Billy Wayne Smith: Scared Monkeys Exclusive in Anna Nicole Smith Trial (Larry Garrison, The NewsBreaker)

Billy Wayne Smith, the biological father of Daniel Smith, has been requested by lawyers in the Anna Nicole Smith case in Florida to be a witness. At this point the Judge Larry Seidlin is taking the matter under advisement and has yet to give a ruling if he will allow the witness.

Though the court may never hear Billy Wayne Smith’s testimony, you will exclusively on-line. Special thanks to Larry Garrison, President of SilverCreek Entertainment.

“I would like to have my son buried in Texas so that I could visit his grave sight.”

Billy Wayne Smith is not looking to capitalize on Anna Nicole or Daniel Smith’s death. He wishes no media attention, book or movie deals. His legitimate concern is that his son be brought home to Texas for burial.

The question at hand in Florida during these proceeding is who shall be given the remains of Anna Nicole Smith and where she shall be buried. The matter has been raised that Anna Nicole wished to be buried next to her son; however, any rational person begins to question why Daniel was ever buried in the Bahamas after his sudden death.

UPDATE I: It would appear that the judge will not allow telephone testimony of Daniel Smith’s father even he has allowed this circus to go on this week with all evidence that he has allowed in to evidence.

UPDATE II (3:13pm): Now Judge Larry Seidlin is possibly changing his mind as to allowing Billy Wayne Smith to testify

Anna should be buried next to her son…”any rational person” would agree to that.

Fact:Her son is in the Bahamas.
Fact:It was her decision to bury him in the Bahamas and it was her decision to make (regardless of the reasons).

Therefore, there should be no question that she intended to eventually be buried in the Bahamas next to her son, whether that time was now or 20 years from now.

Whoa….judge….look who pulled a rabbit out of the hat.

Was this before-after or the cause of the attorney passing out at the trial.

Maybe Billy should go get his son. I just saw some footage of a video shot of Anna and a little girl in which the child had painted Anna’s face and Howard was filming it and you can clearing here Howard say this footage is worth money and Anna did not even know what he was talking about! Now I see what Birkhead was talking about when he said Howard drugged up Anna for money. Birkhead stated that before taping of Anna’s show he would give Anna something the help releave the tenion. Maybe Howard did have something to do with Daniel & Anna’s death!!

It’s difficult not to speculate here, but I don’t think we have enough information to form an intelligent opinion. The kind of money that is at issue here is enough to make even the best of us do something illegal. I was so sad for ANS when Daniel died, and after the battle we’ve waged with Aruba, it is hard to trust another small island to solve the mystery. I don’t know anything about Daniel’s father or whether he has the right to move his son’s body. People can say they are not interested in the limelight or the money, but their actions often show otherwise. Was BWS involved in Daniel’s life while he was growing up? Did he support his son financially or otherwise? My daughter’s father has only bothered to visit her once her whole life. Although he has made hundreds of promises to be there for her, he has never made any attempt to get to know her or help her in any way. I did receive child support, so he of course thinks this gives him all the rights any other parent would have. In some circumstances, I am sure a judge would agree with him, but as far as I’m concerned, he does not have the right to know anything about his daughter or what is going on in her life. In fact, he is going to be a grandfather in August and we have decided that it is not his business to ever know. All he would do is blame me for being a bad parent and then pat himself on the back for working and allowing the district attorney to deduct money from his paychecks. My point is, I think Daniel’s father’s rights should be directly related to the kind of relationship he had with his son while he was alive. But again, this is my personal opinion and may not be worth the time you take to read this post.

Re post #4: I’m sorry for your personal difficulties with your ex, and no offense, but the only “mystery” about Daniel Smith’s death is whether his drug overdose was intentional or accidental. I believe the coroner’s ruling was that it was most likely accidental, but it definitely didn’t appear to be homicide, so there’s nothing for the Bahamas to solve. Anna Nicole Smith didn’t die in the Bahamas. Whether Howard Stern or some doctor(s) were indirectly responsible for her death by giving her drugs or whatever, I don’t think there’s anything more we should expect from the Bahamas except to see that Dannielynn is eventually returned to whoever the court finally rules is her father, which I have no doubt they will do.

As a parent, my heart goes out to this man- Its hard to lose anyone esp your child and I know if I lost one of my children I would want to be able to visit their grave without having to go to another country to do it. I have read that Daniel lived in California and went to college there as well and heard Mr. Smith say he wished Daniel had been buried in Texas instead of other there, when the judge cut him off, so Go with what your heart tells you to.

Billy Smith have his rights, no matter what He is the father of this child peroid. He just want his son home and be buriel in Texas so He can visit and peace of mind. it is too costly for him to travel to Bahamas to visit his son’s grave. Anna “Vicky” did thought about having her son buriel in Texas till Howard convince her to change her mind. Howard isn’t the right man at the begin with. Billy Smith go for it Don’t stop get your son back home in Texas and be buriel with along his grandfather. I knew it that Daniel Smith didn’t like Howard Stern, why in the world did He meet private eye and is very concern about his mother and also when he call his mother in Bahamas, Howard answer the phone and then hung up on him. is that normal? no it not and cause Daniel to concern this is why. therefore Billy Smith want his son home where his son was born and raise there in few yrs. Daniel Smith did not born or live in Bahamas. it is make sense that Daniel Smith need to buriel in Texas. Anna Smith Did thought of that in first place.
