Lifetime Network to do Natalee Holloway Sequel, “Justice for Natalee Holloway” … Focus on Beth Holloway’s Efforts to Info from Joran van der Sloot & 10 Part Crime/Missing Persons Reality Show

Bad news for Aruba … the Lifetime network keeps the Natalee Holloway disappearance on “One Happy Sad Island” alive …

Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba in 2005 while on a graduation trip with classmates from Mountain Brook, AL. She was last seen leaving an Aruban bar, Carlos n’ Charlies with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. After numerous stories, false accusations and lies, the three suspects were arrested; however, would later be released. They have never been prosecuted and Natalee Holloway was never seen or heard from again.

After all the lies, corruption, cronyism, cover ups and lies … Aruba has never held anyone accountable for the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and expects Americans to just forget the story and what occurred. Thankfully, Beth Holloway will never let that occur as she searches for answers and “Justice for Natalee”.

The Lifetime network did so well with the first Natalee Holloway movie in 2009 that was watched by 3.2 million and counting, that they have decided to do a sequel. The new endeavor by Lifetime will be the calling cry that Scared Monkeys has used for year … “Justice for Natalee Holloway.” Maybe it should be subtitled, “We stand with the girl”.The focus of the sequel will be Beth Holloway’s quest to get answers from Joran Van der Sloot as to what happened to Natalee and the “extortion” attempt by Joran to fleece money from the family for information. What a shock, it turned out Joran was lying yet again.

The sequel, “Justice for Natalee Holloway”will reportedly focus on Beth Holloway’s efforts to get Joran van der Sloot indicted for extortion and wire fraud. Those indictments were handed down by a federal grand jury here in Alabama last year after van der Sloot allegedly promised information about Natalee’s fate in exchange for money. The FBI says van der Sloot took the money but never came through with the information.

Sadly, many in Aruba did everything possible to prevent the real story coming out as to what happened to Natalee Holloway. The corruption, cronyism and cover-up in the investigation into Joran Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers was apparent to all. The end result, Aruba lied and another girl died. Five years to the day that Natalee Holloway went missing, Joran Van der Sloot was at it again, this time in Peru. However, this time the crime did not occur in Aruba, daddy Sloot was dead and no where to help the “little sporter” and Joran was caught on tape.

Shortly after the alleged extortion, but before the FBI sought his arrest,  van der Sloot was arrested in Peru after the corpse of a Peruvian student was found in his Lima hotel room. Peruvian police say van der Sloot admitted he killed Stephany Flores after she found material about Natalee on his laptop.

Lifetime will also do a 10 part reality series, “Vanished With Beth Holloway,” will have Beth interviewing families who have been victimized by unspeakable crimes. Could this be the precursor of Beth Holloway doing an “America’s Most Missing” show?

BETH HOLLOWAY TWITTY, MOTHER OF NATALEE HOLLOWAY: I met with Prime Minister Oduber. I don‘t care who you put the pressure on, where it comes from, but I want—you need to figure it out. You need to figure out who needs to apply the pressure and where it needs to be applied, because you have to solve this crime. I said, you do not want to turn me loose from this island without an answer. I will be the voice of Natalee for the next 40 years. And I hope I have that long, because I will do it as long as I can.

If those within the Aruban/Dutch administrations who were behind the cover up agenda … the cover up agenda that has prevented justice from prevailing for Natalee Holloway for almost six years … thought for one minute that the case would eventually fade from media attention … would in time become a distant memory … they thought wrong. Obviously … the determination of a Mother’s love was not anticipated. Beth Holloway pledged in 2005 to be ongoing voice for her missing daughter and … this amazing lady has come through big time.

      Others Might Learn

A Mother’s Testament of Hope and Faith
      By Beth Holloway

Page 200: My child. My beautiful daughter. I can’t save her. It’s too late. Natalee is gone. And second to the great tragedy of losing her is if we fail to learn from what has happened. I could be any parent in the world. And no parent should ever go through this experience. Natalee could be anyone’s daughter. And in these thoughts a new path is made clear. There is something I can do. Many people reached out to us, and I can now reach back to them. It might be too late to save Natalee, but it’s not too late to save others. And it’s time now to make good on my pledge to stand before high-school and college students, law enforcement professionals, victims’ rights groups, travelers of all ages, and anyone interested in personal safety to share Natalee’s story and our hard lessons, so that others might learn from them.

