Joran Van der Sloot’s Lawyer Whines that His Client Removed from Castro Castro Prison and Put in More Strick Piedras Gordas
Attorney Jiménez cry me a river, “how about some cheese with that “whine” …
According to Radio Netherlands Worldwide, Joran Van der Sloot has been removed from solitary confinement at Piedras Gordas prison and now back in a cell shared with another con. However, Van der Sloot’s attorney is whining over the fact that the “Sperter” has been transferred from Castro Castro prison in the Peruvian capital of Lima to Piedras Gordas in the desert outside the city. Piedras Gordas is considered a more harsh and strict prison. Jimenez is appealing the transfer and says that it was uncalled for, because Van der Sloot had not misbehaved and the image that his cell was luxurious was incorrect. Attorney Jiménez, ask us if we care?
The VIDEO of Joran Van der Sloot’s sentencing that we never get tired of
“He is no longer in a mediation cell as they call it, but he now has more room and shares his cell with another detainee.”
He says Van der Sloot is still annoyed that he has been transferred from the Castro Castro prison in the Peruvian capital Lima to Piedras Gordas in the desert outside the city. The prison is notorious for its strict regime. Mr Jiménez says the authorities have not responded to a request to be transferred back.
One might want to ask Attorney Jiménez a question … do either Stephany Flores or Natalee Holloway have the choice of where they want to live? I didn’t think so.
Meanwhile, Beth Holloway continues to inform other and honor the memory of Natalee Holloway so that others may learn from what tragically happened to her daughter.
Nearly seven years later, Beth Holloway continues to honor Natalee’s memory by speaking out about travel safety, while promoting organizations to aid families whose loved ones are missing and educating those who travel abroad. On Thursday night at the Bristol Public Library, she held a group of more than 100 spellbound while describing her journey through tragedy.
She recounted the nightmarish search for her missing daughter, the indifference and lack of cooperation from foreign law enforcement and the encounters with prime suspect Joran van der Sloot.

What Did the News Papers in Aruba Have to Say About Joran Van der Sloot and his 28 Year Sentnce in Prison for the Death of Stephany Flores
Yesterday justice was finally provided in Peru in the murder of Stephany Flores. Joran Van der Sloot was finally held accountable for his actions for the first time in his life. Joran Van der Sloot was sentenced to 28 years in prison. Joran Van der Sloot was the primary suspect in the death and disappearance of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway when she went missing in Aruba in 2005. A question to those in Aruba … how does it feel to know you could have prevented Stephany’s murder and instead allowed a predator to walk free and murder again?
After continual lies from Joran, obstruction of justice and incompetence and cronyism from law enforcement investigating the case. Dutch officials called Aruba, “corrupt as Hell”. In the end Joran Van der Sloot was never held accountable nor prosecuted in Aruba. Even after multiple confessions from Joran Van der Sloot regarding Natalee, Aruba refused to move a finger. The end result, a sociopath struck again, five years to the date that Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba, Joran Van der Sloot brutally and savagely killed Stephany Flores in Peru. Take away all the cronyism, take away all the favoritism, take away all the helping hands that Joran Van der Sloot received in Aruba and place him in a country where he was treated like just one of the many and what do we get … JUSTICE!
So what did the Aruba newspapers have to report regarding their favorite son? Although I must admit Jossy Mansur and Diario were not among the Aruba media that defended Joran. From the outset they were critical of Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. Diario was actually interested in investigative journalism, not just protecting Aruba tourism at any cost. Kudos to Diario for trying to find the truth, instead of being more concerned with taking pics at the Saperstein wedding and trying to slander Natalee Holloway and her family.

Scared Monkeys had chatted with Jossy Mansur, the Managing Director of Diario Aruba and asked if he could not share his feelings regarding the 28 year sentence that Joran Van der Sloot received. Mr. Mansur has been a guest numerous times on Scared Monkeys radio discussing Joran van der Sloot during the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba and the murder of Stephany Flores in Peru.

FINALLY, JUSTICE SERVED!!! Joran Van der Sloot Sentenced to 28 Year in Prison for Murder of Stephany Flores in Peru (VIDEO)
FINALLY … JUSTICE FOR STEPHANY … JORAN VAN DER SLOOT SENTENCED TO 28 YEARS!!!
Peru just did what Aruba refused to do … charged, tried and sentenced Joran Van der Sloot to prison for the murder of a young girl! The 28 year sentence in prison finally wiped the smirk off Van der Sloot’s face.
Joran Van der Sloot has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for the murder Stephany Flores in Peru. Or as they say in Peru, “Joran van der Sloot es condenado 28 anos de prison”. The three judge panel did not buy Van der Sloot’s act of a sincere apology when he plead guilty last week to Flores’ murder. Joran will also have to pay $75,000 in reparations to Stephany’s family. The three judge panel deemed the Stephany Flores’ murder to be “cruel” and “ferocious” and nixed Joran’s “sincere” confession.
Van der Sloot was also ordered to pay $75,000 in reparations by a three-judge panel in Lima for the “cruel” and “ferocious” murder that took place exactly five years to the day after the disappearance of American teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba. He showed no emotion as the court clerk read the sentence, describing how he elbowed Flores in the face then beat and strangled her with his bloodied shirt.
For the first time in Joran Van der Sloot’s life he was help accountable for his actions. Hey Aruba, take a look at what justice looks like.Had Aruba done its job in providing justice for Natalee Holloway in Aruba, Stephany Flores would be alive today. Instead, yesterday and Alabama judge officially declared Natalee Holloway dead and Joran Van der Sloot is still blaming his victim for his circumstances. Joran’s Aruba victim, Natalee Holloway, who he was never tried and found guilty. Thanks Aruba! What a typical sociopath. Hey Joran, how’s it feel to know you have been help responsible for your actions?
The Face of Aruba … Joran Van der Sloot
Van der sloot — who appeared in court wearing a green T-shirt while sweating profusely as he appeared to frequently wipe tears from his eyes — said he was “truly sorry” for the killing of Stephany Flores. He said he had “wanted from the first moment to confess sincerely” to the killing. His lawyer told the court that van der Sloot killed Flores as a result of “extreme psychological trauma” he had suffered from the fallout over the Holloway case.
From CNN comes the VIDEO below of Joran Van der Sloot facing the music and hearing the sentence of 28 yeas in the slammer for the crimes he committed against Stepany Flores in Peru. Van der Sloot murdered Flores on the 5th anniversary of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Joran Van der Sloot was the prime suspect in her disappearance. Natalee Holloway was just declared legally dead the other day. Does any one really think that Joran did not have involvement, really?
Radio Netherlands – Worldwide … 28 years in the hoosegow.
Joran van der Sloot has been given a 28 year prison sentence in Lima for the aggravated murder of 21 year-old Stephany Flores in May 2010. Because of the time he has already behind bars, van der Sloot will be released in 2038. He will then be deported from Peru.
Joran Van der Sloot, the “Little Sporter,” finally got what was coming to him. Thank you PERU!!! What Aruba had refused to do and provide JUSTICE FOR NATALEE … the Peruvian people did the right thing and gave a murdering sociopath exactly what he had coming to him. Check out the pic at the bottom of the UK Daily Mail article, where people rallied in the street after the sentence was given.
