Aruban Prosecutor Hans Mos Says End is Near in Natalee Holloway Case … Did it Ever Begin?

Hans Mos, Aruban prosecutor states the the end is near in the Natalee Holloway Natalee_Holloway_10investigation. The real question that needs to be asked is if the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005 ever began. Hans Mos can put out all the press releases he wants to spinning what had occurred in Aruba and attacking those that would dare question the veracity of Aruba’s handling of Natalee Holloway’s case, the fact remains that any normal thinking person looks at what has occurred and is appalled by the lack of action, the corruption and the cronyism that occurred to obstruct getting Justice for Natalee.

Aruban prosecutor Hans Mos has stated that the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005 is nearing an end and has appealed to any individuals to come forward if they have any information. The investigation is coming to an end, when did it really ever begin? Just because the main suspect is a pathological liar does not mean that you do not prosecute him. At this point there is more than enough circumstantial evidence including Joran’s own words and conflicting statements to prosecute him. Then do so!

Aruban prosecutors said Tuesday their investigation into the 2005 disappearance of U.S. teenager Natalee Holloway is nearing the end and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

Chief Prosecutor Hans Mos said his office still needs “at least another few months” to investigate statements made by the only remaining suspect, Joran van der Sloot, during a hidden-camera interview which was broadcast on Dutch television last year.

But he then said prosecutors “are approaching the end of this lengthy investigation.”

“If you have relevant information — no matter how small or uninteresting it may seem — please notify my office or the police,” Mos said in a statement Tuesday.

Hans Mos is requesting that people come forward with relevant information. Why? Will they go ignored  like most information and witnesses that have come forward recently? Recent confessions by Joran Van der Sloot recorded by under cover cameras have gone unprosecuted. Van der Sloot’s confessions recently in a Greta Van Susteren interview have all be scoffed at by Mos. Witnesses have come forward in 2008 who had passed polygraph tests and all for naught.

Hans Mos claims that his office has new evidence; however, does not want to disclose it. The question in many peoples minds is does anyone have any confidence that Hans Mos and Aruba with do the right and ethical thing? People have looked on since 2005 and sat back in amazement in how Aruba has not handled this case. Why are we to believe they will do the right thing now?

Mos, without disclosing specifics, said the TV program caused a “new stream of information” regardless of the appeals court decision blocking authorities from arresting Van der Sloot for a third time based on the statements.

“My office does not want to disclose these results to the suspect and thus make him wiser even before he has been confronted with these results,” Mos said, referring to Van der Sloot, who was last known to be living in Thailand.

You are right, nurturer, the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Ann Holloway NEVER happened :-(

Why did the investigation into Natalee’s disappearance NEVER begin? Because van der Straten (or however the dirtbag’s name is spelled) was covering Paulass van der Slut’s ass, that’s WHY!!

Instead of beginning an investigation into what happened to Natalee they began a cover up and protected a murderer.

I think Joran told them what happened to Natalee that night when he was arrested the first time and gave his statement that somehow disappeared afterwords. When they realized what had happened they began the cover up to protect Joran and Paulus. They had no idea that Beth & Dave would not go away.

Now it’s time for Aruba to do the right thing and arrest Joran and throw away the key which should have been done in June of 2005. Joran is a psychopath and needs to be removed from society forever.

I see that at the Dutch Newspaper site at http://www.telegraaf.nl It has a Holloway article up on the 6th and 7th. Anyone have a translation? One of the articles has Beth and De Vries in the picture. The other one has Natalee.

Greta interviewed Hero somebody (can’t recall the last name) and extracted from him the promise that he will find out what happened to Natalee. He’s the same guy who said that Aruba was totally corrupt and has been getting threats sine his arrival there. Perhaps with a first name like “Hero” something will come of it.

The casino video shows Paulus pawing at Natalee just hours before she leaves with his son, never to be seen again.

Did anyone ever find out who those two little girls were that were standing in front of Paulus’ office the last time he was interviewed?

He looked like the bird that just ate the canary…

No wonder he forgot that he didn’t know how to speak English!

In my opinion, Paulus and Anita are the traffickers…

All those trips to the Neverland, The United States, Thailand and Paulus’ famous last words on the cell phone…

Mos says they need “a few more months” to tie up new leads or wrap the last few things up? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Who do they all think they are kidding, anyway?

From the moment Beth Holloway stepped on that Island—she had the names of the 3 perps involved. Of course, she was right. IMO, Natalee was never sold. As we all are aware-there are some truths mixed in with all the lies in Urine’s taped confession by Peter VDR & Patrick Van Der Eem….Natalee was never given a chance after she was slipped the date rape drug, sexually abused and then passed out. Then Paulus the Perv of course covered for his Son’s actions and lied through his teeth about his involvment in assisting to dispose of poor Nat’s body.

Also agree w/#8 above, like OJ THE MURDERER Simpson (DNA does not lie)—eventually Joran will end up in jail or someone is going to put a plug in his arse and rightly so.