      Good for Beth.

She could very well be doing a series that will perhaps wake up young people to the dangers of drugs and poor behavior that could lead to their demise.

LE may finally realize that they must engage the communities they serve in a meaningful way.

I’ve followed this story from day 1, and I’ve prayed for Natalee’s family to have closure. God works in ways we don’t understand. Perhaps he has inspired Beth to take up this cause for so many who can’t. She can make a difference. I pray for peace to the loving family of Natalee Holloway.

I too have followed this story from the start. I wish my son would meet a young lady like Natalee from what I have read she was a wonderful young lady and very brave like her mother. I continue to pray and hope for justice for this family.

Sometimes we just don’t see the dangers do we? You can go wading barefooted in a muddy river for years and never step on broken beer bottle, but eventually you will have a very devastating encounter with something sharp, and life will never be the same. You will never venture into the water without shoes on your feet.

The senior trip to Aruba was that way for the kid from Alabama, just a walk in the river with no shoes. Then disaster struck. Who could know?

The point of my story is. Don’t go to Aruba, all the broken beer bottles are still there waiting for you. Joran is not there, but how many other souls with cracked, broken, and deadly sharp exteriors are still on the Island?

My guess, from the care, or lack there of, they put into the investigation of Natalee’s disappearance is there are lots and lots of broken beer bottles on Aruba.

Guard your soul, and guard your life, and those you love or care for.

      Jerry

Natalee may have been killed at the lighthouse at the rock site and taken to the pond. Joran carried her body off into the night, and the two Ks waited. When he returned all muddy, they would not let him in the car. He then walked home. The gardener, “hunting guide”, or what ever he was saw the two ks as they waited for Joran to return.
When Joran got home, he called his dad; they retrieved Natalee’s body (Rene helped), took her to the Sloot house and put her in the trunk of Anita’s car, where she was when Beth arrived. The next day, they took Natalee (wrapped in plastic) to the landfill and buried her under the piles of trash, or cremated her, or took her to sea, placed her body in a crab trap and dropped her overboard. The may have retrieved her body from the landfill and done any of the above.
I strongly believe that Natalee was in the landfill. She may still be.
I couldn’t imagine why Junior said that the body was covered in mud. Now I understand. Junior’s story is making more and more sense. Hopefully, Junior didn’t see Joran and Paulus removing Natalee’s body form the landfill. That’s a possibility also.

This is from the Mementomori web site, which can no longer be searched. Try.

      http://www.mementomori.net/05137.html ?

05137 is M. Wever. Can anyone tell me how she died (she was 42)? She married into the Wever family, and I think they were divorced. She kept the name. Or maybe she is a Wever. Can anyone tell me if this is correct? In the larger picture that was on the Mementomori site, she was standing in a (possible a reception area—possible in a funeral home). Did she work at the Wever funeral home? What did she know?

5138—Was this guy a security guard? Is he one who committed suicide, by jumping off the top of a hotel?

5139—This is the 17 year old who worked at the Lighthouse restaurant, who died of an asthma attack.

5140—Is this the guy who lived on the same street as the Vandersloots?

All these deaths are interesting to me. Do they interest anyone else?

This subject always brings the trolls out, so fire away trolls.

    11. Waterboy on March 6th, 2011 12:43 am

Ruth was Joran’s original target. She didn’t go that last night. I think the explanation was that she had a boyfriend along on trip, and they wanted to be together the last night.

Daddy sloot was interested in Natalee (maybe that accounts for all the sweating when confronted) He can see him in the video from the casino, seated next to Natalee, and trying to touch her. I really believe that Natalee was taken to Paulus at some point. It may have been after she was badly hurt, or maybe right away. Or Paulus may have gone and gotten Natalee’s body. The rest is self-explanatory.

