False Cries of Racism … NAACP Call Tea Party Racist But Has No Issue with Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan

The NAACP that cried racism. When making accusations one must remember the source and the credibility of the comment.

The late Martin Luther King Jr. would be disgusted by the actions of today’s NAACP. A note to the NAACP, “it is about the content of one’s character, not the color of one’s skin”. However, today’s NAACP and those that support them can only see color, because they have proved they have no character.

The NAACP has no problem making false claims of racism again the Tea Party; however, they seems to be a tremendous credibility issue. The NAACP had no isse having Nation of Islam leader, anti-Semite Minister Louis Farrakhan speak. No race baiting here, eh? The NAACP condemned the Tea Party and  NAACP delegates passed a resolution to condemn extremist elements within the Tea Party, calling on Tea Party leaders to repudiate those in their ranks who use racist language in their signs and speeches.

NAACP … those that live in glass houses might not want to throw stones. The NAACP would condemn the entire Tea Party movement that has no single leader for some signs that some misguided people had vs. an organizations acceptance of having Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan be a speaker. REALLY?

Hat Tip: The Gateway Pundit

The NAACP has a hell of a lot of nerve to call others racists and support Minister Louis Farrakhan. A hell of a lot indeed.  They seem to be attacking the fiscally responsible Tea Party movement not because they are racist, but more to the point because their responsible thinking is a direct threat to their Chosen One, Barack Hussein Obama.

Instead of politicians stepping in to provide sanity to the situation, we get race baitors like US Rep. Jackson Lee  (D-TX) fanning the flames of racism. She recently made comments at the NAACP conference that, “All those who wore sheets a long time ago have now lifted them off” and are identifying with the Tea Party.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) ripped Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee a new one for trying to compare the Tea Party to the KKK. There is nothing worse than trying to go after some one’s character by calling them a racists. The NAACP has lost all credibility as they are willing to use the “R” word when none exists simply to protect Obama against people who differ with his socialist political ideology, not his skin color.

“Here you have a member of Congress saying that mainstream America, ?God fearing freedom loving patriots who object to this out of control? spending, now they are part of the KKK?” Bachman said. “That’s ?essentially what she is saying. I don’t [know] any more of a worse smear that? you could possibly have.”?

The comments by Bachmann, who is seeking to form a House Tea Party Caucus, are the latest in a simmering debate about the extent of racism within the Tea Party.

NAACP President Ben Jealous gets Schooled by Tea Part Activist David Webb

Why has the NAACP never condemned the Condozza Rice Monkey pictire. The GWB Hitler picure which you never have and condemn the comments and actions of  New Black Panther Party member King Samir Shabazz

How ridiculous has the NAACP become? These are the same folks that boycotted Hallmark for the following graduation card being racist. All because they have a preconceived notion that every thing is racists. The NAACP has become as ludicrous as PETA these days and forgot what real racism is. UNREAL!

obama_whatcha_talking_willis

RACISM, REALLY?

BTW, since when did the“Whatcha Talkin’ Bout Willis” become racist? The catch phrase from the late Gary Coleman  from the sitcom Diff’rent Strokes is now considered racist? Is the NAACP serious? This organization has become an abject joke. There is real racism in the United States, many minorities could use help getting and education and breaking the cycle of welfare and prison. Sadly, the NAACP has become a tool of the Democrat part, not the very people who they claim to help.

When is the Obama, Democrats and their minions going to understand that the Tea Party movement really is? I would explain, but I do not want them to actually get it.

Don’t worry about the Obama administration and their socialist/democrat party getting the point of the TEA party movement. They already know, but are so “hell bent” on achieving their agenda that it dosen’t matter what is happening in reality.

The NAACP ceased to have revelance about thirty years ago and now the public is witnessing its’ dying gasps as it gets totally absorbed into the Democratic party.

    2. rightknight on July 17th, 2010 5:33 pm

Time to start a competing organization: NACCP

N double C P. That would stand for the National
Association for Content of Character People (regardless
of race, color, or creed). It would honor the TRUE
contribution of Martin Luther King. Political
Parasites are always trying to co-opt the works of
truly great men, so this would trump the race baiters.

    3. rightknight on July 17th, 2010 6:29 pm

Make that NNAACCPP:New National Association for the Advancement of Content of Character Principled People.
Kinda like ‘double your pleasure, halve the racism’.

What, a 100% black organization believes there is racism? Now there’s news.