      We Stand by the Girl

TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY !!! AVOID VACATIONING ON THAT CORRUPT STINKING ISLAND AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! (Because it does)

Mo’s better get the rooms ready in the jail cell…

Paulus, Joran, Deepak and his brother ~… then, DeVries for obstructing justice, corruption and the cover up…Justice Minister should not get retirement $ when he leaves his job…he should resign from his position (for not coming forward sharing his information earlier/if not immediately on the cover up)…(he waited 3 years?)… unreal~

Beth and family, owed a public apology ~ and Mo’s had at least better find out where Natalee is so her family can bring her home to rest, God Bless them…

For Hero Brickman… Is he in Aruba? Bring on the investigation to the corruption with the Rijks…investigative team ~ from the Netherlands… fantastic! Uncover the truth and bring it to light ~ expose them, for what evil deeds they are doing and have done.

      Trafficking/drugs/sex trade…

Most of all, monkeys are supportive of the Holloway family, the friends and family of dear Natalee and God Bless, as you’ve suffered immensely and we truly care, we do… and you’re all in our prayers. Bless ~

God will pour out His wrath upon them… vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord.

Did anyone see Emma Thomas, Actress involvement in Britain for exposing human trafficking… she’s a spokesperson for this and it was riveting to see ~ she had amazing statistics and I wish I knew more about it to speak here… yes, it does exist and she’s raising more awareness about it worldwide.

For Thailand… it’s a center for sexual abuse of children and trafficking… that’s why i was sickened when i heard joran was there… kick his sorry a$$ out of there!, throw him in jail and throw away the key…

      *however, i’ve a feeling, he’ll never return to Aruba… he’ll run first… he’s running now….

Hope, what’s this comment Paulus apparently made on the cell phone? that human trafficking is a “serious crime?”…

anyhow, enough said… I pray, that they are exposed for who they are ~ and I bet the Arubans will finally be truly pissed off for a change ~

Mos’s legacy & what he has inherited is foul. Even if they do “officially” close the investigation- the name of Aruba is tarnished forever and we all know it doesn’t mean that the Holloway family and others in-the-know are giving up behind the scenes.

Clearly Aruba is testing the waters of public opinion … once it thinks that the damage to its tourist revenue will be slight, it will do what it can to end the case.

Let’s keep vigilant, continue to speak up, and not give them that option.

No justice for Natalee … no tourism for Aruba.

I don’t think any of these idiots involved in the law enforcement, legal departments, or journalism in Aruba, realize the how consequential their actions or lack of actions in this case has impacted their personal legacy, thanks to the internet. They are forever tainted by this case. For years to come their names will be synonymous with the cover up and injustice that has shrouded the Natalee Holloway case. Let’s face it none of these people would be known (infamous) because of this case.

    30. Richard on January 8th, 2009 12:33 pm

Hey, folks, something has finally become clear.

On earlier threads, certain Arubans were crowing that their tourism is getting back to normal.

If there’s anything to this claim, which I doubt, this article makes clear why this is happening.

There is a movement in the Caribbean to get tough on crime. This one country, St. Lucia, wants to start hanging criminals again.

So now we know who is going to Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles, where criminals are guaranteed to get good treatment.

St. Lucia hopes to resume hangings amid crime wave
      Associated Press

CASTRIES, St. Lucia — St. Lucia’s government says it hopes to resume hangings as a deterrent to rising murder rates.

Prime Minister Stephenson King said Wednesday the Caribbean island needs to deal swiftly with those who have exhausted their appeals.

He did not give specific proposals, but his national security minister said last week that cases should be heard more quickly and judges should set execution dates.

St. Lucia law limits time on death row to five years. Convicts whose appeals last longer are given life sentences.

Caribbean countries such as Jamaica and St. Kitts have recently embraced capital punishment amid rising crime.

St. Lucia reported 38 killings last year, 13 more than in 2007. Its last hanging was in 1995.

Tim Miller and GVS are the bad guys? oh brother..This post is so funny, I forgot to laugh. The only thing Hans Mos confirmed is that he is a total idiot who has done nothing since taking on the Natalee Holloway case to help it. Big Whiney baby, who blames everyone else..sounds like the suspects.. Please tell us why 3 guys would go out and move in on ONE girl a half hour before closing time..One to get the girl, one to be the look out and the other waiting in the get away car.. sounds like a plan and well rehearsed one.. Aruban Investigation…now that’s an oxymoron… Why investigate, when they have known all along what happened to Natalee. Conflicts of interest out the ….. along with bizarre bs.. this would be the comedy of the century if it weren’t so tragic that an 18 year old beautiful girl with such an awesome future was robbed of everything and for what? Lastly, #26-Dotrac—The day Tim Miller is described as anyone’s enemy is the day we’ll discover that Helen Keller wasn’t really blind. Never going to happen..so can it on that one, Buddy. How one can even suggest such a thing is ignorance in it’s purest form.

