Robyn Gardner Missing in Aruba … New Witness Disputes Gary Giordano’s Claims that they Went Snorkeling Day She Disappeared

Robyn Gardner has been missing in Aruba since August 2, 2011. Her travel companion Gary Giordano’s told Aruba police that she went missing while they were snorkeling near Baby Beach.  However, according to the LE Giordano’s stories have been inconsistent. Giordano is presently being held in an Aruba jail as a suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner.

According to a new witness who has come forward, they dispute the story that Gary Giordano has told regarding the fact that the two went snorkeling. The witness says that he was fishing the day that Giordano claims that he and Gardner were snorkeling. He states that the two walked on the beach, but never went into the water.

The witness says he was fishing on a beach on that day and he saw the two take a walk along the reef around 4 p.m., but they never went in the water.

A short time later, the couple drove away and he never saw either of them again, the witness says.

“If this witness ends up being accurate and correct as to locations of both Mr. Giordano and Ms. Gardner, it’s yet another piece of evidence that’s inconsistent with his story,” said ABC News consultant Brad Garrett, a former FBI agent.

So if the two never went snorkeling and only walked on the beach, when did  Robyn Gardner disappear? If a witness puts Gardner at the beach, that would mean that she could not have disappeared at an earlier time. Did no one else see the couple, no surveillance video, no one taking any pics or video, and what about the searching of Giordana’s rental car? The case of missing Robyn Gardner Missing is not Natalee Holloway. The Aruba police, tourism and authorities have no reason to cover up a crime for a “little Dutch boy” of privileged. Although, it would have been nice if Aruba had actually pursued the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway with some consistency. The words of Aruba Solicitor General Taco Stein that a charge of murder can be made without a body is quite different from “no body, no crime”, during the Holloway investigation.

The search for Gardner will resume Monday in Aruba. Her body would not have to be found in order for someone to be charged with her murder.

However, its Aruba … what will be next.

Gary Giordano lied … his stories are inconsistent? No biggie.

Security cameras revealed that Joran, Deepak and Satish lied regarding the last time they were with Natalee Holloway just prior to her disappearance. Think about it. They were never held accountable for participation regarding the happenings encompassing the morning of May 30, 2005 .. the morning an American tourist met her demise.

Page 120: Natalee never returned to the Holiday Inn. We had seen the tapes with a room full of police officials. These two security guards also do not appear on the Holiday Inn security videos that we were shown. So why these arrests? Islanders are outraged. And so are we. It’s blatant discrimination.

Page 182: Helen is very positive. “It looks good that they will remain in custody” she says. Then just three hours after she tells me this encouraging news, a devastating call comes from an AP reporter. Paulus van der Sloot and his attorney are bragging to everyone that all three suspects are getting out day after tomorrow!. Then all the media start calling. I call Helen, then FBI agent Bill and the U.S. vice-consul. None of them have this information. So we tell the media it must be a rumor. But the word is out all over the island from the defense side that all three suspects will walk. Four and a half hours after this announcement is made to international media by Joran’s father and his defense team, the FBI calls to tell me that it is indeed true. So the three suspects who were last seen with my daughter, and who offered multiple versions of what happened that night, will go free. And we are the last ones to find out.

Wasn’t Joran’s story inconsistant? Ahhh..what a difference it makes when there is nothing for Aruban authorites to hide.

    4. Buster on August 22nd, 2011 7:56 am

Again nothing different to the case of that Holloway girl. In both cases the suspect(s) are in custody and being questioned about happenings and inconsistencies in their respective stories.

If no further proof is discovered they’ll have to release Giordano just like they had to release Joran.

Also the “no body, no crime” line was never used by the prosecution in either case. See nothing different for the objective viewer, however for those with a chip on their shoulder?

Yeah, if this is coming from Aruba – don’t trust anything you read. There were all sorts of “witnesses” that supposedly came forth in Natalee’s disappearance – turned out some were lying and Aruban officials couldn’t be bothered with others.

    6. Scott on August 22nd, 2011 10:30 am

Buster….you’re a tool….there are VAST differences between the cases; but your stupidity does not allow your pee-minded brain to see the differences….

And…you’re a go**amn liar…the prosecution in the Holloway case and many of the islands minions; probably you included; used the “no body no crime” in the Holloway case you embecil; the cops even used it several times….

Nobody has a chip on their shoulder….it’s you and your protection of a crime riddled and corrupt island called Aruba….

Also, the chief of police was the best friend of Paulus when Joran began his web of lies. The Van der Sloot family was a high profile family on that island and had friends in many many places….ALL FACTS….why do you think Paulus died of a sudden heart attack at such a young age?

There was plenty of proof that Joran raped Natalee (his own words); plenty of evidence that was hidden or destroyed.

I guess you think Joran didn’t kill Natalee or Stephany, right?

      Dipstick!

Perfect place to pull a scam like this, No Body No Crime, I also wonder if the Tatoos are real and how come the boyfriend is so calm about this?
      this one doesn’t add up..

    8. Moi on August 22nd, 2011 12:44 pm

Buster. You forget one minor detail. Aruba has already involved the FBI. Something not done with The Aruba 3.

    9. justice4nat on August 22nd, 2011 1:02 pm

#4 – Are you from Aruba?? Paul Van der Sloot AND the prosecution AND slimy attorney Joe Tacopina all were quoted saying “no body – no crime!” The case of Joran Van Der Sloot was nothing more than the police in Aruba covering up for a judge’s sone being a sociopath and murdering a tourist. Why dont you tell the Holloway family that there was no difference in the objectivity of the Aruban officials in Natalee’s case as opposed to Robyn Gardner’s case?!?!

    10. Buster on August 22nd, 2011 1:10 pm

I wonder if he hired the cowpoo brothers to help dispose of the body ??? Somewhere on that hell hole of an island there must be a stockpile of bodys !!!
I am sure aruba is going to really take a hit after this one !!!

In my opinion, it would be just like Aruba to keep us focused on this news story while their favorite Dutch boy skates free in Peru on a technicality!

Keeo your eye on the ball… There will never be justice or anything closely resembling justice in Aruba!

#13 @ Hope – I saw the news release and the Peruvian government has until the end of the year to prosecute JVDS or he has to be released. IF that happens, I hope the FBI is waiting at the prison gates to take van der Slime’s a** back to Alabama!! He still has to answer to extortion charges in AL.

    16. hope on August 23rd, 2011 10:57 am

Justice: I figured you and Red were aware as I sent him the link and nothing happened. But he has to face those charges whether he serves time in Peru or not. I would like to see justice served for both families. Bless~

    17. justice4nat on August 23rd, 2011 12:38 pm

#16 – you are right Hope, but Alabama can’t get him until Peru is done with him – whether that’s at the end of the year or at the end of his prison sentence.
