May 31, 2005 Natalee Holloway is Missing in Aruba … 4 Years Later There is Still no Justice, Part I
It was the case that captured not just America, but the world in 2005. Natalee Holloway goes missing in Aruba and captures the hearts and minds of all and became the new face if missing persons. It was the beginning of Beth Holloway’s crusade to find answers and justice for her missing daughter, Natalee.
On May 31, 2005 Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba as 125 Mountainbrook, AL highschool graduates were on a 5 day trip to Aruba. Natalee Holloway was last seen leaving the bar Carlos n’ Charlies with three boys, Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. She would never be seen or heard from again.
White sandy beaches were replaced in May 2005 with the new marketing face for Aruba, Satish Kalpoe, Joran Van der Sloot and Deepak Kalpoe.
Scared Monkeys initial article that covered the disappearance of Natalee Holloway was entitled, “This Can’t Be Good For Tourism, Where’s Natalee Holloway.” From the outset of Natalee’s disappearance, having personal knowledge, of exactly how Aruba operates and how they would at all cost protect their precious commodity of tourism, we doubted whether the family would get any real form of cooperation or whether this crime would be covered up. From the outset and before Beth Holloway ever landed in Aruba to find Natalee, the fix was in.
Four years later and still no “Justice for Natalee” I think we all know the answer,
Crimes like this are not supposed to happen on island paradise’s. Crimes like this are not supposed to happen in places that people call safe. Yet when they do, what will be the reaction of the police, of government officials, tourism boards and a media? The answer … block, obstruct and vilify the family and the victim at all cost.

Natalee Holloway Investigation: The Witness was Afraid to Come Forward & Aware that Paulus van der Sloot had Powerful Connections in the Prosecutors Office.
A 48 year old unidentified witness comes forward in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. He states that he did not come forward sooner because he was afraid. He was afraid of the consequences of his statements and the fact that Paulus van der Sloot had powerful connections in the Prosecutors Office. Seems that the witnesses suspicions were confirmed by the fact that Hans Mos refuses to do anything and is more concerned with discrediting the witness than listening to him. The cover up continues as a witness who has passed two polygraph tests is not considered credible by the prosecutor. Credibility is hardly a word that should even be uttered by LE or prosecution in Aruba.
However the witness was afraid to come forward to the Police and local Prosecutor, because of the prejudice in the Prosecutor Office, which is alive and growing each day.
The witness was afraid of the consequences of his statement, since he was well aware that Paulus van der Sloot has powerful connections in the Prosecutors Office.
Key witness reveals what happened 4:05 am at Monserat
Paulus and Joran were “looking” for something on the side of the road
(Full translation below)
ORANJESTAD(AAN): Last week, DIARIO published the latest information regarding the key witness, who came forward to disclose everything he witnessed on May 2005 from his house, which is situated in the neighborhood of the Nacional Soccer field, close to the Monserat pond.
However the witness was afraid to come forward to the Police and local Prosecutor, because of the prejudice in the Prosecutor Office, which is alive and growing each day.
He did give a statement to the Prosecutor, but to certain extent. The more important and key details he revealed to the American investigators.
The American investigators listened very carefully to his story and immediately felt that he was telling the truth. They then asked him if he was willing to go to the States and pass a polygraph test. The witness was tested by John S. Swartz, a renowned professional in this field, and the test revealed that he was telling the truth! Finally shedding some light on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005.