    12. Waterboy on March 6th, 2011 12:47 am

We’ve talked about it before, but the Sloots got some new furniture shortly after Natalee disappeared. There were areal photos taken of the furniture store van. Why were the areal photo was taken? One thing is for sure, they were not police photos, or we would have never seen them.

    13. Waterboy on March 6th, 2011 12:51 am

In The first areal photos I saw of the furniture delivery van, everything around the sloot house was blocked out. I thought that there were no other houses, then I saw the photo again, and there were houses, etc. around. What’s the deal?

      ….
Well, I know Joran did a load of drugs. He was basically one giant walking infomercial for it for 5 years. He basically smoked anything he could roll or stuff down in a pipe.

Poor behavior – Joran mastered it. He’s one of the worst pieces of crap to ever walk the planet.

Now, if we could just take care of his DEMISE and speed it up a bit. It’d be all good!

Go Beth! Work it lady. I want you to be in Aruba’s face every minute. You keep it positive – they always go negative. With that formula, you’ll always come out on top! (just like the past 6 years) A vegetable could learn faster than Aruba
      how this dynamic works.

Maybe we’ll get lucky this year and Aruba will get mowed down by a hurricane or an earthquake. I’ll donate a carton of books. They can eat ‘em.

Screw them 1,000 percent. No regrets! Such an awful “nation” of zombies.

I have a story about our good friend Mr.Prime Minister Oduber, now that he is no longer in power. My side of the family met with the man and we did not see eye to eye with him. He only wanted to talk about the new hotels and the one’s on the drawing board. We had to keep him on track, “What are you going to do to find Natalee?” I will not get into the details, but in the end we were told he could make bad things happen. So its our word against his. Many things happen like the power shutting down on the island, (radar can’t work without power), that now make sense.

Aruba is an illegal drug transfer point. Many
Islanders use drugs, and some sell them as
well. Drugs are ‘easy’ in Aruba.

Drugged people are both vulnerable and
subject to mental distortions to say the least.
On a confined island over time everyone is
affected by their relationships and proximity
to that problem. Law Enforcement is represented
by a cross-section of the population.

      FAITH WILL SEE ME THROUGH

      By Beth Holloway

Pages 230/231: I can’t say for sure if we’ll ever know that answer to whether my daughter is alive or not. I know it doesn’t look good. But just as that old metal spiral staircase rose from the ashes when our lake house burned down, so too faith stands strong in the remains of this devastating loss. And just as my Dad built another house around that staircase, I will build another life around hope and faith. It won’t ever be the same. But I pray that it will, at the very least, be useful. The hope that filled Natalee’s heart fills mine, and I will press on. Faith got me up this morning, and faith will see me through tomorrow. And the next day. And the next.

Thank you for sharing Steve Holloway! I’m not surprised at all. I feel confident the crimes against Natalee were not the first nor the last to be covered up in Aruba.

Tourism is far more important on that island than even the unalienable rights we all should have, and human decency; It’s all that matters! Every American that dares to travel there should keep that in mind.

Bravo to Lifetime for doing the sequel, I look forward to it and the other series that Beth is hosting. She is one awesome lady, and I admire her courage and tenacity; in never giving up hope of having all the answers to Natalee’s disappearance…and stopping at nothing to try to get them! I pray that one day those answers will be known and Natalee and her family will have justice and peace.

      Justice for Natalee!

The last movie that came out about Natalee, Dave’s actions were not the same as in the movies.

In the movie, I got the sense he was running home with his tail between his legs and that did not what happen at all.

Dave physcialy searched the whole island while Beth stood in front of the camera’s and put posters up. Both things needed to be done.

It broke my heart to see Dave looking in a land fill for his little girl. Looking in ditchs, in ponds, all over Aruba.

It was unfair how he was made to look in that movie. No body comes close to being the kind of man Dave is….period. He is a man of God. He beleives in Jesus and what He did on the cross, and will see Natalee in Heaven some day.

If people kept up with the news, they knew the movie was so wrong about Dave and his actions. In the end we have to forgive because Christ forgives us.

      I forgive all of them.

Now they have to deal with God.

