Dave Holloway, Father of Natalee, to Join Team of Experts in a Search off the Coast of Aruba for Natalee Holloway’s Body

The Associated Press is reporting that Dave Holloway will soon be joining joining a team of experts in the search for his daughter, Natalee, off the coast of Aruba:

ORANJESTAD, Aruba — The father of disappeared American teenager Natalee Holloway said Thursday that he and a team of experts will search for his daughter’s body in waters off Aruba following the recent re-arrest of three suspects in the case.

Dave Holloway told The Associated Press that he believes his daughter’s body was thrown into the ocean in deeper waters than those already searched. He said he based that belief on conversations with a police official and a private forensic expert.

      Bless his Heart!

I wish every child could have a father as devoted

as Dave Holloway. His unrelenting hope is truly

an inspiration. He will look high and low, what

ever it takes, to find his Natalee. Surely, as a

man of God, he exemplifies the love that comes

      from above.

God Bless his Family on this Glorious Day

and Guide The Stern on Their Search.

Let Him Bring His Baby Home…

A very special prayer for Dave. It’s take alot of courage to go knowing that what might be brought to the surface is going to be very hard to deal with. God Bless You. Over and over again.

As Patti said, I wish every child could have a father as devoted as Dave Holloway.

      Blessings to all…Amen!

I agree with Dave that the most likely place Natalee was gotten rid of is in the water. The best place to take her to avoid being found. My heart goes out to this man who spent his time digging in stinking, rotten garbage for his daughter’s remains. I’ve believed all along, Natalee died the first night in the company of these 3. She disappeared in the company of these 3 and noone has proved that wrong in over 2 years.
The whole purpose for the 3 showing up at closing time was to get a girl. It’s been a couple years, I’m hoping she didn’t wash out too far to find her.

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing on the news when they said they had been rearrested yesterday. Was cooking with family for today and we all cheered that finally, just finally Natalee and her family will finally get the justice that’s long overdue.

This entire group has done anything and everything to throw an entire investigation off for over 2 years. I see Anita and Paulus still are also.

Yes, it is difficult for me too, to get that picture out of my mind of Dave digging in the dumps, while the garbage trucks where dumping more trash near where he was digging. Yes God Bless Dave Holloway, what a man, what a father.

I pray this family finds answers and is able to bring Natalee home.

People, it’s been long coming…I am vacationing in Arkansas and my husband called me from Erie to tell me the news. I was indeed thrilled! Remember that posting I made eons ago? About that psychic that I went to see, didn’t she see this being totally solved in ’08? Well we’re almost there. Monkeys, Happy Thanksgiving, Klaasend, Red and the gang! Justice for Natalee!

Prayers are with Dave Holloway, Beth Twitty, their families, friends most close to Natalee & the search team as they have been all along… we are ever mindful of your loss and immense suffering from these 3 monsters, (plus others who may be involved who have yet to be exposed)…

May God continue to give you His strength and we are praying for the Holy Spirits intervention in finding your dear Natalee ~ for justice to be served…for the Aruban Government to do the right thing to prosecute the ones who committed murder and we pray, the Dutch Government ~ from the Netherlands top Government officials and also their watchdogs, don’t let up and may they implement the harshest punishement/penalty under the law to all those involved who committed this heinous act upon a beautiful innocent young girl.
Bless the tenacity of this family, never giving up…or caving in ~ may God continue to give you His strength to endure through not only this search and finding your daughter, but to endure without having her… you shall be together again, when the Lord reuinites you once again in heaven…till then, God bless ~ keep pressing on toward the goal and the prize in our Savior… his promises are true.

    14. Bob on November 22nd, 2007 11:50 pm

I am as excited as everyone at the prospect that some evidence of Natalee or even remains can still be found to give the family closure and the necessary ammo to prosecute those perps. But on a more practical note, if they simply dumped her body in very deep water…after 2 1/2 years of moving tides and various scavenger fish who swim in those waters…what is the liklihood that even bones might be found? IMO, unless her body was chained to a weight, or placed into a steel cage-like device, I would have to believe finding ‘remains’ would be as likely as finding a particular grain of sand on the floor of the ocean. Of course I will pray something is found, but I simply can’t imagine the reality. God bless Natalee and her family.

