Natalee Holloway: Why Isn’t Aruban Prosecutor Hans Mos Following up on New Evidence?

It is being reported that a new witness has some forward in Aruba in the Natalee_Holloway_10disappearance of Natalee Holloway in May 2005. A woman named Celeste who first told her story to Dutch crime reporter Peter de Vries has reportedly come forward. The new witness claims Joran van der Sloot confessed to her that he did indeed dump Natalee’s body into the ocean. Just recently during aPeter R. de Vries secret taping of Joran Van der Sloot, we saw the one time suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in a hotel room conducting what appeared to be sex trafficking in Thailand.

Natalee’s mom Beth Holloway says she believes this new witness is a girl NBC 13 introduced you to last week.

A woman named Celeste who first told her story to Dutch crime reporter Peter de Vries.

Celeste is Joran van der Sloot’s ex girlfriend. She says van der Sloot told her he knew how to dispose of bodies in the ocean so they’d never be found and that van der Sloot admitted his dad Paul coached him on what to say throughout this investigation.

Right now, the Aruban prosecutor’s office is not identifying their new witness: except to say the new witness is female and that she says van der Sloot admitted to her that he dumped Natalee’s body in the ocean.

Lead prosecutor Hans Mos says this new witness’s testimony is not enough by itself to charge van der Sloot with Natalee’s murder.

“After three years of investigating, it is very very difficult to find that evidence. We have to be realistic,” says Mos.

FYI: Tune into tonight for On the Record with Greta as we have learned from sources close to the case that her information is new and it appears that Aruba will once again have egg on their face and a black eye as prosecutors refuse to investigate the crime against Natalee Holloway.

CNN: Tips renew hopes of solving Holloway case

A new witness has emerged, authorities say, who can place van der Sloot and his father, Paulus van der Sloot, near a pond on the island at 4 a.m. on the day Holloway vanished.

The witness told authorities he saw a young man, wet from the chest down and wearing only one shoe, running along a road from the pond to a fast-food restaurant.

The witness said he saw the young man and an older man driving slowly down the road in a red Jeep about 10 minutes later. The pond was not among those searched in the early stages of the investigation, Mos said.

A second witness, a former girlfriend of Joran van der Sloot, also told police he made suspicious-sounding comments while they were on the beach. The witness, publicly known only as Celeste, told police van der Sloot said: “Who knows? You may now be on the beach with someone who is able to get rid of a corpse.”

So what is Hans Mos’ issue in prosecuting the case? Why does he find fault with every witness that comes forward he would implicate Joran Van der Sloot in Natalee’s disappearance? Mos stated that “the new witness would lack credibility in court unless she waited so long to come forward”. What???!!! She would lack credibility, yet Joran who has lied ever inch of the way has credibility? Maybe Mos would like to explain how any new tip or lead in the case could be something other than a witness finally coming forward? Either through guilt or what ever the case may be, how can a prosecutor continually cover for a suspect? Mos states that they are following all leads, really? The question becomes and needs to be answered by Hans Mos, why would Aruba continue to cover up a crime that has left such a dark stain on their island? Is the answer that the initial cover up is too damaging to Aruba’s reputation?

Greta Van Susteren has been the focal point of a resurgence in news from the Natalee Holloway case and her disappearance in Aruba in 2005. Greta states that she has new evidence as well regarding Natalee Holloway. However, Hans Mos refused to meet with her in Miami, FL to review what she has. Who ever heard of a prosecutor refusing to see evidence that could potentially crack a case that has been hanging over Aruba like a dark cloud?

Natalee Holloway Investigation: The Witness was Afraid to Come Forward & Aware that Paulus van der Sloot had Powerful Connections in the Prosecutors Office.

A 48 year old unidentified witness comes forward in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. He states that he did not come forward sooner because he was afraid. He was afraid of the consequences of his statements and the fact that Paulus van der Sloot had powerful connections in the Prosecutors Office. Seems that the witnesses suspicions were confirmed by the fact that Hans Mos refuses to do anything and is more concerned with discrediting the witness than listening to him. The cover up continues as a witness who has passed two polygraph tests is not considered credible by the prosecutor. Credibility is hardly a word that should even be uttered by LE or prosecution in Aruba.

However the witness was afraid to come forward to the Police and local Prosecutor, because of the prejudice in the Prosecutor Office, which is alive and growing each day.

The witness was afraid of the consequences of his statement, since he was well aware that Paulus van der Sloot has powerful connections in the Prosecutors Office.

ORANJESTAD(AAN):  Last week, DIARIO published the latest information regarding the key witness, who came forward to disclose everything he witnessed on May 2005 from his house, which is situated in the neighborhood of the Nacional Soccer field, close to the Monserat pond.

However the witness was afraid to come forward to the Police and local Prosecutor, because of the prejudice in the Prosecutor Office, which is alive and growing each day.

He did give a statement to the Prosecutor, but to certain extent. The more important and key details he revealed to the American investigators.
The American investigators listened very carefully to his story and immediately felt that he was telling the truth. They then asked him if he was willing to go to the States and pass a polygraph test.

The witness was tested by John S. Swartz, a renowned professional in this field, and the test revealed that he was telling the truth! Finally shedding some light on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005.

Natalee Holloway: New Witness in Aruba Id’s Joran Van der Sloot and Prosecution Continues the Cover Up

THE COVER UP IN ARUBA CONTINUES …

A new witness has come forward in the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway who went missing in Aruba in 2005. A new witness who has passed two polygraph exams. A witness who has placed Joran Van der Sloot and Paulus Van der Sloot near a pond at 4:00 in the morning of May 30, 2005.

He passed all the examinations perfectly, and John Swartz is
convinced that this witness is telling the truth about what he saw at
4 a.m. in front of his house.

