The Persistence continues is job in searching for Natalee Holloway off the coast of Aruba. The deep sea search continues and is full steam ahead. They pursue the mission at hand, but recently took time to give us a brief update as to how the effort were going, News Audio Update from the Aruban Natalee Holloway Deep Sea Search.

ORANJESTAD – The decision of the Public Prosecutor to dismiss the Holloway-case has no effect on the investigation of the special ship Persistance, emphasized the crew that started to scan the seabed around Aruba on Tuesday. With the best equipment in the world, they are trying to find Holloway. Dave Holloway, Natalee’s father announced the arrival of the ship one month ago. However, the ship’s arrival was delayed by the tropical storm Olga.
The ship has modern sonological-equipment that can scan up to 4000 meters deep.
The ship can scan very deep seabeds. The ship will first determine the topographical situation of the sea around Aruba till the sea border with Venezuela. The speed of the sound under water is measured with a sound velocity profile (SVP). This is needed for the calculation of data during the scan. Strange abnormal forms on the seabed can be captured with that.
Maritime geologist Kyle Kingman, who maintains a blog about the expedition compares the seabed with an ‘old living creature from the end of the cretaceous period, full of stories’. “We know that this creature is making sure that he does not abandon his secrets”, writes Kingman. He expects though that when the side scan sonar is activated, the contents of each split is going to be revealed and can be seen on a monitor in the computer room. He says though that it remains difficult, like a shopping cart in an area as big as Manhattan.
The search is of course going to cost a lot. There are 18 people working with the most modern and expensive instruments on board of the ship. Project manager Tim Miller doesn’t want to confirm that millions of dollars in donations are paying for this search. “We don’t want media-attention; we only want to do our job.” He only wanted to talk to Diario. Also the office of the organization Texas Equusearch (TES), of which Miller is the founder, doesn’t want to say anything. This abundantly sponsored American organization is specialized in search actions for mainly missing fellow country persons. TES has already searched for Natalee two years ago, but only to a depth of 100 meters at that time.
The organization receives a lot of monetary- as well as emotional support on the weblog. This support is mainly from people that give the Lord’s blessing and that ask everybody to pray for the crew on the ship and the Holloway family. Criticism is not really tolerated on the website. These are not even added to the log. An anonymous informant is wondering whether the authorities are on board of the ship for if they find evidence. The lawyers of the former suspects are afraid that evidence can be planted by the crew. “They may just drop or add a purse for example.”
The OM does not cooperate with the search action, but wants to be kept informed of whatever is discovered that can be of interest. It is not known whether the crew has applied for a work permit for the search with the government. (Amigoe: 12/27/2007)

The charade conducted by the unconscionable in Aruba between May 30, 2005 and today was never an “investigation”, and calling it an “investigation” will never make it so!
There was no investigation. There were no follow-up questions, no collection of evidence, no attempts to interrogate or search, nothing but a cover up and the destruction of all traces of this precious brutally victimized child: that’s why the FBI walked out in disgust to what they had to witness unfolding by the Aruban men and women lacking a conscience and moral integrity to follow the mandates of the law, and honor this child’s right to an investigation.
All the phoney speeches were nothing but empty, meaningless words in an immoral showcase of empty chatter and meaningless grandstanding attempts to appear “human” and “civililzed” to the rest of the world. Is this the conduct of a civilized society – to NOT investigate and hold accountable the savages who would drug and kidnap a child, gang rape her, murder her, and then savagely desecrate her body? They want to call their charade an “investigation” !
Does an investigation not involve a search that actually looks at the evidence and allows the EVIDENCE to guide the DIRECTION that the search takes? Why then was the Van der Sloot house not immediately searched?

The Aruban beaches are not safe. I truly can’t think of a beach whereby law enforcment…and the government allow perps like Joran, Paulus, the K brothers etc to roam the beaches, hotels and bars raping and murdering innocent tourists…and then assist in covering the crimes and help blame innocent people for the crimes.

