Seems that Dean Reynolds of CBS News has changed candidate coverage from Obama to McCain and as he states, The differences between the two are striking. Reynolds also makes a rather glaring comment in regards to the Obama campaign, “But in politics, everything that goes around comes around”

Reynolds also makes a rather glaring comment in regards to the Obama campaign, “But in politics, everything that goes around comes around” It would appear that the press is treated better aboard McCain One vs. Air Obama. It would also seem that the McCain camp is more organized.

Senator Obama has accused me of opposing regulation to avert this crisis. I guess he believes if a lie is big enough and repeated often enough it will be believed. But the truth is I was the one who called at the time for tighter restrictions on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that could have helped prevent this crisis from happening in the first place.

Senator Obama was silent on the regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and his Democratic allies in Congress opposed every effort to rein them in. As recently as September of last year he said that subprime loans had been, quote, “a good idea.” Well, Senator Obama, that “good idea” has now plunged this country into the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.

My opponents touchiness every time he is questioned about his record should make us only more concerned. For a guys who has already authored two memoirs, he is not exactly an open book. Watch Frank Luntz and his focus poll of undecided voters and what they had to say. The focus group went overwhelmingly for Sarah Palin. The focus group felt as if she was one of them. They thought she was informed and likeable.

Frank Luntz even stated at the end that the reaction to Gov. Sarah Palin’s debate was so positive that we should watch the polls in the upcoming days as there will be a shift … GAME ON!

However, CBS and Hot Air states that CNN are reporting in their polls that Biden won. Sorry, I do not buy it. The MSM has been so in the tank and looking to depress the Republican vote, I cannot take a poll seriously that so many so-called “uncommitted” voters saw that debate as a clear Biden win.

Forty-six percent of the uncommitted voters surveyed say Democrat Joe Biden won the debate, compared to 21 percent for Republican Sarah Palin. Thirty-three percent said it was a tie.

Many of the pundits even the Obama camp said that Palin did a good job; however, Biden won of substance. Really, Biden won on substance? Too bad much of what he said during the debate was just plain factually incorrect. OK, he lied! Carl Rove states that Biden was wrong 16 times during the debate.

Gwen Ifill VP Debate Moderator … I never told the Commission about the book … Conflict of Interest

How could any one be fair during a debate if one, they are a known liberal supporter and two, purposely went out of their way not to disclose that they were writing a book that involved one of the Presidential candidates that would be an obvious conflict of interest.

The firestorm continues as the revelations of debate moderator Gwen Ifill’s soon to be released book,“Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama,” finally become known. Many have wondered why no one from the McCain campaign objected that Gwen Ifill not be the debate moderator for tonights Vice-Presidential Debate between Sarah Palin and Joe Biden? Many wondered how the Debate Commission would have kept her as a moderator with such a glaring conflict of interest. It is because neither they nor the Debate Commission knew, Gwen Ifill did not tell them.

The host of PBS’ “Washington Week” and senior correspondent on “The NewsHour” said she did not tell the Commission on Presidential Debates about the book. The commission had no immediate comment when contacted by The Associated Press. A spokeswoman for John McCain’s campaign did not immediately return phone and e-mail messages.

However, the question remains … and the readers can answer it themselves, why would someone knowingly not disclose a conflict of interest to a Debate Commission that would determine whether or not she was eligible to be moderator. Hmm … maybe she just forgot. In a day and age we are facing a $700 billion bail out package due so shading business practices and unethical behavior from politicians … why should Ifill’s actions be considered any different? A conflict of interest is just that … a conflict of interest.

So why would Ifill have kept such a glaring conflict a secret from the Debate Commission? Follow the money and the power. Ifill knowingly deceived those that would have most certainly had her step down as a debate moderator. However, if such an event occurred how could she prosper from her soon to be released book? As Hot Air states, Ifill has tried to say that her book has little to do with Obama, yet then why is the name of the book include “Age of Obama”?
