Group of 10 Black Youths Brutally Attack White Couple in Brooklyn, NY in Hate Crime …“Get those crackers!” … “Get that white whore!” … “White motherf*ckers!”
Hate crime in Brooklyn as a white couple was brutally attacked by a gang of black teens ranging in age from 12 to 18.
According to the NY Daily News, the attack occurred at 7 p.m. Monday at Avenue U at E. 58th St. near Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin when the gang of black youths crossed the street in front of the vehicle of Ronald Russo, 30, and his wife, Alanna. Russo had the green light, honked the horn for the group to get out of the way. That is all it took for these punks to go off into a racial attack. Ronald Russo was dragged to the ground, punched and kicked in the head. His wife was yanked to the pavement by her hair as the the black gang repeatedly shouted the racial slurs,“Get those crackers!” … “Get that white whore!” … “White motherf*ckers!”
A group of 10 black youths — one of them a 12-year-old girl — surrounded a white couple’s car in Brooklyn, viciously beating the husband and yanking the wife to the pavement by her hair as they peppered the two with racial slurs, authorities said.
“Get those crackers!” some of them screamed, according to court papers. “Get that white whore!”
The confrontation erupted about 7 p.m. Monday, as the marauding group crossed Avenue U at E. 58th St. near Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin.
Ronald Russo, 30, and his wife, Alanna, apparently had the green light and the husband honked at the group to get out of the way. The rowdy kids started kicking the car, according to the criminal complaint. Ronald Russo got out to check on potential damage to his vehicle.
And that’s when all hell broke loose.
Barack Obama, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson were unavailable for comment.
Four teens have been arrested so far for the incident. Kashawn Kirton, 18, has been charged with gang assault, harassment and menacing charges, all as hate crimes. Daehrell Finch, 17, has been charged with gang assault, assault, menacing and harassment but does not face hate-crime charges. Two more teens, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, have also been arrested, but their names have not been released.
Kirton, who is a freshman at St. Francis College, told the News that he had nothing to do with the attack, and was inside a Lowe’s store when it occurred: “I have relatives who are white. Cousins and stuff,” he said. “My school is mainly white. More than half my friends are white. I wouldn’t use words like that.” He added that he believes he was arrested because he was wearing the same outfit as one of the assailants.
Return of the Jedi …
California-based Tea Party group, the NorCal Tea Party Patriots, become the first to sue the IRS accusing the IRS of violating its constitutional rights due to the “intensive and intrusive scrutiny” it received while seeking tax-exempt status. Let the pigeons loose. Hopefully, this will be just the beginning of the law suits against the IRS that have admitted to targeting conservative and Tea Party groups. As reported at the Politico, the group alleges it applied for tax-exempt status in March 2010 but didn’t receive approval until Aug. 2 of last year. The lawsuit accuses the IRS of violating the First and Fifth amendments and seeks monetary damages.
A California-based Tea Party group sued the U.S. Internal Revenue Service on Monday in what marked the first lawsuit to stem from an investigation finding the agency singled-out conservative organizations.
In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Cincinnati, the NorCal Tea Party Patriots accused the IRS of violating its constitutional rights due to the “intensive and intrusive scrutiny” it received while seeking tax-exempt status.
The lawsuit sought class action status on behalf of all conservative and libertarian groups – such as those associated with the Tea Party movement – that were targeted by the IRS for extra scrutiny from March 2010 through the middle of this month. Tea Party groups call for reduced federal spending and taxation.
We are sure you were as disgusted as we were upon hearing the news of the top down abuse of power the IRS has aimed at Conservative groups. Today, we are on the precipice of something monumental to correct the balance of power. We are taking the fight directly to the IRS.
Like many of you, we know folks who have been subjected to harassment and abuse by the IRS as they tried to obtain their non-profit status. I have first-hand knowledge because the first tea party group that I was involved with was unfairly targeted.
We are not sitting back and waiting for Congress to fix things. Citizens for Self-Governance (CSG) decided to take matters into our own hands. We found the best lawyers in the country for aggressive litigation versus the federal government and, with our assistance, the NorCal Tea Party filed a class action suit against the IRS Monday in Ohio Federal Court.
Many other small grassroots organizations dedicated to liberty have been damaged or intimidated to the point of giving up, so CSG will provide the guidance and support needed to vindicate their rights in a direct legal battle with the IRS.
If you or someone you know has been harassed by the IRS and are interested in participating in the class action suit, let us know. You can send an inquiry by going to the website SueTheIRS.com. There’s no cost to you…because we are here to help you fight. (more)

The VIDEO that went viral that also played a part in the Justice for Karen
The four middle school students who were videotaped tormenting their adult school bus monitor learned today what their punishment will be.
The Greece, N.Y. Central School District said in a statement that all four boys will be suspended from school for one year. They are also barred from “school and regular bus transportation.”
The families of all four boys waived their right to a hearing and agreed to the one-year suspensions. During that year, the boys will be educated at the district’s Reengagement Center, described as an “alternative education program [that] keeps middle school students on track academically while providing a structured opportunity for students to take responsibility for their actions.”
Also, each of the four seventh graders soulless boys will be required to complete 50 hours of community service with senior citizens and will be enrolled in a bullying-prevention program.
In the statement, Superintendent Barbara Deane-Williams:
The students and their families waived their right to a due process hearing and agreed to the disciplinary measures. The district was able to release the terms of the discipline only because the students and their families agreed to let the information become public.