Where was the Tea Party during the Bush era? It seems to me that is a question that needs to be asked. I will not say that all Tea Party members are racist just as all African Americans do not embrace all white people.

For you to post just one side of this story is funny to me I’m sure if you looked hard enough you would be able to find more racist remarks from the Tea Party and the New Black Panthers. George W. Bush was the WORST US President and not because he was “White” he was just awful at his job. Is President Obama the best? No he is not but with less than 24 months in office it would only be fair to give him the same kind of benefit of doubt as was given to “W” but before he could take office the hate was already taking form. As an African American that has an Honorable discharge from the US Navy and a 1 year tour in Afghanistan as a DOD Contractor I’m not bitter with America I’m bitter with all racist from both sides. When people can take the time to fault others and have such strong opinions but have No solutions the first thing is to look in the mirror and ask will you be part of the problem or part of the solution?

SM; You will find more racists comments in your every day deraling with people than you will at a Tea Party rally. Sorry.

Wrong again, Barack Obama is the worst, one of the worst because he is a socialist, not becuase of his skin color.

Do you understand why Obama’s approval rating stinks? Do you remotely comprehend why Americans are against him on nearly every major policy?

Americans wanted change, they did not want so socialism. That is why the MIDDLE, The Independents are rejecting him in a major way.

Sorry, but Obama lies through his teeth every day and even those on the far LEFT question why he has not closed GITMO and go out of IRAQ as he promised.

Obama is a dangerous combination between and “over his head” president with no leadership skills and a socialist idealoge hellbent on making the USA into Europe. Even European countries are trying to stop being as socialist.

If we actually had an un-bias media in this country, Obama’s ratings would be in the 30′s.

What organization does not have any individual in it who is a racist? The answer to the cluess, lying LEFT is none! Including the NAACP and every other liberal organization.

Of course there is going to be 1 or 2 people amoung 500 to 10,000 Tea Party people holding a sign. And of course idiots like you and the liberal bias MSM will find them and interview them. You will then try and say that 0.000002% of a movement makes the entire Tea Party racist.

People like you and your ilk make me sick.

There is real racism in America and crap like this does nothing to stop it. Sorry dude, but I lived in New England and northern states and saw more racism in the liberal northeast than anywhere.

What is most disengenuous is the fact that phrases like “Homey don’t play that” and “Whatcha talkin bout Willis” are sudden racist tag lines. How comical and what a joke you are that these lines garnered nothing bit laughter on In Living Color and Diff’rent Strokes.

The LEFT will do anything to try and make the Tea Party appear to be racist because the Tea Party poses a threat to Democrats and Obama. Oh, but there have never been Leftist plants that show up to Tea Parties with “racist” signs have there? Oh never.

I hate and condemn racism as most every American does. The question to the LEFT is why don’t they? Is the LEFT willing to say that there is no racism in the NAACP, the New Black Panther Party … How about Rev Jeremiah Wright and the church that Obama went to for 20 years?

Hell, it was the LEFT that thought it perfectly OK to have a former KKK member as a US Senator. But that is different.

Those on the LEFT might want to check out their own house before pointing fingers.

Racism is disgusting, but it is just as disgusting to call people racists when they are not.

It is strange to me that nobody heard a word I said. The New Black Panther group is wrong and I feel that the statements they have made are wrong. I will ask again Where was the Tea Party when George W Bush was in office??????? For 8 years no one on this blog has mentioned his part in the decline of America.

All I see is the narrow minded views and a lack of honesty if your going to pin all the blame on President Obama your not part of the Solution you’re a part of the problem. To pretend like President Obama caused all this is unfair and uneducated. I did not vote for President Obama because he was Black I voted for him because he was the best choice race had no part in my decision process, did some folks vote for him because of his skin color? Yes did some people not vote for him because of his skin color? Yes until you can be honest with yourself you can not be honest with anyone!!

#9, you got your answer but don’t get it.

NOBODY has spent more in such a short time, took over as many companies and our healthcare and lies straight faced as this administration. Where is the right change many had hoped for? Thats why there are tea parties now.

Michele Malkin, Lou Dobbs and many more had been warning us of the failed policies of Bush before I knew you could even find political blogs on the net which led me to the tea party. Maybe it just took this long to gather steam. Ask my wife how much I bit$%ed about Bush, LOL.

