Natalee Holloway: Dave Holloway and Peter R. De Vries Discussing the Joran Tapes on Nancy Grace
Dave Holloway, a father’s reaction to the secret tapes of Natalee Holloway. The reactions of Dave in parts of this interview a hard to take. After all the media attention we have to remember that this about parents trying to cope with the loss of their daughter, Natalee Holloway.
God bless both Dave and Beth.

Aruba Sinks to New Low, Part III … Would Rather Report Moonbat Theories Rather than the Obvious in Natalee Holloway Disappearance
The case of missing teen Natalee Holloway has brought out some of the most evil, vile and opportunists that any missing persons case has ever seen. The smear campaigns against both the victim, Natalee Holloway, and her family have been beyond anything ever seen.
One would have to ask the obvious question, why? Why in this case, above all others, has there been such a concerted effort by an island, a government and some of its complicit media to smear a family? We keep coming back to this comment and the fact that cronyism and tourism is above all in Aruba.
It was Tourism-minister Edison Briesen that introduced them to Croes, because he thought that the information was important enough to be included in the judicial investigation. Croes is of the opinion that now that the case against the suspects Joran and the brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe has brought no results, the Public Prosecution must also consider other scenarios.
Was it worse for Aruba to admit the truth that there was actual dangers on the island to tourists, rather than committing to a smear campaign against the victim and her family?
The idea that the many in the Aruban media would rather give a forum to tin foil hat and moon bat insanity rather than what is the obvious evidence against those that are responsible for Natalee Holloway’s disappearance speaks volumes to the attitude and culture in Aruba. Those in the media and it would also appear to be some in government positions would rather smear the name and reputation of those that were tourists in Aruba rather than just biting the bullet and laying blame on one of their own. However, in Aruba, cronyism trumps logic.
The international media is told one story that Aruba cares, yet the Aruban media passed the following off as news in the case of missing Alabama teen, Natalee Holloway. They passed the “moon bat” comments and opinions of “mediums” Daniel Young and Kelly Castillo as hard news. The fact that these two have an obvious agenda make their stories beyond questionable. How is it that these two rocket scientists, (mediums), are some how supposed to know more or have a better understanding and capacity than former FBI profilers like Clint Van Zandt. Or the Dutch scholars who have admitted that the Aruban police acted in an unprofessional manner and had botched the case.

Jossy Mansur Provides an Opinion on the Actions of Aruban Prosecutor Hans Mos
GET THE OPINIONS OF JOSSY MANSUR AS TO WHAT HAPPENED WITH ARUBAN OM MOS
It has become obvious to us and to the independent part of the population that the prosecutors will only act on behalf of the government against its opponents, but never….and I will repeat NEVER against the corrupt Ministers and Parliament members of the ruling party. (Jossy Mansur)
One really has to wonder what Aruban prosecutor Hans Mos was thinking by his recent actions in re-arresting Deepak Kalpoe, Satish Kalpoe and Joran Vander Sloot claiming that he had new evidence. Why did he waste anyone’s time, including both Beth and Dave Holloway in having them fly to Aruba? Hans Mos does all of this based on a lie?
Is there anyone involved in this case that is capable of telling the truth? If we can’t get the truth out of the prosecutors office, how could we ever expect the truth out of the suspects?
How does a prosecutor go from having new evidence in a re-arrest to having nothing and talk of closing the case with no prosecution of any crime? Why does the cover up continue and why does this prosecutor act like he was told to shut up? Jossy Mansur also made it known that DIARIO will not stop in the pursuit of the truth in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. We asked Jossy Mansur, the managing editor of Diario, his opinion on this matter.
I wish I could give you a proper answer, but I have the same dilemma of belief in the prosecution. I don’t know how Moss could risk re-arresting the three suspects, give such confident interviews, speak with so much determination about his new evidence, and then suddenly is willing to throw in the towel and put an end to his resolve. Was it just a show, a public exhibition of “we did everything that we could, but at the end couldn’t”, prior to closing the case and attempt in the process to put up a front of “good intentions” and nothing else? It seems so from this new perspective that he himself has created. It brings to mind the opinion that “the road to hell is paved with good intentions”!
We at the DIARIO have been questioning other incomprehensible attitudes of the prosecuting department on other matters with concrete, documented facts. It has become obvious to us and to the independent part of the population that the prosecutors will only act on behalf of the government against its opponents, but never….and I will repeat NEVER against the corrupt Ministers and Parliament members of the ruling party. In short, the majority of the people in Aruba are convinced that politics has a lot to do with the prosecution’s decisions.

Aruban Prosecutor Mos & Officials Gutless … Release Suspects and Now Want to Close Case of Natalee Holloway without Prosecution
First the Kalpoe brothers were released, then suspect Joran Van der Sloot was released. Now Aruban prosecutor Mos states that he will close the case in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway by years end. The cruel and despicable actions of Aruba continue against the family of Natalee Holloway. Why would anyone continue to drag a family through this horrendous nightmare and provide false hope?
Attorney John Q. Kelly of New York said he expects an announcement later this month that there will be no prosecution of van der Sloot or the other two suspects, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, who were released Dec. 1. Kelly represents Beth Holloway and Dave Holloway.
“The report of significant new incriminating evidence was misleading,” Kelly said. “It was the same evidence or lack of evidence they had from the very beginning.”
Kelly said his clients would not comment on van der Sloot’s release. Telephone messages left Friday with the Holloways were not returned.
Authorities re-arrested van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers Nov. 21 after finding what they described as “new incriminating evidence” in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance.
“It’s all a dog and pony show,” Kelly said. “I guess they thought it would be good PR to show they were still working on the case. But it amplifies the fact that they mishandled it from the beginning and continue to mishandle it.” (AL.com)
After all this build up, claims of new evidence and re-arrests, Aruban prosecutor states, “he will close the case of missing American teenager Natalee Holloway by the end of the month unless his office finds that there is enough evidence to charge someone with a major crime”.
The prosecutor, Hans Mos, said he would not comment about the kind of evidence his office is reviewing but that he does not anticipate finding Holloway’s remains and prosecuting a case without them would be “very hard.”
“We promised the suspects that after Dec. 31, we will not pursue the case,” Mos told The Associated Press Friday. “This investigation should end at a certain point.”
You sick and pathetic gutless examples of human beings … your job is to prosecute crimes. Not give up. Your job is also to prosecute suspects for what ever crimes you can, no matter if it is murder, manslaughter, rape or kidnapping.
The major crime was committed by all in Aruba that purposely botched this case. It is criminal that prosecutors will not even do their job.
Aruban authorities say they will officially close the Natalee Holloway case by Dec. 31 unless they find evidence that a “major crime” was committed.