      #29:
Tim Miller described a potential new witness whom he claimed had passed a polygraph test, yet he failed to produce the witness or a transcript of the polygraph examination. He pretty much rendered his “new witness” useless to the investigation.

And don’t get me started on the subject of desecration of protected habitats and/or his support for an abortive boycott of innocent people.

Tim Miller has done some good things over the years but his efforts on Aruba were for naught.

Habitat disrupted? How about an entire families life in a living hell? A Mother & Father’s pain of not being able to have closure or give their own daughter a proper burial? ARE YOU SERIOUS? No comparison.

You have every right not to support a boycott, but again—labeling Tim Miller as an enemy to anyone or anything is just bogus. I stand by my comment.

    39. Richard on January 9th, 2009 10:40 am

So the issue of justice for Natalee is being diverted to concern about Aruba’s ecology?

Very well … yet another reason for people to boycott the sewer. I’m perfectly happy not to leave my ‘carbon footprint’ on Aruba; and, indeed, not any footprint at all.

Let Aruba cherish the artificial sand that was put on its beaches. And let it praise its natural environment of casinos, hotels, packs of wild dogs, and junkie drug needles.

Just give us justice for Natalee.

Tim Miller described a potential new witness whom he claimed had passed a polygraph test, yet he failed to produce the witness or a transcript of the polygraph examination. He pretty much rendered his “new witness” useless to the investigation.

This was not a new witness.. This guy had talked to Aruban authorities before and he didn’t like they way he was treated…so he went to Dave Holloway is the way I understand it and came to the usa..took a polygraph test and passed it. Tim Miller went to Aruba..as I understand it and was denied the chance to search where the guy said he saw Joran coming from.. Aruba already knows who this witness is..so how could Tim deny them that?
How could he fail to produce the witness, they already know who he is..

As far as descrating spots..forgive me but if your child’s body was thought to be dumped in my backyard, it wouldn’t matter what it was designated as.. I would let them search it from top to bottom… good grief, this is a child’s life, someone’s sister, daughter, niece..not yesterday’s newspaper. Can you get anymore heartless.?

I am thankful Greta keeps this in the news..The interview she did of Joran was offered to Hans Mos long before we knew it even existed.. JQK knew about it… He said on Greta’s show.. they offered it to him months before it was aired..and nothing.. What kind of prosecutor refuses to check out leads, bogus or not… They sure allowed all that bull chit of Rene Gielen’s to be aired.. with absolutely nothing to back up all the lies and bs her and that horrid renfro (#*#$#) put out.. trying to blame Natalee’s family for Natalee’s disappearance..

I wouldn’t blame anyone not giving the prosecutor or the police anything they find.. Everything turned over to them has been not related, tainted, or lost…poof..disappeared. Sorry when boycott’s come along, they do hurt innocent people..but why don’t some Aruban people get off their A#*&$&( and demand an actual investigation instead of this farce.. I can guarantee if it were their child..they would..but too many believe anything the govt puts out..like the bs of Hans Mos… and don’t bother thinking for themselves. Democracy yeah right..democracy as long as you think like I tell you too and believe only what I tell you.. I’m with brinkman..corrupt as hell..why else would straten be on this case, say Natalee’s dead a few days later…coz he seen the evidence, arrest 2 men that they KNEW didn’t have anything to do with Natalee, not sure any of them for 10 days or their property and yet wake up 2 black men at dawn and search everything..

All we have heard is hold on,, hold your breath.. truth is they haven’t done a damn thing since June or July of 2005..and why should they? They already know what happened.

And by the way why are we to believe the Kalpoes had nothing to do with this coz Joran said so.? Is it because they are trying to make big bucks off of dr. Phil..maybe they will win and share..
Kalpoes and Joran..Aruban Icons.. what a farce.

    42. Waterboy on January 9th, 2009 6:49 pm

      An open letter to Joran

      Joran,

In all sincerity, you need some help. Aren’t you tired of hurting people? We have all agreed with a small margin of error, that Natalee was not the first or last girl you have harmed. Believe me when I say I understand. I once had a dog that reminded me of you. It was mean from birth, and bit people all the time. I hated to do it, but I finally had to give it the lead pill, just to protect society.

Pick a country where you have done some real harm, and turn yourself in. Aren’t you afraid of whom you might hurt next? We know you have harmed your brothers, wouldn’t it be tragic if you were to injure or kill one of your family members? Deep down, you must know you’re a menace to society.

You could probable turn yourself in where the prison system is known to be Country Club like, and were they don’t have capital punishment. In this way, you could have a good vacation while you served your time, brushed up on your tennis and golf; and not have to worry about hurting anyone else.

Maybe with a little prompting, they could get you some help, and possible prevent you from hearing those nasty, vile voices you hear, like the ones telling you to kill Natalee

I know it’s a stretch, but pretend you were happily married, and you had an 18-year-old daughter who disappeared. You don’t want that to happen again, do you?

