Efforts by Beth Holloway continue to get “JUSTICE FOR NATALEE” …

Just when Aruba thought it was safe to go back in the water … the story of missing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba and the continued lawless and indicted murderous ways of Joran Van der Sloot is brought to light. You go Beth, do not let anyone forget the travesty of justice that was perpetrated on a family of an Aruba tourist that became a victim and was brushed under the rug of Aruban incompetence, cronyism and corruption.

The Lifetime movie channel will be premiering on May 9, 2011 at 8 pm et/pt ‘JUSTICE FOR NATALEE, the squeal  to Natalee Holloway’. The much anticipated follow up movie picks up where the original Natalee Holloway movie left off. Sadly there have been no answers, nor justice in Aruba since the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway; however, prime suspect Joran Van der Sloot, one of the last people ever to be seen with Natalee has killed again.

Natalee Holloway  – Joran Van der Sloot

As a follow-up to the original movie “Natalee Holloway,” the Lifetime Original Movie “Justice for Natalee Holloway” closes in on the ongoing mystery of what exactly happened to the Alabama teenager who in 2005 mysteriously disappeared during her senior class trip to Aruba. Four years after Natalee went missing, Joran van der Sloot, one of the last persons to see her alive, continues to torment her grieving mother Beth by providing false information about Natalee’s fate, yet denying any responsibility for what happened to her

Joran Van der Sloot -  Stephany Flores

As Beth Holloway and the family of Natalee continue to find answers and see answers as to her disappearance  and presumed death of the then Alabama teen, Aruba drags its feet and Joran van der Sloot continues on his life of crime. From human trafficking in Thailand, to admissions of killing Natalee and dumping her in the ocean, to extorting the Holloway’s of $250,000 and to do the “thinkable” … killing another girl on the 5 year anniversary of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

The prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, sociopath and indicted murderer Joran Van der Sloot finds himself in a Peru prison facing murder charges against 21 year old Stephany Flores. How many individuals have such a string of trouble and crime and are some how given the benefit of the doubt in Aruba? All of this could have been prevented had Aruba authorities actually provided JUSTICE FOR NATALEE in 2005 when they had the opportunity.

In the end, it was not never that close …

The final ballot count has been made in the Wisconsin Supreme Court election and the winner is incumbent Supreme Court Justice  David Prosser. The final tally has Prosser defeating challenger Joanne Kloppenburg by 7,316 votes. Kloppenburh has until  5 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 to request a tax payer paid statewide recount.

Lifetime Network to do Natalee Holloway Sequel, “Justice for Natalee Holloway” … Focus on Beth Holloway’s Efforts to Info from Joran van der Sloot & 10 Part Crime/Missing Persons Reality Show

Bad news for Aruba … the Lifetime network keeps the Natalee Holloway disappearance on “One Happy Sad Island” alive …

Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba in 2005 while on a graduation trip with classmates from Mountain Brook, AL. She was last seen leaving an Aruban bar, Carlos n’ Charlies with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. After numerous stories, false accusations and lies, the three suspects were arrested; however, would later be released. They have never been prosecuted and Natalee Holloway was never seen or heard from again.

After all the lies, corruption, cronyism, cover ups and lies … Aruba has never held anyone accountable for the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and expects Americans to just forget the story and what occurred. Thankfully, Beth Holloway will never let that occur as she searches for answers and “Justice for Natalee”.

The Lifetime network did so well with the first Natalee Holloway movie in 2009 that was watched by 3.2 million and counting, that they have decided to do a sequel. The new endeavor by Lifetime will be the calling cry that Scared Monkeys has used for year … “Justice for Natalee Holloway.” Maybe it should be subtitled, “We stand with the girl”.The focus of the sequel will be Beth Holloway’s quest to get answers from Joran Van der Sloot as to what happened to Natalee and the “extortion” attempt by Joran to fleece money from the family for information. What a shock, it turned out Joran was lying yet again.

Tucson Gunman Jared Lee Loughner Indicted on 49 Charges in Tuscon Massacre Shooting & Assassination Attempt

Jared Lee Loughner, the man accused in the Tuscon, Arizona shooting massacre has been indicted on 49 counts including murder and attempted murder that left six people dead and critically wounded Arizona US Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Among the indictments is the assassination attempt of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords that carries a potential death sentence.

The full Federal indictment can be read HERE.

A grand jury had indicted Loughner, 22, on three counts of attempted murder, including one alleging that he tried to kill Giffords with a Glock semiautomatic handgun during an event for constituents at a Tucson grocery store in January.

The new indictment, returned by a federal grand jury Thursday, includes those three charges and adds murder charges connected to the deaths of John M. Roll, a federal district judge, and Gabriel M. Zimmerman, a staff member for Giffords. He also faces charges in the deaths of Dorothy J. Morris, Phyllis C. Schneck, Dorwan C. Stoddard, and a child, referred to in the indictment as C-T G.

Forty-sex new indictments were added to the existing three counts of attempted murder against Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D) and two aides as U.S Attorney Dennis K. Burke stated that Loughner violated the civil right of all attending the Giffords’ event. Burke stated, “These victims were exercising one of the most precious and fundamental rights of American citizens: the right to meet freely, openly and peaceably with their member of Congress.”

But, employing a novel legal argument, prosecutors persuaded a federal grand jury to indict him on 46 new charges, on the theory that the shootings occurred on protected federal ground, as if it happened in Congress. Six people, including a chief federal district judge, were killed, and 13 – including Giffords – were injured.

Prosecutors have yet to say whether they will seek the death penalty; however, the option is certainly available.

Eric Holder: Focus on Black Panther Voter Intimidation Case Demeans “My People”… WHAT!!!

It’s official, Eric Holder is the worst Attorney general ever and this Administrations is one big double standard, wrapped in hypocrisy. Imagine what the MSM would be doing if a white Republican made such a comment. It is obvious, Eric Holder must go.

Holder’s People intimidating people at a polling place in Philly

Holder will forever be known for two bone head moves as AG. One, his ridiculous effort to try KSM in Manhattan, NY instead of GITMO and his “whitewashing” of the Blank Panther voter intimidation case. Sorry if the truth hurts Eric. But from the mouth of AG Holder comes, “focus on Black Panther Case Demeans “My People”…”. Your people, huh?

Attorney General Eric Holder finally got fed up Tuesday with claims that the Justice Department went easy in a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American.

Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.

The Attorney General seemed to take personal offense at a comment Culberson read in which former Democratic activist Bartle Bull called the incident the most serious act of voter intimidation he had witnessed in his career.

“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia—which was inappropriate, certainly that…to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people,” said Holder, who is black.

This Used to be America … It Ain’t No Mo

Did we miss something? Isn’t Holder the AG for all of America, not just “his people”? Could you imagine if some one of not color made such a similar comment? So much for applying equal protection under the law. My people. So does that mean that every one who is not black, are not his people? Isn’t the law supposed to be applied without bias of race, creed or color? Not when it comes to Eric Holder.

Yet another reason why Obama and all of his minions must go in 2012!