I really would like some answers from the Aruban apologists/AHATA/Joran Apologists regarding these questions. Again, it seems they disappear into their crisis management room at the PR firm (folks, these rooms do exist….I have a friend who does this type of work and his job is to bail out corporate execs, companies, or others when a ‘mistake’ has been made) and try to come up with answers (see YoYo’s lame response from several threads ago).

Thanks, that’s why I asked if anyone heard the rumour. I think that’s called a red herring manuver.
That rumor about Dutch TV reporting the discovery of a young woman’s body near a gold mine, some two miles from the van der Scum home, was on this forum this morning on an earlier thread.
Nobody of whom I know has reported seeing anything about it. I suspected that it was crap, and continue to believe that.
God bless the heroes of the Persistence. Does anyone know how long the water search will last (that is, is it open-ended)? Its blog a day or two ago said the end was in sight; that may mean whatever it means.
I picked up immediately on what Carpe picked up on. Amigoe really makes the whole article about MONEY, stressing how well funded TES is (as if Amigoe really even knows). After pointing out the money numerous times they jump on the blog.
Now just how does Amigoe know they don’t allow dissent on the blog? Hmmmm, could it be that we just found the identity to the trolls that come here frequently? Note the Aruba.com site doesn’t allow dissent on their creepy little site either.
Now just why would Amigoe want to post negative messages to a crew of 18 who gave up hours of their lives and their Christmas holidays with their families to look for Natalee Holloway, the girl killed on Aruba in May 2005? Seems if they were real journalists they would wonder why anyone on this earth would be wishing to post negative messages to wonderful people giving of their time to help give peace to a family that has been raked through the Aruban mud a dozen or more time.
If you didn’t get it, this just really makes me angry. I’m doing everything I can not to allow my emotions to post something I shouldn’t.

Any parent that takes or allows their kids to go to Aruba can expect and will get no sympathy from me if they disappear. They can also forget any donations of money. They have had their one warning. It is like telling your kid to go play in the tiger cage.
I agree; Natalee went there and had no warning of the danger she faced. Fool me once, fool me twice etc. Let Natalee know through expression that she did not die in vain. Perhaps her death can serve warning to other young women NOT to go to ARUBA the hell hole!

The video shown to us by Carpe is quite impressive. The ship sits low in the water, just thinking of the 18 ft waves they had to endure on their way to Aruba. That had to be pretty dangerous.

