May 2005 Natalee Holloway goes missing in Aruba while on vacation with other teens from Mountainbrook, Alabama and Joran van der Sloot was and still is the primary suspect in all rational thinking people’s minds in her disappearance and death. Five years to the day that Natalee went missing, May 2010 Joran van der Sloot murders 21 year old Stephany Flores and later confesses to the crime and is eventually found guilty and sentenced to 28 years in prison in Peru. Now May 2014, Joran van der Sloot through his attorney tells the world that the sociopath is getting married  in a couple of weeks to  23 year old Leydi Carol Figueroa Uceda, who is pregnant with his child. Coincidence, hardly.

Sadly, neither Natalee Holloway nor Stephany Flores will ever be able to experience the joys of marriage or being a parent. Yet this sociopath is allowed to do both. One day there will be a reckoning Joran and it will not be pretty.

He’s serving a 28-year sentence for killing a Peruvian woman. He’s also the main suspect in the disappearance of an American teenage girl. But these days, Joran van der Sloot is more focused on his wedding plans than his legal situation.

Maximo Altez, van der Sloot’s Peruvian defense attorney, told CNN the 26-year-old Dutch national is getting married “in late May or early June” to a Peruvian woman he befriended in the prison in which he’s being held in Lima, the capital.

“They met when she was visiting a relative in prison. They became friends and spent a lot of time together in his cell,” Altez said. “Unlike The United States, here in Peru loved ones or relatives can see inmates inside their jails.”

Joran van der Sloot is scheduled to be released on June 10, 2038; but according to his attorney the 28 year sentence can be reduced considerably “for good behavior.” However, Van der Sloot is then supposed to be extradited to the United States to face extortion charges. Some have speculated that Joran is marrying his prison conjugal visit partner to help him become a Peru citizen and some how lessen his chances for extradition to the US. However, as stated above by HLN correspondent Jean Casarez, there is no benefit for Van der Sloot to get married. So why? Can you just say spite from the sociopath and one more way to harass Beth Holloway and Natalee’s family. It is not lost that this is the anniversary of her death and disappearance.

Former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik Accuses Attorney Joe Tacopina of Fraud, Deceit and Misrepresentation … Yes, Same Atty Tacopina Who Defended Joran Van der Sloot

Look who’s name is back in the news … Joe Tacopina.

Former New York Police commissioner Bernard Kerik has filed a complaint before the disciplinary committee of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division for the First Judicial Department and has accused attorney Joe  Tacopina of “conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and/or misrepresentation” Imagine that? The complaint includes allegations that Joe Tacopina cooperating with federal prosecutors and revealing information crucial to Kerik’s defense to the government without informing or receiving consent from his client. Kerik also alleges that his freedom was jeopardized by Tacoipina’s contacting Kerik in late 2007 after his federal indictment in violation of the conditions of his bail.

It was June 30, 2006, and Kerik had just pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges. The former top cop admitted accepting a $165,000 gift of apartment renovations seven years before from an allegedly mob-tied company seeking to do business with the city.

Tacopina assured his client that his legal troubles were over and he was free to focus on his security consulting business in the Middle East.

Privately, Kerik’s friends say, Tacopina described the violations this way: “Like pissing on the sidewalk.”
Two years later, Kerik was federal inmate No. 84888-054, sitting in a Maryland cell and wondering if the slick defense attorney helped the feds put him behind bars.

Kerik, a 9/11 hero and one of the most decorated police commissioners in New York City history, is now a free man looking for answers.

Kerik, in a bar complaint filed Friday, accused Tacopina of engaging in “conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and/or misrepresentation” — along with a list of explosive legal abuses:

Hear Joe Tacopina do a 180 and actually agree with Red’s point of view regarding the Aruban justice system. Hear Aruban spokes person Steve Cohen agree with Red that the case was blown in the beginning. That is a far cry from what we are hearing today where people are blaming Natalee’s family for the cases failure.

RED:The outrage that the people have is not, we don’t base it off of an American standard. We base it off of what we have learned what is the Aruban Dutch standard … Its actually a much more easier process because you can arrest someone for suspicion of murder.

Joe Tacopina:Well you know Red raises a good point, if you compare to their standards, the Dutch-Aruban standards, it was blown in that regard because they do have different laws and they do allow you to be detained on suspicion.

