guess or like a judgment. That’s going to be part of how costs are controlled.
Remember when Sarah Palin said there were death panels in Obamacare 4 years ago and was vilified? Now suddenly Democrats are admitting that Sarah Palin was right. Oh how that must pain liberals and Democrats. Suddenly 22 Dems and counting are agreeing with Sarahcuda. Think about that America, the woman that Democrats love to hate was right on “DEATH PANELS”. Just curious, is ‘Palin Derangement Syndrome (PDS), covered under Obamacare?
CNN Poll: President Obama Down to 41% Job Approval & a Mere 40% Say President Can Manage the Government Effectively
DOWN, DOWN, DOWN … AMERICA SUDDENLY FIGURES OUT A COMMUNITY AGITATOR HAS NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS …
According to the most recent CNN poll, Barack Obama’s approval rating is down to 41%, while 57% disapprove. This is an astonishing -16% mark for Obama in a CNN poll. But the terrible polling and Americans anger for Obama does not end there. The poll stated that only 40% think that Obama can manage the government effectively. OUCH, down 12% from June. But I would ask the question, what ever made Americans think that a community agitator with no management experience could manage the US government? Obama’s polling troubles don’t end there … 56% say he is not a person they admire, and 56% also say he does not agree with them on important issues. And wait, there is more, 56% say he does not inspire confidence, and 53% don’t view him as a strong and decisive leader. Other than that, things are going swimmingly for the President,[sarcasm intended].
Only four out of 10 Americans believe President Barack Obama can manage the federal government effectively, according to a new national poll.
And a CNN/ORC International survey released Monday morning also indicates that 53% of Americans now believe that Obama is not honest and trustworthy, the first time that a clear majority in CNN polling has felt that way.
According to the survey, conducted last Monday through Wednesday, 40% say the President can manage the government effectively. That 40% figure is down 12 percentage points from June and is the worst score Obama received among the nine personal characteristics tested in the new poll.
“A lot of attention has focused on the President’s numbers on honesty in new polling the past three weeks, but it looks like the recent controversy over Obamacare has had a bigger impact on his status as an effective manager of the government, and that may be what is really driving the drop in Obama’s approval rating this fall,” CNN Polling Director Keating Holland said.