Nelson Oduber had claimed that he “wasn’t informed” on the daily operations concerning a MISSING AMERICAN CHILD, whom Aruban police were describing as the possible victim of kidnapping and for whom innocent Black men were arrested on suspicion of having MURDERED.
But Nelson Oduber was not being “informed” of any “confessions” concerning daily ALE activities surrounding their “investigation”.
Here we are now, two and a half years later, with Aruban government officials claiming: “All’s well that ends well…” yet, now – it appears Nelson Oduber wants to be “informed” of all movements and actions being taken by a group of heroic Americans on board a ship named Persistence in pursuit of oceanic interrogations that the Aruban ALE and prosecutor couldn’t seem to manage to conduct on a bunch of scoundrels who couldn’t string together one sentence of truth in any of their statements.
Imagine, Oduber wants to be fully informed of OCEANIC INTERROGATIONS, yet appeared to have no interest in being informed daily of ALE INTERROGATIONS OF MURDER SUSPECTS CONCERNING “THE CONFESSION TO THE KILLING OF NATALEE HOLLOWAY”.
But Nelson WANTS to be informed of every move that a boat filled with heroic American men are making ( guys whose integrity can’t be bought or sold), and Nelson wants to be fully updated on their daily activities.
Now how do you suppose that Nelson finds the time to suddenly want to be infomed when it concerns the attempts of heroic, integrity-driven Americans to recover the battered remains of a brutally victimized American child, yet – when it came to an ARUBAN THUG confessing to the “KILLING OF NATALEE HOLLOWAY” … somehow, Nelson Oduber claimed that he wasn’t being informed, yet – there he was suggesting that no “searches” for “the BODY” were taking place?
If Nelson didn’t know about the CONFESSION, then how was he able to claim that no searches were going on where “the suspect was leading police to the LOCATION of THE BODY”?
Yet, here he is now, worried about a BOAT of Heroes attempting the recovery of brutally victimized child’s remains, and Nelson wants to be in on every step of their actions they take?
WHY IS THAT?
Why is it that Oduber apparently had no interest in being apprised on a daily basis (as it was claimed two and a half years ago that he was not being kept up to date), concerning the daily ALE activities involving the seriousness of investigating a MISSING AMERICAN CHILD believed to be the victim of MURDER, which involved the ALE as reporting that a CONFESSION by one of the suspects to the “killing of Natalee Holloway” had been made – yet, suddenly, two and a half years later, Oduber is very interested in a ship on the ocean filled with heroic American men whose conscience and moral integrity can’t be bought or sold, and suddenly, now – Oduber seems to want daily briefings on everything they are doing!!!
Are Oceanic interrogations of greater concern to Nelson Oduber than the Stratten “interrogations” that Oduber claimed he had no knowledge of?
The slime-factor is reflective of the leadership, Kat. If Oduber was interested in integrity and an investigation driven by a search for justice and the truth, surely a real investigation would have been carried out – over two and a half years ago.
But, as the old saying goes: “You will know them by their deeds”…so too, do we know exactly in which category to place Oduber, Dompig, Straten, Jacobs and all their pals.
Imagine the kind of men who would seek to gang up on a little defenseless child to rape her, and murder her, then desecrate her body…but then to continue their vicious rampage so as to crush her truth from being told …the savagery is unthinkable and so depraved, it chills the earth.
Justice for this precious child and her family!
Let the hearts of those heroic men and women aboard the Persistence give reason for the belief that the “word was made flesh” and “dwells among us”, for there upon the sea dwells the life-giving presence of God’s Spirit among us, giving hope and new life where there was only sorry and unthinkable, unimaginable suffering and torment.

Oduber, supposedly was in Ft Lauderdale when Natalee became missing. Was it not important enough to inform him regardless of where he was? Straaten did a lot of dirty things. While the cat is away the mouse will play!! Then again, we don’t know that for sure. But Oduber did make the statement later on that he was sick and tired of the case. No credit given there!.

One of our “GUEST” knows how I have an interest in Natalee’s disappearance and almost mocking me brought up the subject. I have had a few friends turn into acquaintences because of questionable remarks. All of a sudden I was the center of attention because of my convictions each firing questions at me. I told them I will say three sentences and I will say no more.
One: No father should have to go to Aruba to search for his daughter in a garbage dump.

three: Unreleased plans discovered by the Dutch prosecuting office on one of the suspects computer as to what they plan to do to American female tourist on Aruba.

How did Oduber go from daily conversations with United States officials, and statements by his own officials of “great progress” being made (made on June 5, which would suggest daily briefings were indeed going on) to – suddenly,on June 10th, claiming that he was not having daily information passed on to him from his own ALE, when it came to THE CONFESSION TO THE KILLING OF NATALEE HOLLOWAY and the SUSPECT LEADING POLICE TO THE LOCATION OF HER BODY?

