Three Year Anniversary of Disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba … Still Looking for Justice for Natalee
It is hard to believe that it has been 3 years since the disappearance of Natalee Hollway in Aruba. Three years since the last night on Aruba of the Mountain Brook, AL high school trip. Three years since that fateful moment when Natalee Holloway left Carlos N’ Charlies at closing in a car with Deepak Kalpoe, Satish Kalpoe and Joran Van der Sloot.
A missing person case that now three years later does not seem to be any close to being solved than in the initial days of the investigation. Why is that? Why were there no leads that would lead to an arrest of the obvious suspects in this case? Why were there court obstructions to re-arrests when the evidence was obvious and confessions were made?
Answers may not have been answered yet in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway; however, changes have happened in both Mountain Brook and Aruba where the two locations will forever be linked and will never be the same.
Charlotte Botsford is a Mountain Brook youth pastor. She said Natalee Holloway’s senior trip disappearance has forced parents to scale down the annual tradition.
“From what I can tell it has changed significantly. A lot of students are going to the beach or the lake and they are taking a lot parents with them,” Botsford recalled. (NBC13)
One of the legacies of Natalee Holloway is awareness. No one can look upon any vacation paradise as safe no matter what tourism brochures claim. All too often we make are selves aware of our surroundings during our every day life; however, when on vacation those walls are taken down because we have been lead to believe that its OK, “no problem mon.” That is not the case anymore.
“You have to vigilant at all times especially as a woman it’s very important, be cautious in the world we’re in. No place is perfectly safe. Not even Mountain Brook,” Ford pointed out.
Dave Holloway tries to be optimistic and hopes that the recent sonar searches off Aruba may solve the mystery as to what happened to Natalee. A search that would have appeared to have ended prematurely with so many potential targets still needed to be investigated. One hopes that it will be resumed in the near future.
Dave Holloway said ocean floor sonar searches off the coast of Aruba found about 170 targets.
Due to bad weather and technological limitations, they were only able to examine a handful of those targets.
Holloway hopes to resume the searches as soon as possible.
However, there are still many answers that Aruba needs to answer to as to what happened to Natalee Holloway. No one just disappears. Especially on an island so small. Especially when little to no competent investigation or real interrogation was done to the very people who were last seen with Natalee. People, Deepak, Satish and Joran, who lied through their teeth from the outset as to what their involvement was.

Its been 3 years since Natalee Holloway went missing, Aruba, don’t you think its about time this case was closed and answers can be provided to Natalee’s family? As the letter that was recently posted in Diario stated, it’s about time we end this tragedy, let us join together and bring Natalee home. After three years we are still looking for “Justice for Natalee”.

Diario Aruba: Joran’s Sneakers Found at Light House in Aruba???
Sneakers found at lighthouse in Aruba. Are these the missing Joran Van der Sloot sneakers?
Supposedly this area was searched. Is it possible that these sneakers are the one’s missing from Joran Van der Sloot in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway?

Aruba Wishes to Continue to Accuse Family of Missing Natalee Holloway (Beth Holloway) for her Disappearance
Here is a bit of information for those that wish to make conspiracy theories that the family was involved in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance. Before one makes an Oliver Stone type accusation … look at the fact and the motives. Lies? Is any normal thinking person really going to compare the lies that have transpired in the case of missing Natalee Holloway in Aruba?
Who is more likely to blame, a mother 1000’s of miles a way or a group of boys that have gone to Carlos n’ Charlies many times before and done the same thing, except “nothing had gone wrong before”?
New’ evidence reinforces Beth Twitty’s lie (Amigoe)
The computer print-out showing that Beth had lied about her arrival time in Aruba.
WILLEMSTAD/ORANJESTAD – From a print-out of Natalee Holloway’s telephone it appears that the private jet of her mother Beth had already landed in Aruba at 17:15 on May 30. At least, that’s what TV-producer from Curacao, Renée Gielen says. She has the telephone print-out of Natalee’s cellular telephone.
This is very striking, says Gielen, because according to her, it means that Beth Holloway wanted to come to Aruba before Natalee was missing. “The print-out shows that Beth had called Natalee’s cell at 17:15. She did that from her own cell and she could not have done that while being in the air.” She emphasizes that it also means that the call was not done with a satellite telephone and it is also not probable that Beth’s private jet had made an intermediate landing from the United States. “That is not usual on these short flights. For that matter, she must have left even earlier.”

Aruba, Natalee Holloway Investigation: Another Law Enforcement & Prosecutorial Screw Up, Is Anything Done Right in this Case?
Key Stone Cops now influence Rotterdam-Rijmond police.
Forget the so-called demands that Patrick Van der Eem made, the communication was botched up from the outset. Now Aruban and Dutch officials are just in CYA mode. So after they made the admitted screw up, they are now saying it was not possible. How convenient.
The question needs to be asked, did the case of missing Natalee Holloway ever have a chance to be properly investigated or solved? The initial stages of the Natalee Holloway missing persons investigation are well documented for their mistakes. The lack of any competent investigation or seriousness of the situation. Now after all this time we are presented with even more “Key Stone Cop” occurrences in this case. This time by the Dutch police.
The efforts of Patrick van der Eem fell on deaf ears when he went to Dutch police to become an under cover agent, “civil infiltrator.” Why? Because the conversation between Van der Eem and the Rotterdam-Rijmond police were never forwarded to any one. Not the ALE or even the Dutch prosecutors.
The minister indicated though that, as a result of the decision of the regional police Gelderland-Midden to pass the information from the conversation with Van der Eem to the corps of Rotterdam-Rijmond only and not to the Aruban authorities, ‘all special cases’ will from now on be brought up in the regular deliberation of the Public Prosecutor with the chief of police.
The Dutch Public Prosecutor was also not informed of the conversation. The minister realized in February that this was an assessment mistake.
Really? Not sharing information is a mistake? What was your first clue? The incompetence and obstacles that have been presented in the case of missing Natalee Holloway go beyond all reasonable bounds of normalcy. How many times can law enforcement and prosecutors continually screw up before it becomes obvious that it is not incompetence, but instead a consistent pattern of behavior of cover up and the want to just make a problem go away?
Infiltration was not possible due to demands of Van der Eem (Amigoe: 5/19/2008)
ORANJESTAD – The efforts of a civil infiltrator as well as an undercover agent was legally not possible due to ‘the conditions’ that Patrick van der Eem has set late last year for his cooperation, says the Dutch minister of Justice Ernst Hirsch Ballin as a result of questions of the Standing Parliament Committee Justice about the Dutch interference in the Holloway-case.