In her journal … Natalee Holloway attempts to define her perception of a hero. I do not disagree with Beth’s interpretation but … I also believe that Natalee words reflect the characteristic of her own mother.

Page 229: As I read on in the journal, I discover that one of the most moving entries is her desription of a hero. Natalee writes:

“A Hero is someone who puts others before himself. He or she is very selfless and cares about the well-being of others. Heroes also accept life’s challenges and remain strong through tough times. They also have a strong sense of determination and stick to goals and morals. I believe that heroes uphold morals and try to encourage others to live life morally correct. Heroes are not only just people called in times of physical danger, but individuals that can both emotionally and physically help people get through rough times. A hero should always show respect for other people as well as respect for himself.”

Instantly I realize that Natalee is poignantly describing the people who have reached out to help her family get through this “tough time.” It’s almost as if she is thanking everyone herself by recognizing the importance of selfless people. And I am amazed at her profound words here. I sit and read the entire journal …

I feel that Nat has been with God for quite some time now.

I maintain that while in fact, there is some evidence suggesting after her death her body may indeed have been moved—-Nat eventually was thrown out to Sea.

A moment that brought me chills was one of the last interviews Beth did w/Peter De Vries when she was broken the news and watched the hidden tapes made with Patrick—when Beth said. I just knew it. From the moment I arrived on that Island, something inside of me told me I just could not bear to look out at the water. As beautiful and blue as it was, I had a heart sinking feeling my Nat was out there somewhere.

Mother’s instinct, Mother’s pain turned into a new journey and Beth’s present Mission.

      Steve Holloway,

I have followed this case from the beginning, and I remember very well all that Dave did and has done to try to find Natalee. You’re right, the things that Beth and Dave were doing in those early days ALL needed to be done!

I remember that awful landfill, and how every time the searchers thought they’d taken a step forward…Aruba would take them three steps back. I remember Dave searching in Aruba on Natalee’s birthday in 2005, and many times before and since then.

My heart has been broken for him so many times by the raw emotion I’ve seen from him in interviews when there’s been breaking news in the case.

I believe that Dave would go to the ends of the earth, and give whatever it took to get there if he thought for one second he might find Natalee there.

I also believe there have been those over the years, those who don’t want the real answers known, who have taken advantage of Dave’s love for Natalee, and his desperate desire to bring her home. They have used whatever weakness they could find to distract or mislead on that path. It seems to me that one of their main agenda items is to play Dave and Beth against each other in all of this…divide and conquer. Maybe hoping they would throw up their hands in frustration and just give up?! I hope that never happens that neither of them EVER gives up!

All that have taken advantage of a distraught and grieving father will answer one day, I know that.

A comment was made in the forum before the first Lifetime movie came out that Dave didn’t want the movie to be made. I don’t know if that’s true or not but have often wondered if that’s why there was little emphasis in the movie on his role in the search for Natalee. If you missed the comment I’m referring to, it’s here:

      http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4351.msg617348#msg617348

The movie was also based on Beth’s book. I’ve read both Dave’s and Beth’s book. So it’s hard for me to remember how much of the detail of Dave’s searches were actually included in Beth’s book other than in general terms.

I hope you can agree that Beth has worked tirelessly to keep Natalee’s story in the spotlight, so that there are constant reminders to millions of people that Natalee is still not home; and there has been no justice in her case. It’s of utmost importance to do that too, for as long as it takes.

Those of us who have followed the case know who Dave is, we know who Beth is, and we know how much they want Natalee returned to them and for her to have justice.

I thought I knew who Tim Miller was too, until he hooked up with Steph Watts in that awful Beth bash fest on blog talk radio several months ago now. This discussion reminded me of it because Tim had nothing but praise for Dave in the same show. I still don’t understand it and wonder what was up with that…huge disappointment…but like you said I know I have to forgive as I have been forgiven.

But I don’t have to forget, right?

      Justice for Natalee!

And I agree with St. Stephen…Boycott Aruba!

    27. Trish on May 15th, 2011 11:26 pm

I made up my mind 6 yrs ago never to visit Aruba after they bungled Natalee’s case. I’m stll not going. There are plenty of other places with great beaches – and more responsible government.