Justice will be served one day friends, it may not be in our lifetime but rest assured it will come. This is all we have to hang onto right now, pending the water search, and even if this is negative, do know it will be dealt with and Natalee will have her day and she will be justified. Most of our minds are to small to conceive this, but it will prevail, and it will be at her will when the time comes. Natalee is more alive now than when she walked the earth, and I mean this in a good way, she is in our hearts and minds, we all have fallen in love with her and her family. I want Natalle home as much as anyone does, she needs to be in her land she was brought into from birth. And one day, she shall be. I made a comment a while back on this about Natalee’s island, and I guess no one got it, because I received a lot of critisizm on it, well, you all have made your fog images over Aruba, and I made mine spritual, same thing as you did, but you never undestood, I was doing the same thing, only spiritualy. As far as Im concerned, this is Natalee’s island and hers to rule, and watch over , if she wishes, but her name and the island will never die. The island may die, but Natalee will go on forever, if you understand what Im saying and said. When you cruise the islands you will hear Natalee whisper in the winds as you go. A constant reminder to the Arubans, they so screwed up, I have better words to use but not nice to use here. As far as the thing I said about her forgiving them, well, its up to you to figure that one out, after this life when we know all and the whys, you may understand. None of this is right in my mind and yours, and I want justice as well and now, but i know in time there will be, and a reason will be given why it had to happen. I may not be an Aruban apologist (although some might feel very different about that) and I am most certainly not a Joran apologist (I am of the opinion that he is either the killer or involved in the killing of Natalee) but here is what I think about the questions asked in reply 15 (which were a repost of questions by MD I think):
Q: Can you help explain why the KLPD and ALE have refused to develop a timeline for Paulus Van Der Sloot for the night of Natalee’s murder?
A: I think that the ALE didn’t do it because they did not feel compelled to do so (for whatever reason that is) and with regard to the KLPD, our police force never reveals details like that about an investigation. I am convinced they investigated Paul van der Sloot’s actions in this case but just like always, that kind of information is never made public without there being a reason to do so (for investigative purposes).
Q: Can you explain why search warrants for Paulus Van Der Sloot’s home and property were amended on site?
A: dutch search warrants are not like US warrants in which the judge just gives a warrant and that is it. A Dutch judge as guardian of civil rights and as a tool of the justice department is (with only a few exceptions) as a rule always present during a search or in telephonic contact with his eyes on the ground during a search (if he cannot be present in person because he is on another island for example and the search is a rush job). A Dutch judge can limit searches, decides what is reasonable to take and is not and can even expand searches. In our laws it is something that can be done by judges, however the reasons behind this decision is unknown as long as the judge does not explain his decisions to the media.
Q: What was the rationale for not searching the WHOLE premises?
A: That only the judge who made the decision knows for sure. It can be that the police did not provide enough evidence to make it reasonable that a more extensive search of the house was in order. The fact that Joran walked in there for use of the computer may not be enough but again, without the judges words to this that is merely speculation on my part.
Q: Can you explain why Karin Janssen, a close friend of Paulus Van Der Sloot’s, provided Paulus Van Der Sloot with a letter stating he was no longer a suspect in the case while not providing a similar letter to the two black guys that Paulus and his spawn tried to frame?