So, my advice to you is, turn yourself in and let them tuck you safely away where no one else will be hurt or molested. As a human being, you owe it to society. Besides, you’re just wasting your time trying to get a college degree. You’re just too dumb. I know you can’t help it. Intelligence is mostly transferred through heredity, and you just didn’t have a lot to work with.

If you are worried about missing out on love and affection, I’m sure you can find someone to love and appreciate you in prison. Your bottom may get a little sore in the process, but (no pun intended) there is someone for everyone. Maybe you could find someone like your buddies back in Aruba.

You would be such a role model to most of the guys in prison. They really admire and respect perverted, demonically posed guys such as yourself. What a difference you could make in their lives. You could perfect your methods of torture on some of them, and quite frankly, no one other than your victims in prison would care.

They tell me the food in prison is not bad. I’m sure it would be an improvement over Mom’s cooking in Aruba anyway. I know neighbors have complained in the past.

So buck up cowboy, and go down to the nearest police station and confess to something. Let them take care of the rest.

I know psychopathic killers such as your self often don’t take advice well, but remember I am sincerely offering advice that I think will be helpful.

I know this post will bring a lot of troll attacks, but let me offer this as troll repellant—I sincerely desire to help a very lost, and tragically confused psychopathic killer. I have no selfish motives in mind.

      Sincerely,

      Waterboy

First, let me apologize. I know that I should make some offers for a time when and if you should turn yourself in and go to prison. Let me say, I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is. I could send you 25 or possible 50 cents a month, to help you meet your needs while in prison.

You take the many other posters willing to contribute to your upkeep, and I’m sure you would have more than enough money to buy a Big Mac on Big Mac night. Oops—I think Big Mac night might mean something else in the Big House. Maybe a pair of running shoes would suite you better.

Anyway, for sure, you could take the money posters send you and buy a package of Roman noodles, a bottle of ketchup, and a Dr. Pepper. You could call it Italian Night yum yum!

So remember Bub—you do the talking and confessing, and we or at least I will dig down really deep in the old pocket for some enhanced lifestyle money while you are in prison.

      Joran,

I’m sure they would like and appreciate you in the Bg House. They would call you “Joran the man or My Old Lady.” Or something like that.

That’s what we called our roommates at A&M “My Old Lady”.
It made for some embarrassing times when we were away from campus, and introduced our roommate as “ My Old Lady” to someone. Of course, it means something different in prison.

Oh, by the way, Joran, your gig line is always off.

      Hello,

Wrote a personal letter tp Geert Wilders:
      about Aruba and Natalee…
      because I trust him.

Yesterday evening Brinkman was live on the phone with Claire Polak on television and he told that the first man on Aruba has a month salary around 40,000 dollars!
If he could something good with it!..

      Personal:
      if Natalee is not dead
… she could be on the Veluwe between rich people
… you better search for a needle.

      Don’t give up
      … we love this girl.

      God bless

      coverup confirmation?

GEORGE “JUG” TWITTY: The reason there`s no evidence is because the people didn`t do the right thing in the beginning. And I want the prosecutor or somebody to step up and say, Look, we made a mistake. We didn`t arrest them the second day, like we should have. We let them go for nine days. We gave them a chance to clean the car. We gave them a chance to hide everything, to set up everything, to set up their stories, point the fingers at the two black security guards. Somebody — you know, that`s the reason there`s no evidence. Had they gone to the — and impounded that car that day — the FBI told us
there was blood all in the car. The prosecutor said the FBI said there was blood in the car, but for some reason or another, when they sent it off, they say now it`s all cleaning fluid. Well, who knows. I know they had nine days to clean the
      car.

Beth: Well, Jane, something that the family knew—and we have to keep reminding everyone—after 72 hours — 72 hours—we knew definitively that these suspects were not telling the truth.
We knew that my daughter had never been brought back to the Holiday Inn. Of course we were becoming frustrated. Who wouldn‘t, at this point? You know, we—and what was so unbelievable about this, is they knew this information and
still chose to pursue the two security guards on June the 5th.
      ———–
Deepak Kalpoe: My brother was telling me one day, “You know, they can just kill us, you know.”

Jamie Skeeters: unintelligible) for the reward.

Deepak Kalpoe: “No, not just for the reward. Just kill them, so they never mention Aruba again.”

Jamie Skeeters: That’s true. You’ve got a lot of mean (unintelligible)

Deepak Kalpoe: “Just get rid of them.” And I told him, “You know, you’re right.” Like Beth
said, (unintelligible) a few security guards.
      ————–
Deepak Kalpoe: Believe me, I know more than you in statements. There are, they have probably enough on him. (chuckles) They let us go for a reason. Come on, the judge is not stupid.
      ——
Deepak Kalpoe: I don’t care, you know, if they charge us with murder, or no. When they went…at the morning they arrested us… five a.m. and you’re suspected of murder, rape, kidnapping… I said, “So, the charging us is not so big,
because being suspected, it’s already in,” You know, that progress. So. It’s not that big of a deal. But, I would end everyone’s mystery..

