Missouri Senate Election 2010: Blunt (R) 49%, Carnahan (D) 42%
Republican challenger Roy Blunt continues to lead Democrat Senator Robin Carnahan in the Missouri Show Me Senate race, 49% to 42%. In December 2009 Carnahan had a 2% point lead; however, since then the trend has swung to Blunt in MO and across the United States. This is the polling trend with most American voters in every state.
Robin Carnahan. On their side. (Obama, Pelosi & Reid) Not yours.
A Blunt victory in Missouri would represent a pickup for Republicans in the US Senate.
Little has changed this month in Missouri’s race for the seat being vacated by retiring Republican Senator Kit Bond.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely voters in the state shows Republican Roy Blunt leading Democrat Robin Carnahan 49% to 42%. Just three percent (3%) of Missouri voters would opt for some other candidate, while six percent (6%) are undecided at this point.
Barack Obama narrowly won Missouri during the 2008 Presidential election; however, it appears that many of Obama’s policies are presently opposed by the Show Me state voters. As in NJ, VA and MA, an Obama campaign visit to Missouri with so many opposed to his policies may be a detriment to Carnahan.
Like the rest of the country, most Missouri voters (56%) believe cutting taxes is the better way to create jobs than increasing government spending. Just 17% take the opposite view. Most voters in Missouri (53%) favor across-the-board tax cuts for all Americans.
Fifty-three percent (53%) also think it’s possible to balance the federal budget without raising taxes.

Obama Bipartisan Health Care Talks … Pelosi Aide Admits Summit is a Trick
And who doubted that Obama’s health care summit was nothing but a trick?
From the folks that brought you Obamacare … would they lie?
President Barack Obama has portrayed the health care summit with Republicans as a bipartisan meeting to come together with like ideas and to listen to one another with hostility. Republican leaders questioned why any one would want to debate and revive a health care bill that the President could not pass with his own party’s support. Then there was most common sense thinking people that just looked at the event as a political, photo-op stunt by Obama.
Now Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Aide admitted to the National Health Policy Conference hosted by Academy Health and Health Affairs that the Health Care Summit a Trick.
President Barack Obama has proposed a bipartisan health care summit for later this month that Republican detractors bill as a publicity stunt designed to generate more support for the flailing pro-abortion health care bill. Now, an aide to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi essentially admitted that’s the case.
In comments reported by Congress Daily, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s top health care aide Wendell Primus admitted top Democrats have already decided on the strategy to pass the Senate’s pro-abortion, government-run health care bill.
Primus explained that the Senate will use the controversial reconciliation strategy that will have the House approve the Senate bill and both the House and Senate okaying changes to the bill that the Senate will sign off on by preventing Republicans from filibustering.
“The trick in all of this is that the president would have to sign the Senate bill first, then the reconciliation bill second, and the reconciliation bill would trump the Senate bill,” Primus said at the National Health Policy Conference hosted by Academy Health and Health Affairs.
Did anyone really think Obama’s Health Care Summit was legit? After a year of denying access to the health care reform debate, after having House and Senate Democrats write a 2700 page government take over of health care that Obama’s Health Care Summit was nothing more than the “Beer” Summit with out the beer?

Obama Refuses to Listen to American Voters … Maybe Barack Obama is the President of No!
Hmm … Barack Hussein Obama … the President of “NO.” No he won’t listen to We the People.
Hey RNC, WAKE UP … Barack Hussein Obama just gave you material for 2010 and 2012 campaign ads. Since when is saying no and doing the will of the people a bad thing?
Maybe it is Barack Obama that is the President of “NO” as he refuses to listen to the American voters. A newsflash to Obama and Democrats, the Republicans are not the party of no, they are the party that cares enough to listen to the “will of the people” to oppose your socialist, Marxist agenda.
As it is, a majority of the American voters no longer trust this President.
Obama the Hypocrite … He lectures Republicans that they are not bi-partisan, yet when TN Rep. Marsha Blackburn questioned The One as to whether the problem might be the Democrat leadership in the House, Obama wanted to hear nothing of it. How is saying no to Obama when 58% of Americans are saying no to Obama a bad thing?
Watch Obama … The President of Not listening to We the People
Obama is so quick to say that the mood in Washington, DC is hostile, yet he needs to look no further than in the mirror to see the reason why. Many in America think that Democrat House Speaker Pelosi and Senate majority leader Reid are part of the problem as they are too far to the LEFT. Yet, in the above video you will see Obama shake his head no to any such question. Who is out of touch with the American people President Obama, you or the Republicans?

Bye, Bye Berry … Arkansas US Rep. Marion Berry Expected to Announce his Retirement
Another Democrat bites the Obama dust.
Arkansas US Representative Marion Berry is expected to announce his retirement from the House. Let’s refer to him as #6. Berry is the 6th Democrat to announce his retirement amid the anti-Democrat, anti-incumbency mood of the country. Berry is most likely the first in a long line of Democrats that will do so following the special Senate election win by Republican Scott Brown.

Scott Brown Victory in Massachusetts and Democrat Party willing to Destroy itself for Obamacare
After Republican Scott Brown’s stunning victory in last nights special Senate election in Massachusetts and a complete repudiation of Obama’s health care reform, Democrats and Nancy Pelosi are still willing to destroy their party for Obamacare.
One needs to ask the question, why? The liberal wing of the Democrat party are acting like suicide bombers on a one way political death mission. After just witnessing a Republican win the former Senate seat of the late Ted Kennedy, one would think that Dems would pull back on the reins and rethink the health care debacle.
The answer would be no as Nanacy Pelosi as meeting with other democratic leaders late at night in a closed session in her office.
Someone didn’t get the message…
Nancy Pelosi told reporters last night that depite Scott Brown’s huge win in Massachusetts that she would move forward with her plan to ram Obamacare through Congress. Pelosi was meeting with other democratic leaders late at night in a closed session in her office.
As Indiana moderate Senator Evan Bayh warns of a catastrophe for the Democrat party if they do not learn a lesson from The Bay State Backlash, Speaker Pelosi adds more steam and heads directly into the iceberg.