Steve Cohen:The misses opportunities happened within the first 48 hours … But I will agree with Red, there is no question that the physical evidence that existed at that point which was critical in solving this case either disappeared or was not there.

When Joran Van der Sloot confessed to the murder of Natalee Holloway, Aruba set him free … but when he confessed to the murder of Stephany Flores, Peru found him guilty and sentenced him in prison for 28 years.

ARE YOU JOKING … JORAN VAN DER SLOOT TO BE MARRIED?

As reported at Ad.nl, Joran Van der Sloot is to be married within two weeks. Yes that Joran Van der Sloot who is currently serving 28 years in Piedras Gordas  prison in Peru for the murder of Stephany Flores and the same “Sporter” who should have already been in prison for the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. The unlucky or insane to be bride is reports as Leidy Figueroa. I am sure her parents are so proud. But of course Joran Van der Sloot is marrying out of love. NOT!!! So why would Joran Van der Sloot marry a Peruvian woman? It can’t be for the conjugal visits, one does not have to be married to do such. Could it be to become a Peruvian citizen through marriage? However, I am not sure why this would matter for Van der Sloot seeing that both Peru and the Netherlands have extradition treaties with the United States. At some point Van der Sloot is going to be extradited to the United States and an Alabama courtroom to face extortion charges he perpetrate against Beth Holloway in the death of her daughter, Natalee Holloway.

We have heard these rumors before, looks like this time it might just be true. Where is the couple registered at, Murderers ‘R Us?

Maximo Altez, van der Sloot’s attorney, has confirmed that his client is engaged to a Peruvian woman named Leydi Figueroa Uceda. She’s the same woman that van der Sloot was dating in October of 2012. The couple reportedly met through an inmate. In late 2012, Uceda was rumored to have been pregnant with van der Sloot’s child, but the news was never confirmed.

Altez says that the couple is working on getting some final paperwork processed so the marriage can take place. He adds that he expects the union to happen in the next two weeks.

UPDATE II: Joran Van der Sloot plans to get married next month in the Peruvian prison where he’s serving time for murder, his lawyer told ABC News Friday. Told ABC News? Why didn’t ABC News just do a simple Google search and they would have learned from Dutch publications that the “Sporter” was getting married?

Maximo Altez, van der Sloot’s lawyer, said the 25-year-old will marry girlfriend Leydi Figueroa Uceda sometime in June. The two met in 2011 when Figueroa was visiting another inmate at the prison where van der Sloot was being held before his trial, ABC News reported. In October, Altez denied reports that Figueroa was pregnant with van der Sloot’s child.

Joran van der Sloot, who is serving a 28-year-sentence for murdering a young Peruvian woman, has impregnated a woman while imprisoned in Lima, according to a Dutch newspaper.

De Telegraaf newspaper on Monday cited (linked article is in Dutch) Van der Sloot’s lawyer Maximo Altes as saying the pregnancy is past its third month, and Van der Sloot himself as confirming the news in a telephone call.

The woman, identified by the paper only as “Leidi,” was said to have become pregnant during an unsupervised visit with Van der Sloot.

Good grief, what a piece of work this chick must be. Although Van der Sloot’s attorney would not confirm the pregnancy, Maximo Altez did state that that Leidi is registered as van der Sloot’s girlfriend at Piedras Gordas Prison and they have had conjugal visits. Unbelievable.

So let’s under stand this, Van der Sloot kills Stephany Flores in Peru and murders Natalee Holloway in Aruba, even though Joran has never been tried for it. And then he is allowed to have conjugal visits with some  woman who he had never met previously and is allowed to have her listed as his girl friend. WTF!

UPDATE I:Lawyer for Joran Van der Sloot is denying that Joran impregnated a Peruvian woman during a conjugal visit in his Peruvian prison. UM, is he denying the conjugal visit as well?

The lawyer representing Joran van der Sloot today shot down reports that the Dutch playboy who is suspected of killing Natalee Holloway had impregnated a Peruvian woman during a conjugal visit in his Peruvian prison.

Van der Sloot told Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf, that a woman identified only as “Leidi” was pregnant with his child.

“A test has proved” the pregnancy, he told the paper.

But van der Sloot’s lawyer, Maximo Altez, told ABC News the reports are not true and the woman, whose real name he said is Carol Figueroa Uceda, told him she was not pregnant.
