Anna Nicole Smith Now Has Memory Loss, Can This story get any Stranger?

The sad death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel Smith, is now reaching the form of a Hollywood script. His tragic death and cause will be determined tomorrow when it is said that the autopsy will be released. Now we find out that Anna Nicole Smith has suffered memory loss after being medicated after the death of her son.

Anna Nicole Smith was so devastated by the death of her son that she needed drugs to calm her.

And later she had memory loss, not remembering Daniel Smith’s death. That’s what her lawyer in the Bahamas says. Michael Scott says, “Anna Nicole was so distraught at the loss of Daniel that she refused to leave his side and it was necessary to sedate her in order to check her out of the hospital.”
“The devastation and grief over Daniel’s sudden death coupled with the sedation has been so extreme that Anna Nicole experienced memory loss of the event,” attorney Michael Scott said.

This may be cold and cruel, but I bet anna hasn’t forgotten the elder man she married.
It IS strange……of course the longer you forget, the more drugs you get especially if you are a celebrity.

Do I give you the feeling I don’t care much for ANS?
I do feel sad for all deaths.

Every BIG story on here comes down to drinking and drugs!! This is where parents come in !!!!!!!!!

    4. IndyDan on September 14th, 2006 11:30 pm

And sometimes little stories too, wonder who fell asleep at the wheel, either drug or drink induced, to allow an innocent pet to run out on the Interstate? This is where the owners come in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man I wonder if Howard gave Daniel some drugs and he OD’ed?

Anna Nicole Smith saw her son pass away before her very eyes, he slumped down in a chair and was gone. Gees, you guys, she’d just gone through upteen hours of labor!!! She tried to resuscitate her child even after he was declared dead. To be a witness to your vibrant 20 year old son’s death has to be incredibly horrific AND devestating. Give the woman a break. The stress of seeing her son die before her very eyes put her into shock. No matter what surgery she’s had to her body, no matter who she married, she’s still a human being, a mother that obviously loved her son. My sympathy to her.

I have never been a Anna fan, she always seemed strange and out there for me. However, emotions she apparently has. As strange as they may seem to all. She is a mother, just giving birth and seeing a her child die. Menory loss- Yes I would have such and much more.
Don’t judge until facts are known……. She may be wierd and different but I haven’t walked in her shoes.

My heart goes out to Anna. The devastation of losing one child after just giving birth to another has to be horrible. Each year on her daughter’s birthday, she will be reminded of the death of her son. Joy and grief now and forever. I just can’t imagine having to deal with that year after year.

I am not an Anna fan, although if forced
at CLICK-POINT, I may have taken a look at
a picture or two, when she was a looker.
      (but I didn’t inhale)

      …and I would
not be surprised by her memory loss.
Watching a show or two of her reality
television program was a real eye opener.

She apparently was own a lot of drugs.
      …and if not, she might
      want to consider
      some!

      HOWEVER, FIRST AND FOREMOST
      …SHE IS A MOMMA.

      and I totally am
      saddened by her loss!

      How completely devastating.

comment #6 needs to do some more research. She had a c-section. No labor involved on her part.

    12. KELMAL on September 15th, 2006 11:06 am

carpe, We agree on this one. COMPLETELY DEVASTATING !!!!!!!!!

    13. defiant_wench on September 15th, 2006 11:22 am

I’ve never been a huge fan of ANS, but I always felt that she deserved whatever she got from the old man. He loved her and wanted her to have it. I agree she’s a bit odd, but so what. I feel sad for her loss.

    14. Miss-Underestimated on September 15th, 2006 11:52 am

13 right no labor but prolly loads of medication.

    15. Miss-Underestimated on September 15th, 2006 11:53 am

Her lawyer spokesperson did Anna no favour.

    16. para2legal on September 15th, 2006 12:24 pm

Shame on me, I didn’t research about the way ANS had her daughter. Was it a scheduled c-section or was she in labor and the dr. decided to do one? It doesn’t matter. Point being no matter which childbirth method is engaged, there is trauma to the body. You don’t have a child and five minutes later begin a triathalon or go bowling or shopping in 3″ stilletos. One must heal. A c-section cuts through the stomach muscle (unless the procedure’s changed).
Anywho, sympathy to ANS on the loss of her son.

See how quickly an investigation can take place
even though there is a stall on the autopsy results
      now…..Aruba take notice!

Hey Judy have you ever had a Csection? The healing can take even longer than labor. JMHO

    19. KELMAL on September 15th, 2006 7:43 pm

sam, You are so right. A c-section takes alot longer to heal !!!

    20. AKC on September 20th, 2006 11:01 am

I am a fan of Anna, And I am appauled by the lack of consideration some of you would give to any person who lost a child. She may be weird flakey or whatever other name you might want to stick on her but as everyone knows TV sells and she used it. And for those who have no children you stay in the hospital a lot longer with a C-section than natural. I was lucky enough to have natural. A C-section is hell. And again to those without a sympathetic bone in your bone JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED, Take that advice.

It is so strange to read post 18. It is not a post by me. I only read this particular part about ANS because of boredom with the forum being down for repairs. I am sure Red and Tom know who posted it but it was not me the regular Sam on the SM forum.

You people have serious issues. You people need to get a life and get to know Jesus Christ. You people have no idea what can and does go on in the real world and the best thing about business is minding your own .

    23. Scared Monkeys on August 14th, 2017 7:47 am

Hey Misty, maybe you should heed your own advice. Telling people to mind their own business when you are not doing the same is rather comical.