I would like to learn about the “benefit of a doubt” that was given to George W Bush. He was lied about and smeared by the Democrats and their news media. The last 2 years he was in office Congress was contolled by Democrats. The destruction caused by the Democrat congress was and is a complete outrage. They’ve heaped all the blame on President Bush. Clinton was able to maintain what was left to him by previous administrations. The only reason he was able to do this is that he was busy having sex with the cabinet. I was optimistic when Obama won the election. The first thing we needed was jobs; instead, we got health care sometime in the future. Paid for by our grand children. I could go on, but there is no point.

      **** Attention ******

      To Poster: “TELL THE TRUTH”

Perhaps you were hallucinating when you posted your liberal Moonbat jibberish above.

Surely, you MUST be joking?? What types of material are you getting your facts about our current state of the economy from? While you claim you are educated, I am absolutely amazed at the complete ignorance and denial you exude in your post. If you want to know who the true Racist is, that would be your boy Obama.

Yes, that is correct. Appears as if Obama favors Muslims and doesn’t really like Caucasians. Just the other day I was absolutely DISGUSTED that he has made the USPS commemorate the SECOND, that’s right second new postage stamp to commemorate a Muslim Holiday. ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS????? I will not ever like or trust a Muslim, especially the extremists who have wreaked so much havoc upon US AS AMERICAN CITIZENS.

You appear also to be a race baiter yourself. Do not make the mistake of painting all of us here with the same broad brush strokes, either. No one here ever claimed that GWB was perfect, but I can tell you this—it is time for you and your minions to STOP mentioning his name and concentrate on WHO IS IN OFFICE NOW. Hmnnnnnn….unemployment at 22%, and all you can do is blame Republicans for everything?

Pitiful, really. So, if you care so much about integrity and telling the truth- please RE-EDUCATE yourself and get acquainted with more of the facts rather than the same old left wing drivel. It’s pointless, really.

We’ll let the next President who is elected in 2012 do the talking for us. Guarantee you though, it won’t be THE ONE. The One is DONE, Baby so just deal with that. That is as truthful and realistic as it gets.

    16. Tell the Truth on July 19th, 2010 8:18 pm

PaMom who lied about President Bush? He did start two wars and in his defense he might have felt that by doing so it would stimulate the economy. I’m not here to bash either President if I had a solution to all the nations problems I would run for office. My concern is the negative remarks made by so called American’s who have No clue, is President Obama the best nope has he made mistakes yes he has but for all the negative and some racist remarks it is sad to me. At 43 I would have hoped that America could be a place where diversity shined but with the New Black Panther party and some of it’s racist members along with some of the racist Tea Party members America will continue to struggle. Nothing is worse than a bunch of people standing around and complain but have No real solutions. We do need jobs and I would be the first to agree with you on this is first and foremost issue that’s needs to be addressed. Both Presidents spending Obama and Bush are and we’re out of control I’m not an expert by any means but I would pray that the current administration would focus sooner than later on this issue. Again as a Proud American that just returned from a tour in Afghanistan supporting (OEF) Operation Enduring Freedom I have traveled enough around the world to recognize this is the Greatest nation on the earth and I hope to be part of the solution not part of the problem.

    17. NGBoston on July 19th, 2010 10:11 pm

#16—I appreciate the candor in your last post. We can all start being part of the solution vs. contributing to our Nation’s problems by making a change in our Commander in Chief in 2012.

This is NOT about race. At all. It is about electing a candidate who is best equipped to lead our Nation. GWB was not the worst President in our Countries history- but I need to correct you again. He DID NOT start 2 wars as you claim.

We were ATTACKED. By Muslim Terrorists on our own soil—-numerous times! The attack on the USS Cole was when Bill Clinton was in office! So again, Tell the Truth- do NOT blame GWB for a war that has been going on in the Middle East for hundreds of years. Are you really that unaware of history and what has taken place over the years?

You are so incorrect about your assessment of who started the War in Iraq, it’s kind of embarrassing for you.

Do you remember 9/11? GWB took action to protect our Country. Good bye, Saddam Hussien and company and GOOD RIDDANCE! While Osama Bin Laden still hides out in Pakistan or whatever remote corner of the Earth he has moved to now, we know as Americans that International Terrorisim will never be completely irradicated. HOWEVER, for you to blame GWB for “two wars” is incorrect and completely bogus. There have been THREE SEPARATE ATTEMPTS of Terrorist Acts SINCE BARACK HUSSIEN OBAMA HAS BEEN IN OFFICE AND WHAT HAS HE DONE TO PROTECT YOU AND I AND OUR FAMILIES???