My bet on the ‘new’ evidence: FBI/DEA/CIA WIRETAPS

It has been stated that due to several jurisdictional issues it has taken a while to work this evidence into the case.

Well, I would say wiretaps from the US would qualify as jurisdictional issues.

I have said it before, and I will say it again….virtually every text message, cell call, even landline calls are picked up by the US Echelon system. With all the drug traffic down there you can bank on things were being monitored.

The reaction from the Holloways and others was extremely swift regarding the situation in Aruba on that night.

Don’t forget how upset the Aruban delegation was when they visited their friend (who they donated $250,000 to) Bacchus and he commented that they were upset about ‘wiretaps’.

Enough evidence has always been there. Somehow, jurisdictionally it has now played out. In my opinion.

He has so much compassion for Natalee.

I really hope they find Natalee and are able to give her a proper burial and memorial!

      No. 16 Minnesota Dad:

Your theory is just about the only one that makes sense to me, although I think it has less to do with jurisdictional issues than issues of national security. The U.S. government is probably loathe to reveal just how thorough its eavesdropping on all international electronic communications really is. Would these characters really be so stupid as to broadcast their guilt in wireless cellular calls, emails, etc., even if they thought those communications were private? Probably so. Would the U.S. government be willing to reveal the extent of what it can monitor just to prosecute three men involved in the death of a single U.S. citizen, when this revelation might jeopardize all sorts of covert monitoring programs? Probably not. I guess we’ll find out in a few weeks.

    19. JJ on November 23rd, 2007 4:17 am

Dutch radio this morning: the new evidence consists of phonetap recordings of Joran discussing the case with friends.

IMHO that would just be Dutch police waiting for him to get careless, not Echelon.

    20. Carpe Noctem on November 23rd, 2007 5:21 am

      ALE TAPES

Joran: I should have killed you, retard. Shut your trap.

Deepak: Won’t be fun, if you are standing in front of the judge of instructions tomorrow. Why not? Too much evidence?

Joran: Then they are also allowed to hit me. Do you think that it makes a difference to me. One slap will be enough.

      Satish: You think, you think.

Joran: What do you think, that you are going home to get your gun?

Satish: That I have a gun.

Joran: Satish, you, get gun at home, me shoot you two dead.

      —-

I think he’s saying to Satish

      Lose the gun.

      Satish then kets him know

      it was taken care of.

      ???

      Where would Deepak’s boner

      mobile get a flat tire?

      Was this place unpaved?

      From Dutch media:

“The potential evidence that Joran van der Sloot again has become suspect of the murder of Natalee Holloway, tapped telephone conversations between him and his Aruban friends.

“Van der Sloot and his two friends, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe have been monitored between last February and August. These talks would prove that one of the three would be involved in the disappearance of Natalee. Things that has been discussed by telephone, in any case, not match the statements of the three against justice.”

    22. elisabeth on November 23rd, 2007 5:40 am

A Dutch news agency states that the “new evidence” that led to the arrest and todays eviction of JVDS comes from telephone tabs on Joran and the Calpoes indicating that one of them was involved in the disappearance.

    23. Richard on November 23rd, 2007 11:38 am

In my mind, these calls (whatever their content) must have been prompted by news of the upcoming water search.

God be with those Americans, especially Dave H., who are doing the job that is the DUTY of Aruba and the Dutch: searching the waters. Our people are standing up when the authorities who should be doing the work are doing nothing, as always.

      Let this never be forgotten.

What a horrible task for a father to be handed.

      Best wishes to them.

I extend my best wishes to Dave Holloway and the search team, though I’m not terribly optimistic about their chances. While Natalee’s remains might have been disposed of in the waters off Aruba, I consider the landfill to be the likeliest disposal point. If called upon to design the cover-up, that’s the place I would have chosen: each and every day after her disappearance, Natalee’s remains would be ever further from discovery, buried under the continuously accumulating mass of Aruban garbage. If, however, she was thrown into the sea, I hope she’ll be recovered this time.

    27. Richard on November 24th, 2007 5:07 pm

At least we’re likely to find out, one way or the other. Dompig isn’t in a position to block the search this time.

    28. susan on November 26th, 2007 12:27 pm

Wasnt there a fishing trap stolen the night Natalee went missing? If she was placed in the trap in the ocean, couldnt she be found? I hope for peace for this family and justice for Natalee