    49. kitty on January 10th, 2009 4:01 pm

Herman, your statement to Dave, moved me to tears…

~ you speak TRUTH ~ He is Love… and Dave, will see his daughter again ~ God does not lie and His promises ARE TRUE~ (as you mentioned… Dave and Beth, will get their daughter bac)…

God bless them through their pain and suffering and for those on Aruba, who too, have been affected from the sins of a few… (it’s truly a shame)… and Jesus is very clear in His word, if anyone harms one of His children what He would do to them as well. Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. It is in His hands… Joran and company may think they got away with a crime, however, they have to answer to Him, God Almighty.

Waterboy … Problem is, what if Joran not only hurts girls (and perhaps others), but enjoys it?
That is … if he is indeed psychopathic? (Something that doesn’t seem at all unlikely to me.)

Yo, Richard. You are indeed right. Psychopathic. Joran is nearly always smiling and looking confident. He likes what he is doing. Really sick.

99 procent of the people to day think: I I me me…

Perhaps it all has to do with money…
I don’t trust this whole case anymore!

So we know where the money for Natalee is going to???
We even don’t know if she is dead!
The signs that I have heard… are not so good

A Happy NewYear To You All
ONE AMERICA IN PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP, ONE CONTINENT
AND ONE FAMILY, HOLDING EACH OTHER”S HAND

      Mother Teresa’s United Nations Prayer
(Mother Teresa composed this prayer for the United Nations
      International Year of the Family)

“Heavenly Father, you have given us
a model of life in the Holy Family of Nazareth.
Help us, O loving Father to make our family
another Nazareth where love, peace and joy reign.
May it be deeply contemplative, intensely Eucharistic
      and vibrant with joy.
Help us to stay together in joy and sorrow
      through family prayer.
Teach us to see Jesus in the members of our family
      especially in their distressing disguise.
May the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus
make our hearts meek and humble like His
and help us to carry out our family duties in a holy way.
May we love one another as God loves each one of us
      more and more each day,
and forgive each other’s faults as You forgive our sins.
      Help us, O loving Father
to take whatever You give and to give whatever
You take with a big smile.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, cause of our joy, pray for us.
St. Joseph, pray for us. Holy Guardian Angels
be always with us, guide and protect us.

      Waterboy,

The information that I may have can not all be said over an open channel.
      But this I can tell:
Did you trust what PRdV brought in hhis so fine and solving picture with Pvd E?
If you have also youre doubts next:
I think the man knew all the time where Natalee was… here in the neighbourhood. He knows always everything! I even think he’s keeping an eye on her.
Don’t forget there are certain very rich people who has their own plans…

      But there is more…
Most of us have very enough of our goverment… and next year people has to vote again…
I think there will be a strong man as Wilders coming forwards: just like in the States.

And this somewhere puting together we can understand why there’s the talk that this all has to do with a higher plan!

But no one dears to speak openly.

      However: you get Natalee back!
      People has seen her!!!

    66. Maggie on January 18th, 2009 4:46 pm

Hate to spoil it for you, but Natalee hasn’t been alive since her last night in Aruba on vacation and everyone down their knows it.. They can put out all the fake bs and phoney crap and it won’t change the facts.. Deepak and Satish and Joran were the last 3 seen with Natalee and she has never been seen again and all 3 did everythng they could to obstruct the investigation with the help of adults.. Noone has done nothing on this case in Aruba since July or June 2005, but why should they? They already know what happened.. and Deepak, Satish Paulus is that you? Aruba’s strategy since day one, cover it up and drag it out to make it look like we are doing something until people get tired and go away. Meanwhile 18 year old Natalee Holloway lost her life and the 3 she was last seen in the company of Satish, Deepak and Joran have went on with their lives, tried to collect money at every chance…

The Aruban investigation never began but this whole farce will never end. I feel dirty just thinking about the primary players in this whole unbelievable story – Joran, the Kalpoe brothers: rapists; Paulus and mother VdS: weak, corrupt, creators of a Frankenstein monster by abrogating their parental duties in allowing Joran to get away with murder (literally eventually) while he was growing up. The Aruban police and prosecutors: corrupt, malignant, indifferent over the death of a tourist. That is one happily sociopathic little island. Probably not the only one either. Places like that earn their income by parasiting off of people from the first world who actually work for a living. One parasitic little island. I feel sick to my stomach just thinking how inhuman those people are.