A: I am not sure at all that Karin Janssen was a close friend of Paul van der Sloot. During Karin Janssen tour of duty (so to speak) to the islands Paul was mostly training in Curacao and away to the Netherlands. The reason he got such a letter is because he and his lawyer wanted access to the case files, in an attempt (or so I have been lead to believe based on reports in Dutch media) to make that impossible they wrote he and his lawyer are not allowed to get at the statements because he no longer is a suspect. A really stupid move IMHO, they should have just given him his own statements and kept him on as suspect. And why the security guards did not get one? I am not sure, that can only be explained by the OM itself.
Q: Can you explain why there is no record of Paulus Van Der Sloot’s witness statements – despite media reporting at the time (June 15-16, 2005) stating that he was brought in and questioned as a witness — not a suspect? Where have these witness statements gone?
A: I have no idea whether he was actually brought in for questioning and if he was, there might be a statement because these things normally never are made public. The only reason we have some of them to read is due to an act of illegality on the part of whomever gave them to the family. Whether or not there is such a statement might come out when the family get access to the dossier.
Q: Can you explain why the courts double layered the ‘legal onion’ for Paulus by stating that he was 1) no longer a suspect, and 2) awarded him $30,000?
A: double layered onion? Well, the judge can only award him money if he no longer is a suspect so his first ruling had to be on the question if Paul remained a suspect or no longer was a suspect. And in this he had very little leeway, the DA itself provided a letter stating Paul no longer was a suspect (as said earlier, a real dumba$$ move on the DA’s part) so ruling any differently would not have stood up to scrutiny by a higher court (due to the DA’s own evidence per the letter). The amount I am not sure of, it also covers legal fees as far as I am aware of and damage to the person in question but I was really pleased it was appealed and overruled by a higher court.
Q: Can you explain why no one in Aruba will positively identify who the gentleman is sitting at “third base” at the blackjack table hitting on Natalee Holloway? Come on…a cook from a local restaurant???? Make me laugh Aruba!
A: I do not have a clue whether or not they have identified the person but if he is not involved they most certainly will not reveal his personal details and if he is involved his personal details wouldn’t be released either.
Q: Can you explain what Paulus was doing at 4:00am on the night of Natalee’s murder?
A: no I cannot, without proof to the contrary we cannot prove he was not as he said, asleep in his bed. He might have been out hiding Natalee’s body but that has to be proven by the DA, he is not required to prove that he was in bed asleep.
Q: Can you explain why Paulus changed his story to 11:00pm the prior evening that he was out on the town?
A: I am not sure he ever changed his story or whether it was a miscommunication or a misunderstanding. It is almost certain that he did pick up Joran at 11pm (before the little a$$hole went out again to do whatever he did to Natalee).
Q: Can you explain who leaked the aerial photo of the furniture truck making a delivery to the Van Der Sloot residence just weeks after Natalee’s murder?
A: I don’t know, maybe someone from the media?
Q: Can you explain where the mattress from the Van Der Sloot’s home is currently?
A: no, I cannot
Q: Can you explain why all ‘blood evidence’ needed to be sent to Holland for analysis….but the blood soaked mattress was not (within hours they declared the blood “dog blood” and discarded it as evidence). What a Dutch joke that is!
A: well, the test whether something is human blood or animal blood is not that difficult and the forensic technicians from the Netherlands who were flown in from the Netherlands would be able to determine whether something is animal or human blood.
Q: Could you explain why Judge Smid, a friend of Paulus Van Der Sloot’s who STAYS AT THE VDS HOME WHEN HE VISITS FROM CURACAO, was allowed to rule on any orders from this case?
A: there is no evidence Paul van der Sloot and Judge Smid knew each other personally. There is even less evidence to suggest he would sleep there. The president of the court had no issue with this judge ruling in the case because judge Smid barely had been on the islands for weeks and therefore not been in contact with Paul van der Sloot (who at that time no longer was on the same island as judge Smid).
Q: Can you help us with the definition of ‘Conflict of Interest’ in the Dutch legal system.
A: it does not as far as I am aware differ much from your understanding of the term.

