CBS’s Face the Nation Bob Schieffer on Not Asking the New Black Panther Party Question to Holder … “I Didn’t know about it, I was on Vacation”

Simply incredible and rather unbelievable … the excuses the MSM will come up with rather than admit they are bias.

According to CBS’s  “Face the Nation” host Bob Schieffer, he did not ask the question of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation/DOJ case to Eric Holder because “he did not about it”because the previous week he had been on vacation. ARE YOU SERIOUS? That begs the question, was his staff on vacation to? Does anyone really believe that Schieffer does not have a staff that researches stories and events in the news?

It might also beg the question and ask was the rest of the state run media on vacation too as to why they did not cover the story of Eric Holder and the DOJ dropping and already won case of voter intimidation against the NBPP?

Watch the CNN interview with Bob Schieffer via NewsBusters and see just how not believable his explanation is.

Chatting with Howard Kurtz on CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” Schieffer said, “This all really became a story when the whistleblower came out and testified that he’d had to leave the Justice Department and so on. And, frankly, had I known about that, I would have asked the question.”

Is Joran Van der Sloot the Next Roman Polanski … Will Joran be Extradited & Ever See the Inside of an Alabama Court Room?

If you can’t do the time, then don’t do the crime … make Joran Van der Sloot face JUSTICE in the United States!

Will Joran Van der Sloot ever face justice in the United States and see the inside of an Alabama court room? Or will Joran be the next Roman Polanski who is not extradited back to the US to face his crimes? Joran Van der Sloot presently faces murder charges in Peru for the death of 21 year old Stephany Flores. Van der Sloot faces a potential 30 years in prison in Peru.

With Joran Van der Sloot already have been given a free pass and a get out of jail free card by the Aruban legal system, should the “Little Dutch boy” also be allowed to skate on the extortion charges against him in the US? No, extradite Van der Sloot to face his crimes after he serves his time in the Peruvian prison. This punk already was already allowed to not face justice, Peru, US, Holland do not let it happen again.

In addition to facing murder charges in the gruesome death of Stephany Flores in Peru, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway has also been charged with attempting to extort money from Natalee’s family.

Federal investigators say they caught van der Sloot in a sting operation, saying he tried to secure hundreds of thousands of dollars in exchange for information that would lead authorities to the location of Natalee Holloway’s body.

But with a murder trial that could send him to prison for up to 30 years, there’s concern van der Sloot may not stand trial for extortion in Alabama.  Extraditing van der Sloot is a complicated process.

Aruba Investigates Aruba … AG Says No Evidence Found that Alleged Relationship Between Chief Jan van der Straten & Van der Sloot Family Played a Negative role in the Investigation into the Disappearance of Natalee Holloway

File this one under and who is going to investigate the investigator? A cover up to the very end …

Aruban AG Rob Pietersz has stated that there was no evidence found that the former Aruba Chief of Police Jan van der Straten and his cronyism relationship with the Van der Sloot family played a negative role in the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005 in Aruba. Just curious, was there any evidence that the alleged relationship between former corps chief Jan van der Straten and the Van der Sloot-family played a “POSITIVE”  role in the investigation?

More from Aruba in Wonderland, where up is down and guilty is innocent

No evidence was found that the alleged relationship between former corps chief Jan van der Straten and the Van der Sloot-family played a negative role in the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Attorney General (PG), Rob Pietersz announced this yesterday afternoon.

Statements from former Minister of Justice Rudy Croes (MEP) at the end of 2008were reason for the Public Prosecutor (OM) to start a factual inquiry into the initial phase of the investigation regarding the disappearance of Holloway. According to Croes, Van der Straten had supposedly consciously hindered the investigation during the crucial initial phase. “However, the statements from Croes could not be proven,” says Solicitor General Taco Stein before the Amigoe“, nor did there appear to be a relationship between Van der Straten and Van der Sloot.”

No evidence, eh? It is amazing how easy it is to find no evidence when one wants to find no evidence. All we need to do is review the investigation of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway to prove the theory. I guess Dutch official Hero Brinkman was wrong as well when he stated that ARUBA WAS CORRUPT AS HELL.

Obama Attorney General Eric Holder Blames Politics has Delayed KSM (Khalid Sheikh Mohammed) Trial

The Barack Obama Administration Blame Game Continues  … When will this Administration take ownership and stop the blaming others for their screw ups? Obama has certainly shown the American people that the  “Buck Stops” no where with him.  This is getting real old … Obama plays politics with an issues against the will of the people and then blames Republicans, yawn!

In an interview this weekend on CBS’s Face the Nation, Obama AG Eric Holder told CBS News chief Washington correspondent Bob Schieffer that it was politics that delayed bringing self-proclaimed September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to trial. Who is playing politics with the KSM trial, YOU? The reason why KSM has not faced justice is squarely on the shoulders of Holder and Obama.

I BLAME YOU!

In an exclusive interview with CBS News chief Washington correspondent Bob Schieffer on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Attorney General Eric Holder said that political posturing has delayed some of the administration’s top priorities — bringing self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to trial and closing the prison and Guantanamo Bay.

Holder said the administration will make a decision as to where [the KSM] trial will occur “as soon as we can.”

“But we are bound and determined to hold Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and those who worked with him… responsible for happened on September 11,” he told Schieffer during the interview, which took place at the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colo.

Holder wants to try Mohammed in civilian court, but some others say the trial should take place in the military tribunal system. The Obama administration is still in the process of determining what course of action to take, but Holder expressed frustration over the debate.

Barack Obama was for military tribunals before he was against it. Remember when Senator Obama in 2006 was singing a much different tune?