    71. James on January 28th, 2009 11:21 am

This is the most unbelievable atrocity of justice, aside from O.J. These young punks should all be held in jail indefinitly. It is so clear they all had a role in Natalee’s murder. Van Der Sloot however, he is the ring leader. After all his father is a judge and so he has all the pull in this situation. The brothers would obviously look to Van Der Sloot & his corrupt father to cover this murder up. Van Der Sloots father should also be arrested for obstruction of justice and being an accomplice after the fact. The fact that a judge ruled the taped confession isnt enough to rearrest Van Der Sloot isnt surprising considering his fathers position, he has them all in his pocket. Someone needs to Jack Bauer Van Der Sloot kidnap and torture the murdering prick until he tells them where they dumped Natalee’s body(this is not a suggestion just how i feel.I do not want anyone to act on my feelings.). Aruba, especially recently with the Travolta case, has shown itself to be a corrupt and unstable justice system. Their credibilty in this world is severly damaged and will never be considered a paradise getaway ever again. Instead it will always be known, at least to me, as a great place to get away wth murder.

I just finished a post on the “Live with Regis & Kelly” site asking them to remove the Aruban Vacation prize & break any contract that they have with Aruba in honor of Natalee & her family.
I don’t know of any other talk/game shows that offer Aruban Vacations as a prize choice, but if anyone does, plz write, scream, and plead with them to STOP ASAP!! There are too many other beautiful resort islands to choose from with more reasonable rates!!!
God richly bless the Halloway family!

Sometimes we just don’t see the dangers do we? You can go wading barefooted in a muddy river for years and never step on a broken beer bottle, but eventually you will have a very devastating encounter with something sharp, and life will never be the same. You will never venture into the water without shoes on your feet.

The senior trip to Aruba was that way for the kid from Alabama, just a walk in the river with no shoes. Then disaster struck. Who could know?

The point of my story is. Don’t go to Aruba, all the broken beer bottles are still there waiting for you. Joran is not there, but how many other souls with cracked, broken, and deadly sharp exteriors are still on the Island?

My guess, from the care, or lack there of, they put into the investigation of Natalee’s disappearance is there are lots and lots of broken beer bottles on Aruba.

Guard your soul, and guard your life, and those you love or care for.

Peaceful protests in support of Natalee are still going on. A successful protest was just held in St. Louis and there is an upcoming event in LA that is sure to be a success!

      Here is the date information:
NY at the Jacob Javits Center 2/6-2/8
      LA Convention Center 2/14-2/15
      Boston 2/20-2/22

More volunteers are needed, especially for Boston, which is a very major show for Aruba and the perfect place to stand up for Natalee Holloway’s justice.

All materials (flyers, etc.) are provided.

You will find it to be a joy and honor to stand up for Natalee!

Who is crossbow? Crossbow was 10061906. With the exception of 45 days in the hospital he tried to follow Natalee’s disappearance since June ’05. Yes he is a senior citizen and happily married for over 45 years.
Perhaps some might remember Bluesky and Amsterdam Law; those were the good old days. He had many go rounds with them. He takes a little credit for bringing out what Joran said happened 20 times and nothing ever went wrong. In the casino tapes he discovered the times were altered. No one followed up on the person that handed the male sitting next to Natalee a note; and then walk away.
How many here even remember Joe Mamanna?
Has anyone here ever contacted Beth, Jug, Dave or Art Wood or Bauder College; the list goes on and on.
Has anyone here attended any protests for Natalee; supplied literature or donated time or money towards her cause?
Who here has put up a total stranger so that person could protest for Natalee.
Who here has spent a dime of their own money to go to Aruba to help find Natalee; yet there are those that gossip about someone who did. Is it out of jealousy? Hatred? Just what is it?
Oh your avatars are pretty they way you try and outdo each other.
Has anyone done research to find out when the ATA will be attending shows in the USA?
Has anyone boycotted and Dutch products such as Shell, ING, Phillips and all Unilever products? He has been a proponent of Dutch products boycotts. The only way the Dutch will help and bring closure is if it hits them in the Pocket. Money walks and Bull$hit Talks.
Who here has purchased Dave’s book and read it? Who has purchased Beth’s book and read it? Who here has read Dr. Hodges book; “Into the Deep”?
Who here has read the translated book by Joran?
Does anyone here know that Ruth still lives at home? She will be graduating this year; and so would Natalie if she did not get into Deepak’s taxi. Hated is heavy burden to carry. The only person who has been lost through all these snide remarks and ridiculous witch hunts is Natalee.
I promise made to help find Natalee is a promise kept:
I know because I am crossbow and I do not post in the Forum.
You have my permission to cut and paste this posting, unaltered to what ever forum you desire.

I have personally enjoyed reading your entries since way back. One of my favorite posters, loved by many for your dedication to Natalee. I mostly lurk behind the scenes and read the posts and have followed this case since the beginning. I have read each book mentioned, but in no way can say I have put the time and effort as you our friend. So sorry you have been ill. All my best to you always.

There are so many more that have dedicated so much more time, money, energy and themselves in an attempt to find Natalee.
Yet those that do not know will continue to bash.
As I mentioned hate is a heavy burden where as co operation is the more desireable venue.

      Crossbow,

You are right. There is so much more I could do personally. Really and truly, I could go to Aruba and do some research. I have felt the urge more than once.

