Casey Anthony Attorney Jose Baez Heads to Aruba to Represent Murder Suspect Gary Giordano in Disappearance of Robyn Gardner
THE DROWNING ATTORNEY …
Orlando attorney Jose Baez appears to be a one trick pony. First he represents Casey Anthony in the so-called “DROWNING” death of Caylee Anthony. Now Baez heads to Aruba to represent murder suspect Gary Giordano who claims that his traveling companion Robyn Gardner DROWN while snorkeling. Gardner disappearance and went missing in Aruba on August 2, 2011. Baez has been retained by Giordano but has declined to provided details as to his role. Maybe because Baez hasn’t a clue either.
Jose Baez, never met a drowning defense he did not like
The lead attorney in Casey Anthony’s murder trial is turning his attention to a high-profile case involving a Maryland businessman suspected in the death of his female travelling companion.
Jose Baez says he has been retained to to defend Gary Giordano, who has remained behind bars in Aruba for nearly a month. Authorities believe Giordano is responsible for the presumed death of 35-year-old Robyn Gardner of Frederick, Maryland.
How pathetic. This is nothing more than an opportunist attaching himself to a high profile case for the media attention. Baez actually believes his press clippings that he is some sort of jet-setting attorney. This is nothing more than a feeble attempt to remain relevant as the cameras have disappeared following the Casey Anthony murder case. Will his buddy Geraldo Rivera join him in Aruba to defend Giordano? Better yet, will Baez be able to bring the clueless gang of 12 jurors from the Casey Anthony case that ignorantly acquitted the tot mom.
Isn’t it telling that Casey Anthony’s parents just can’t seem to get enough media attention as they appear on the Dr. Phil Show, even after the long drawn out trial that left them without their murdered grand daughter Caylee, even as they continue to make excuses. Now Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez leaches onto the Giordano murder case for the media attention.
Jose Baez confirmed in a text message to The Associated Press Tuesday that he was hired to defend Gary Giordano. He declined to talk about his role in the case on the Dutch Caribbean island.
Baez will not be able to argue the case in an Aruban court, but he will be able to serve as an advisor and aid the defense in other ways, said Giordano’s Aruban lawyer, Michael Lopez.
“If my client wants me to share all information with Baez, I will do so, even though his role will be that of a consultant,” Lopez told The Associated Press.
We have seen this act before … Jose Baez is a poor man’s attorney’s Joe Tacopina. So how does Baez sell himself to Giordano. Hey Gary, you are going to need a US lawyer to watch your back and for PR in the United States. I am one of the most hated and despised attorneys and have the most hated client in the US … hire me? Giordano may have sealed his fate as with Baez in his team, Americans will be actually rooting for Aruba in this case … call it the reverse Natalee Holloway affect.

A Tale of Two Murders: Joran Van der Sloot Charged with Murder of Stephany Flores … Beth Holloway Says, “God bless the Peru authorities for handling this thoroughly and professionally”
Call it a tale of two crimes and the tale of how two countries handled the same crime in complete contrast manners. One country lets a sociopath loose on the rest if society to kill again, the other one rightfully charges him with murder and cages the criminal protecting society.
“It was the best of times (Peru), it was the worst of times (Aruba), it was the age of wisdom (Peru), it was the age of foolishness (Aruba), it was the epoch of belief (Peru), it was the epoch of incredulity (Aruba), it was the season of Light (Peru), it was the season of Darkness (Aruba), it was the spring of hope (Peru), it was the winter of despair (Aruba), we had everything before us (Peru), we had nothing before us (Aruba), we were all going direct to Heaven (Peru), we were all going direct the other way (Aruba) –in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good (Peru) or for evil (Aruba), in the superlative degree of comparison only.”
What Aruba could not, would not and never intended to do, Peru saw fit to accomplish at all cost. In Aruba they death with the death and disappearance of an American tourist Natalee Holloway where one of the suspects was a “little Dutch boy” of privilege. In Peru they dealt with the death of a 21 year old local from a prominent family. The common denominator … Joran Van der Sloot. Aruba has never charged Joran Van der Sloot with murder. Conversely, Peru has properly pursued Van der Sloot and charged the “Sporter” with murder. Sadly, had Aruba done their job, charged and convicted Joran Van der Sloot instead of enabling him, Joran would never have been able to travel to Peru and kill again.
In a People magazine interview, Beth Holloway, the mother of Natalee Holloway, who has dealt with endless frustration, cronyism and corruption in Aruba said about the murder charges against Van der Sloot by Peru authorities, “God bless the Peru authorities for handling this thoroughly and professionally.”
With no justice yet for her own daughter, Beth Holloway cautiously cheered yesterday’s decision by authorities in Peru to bring murder charges against Joran van der Sloot – long suspected in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance – for the murder last year of a young woman in Peru.

Robyn Gardner Missing in Aruba … New Witness Disputes Gary Giordano’s Claims that they Went Snorkeling Day She Disappeared
Robyn Gardner has been missing in Aruba since August 2, 2011. Her travel companion Gary Giordano’s told Aruba police that she went missing while they were snorkeling near Baby Beach. However, according to the LE Giordano’s stories have been inconsistent. Giordano is presently being held in an Aruba jail as a suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner.
According to a new witness who has come forward, they dispute the story that Gary Giordano has told regarding the fact that the two went snorkeling. The witness says that he was fishing the day that Giordano claims that he and Gardner were snorkeling. He states that the two walked on the beach, but never went into the water.
The witness says he was fishing on a beach on that day and he saw the two take a walk along the reef around 4 p.m., but they never went in the water.
A short time later, the couple drove away and he never saw either of them again, the witness says.
“If this witness ends up being accurate and correct as to locations of both Mr. Giordano and Ms. Gardner, it’s yet another piece of evidence that’s inconsistent with his story,” said ABC News consultant Brad Garrett, a former FBI agent.
