FINALLY, JUSTICE SERVED!!! Joran Van der Sloot Sentenced to 28 Year in Prison for Murder of Stephany Flores in Peru (VIDEO)

FINALLY … JUSTICE FOR STEPHANY … JORAN VAN DER SLOOT SENTENCED TO 28 YEARS!!!

Peru just did what Aruba refused to do … charged, tried and sentenced Joran Van der Sloot to prison for the murder of a young girl! The 28 year sentence in prison finally wiped the smirk off Van der Sloot’s face.

Joran Van der Sloot has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for the murder Stephany Flores in Peru. Or as they say in Peru, “Joran van der Sloot es condenado 28 anos de prison”.   The three judge panel did not buy Van der Sloot’s act of a sincere apology when he plead guilty last week to Flores’ murder. Joran will also have to pay $75,000 in reparations to Stephany’s family. The three judge panel deemed the Stephany Flores’ murder to be “cruel” and “ferocious”  and nixed Joran’s “sincere” confession.

Van der Sloot was also ordered to pay $75,000 in reparations by a three-judge panel in Lima for the “cruel” and “ferocious” murder that took place exactly five years to the day after the disappearance of American teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba. He showed no emotion as the court clerk read the sentence, describing how he elbowed Flores in the face then beat and strangled her with his bloodied shirt.

For the first time in Joran Van der Sloot’s life he was help accountable for his actions. Hey Aruba, take a look at what justice looks like.Had Aruba done its job in providing justice for Natalee Holloway in Aruba, Stephany Flores would be alive today. Instead, yesterday and Alabama judge officially declared Natalee Holloway dead and Joran Van der Sloot is still blaming his victim for his circumstances. Joran’s Aruba victim, Natalee Holloway, who he was never tried and found guilty. Thanks Aruba! What a typical sociopath. Hey Joran, how’s it feel to know you have been help responsible for your actions?

The Face of Aruba … Joran Van der Sloot

Van der sloot — who appeared in court wearing a green T-shirt while sweating profusely as he appeared to frequently wipe tears from his eyes — said he was “truly sorry” for the killing of Stephany Flores. He said he had “wanted from the first moment to confess sincerely” to the killing. His lawyer told the court that van der Sloot killed Flores as a result of “extreme psychological trauma” he had suffered from the fallout over the Holloway case.

From CNN comes the VIDEO below of Joran Van der Sloot facing the music and hearing the sentence of 28 yeas in the slammer for the crimes he committed against Stepany Flores in Peru. Van der Sloot murdered Flores on the 5th anniversary of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Joran Van der Sloot was the prime suspect in her disappearance. Natalee Holloway was just declared legally dead the other day. Does any one really think that Joran did not have involvement, really?

Radio Netherlands – Worldwide … 28 years in the hoosegow.

Joran van der Sloot has been given a 28 year prison sentence in Lima for the aggravated murder of 21 year-old Stephany Flores in May 2010. Because of the time he has already behind bars, van der Sloot will be released in 2038. He will then be deported from Peru.

Joran Van der Sloot, the “Little Sporter,” finally got what was coming to him. Thank you PERU!!! What Aruba had refused to do and provide JUSTICE FOR NATALEE … the Peruvian people did the right thing and gave a murdering sociopath exactly what he had coming to him. Check out the pic at the bottom of the UK Daily Mail article, where people rallied in the street after the sentence was given.

This is nice. I remember all those trolls like Amsterdamned who came on this site to taunt all of us who were grieving for Natalee. Time wounds all heels. My son is Natalee’s age. I’ve watched him grow from a high school kid into an impressive young man. I pray he meets a girl like Natalee. Please God, watch over Dave and Beth. And any woman who goes to Aruba should have her head examined.

BETH HOLLOWAY: And Greta, I was just wanting to say that, you know, like I said, it’s been a long time, but it’s never too late for justice. And I’d be good with a “Midnight Express” prison anywhere for Joran.

      Flores family accept Joran’s sentence
      Published on 13 January 2012 – 8:44pm

Van der Sloot could be released after sitting out just one third of his sentence for good behaviour. Under Peruvian rules detainees can earn their freedom by working or studying. For every two days study or work, they earn one day off their sentence. Van der Sloot says he will appeal the sentence. With a reduction for the time he has spent on remand, Van der Sloot is currently due to leave prison in 2038.

      REMINDER

Considering a 28 year Peruvian sentence translates into a 9 year sentence while affording “reduction credits” for time served … was justice for Stephany really served?

Joran van der Sloot – In His Own Words

Confession: Joran van der Sloot describes killing Stephany Flores
      Published: Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 2:51 PM
      Updated: Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 4:11 PM

Asked for a detailed description of the killing:

“She was on the bed when I hit her hard with my right elbow and I think her head went back and hit the wall, then she begins to bleed, immediately I get on top of her and with both hands I begin to strangle her, keeping her that way for a minute. After that, I throw her to the floor but she keeps breathing. At that moment I take off my shirt and put it on her face, pressing on it. I don’t remember for how long but she stops breathing, in this way I think I caused her death.”

Now that Joran Van der Sloot is a convicted of murdering Stepany Flores, his treatment in jail will change. I doubt Joran will leave Peru alive.

Today I watched Joran finally being held accountable for his actions for the first time ever. I also reflected back on those early days here at SM in June of 2005 where thousands came for information before there was even a forum, just thousands of comments every day. My thoughts also went to Peaches….. She never gave up hope!

      RIP Natalee and Stephany

Aww, where is your poor little sporter now Anita, I wonder…

    8. brie. on January 14th, 2012 9:23 am

If Joran stays in protective custody he could remain alive. A 42″ TV, a computer and a play station in Castro Castro. I guess he could manage to cross the palms of guards with plenty of money. I hope this doesn’t continue at the new prison he is going to.

His parents knew how bad he was many years ago and never did anything about it. It makes you wonder how many people did he actually kill.

You feel so sad for Natalee’s and Stephanie’s families. Why do we have to protect him in prison. No one protected Natalee or Stephanie.

    9. brie. on January 14th, 2012 10:40 am

Anita should bury her head in the sand. Deep, deep and deeper. The boys made up the story about the Holiday Inn, which thanks to Beth freed the two black men. I doubt if Natalee ever made it to the beach. I think Joran had the Kalpoes drop him and Natalee at the motel behind the restaurant, killed her and dumped her in the nearby swamp. That’s why the witness said he saw Joran walking up the road with only one shoe and covered half way up in mud, then picked up by his Dad. Of course Joan will never tell because he wouldn’t want to offer Beth any peace or closure.

He should be placed in the general population at the prison and be done with it. Who needs to keep protecting and paying for his sorry ass!!!!!

this slimeball will never pay for the murder of Natalee until his judgement day. he, nor his family feel no remorse for the people he has murdered and i’m sure there are more than we know about.

    12. kitty on January 18th, 2012 1:27 am

      I agree with Super Dave.

The smug look on Joran’s face in the photo above, says it all. It’s all a game for him.

He’ll probably get out in FEW years, serving very little time for his crime against Stephany.

May God be with Stephany Flores’ family & the Holloway family.

And may I say, that Dave Holloway is a remarkable man who’s strength can only come from Jesus Christ Himself. To show such grace in such times as this is a testament to your immense faith. You are an example for us all.

~ Bless you Dave Holloway, bless your family and peace to your family and the Flores family.

Your family & the Flores family are in many of our prayers.