I guess we all know what happen, and who the main suspects are. They have remained unchanged since about the second week of the investigation. I’m afraid that if we knew all who were involved it would be shocking.

I was really afraid that when you got sick, you were going to die. I prayed for your recovery as often as I thought about you. Some of your stories about the roommates you had while in the hospital were just heart wrenching, and it showed your true self by the concern you had for each one of them.

I would never believe you to be a senior citizen. Your posts seem to have the enthusiasm of a teenager, but the wisdom of someone much older. I have saved most of your work. Some I would say are literary masterpieces.

You have stayed focused during this investigation, something I have had a hard time doing.

I don’t think the case will ever be solved, short of some form of torture for those involved. Monsters truly do walk the earth, and they are quite abundant in Aruba. The evil they shed is an irksome sight. The trail they leave is lined with skin and bones. May God have mercy on their souls.

      Jerry

    95. crossbow on February 10th, 2009 5:10 pm

Jerry: Nice to hear from you.
We go back over three years and I know we have gone a round or two; you with the landfill and me with the mines or cremation.
Even if we are/were wrong at least it got ideas out on the table and perhaps someone could spot that one little slip up in anyones’ statement that would give a clue as to what happened. It is a down right criminal shame as to what happened and it is still anyones’ guess as to where Natalee may be.
It was interesting though to go back to a SM post by a dutch girl niiki: This was in I believe June 2005. She said that she knew that Joran sold Natalee to satisfy a drug bill. He sold her to someone from Veneszuela and that she is in a brothal in Caracas. Very very close to what Joran said on Greta and what Richard has been a proponent.
Makes you stop and think all over again.
I can’t believe how many total stranger I have been in contact that we are now united in a common bond.
Someday if there is ever closure we should all make an attempt to a reunion so we could meet face to face; and be able to say it was all because of a young teenage woman that we all got to know.

    96. Waterboy on February 11th, 2009 7:24 am

      Crossbow,

I remember the story that someone told about Natalee being sold into slavery to a man from Venezuela. I thought at the time that it was ridiculous. I wish now, I had been more curious. It would be just like Joran to brag about such a thing. After seeing the movie “Taken”, I think any other form of slow death would be better.

I always thought that there was a high probability that Natalee was cremated or dropped in an old mine shaft. I just felt like the landfill was more like Joran’s personality that is nasty, smelly, and pilled up in a disorganized disaster. If Paulus helped with the disposal of Natalee’s body, then all bets are off, and Paulus may have even killed Natalee.

I’ve always felt like something may have happen at the hospital, and that Natalee may have been taken there also. I think she was deceased when they got there. I tried to get some information from Viet Vet, and he did answer me a time or two; but he never specifically answered the questions about the morgue, etc. This may have been where the money that Paulus withdrew went, that is to a physician, janitor, both, or someone else.

I don’t know what the E.R. would be like at 3 or 4 am. Deserted and isolated, I would bet. I wanted Viet Vet to tell me how many bodies were in the morgue, and if they viewed each body. I think he said they did, but I’m not sure. They may have only view female bodies. They didn’t realize a cover up (a better word is sanitation) was going on that early.

If a body switch or a body double was made, it was probable at the hospital. If Natalee’s body was combined with another body, it was probable at that time placed under another body in a coffin and shipped out of the country. There are several bodies that went out of the country during this time. My best bet is the 100-year-old guy. In the U.S. the bodies would have to have been embalmed before shipping—thus the Wever’s involvement.

The most permanent disposal would have been cremation. It takes about 7 hours (an army pathologist from Ft. Hood told me). I’d bet that what ever happen, jewelry, and personal items, including money were taken from Natalee, and may at some point show up.

      Jerry

      Waterboy!!!

I saw TAKEN this weekend. It felt like it was modeled after Natalee’s story. I wanted to get up in the theatre and yell. The movie is for sure modeled after real life. This is what happens to thousands of missing girls and young ladies. This may be the reason that Natalee’s body has not been found. I still question the piece of fabric that was found. Was it a piece of Natalee’s top that was torn and thrown overboard? Was the duct tape used to keep her from yelling from the boat that carried her away? I don’t trust any forensic tests done by arubans or dutch.

If people have not seen the movie, TAKEN, you should see it. It will put a fire under you to work against human trafficking and keep looking for Natalee and justice.

