Barack Hussein Oabma Says that America “Can Absorb a Terrorist Attack”
America “can absorb another terrorist attack,” yes we can so says President Barack Hussein Obama.
That is correct, the very words from President Barack Hussein Obama from a sneak peak of the latest book “Obama’s Wars” from Bob Woodward on Obama. The Chosen One says that America can absorb another 9-11 like terrorist disaster. Mr. Obama, would not that be a man made overseas contingency operation attack?
Woodward’s book portrays Obama and the White House as barraged by warnings about the threat of terrorist attacks on U.S. soil and confronted with the difficulty in preventing them. During an interview with Woodward in July, the president said, “We can absorb a terrorist attack. We’ll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, even the biggest attack ever . . . we absorbed it and we are stronger.”
Does any one remember what Presidential leadership is any more?
The book also points out Obama at odds with advisers on his Afghan exit strategy. As Roger Simon aptly calls the new book on Barack Hussein Obama, “All the President’s Creeps”.

Gallup Poll: Americans Give Republicans Advantage Over Democrats on Economy, Immigration, Terrorism and Federal Spending
The Democrats have fallen and they can’t get up.
Less than two months before the 2010 midterm elections and according to a Gallup poll, American voters give Republicans the advantage over Democrats on the number one issue of the day, the economy. Americans rated the economy as the the most extremely important issue at 62% and 31% very important while 60% rated jobs extremely important and 32% rated very important. Both of the top two issues the voters rated Republicans over Democrats. With continued failed jobs reports and the Obama Summer of non-Recovery, matters will only get worse for Democrats.
A new USA Today/Gallup poll finds Americans saying the Republicans in Congress would do a better job than the Democrats in Congress of handling seven of nine key election issues. The parties are essentially tied on healthcare, with the environment being the lone Democratic strength.
The last Rasmussen poll showed that Republicans were trusted over Democrats on all of the top 10 issues of the day.

Republicans Now Trusted on All Key Political Issues Over Democrats
Heading into the 2010 midterm elections, American voters trust Republicans on top 10 key issues.
Ever wonder why Democrats are now fearful that the House has already bee lost? Maybe it’s because the American voters now trust Republicans over Democrats on all key political issues. On issues like the economy, immigration, health care, social security, taxes and national security the GOP is trusted more. In the wake of the Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters ethics scandals, Republicans are now even trusted more than Democrats on the issue of ethics as well.
Issues: Education 40% (D) - 41% (R), Health Care 40% (D) – 48% (R) , Iraq war 40% (D) - 43% (R), Economy 39% (D) - 47% (R), Social Security (D) 38% – 44% (R), Government Ethics 38% (D) – 40% (R), National Security 37% (D) – 49% (R), Afghanistan war 36% (D) – 43% (R), Taxes 36% (D) - 52% (R) and Immigration 35% (D) - 44% (R ).
Voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats on all 10 of the important issues regularly tracked by Rasmussen Reports.
The GOP has consistently been trusted on most issues for months now, but in July they held the lead on only nine of the key issues.
Republicans lead Democrats 47% to 39% on the economy, which remains the most important issue to voters. Those numbers are nearly identical to those found in June. Republicans have held the advantage on the economy since May of last year.
More grim news for Democrats to run on in 2010, Barack Hussein Obama has a -17 Presidental Index rating. And the economy keeps getting worse, not better.

Barack Obama Falls to New Low in Gallup Job Approval Poll at 42%
Barack Hussein Obama’s job approval numbers keep falling … Gallup poll has Obama at new all time low of 42% approval and 49% disapproval. Just one year ago Obama had a 54% – 39% job approval. Keep in mind the 42% approval rating comes before Obama’s Friday comments regarding the mosque in NYC and his subsequent back-peddling on the issue over the weekend.
Obama is rated poorly by Americans on the major issues. Economy & jobs are rated as the top issues among Americans, Obama rates dismally.
- Economy: Approve 39% - Disapprove 59%
- Taxes: Approve 41% - Disapprove 54%
- Health Care: Approve 40% - Disapprove 57%
- Immigration: Approve 29% - Disapprove 62%
- Federal Budget: Approve 31% - Disapprove 64%
- Situation in Iraq: Approve 41% - Disapprove 53%
- Situation in Afghanistan: Approve 36% - Disapprove 57%
Obama’s average job approval rating at RCP is -5.2%. What will Obama’s mosque comments do to further destroy his job approval ratings.

Taliban Kill 10 Foreign Aid Workers from International Assistance Mission on Aid Trip in Afghanistan
TALIBAN COWARDS!
Taliban scum ambush and kill 10 foreign aid workers from the group International Assistance Mission in Afghanistan.
Ten members of a foreign medical team — including six Americans and three women, all doctors and technicians — were shot to death on Thursday in a remote corner of the Hindu Kush in northern Afghanistan, officials confirmed Saturday.
Their aid group, the International Assistance Mission, said they were eye doctors, nurses and technicians, hiking into one of the toughest areas of the country to provide services. But the Taliban, who claimed responsibility, accused them of being spies and Christian missionaries.
“All indications are this is probably our team,” Dirk Frans, I.A.M.’s executive director, said from Kabul on Saturday. “They were on an optometric expedition, running an eye camp.” Both Mr. Frans and the police stressed, however, that no positive identification of the victims had yet been made. Their bodies were being brought out by road, a day’s journey to the district seat.
The 12-member medical team included six Americans, a Briton and a German, along with four Afghans, Mr. Frans said.