Rammstein: I’m not attacking you but there are some problems with your answers.
First: A judge that was a friend of Paulus (admittedly by him, stating he was on leave) changed the search warrant. 2. Ric Smid DID stay at the van der Sloot’s home. Friend or not (and they were)a judge staying at the home of a suspect and his father is totally improper. This was reported in the Aruban papers.
This was not simple bungling or merely a different justice system. What bears this out very clearly are statements made just as shutting Beth up, and wishing the case would go away, and being tired of the case. The hostility even towards the “funding” of the Persistence and Tim shows where Aruba’s allegiance lies and what is most important to them. The trolls we see here and on other forums show very clearly what Aruba thinks of Americans and also of Natalee Holloway.
Oh yeah, what kind of “justice system” makes it NOT a crime to lie to the investigators? What type of “justice system” lets perps walk simply because they don’t break? Knowing this is how it works gives every incentive in the world for a pathological liar to just keep quiet or keep lying. What kind of “justice system” allows a perp to describe the sexual things he did to Natalee and then walk away free?
There are witnesses who know what Paulus said the first night about when he picked up Joran. There are also witnesses that know what Joran described to Jug about what he did to Natalee. Why have these witnesses never been interviewed or their statements come to light?

Not being informed on it, I am not able to say how valid or invalid those posts may be.
So let’s look at the RESULTS of the Dutch legal system, as it is exemplified on Aruba.
The most glaring example of its inadequacy: Aruba and the Netherlands, as far as I know, have never resolved what would seem to be a simple question.
To wit, who has jurisdiction in the case?
I don’t believe anything that Aruba says, and at this point very little that the Netherlands says.
Corrupt politicians and lawyers are found everywhere … but in my view, the Aruban legal system isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
Laws are written, but are interpreted by people.
Aruba has shown us what can be done by those who wish to cover up the truth.
I have my own ideas as to the motivation for the cover-up … and we don’t need to hear those ideas again. But two and a half years of nonstop lies and evasions should convince anyone about the efficacy of what passes for a “legal system.”
To hell with Aruba. Just boycott the place.

A: That only the judge who made the decision knows for sure. It can be that the police did not provide enough evidence to make it reasonable that a more extensive search of the house was in order. The fact that Joran walked in there for use of the computer may not be enough but again, without the judges words to this that is merely speculation on my part.

When Investigators showqed up to do a full search of the entire Van Der Sloot property they were shocked to find out it was changed and only included Jorans Apt and a small part of the property. We know 7 days later when Paul Van Der Sloot was arrested on suspicion of Murder and Kidnapping they never searched the property then either. Since when do Murder,Kidnapping and Rape Suspects get immunity from having there houses searched?

The dive ensures the Persistence can maintain position over a fixed point (in 35+kt winds, 3-5ft swells, and strong cross currents) while the ROV safely navigates to a known point and can adequately maneuver in close proximity to the seafloor. For once, the pressure is off the sonar operators as they breath a major sigh of relief. All eyes will now turn toward the ROV pilot and boat captain as they perform this difficult dance among men and machine.”

Mr Wit, had to decide in an instant about the search of where Joran’s father lived, and made the decision to allow the search of the apartment of Joran van der Sloot and also in the two cars of the family.
At no moment they had (asked?) to search more then that. A Head Commisar cannot do otherwise, because the petition has to be substantial. Another word is by having allowed to search at other places that were not covered by the petition of the OM all evidence eventually obtained would be illegal. This is very significant since dealing with the case ourselves we had to work in a correct manner, Mr Wit says.
The ex Head Commissar also says by having dealt with the case himself the suspicions against Van Der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers is strong.
I had concluded from the dossier there had been various contradictions in their declarations. But that is not enough to succeed in a conviction. In a case where no the remains are found in order to treat it as a crime you have to have additional material such as a witness who has seen it happen or traces of blood that for example can be tested for DNA, so the Magistrate tells.
For one thing is, the case itself, Mr Wit says that even after time has passed one can still prosecute the suspects. I have seen often in my work the instant good new information comes up that can throw a new light on a case that was unsolved, so Mr Witt is commenting. The Ministry Public in Aruba has announced this the week that the case here ….of a “crime” is 7 years for murder and 10 years for premeditated murder.