      Deconstructing My Honeymoon in Aruba

      By Christopher Elliott
      Tribune Media Services
February 10, 2009 When Stefanie Rasimowicz finds out the pool at her resort hotel will be closed during her vacation, she faces the prospect of a ruined honeymoon. The hotel is apologetic, but offers her no alternative except to use another nearby pool. Can it do better? Should it?
Q: My fiance and I booked our honeymoon at the Westin Aruba through a travel agent. At the time we made our reservations, we knew the hotel was undergoing some renovations in its lobby. I spoke with our agent, and e-mailed the hotel directly to find out if there would still be construction during our honeymoon several months later. I was emphatically told no, and even have an e-mail saying so from a Westin guest services manager.
Now, only a few weeks before the trip, I have been notified that the pool area of the hotel will be undergoing construction and will be unavailable to guests during our stay. The pool at a smaller, less expensive, hotel will be available for use. We have travel insurance, so we can get all of our money back, less the insurance fee of $258. But we’d still have to book another hotel at the last minute, at a much higher rate.
The Westin has apologized but has not offered any sort of discount or other compensation. Is there anything we can do, other than simply cancel our reservation? — Stefanie Rasimowicz, Princeton, N.J.
A: Westin should do more than apologize for the construction. After all, this is only the most important vacation of your life, and it ought to be perfect. Besides, it promised the construction would be done.
The hotel’s pool is one of its best amenities. It’s a free-form pool with three terraced spa tubs that extend 150 yards along the Caribbean. The hotel proudly displays pictures of the pool on its website, but I could find no correspondingly prominent warnings that it would be unavailable.
No one is judging Westin for closing its pool. Hotels are in an almost constant state of renovation, and as anyone with a pool in the back yard can probably tell you, they require a lot of maintenance. The problem is that Westin wasn’t as upfront about the construction as they could be or as accommodating to your special needs.
Fortunately, you booked your honeymoon through a travel agent. A competent travel adviser should be able to fix a problem like this. After all, you’re paying the agent a booking fee in exchange for the expertise. The agent should, at least theoretically, be working for you.
I might have leaned on your travel agent a little more. When Westin’s “sorry” was unacceptable, your agent should have figured out a way of saving your honeymoon at no additional cost. Otherwise, you could have just booked your honeymoon online — which, by the way, I certainly do not recommend.
What else could Westin do? Under these circumstances, anything from upgrading your room to sending you to a comparable property without making you pay extra. Hotels often transfer guests — called “walking” in lodging industry parlance — to another property when they’re oversold.
I contacted Westin on your behalf. It offered you a $20 per day hotel credit and two drink tickets for the duration of your stay, as well as an upgrade to a suite. It also credited your rewards account with enough points for a one-night stay. A generous offer — but still, no pool. You canceled your reservation and rebooked at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino without having to pay more. Your honeymoon is saved.

      Molly,

I have always loved Macs I have had many since 1984 or 1985.
Anyway, Mac has a simple program where you can pick colors from any picture and match it.

When the picture described as the “park ranger” came out with him holding what many believe to be Natalee’s blouse top, I colored picked it, against a picture of Natalee’s blouse top from the picture of her on the beach.

Every color, and I mean every color from Natalee’s top matched a color from the fabric that the ranger was holding. I’m talking hundreds of colors.

Not every color picked from the fabric that the ranger was holding matched colors from the top that Natalee was wearing. Strange? Not really, remember the top that the ranger is holding was soiled, possible bloody, etc. The colors that did not match were from the dark brown and reddish-brown range.

I colored picked the other tops of the girls with Natalee, and I got some colored matches (mostly in the green range), but not many, best I remember, 5. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

The show “Taken”. Surely that doesn’t happen to that degree. Maybe I’m naive, but I can’t believe that someone wouldn’t kick some butt if human trafficking were going on that big a scale.

In the 1970s along the Rio Grande in Texas, a rancher’s young wife was taken. The father-in-law called in some favors from some ex-law-enforcement. They went into Mexico and left a bloody mess, but brought the young bride home safe and sound and untouched. Maybe you can find it on the net, maybe not. If not, and you’re interested, I will try to find it. It has been kept relatively hush hush all these years.

The two old cops found the gang that was holding the girl in an isolated cabin. One old man provided cover fire with an old semi-automatic 30-06, from prone position at 800 yards, firing just over head level so he wouldn’t hurt the girl, and the other old man walked in the back door with a model 1911 in each hand. When the smoke cleared, the girl and the old man were the only two survivors.

      Sorry, I got carried away.

      Jerry

      Something interesting is happening.
Look at the page Natalee Holloway on YouTube.
Then watch the lowest message on every page.
      Every page the same message!
Joran van der Sloot is back in Holland.
      She is not dead…
      I promissed you something…
      remember?
      Have some rest.

    101. mollly in houston on February 12th, 2009 10:39 pm

Hi, Jerry, Good speech, LOL. So are you saying that you also believe that a piece of Natalee’s top was found? Interesting that you could match so many colors.

As for ‘Taken’, I think that it very likely happens that way, when the girls are known to be far away from home. That is the key. Natalee was far away from home. No One expected her parents to show up, and so quickly. So I believe that ‘Taken’ movie to be accurate. We just don’t hear about everyone who goes missing.

Glad to hear your story about someone kicking butt and rescuing their wife. Don’t mean to sound ‘redneck’, but that’s how to get the job done. Seems like, that’s almost how you need to get the job done. Relying on police and other authorities get you nowhere.