The witness continued to declare (and proved with his test that he
was telling the truth) that the man he saw had on wet clothes, and had
a notable stripe of muddy waters that reached to his chest, about 5
centimeters more or less over his flannel.

The stripe on his flannel showed clearly that from the muddy waters
going down his clothes were completely wet.

However, according to all accounts Aruban prosecutor Hans Mos is more interested in discrediting the witness rather than questioning him. The cover up continues in Aruba in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. The question that needs to be put forth to Aruba and their prosecutor is … if you are not willing to investigate leads and do any investigation in this case, then close it and provide the full file to Natalee’s family. We are confident they will know what to do with your purposely botched, corrupt and inept investigation.

Natalee Holloway Investigation: Exclusive … Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch in Aruba to meet With ALE/Prosecutor … New Witness That Puts Joran & Paulus Van der Sloot Near Ponds on 5/30/05

Is it possible that this is the break and the witness that the family of Natalee Holloway has been looking for the past 3+ years? Could this finally be the break that provided “Justice for Natalee”.

We just recieved a call from Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch. Tim is presently in Aruba and planning to meet with the Aruban prosecutor and the ALE. It appears that there is a new witness that has come forward that has placed Joran Van der Sloot in wet and muddy clothing out at 4:00am on 5/30/05. The 48 year old Aruban witness also places Paulus Van der Sloot at the scene picking up Joran in a red jeep.

Why is this witness potentially credible? The Aruban passed two polygraph tests in Houston, TX on August 5, 2008. The tests were performed by John Swartz of John Swartz & Associates, International Polygraph Examiners. The 48 year old Aruba, name withheld for obvious reasons, went to police early on in the investigation; however, was not taken seriously. He is also claimed to have spoke with Hans Mos. Whether an actual police report exists of the witness is unknown.

Read the following English translation from Diario regarding the new witness, what he has stated what he saw that fateful night that Natalee Holloway went missing. Remember, this witness has passed two polygraph tests.

THE DAM AT MONSERAT GETTING NEW ATTENTION IN THE NATALEE HOLLOWAY CASE

ORANJESTAD (AAN) Perhaps many will say today that God is great, and in
a meticulous way does His work so that every crime has hidden clues so
that the solution may be reached. Today it has gone so far that DIARIO
can reveal officially to the people that at last a masculine witness
has come forward.

This witness felt he could no longer hold back, and at last gave
his complete declaration as to what he saw at the end of May 2005, at
4′oclock in the morning, from the window of his living room.

Natalee Holloway: John Q. Kelly On the Record … Civil Case & Where is the Missing Statements from Joran Van der Sloot ( Aruba Cover up & Corruption)

ARUBAN COVER UP AND CORRUPTION … WHERE IS JORAN VAN DER SLOOT’S 5/31/05 WITNESS STATEMENT?

John Q. Kelly briefly discusses the Dutch reporting of a civil case possible being brought against Joran Van der Sloot by the parents of missing Natalee Holloway. At the moment it appears to be a non-story as Beth Holloway has had no conversations with the attorney in question.

However, the real question that has to be answered is what part did the Aruban police take in the cover up, corruption and destruction of documents and evidence in the case of Natalee Holloway. If they covered up and destroyed the initial witness statement, what else did they subsequently destroy as well? Possibly evidence taken from Deepak’s car? Once one questions police actions … all of their actions come under scrutiny.

Since the beginning of the investigation Beth Holloway had made references to a crumpled up piece of paper on that looked like a statement that was on the desk at the police station when she spoke with the ALE discussing her Natalee’s disappearance. Scared Monkeys has always questioned why there would have been no statement from Joran Van der Sloot, yet everyone else had been questioned at the outset. Are we really supposed to believe that no witness statement existed from the #1 prime suspect, Joran Van der Sloot, who was last seen with Natalee Holloway until 6/9/05.

The very same witness statement that Joran van der Sloot actually references in his own book. The very same witness statement that most likely gives rise to a confession and admission of guilt and where the ALE knew to ask questions of seizures.

Greta: He must have told the police that first time he spoke with them because why would they have asked Jug about the shaking and the epilepsy type seizures or something? I think to myself, what are the Aruban police up to? But that is for another day.

John Q. Kelly: May 31st Joran was the first person interviewed by Jacobs who was taking statements. Every police report subsequent to that. The statements made by Deepak, made by Satish, made by Beth that day we have them all. There is no statement from Joran until June 9th.

Greta: Something is funny. Something is not quite right. I would like to see our State Department get a little busy on this one. (Fox: On The Record 2/20/08)

Then there is this bit of information from Joran Van der Sloot’s book (translation) … “It is already 4 PM in the afternoon when I sign my witness statement and my father and I leave the interrogation room.”

Oh, I guess Joran Van der Sloot is lying here too?

WHAT WITNESS STATEMENT? NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN SUCH A STATEMENT! WHAT HAPPENED TO IT AND WHERE IS IT? WAS IT DESTROYED BY THE ARUBAN POLICE?

Interestingly enough we seem to have most, if not all the witness and suspect statements (HERE) from the initial parts of the investigation. All, but Joran Van der Sloot’s 5/31/05 statement that is in question. The very same one that probably tipped off the Aruban police to ask Beth Holloway and Jug Twitty about whether Natalee Holloway had a history of seizures.

From Page 111 of Joran’s book:

Tuesday May 31st 2005

Joran rides bus to school, takes exam, visits with principal Werner and sleeps in sick bay.

Paul calls school at 10:30am. Jan van der Straten wants Joran to give a voluntary witness statement, since the family was creating quite some noise.

Paul meets with principal, then he and Joran head to Bubali Station.

Joran calls Deepak who says, “stick to our story, the police has also phoned Satish and me and asked us to come.”