what a load of BS here.
1. there was no scheduled survey mission to the island.
2. there were no dutch F-16 fighters in Iraq, they were stationed in Afghanistan. The only dutch royal airforce troops are a platoon of apache and other helicopters.
3. the fuel-plane was a Dutch Royal Airforce KDC-10 which was also going all the way to Aruba because it had all the equipment needed for the search mission.
Also, the Dutch government and Dutch people have no issue in the truth about Natalee’s disappearance coming out. Much worse has come out here in cases then that. Also it seems some Americans have the impression that we could give a sh*t as to what happens in Aruba, well we don’t. do the word autonomous nation mean anything to you? Aruba is it’s own lord and master when it comes to law-enforcement and prosecution of criminals. It is not POSSIBLE for the Dutch government to interfere in the business of an autonomous state inside the Kingdom.
They could have asked for our help much earlier (and I am sure it was offered to them behind closed doors) but they did not. That is solely the choice of the Aruban leadership/politicians in power.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands (not the same as the Netherlands) is a federal union of (at this time at least, chances are just on the horizon) 3 autonomous countries which are wholly responsible for the internal affairs of their respective countries.
The only things the Kingdom is responsible for is (regulated in article 3 of the federal charter of the Kingdom):
* Maintenance of the independence and the defense of the Kingdom;
* Foreign relations;
* Netherlands nationality;
* Regulation of the orders of chivalry, the flag and the coat of arms of the Kingdom;
* Regulation of the nationality of vessels and the standards required for the safety and navigation of seagoing vessels flying the flag of the Kingdom, with the exception of sailing ships;
* Supervision of the general rules governing the admission and expulsion of Netherlands nationals;
* General conditions for the admission and expulsion of aliens;
* Extradition.
So now let’s look at your examples:
1. Aruba has an official at Dutch embassies abroad.
Simple, the Kingdom has embassies, not the country of the Netherlands, and part of that Kingdom is Aruba. As written in the charter, the Kingdom is responsible for the foreign affairs of all three countries.
2. the Netherlands takes responsibility for Aruban military and foreign affairs matters
Even simpler, the Netherlands does not take responsibility of the military of foreign affairs of Aruba, the Kingdom of the Netherlands does that. According to the charter the Kingdom is responsible for defense and foreign affairs.
So please continue and you will find that Aruba is totally independent when it comes to who it hires as police officers, DA’s and who it allows as judges or not.

Why? in part because we are forced too due to the preamble in that treaty between Aruba, the Antilles and the Netherlands for mutual assistance when asked. Article 36 reads as follows:
Article 36
The Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba shall accord one another aid and assistance.
And as a fellow Kingdom member asks for our assistance we are not only honor bound to do so but the KLPD is a proud organization who must have hoped to solve the crime and give this family the peace of mind they so richly deserve.
Let us remember that there are cases in which people have been missing for more than 30 years (past the statute of limitations even for murder) but the police still have the file on low activity in the hopes that one day they will be able to solve the mystery and be able to recover the body so it can be buried decently and to give the parents peace of mind.
They try to do the right thing but with the a-holes of the ALE doing everything wrong from day one what was going to be a real tough cookie. So I hope, so very very very much hope that the Persistence finds her so the police can arrest the three likely murderers of Natalee and lock them up for a very very long time.

The investigators in aruba did not a bit of analysis of case. They were following leads that has been fabricated to deviate fron the real truth.
If they did a statment analysis they would have seen the truth all along in the stements.

Well Richard, Aruba has done loads of lying in the past few years when it comes to this case. They lied about the drugs and Natalee, they lied when they said the jurisdiction lies in the Netherlands (which is total and utter BS on Aruba’s part) and they said they did everything they could to solve this case.
Now when it comes to jurisdiction, our law enforcement works like this:
top of the food chain: Minister of Justice of Aruba
he is head of the Ministry of Justice
the departments of the ministry of justice include: the OM (public prosecution) and the police force (ALE)
Legal code used on the Island: The Aruban law book
Aruba elects the government, the government chooses the ministers, the ministers choose the staff of each department.
This is Aruba’s jurisdiction all the way. Proof for that is the fact the Dutch police had to be asked to send people. Proof for that is the fact that the Aruban prosecution office decided whether or not to prosecute.
Now somewhere in that system a lot of dutch people from the Netherlands work on a temporary basis. But those people do not take their orders from the Netherlands or consult with the Netherlands on Aruban issues.
The chief decision maker in Aruba is the Aruban parliament and the Aruban government when it comes to law and order. They hold jurisdiction but I guess they tried to do what Arubans do best, pass the buck to someone else even though it is their fault.
Well, Mr. Rammstein tells us that the KLPD is a proud organization, and that it was the Aruba cops who messed things up.
How was that again … that Hans Mos came out with the claims of “new evidence,” which apparently amounted to nothing at all?

What about the pictures of cloth? What about the videos out there and witnesses. The found evidence? What did they do with it? There is evidence and when something is found in the ocean some fish are gonna fry. Aruba has no DP because they wouldn’t have no population, for many kill and the killers and their supporters have to run loose to populate the pirate ignorant island.