Nothing at all. That is your truth right there and it is damn scary. I applaud Sarah Palin today for taking a stand and appealing to New Yorkers to protest about a mosque being erected at Ground Zero. She is 100% correct! That is like a huge punch in the face to almost 4,000 Americans who lost their lives there 9 years ago.

MUSLIMS ARE NOT AMERICAN AND DO NOT NEED ANYTHING DEDICATED IN THEIR MEMORY. I have no disregard for ALL Muslims, but in general, I believe the majority cannot be trusted and do not need to live and work and thrive in my Country. GO BACK HOME, the sooner the better. I will personally go back to Ground Zero and throw red paint all over any mosque that is placed there for Muslims. That red paint will signify the blood their own people shed of innocent Americans at the hands of the their own.

If you are involved with OEF, I hope and pray you can understand where my anger and passion is coming from and who, specifically it is directed to. I am SICK TO DEATH of all this PC bullshit in our Country. Now if that makes me, by your liberal definition a Racist, then SO BE IT.

      GO SARAH!!!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!!!!

      NGBOSTON

You have strong opinions that differ from mine but you seem well educated and informed which I can appreciate. Again I disagree with you’re views but that in my opinion makes America great. Racism is a two way street I condemn the New Black Party for the continued racist remarks they have made this type of behavior only fuels the fire in America but the NBP is not the only group fueling the fire when some Tea Party members show up at Tea Party events with racist signs to me it is unacceptable. Yes my time in Afghanistan made me recognize how good we have it here. It also brought me closer to GOD and as a child of GOD I have to look at the overall picture. Again President Obama has made some mistakes but to say he is the entire reason for the decline in America in my opinion would not be fair.

GWB did go to war to fight terrorism but he also went for oil and Weapons of Mass Destruction which neither have really been discussed.I stand to be corrected GWB was not the only person responsible for the decline even the President of the United States of America can not act alone and I would be less of a man if I put the blame entirely on his administration. I said that to say this if I can objectively see this than why is it that others can not do the same? NGBOSTON you’re smart but the comment that this is not about race I would disagree with you due to the fact I’m sure if a poll was conducted asking is race a factor when it comes to President Obama his race would be an issue. Now I’m not saying you’re a racist because if I did that would be an assumption on my part which would be wrong in doing so.

As President Obama scares you Sarah Palin scares me and yes 2012 will decide who is in office and as you well know John McCain most likely would have been elected but when the economy hit rock bottom that sealed his fate. You said in one of you’re previous post that President Obama (Appears as if Obama favors Muslims and doesn’t really like Caucasians.) I truly believe he embraces diversity due to his own background.

Whoever is elected in 2012 either male or female black or white will face the same problems until we as a Nation can come together. My thinking is this, when 911 happened the unity between the races we’re positive because everyone was affected. My time in Afghanistan forced all Americans to embrace each other because when the Taliban bomb your (FOB) Forward Operating Base you don’t have time to hate your brother white or black and if I could bottled that same kind unity displayed there here it would be wonderful in my opinion. I realize that I will not be able to change you’re opinion as you will not be able to change mine but it is my hope that we can agree to disagree without being childish in doing so.
      _______________
SM: You actually said something correct in your post above, the 2008 election and the reason why Obama was elected was about race. However, hardly as you are stating.

Many people actually voted for Obama because of his color, not against him. Trust me, I have witnessed all to often in the Northeast, liberla white guilt.

That being said …. people gave him a chance. His chance has ended as they wanted hope and change, not a Hammer and a Sickle.

If Gore or Kerry had got into office and espoused this over the top liberal agenda, they would find themself in the same boat. The fact that now the “race” card is used at the drop of every hat is dispicable. People want jobs, not higher taxes. They wanted transparency, not even more lies and flip-flops.

Obama will be a one term President because he is an ineffective leader and he lied to gain office. The gig is up and the American people have a way of righting a wrong. Everyone can’t be racist, maybe, just maybe Obama is a horrible President. What a concept.

#20- We can agree to disagree. You are also correct in that differing views, beliefs and opinions is part of what makes America what it is.

I agree that I have strong opinions, those of which are merely just that- personal opinions. I would never claim to be an expert on Foreign Affairs, domestic policy Politics in general, but I, like you, am proud to be an American. For better or worse, I love and believe in my Country—just like you. You are certainly entitled to your political party of choice, as am I. You can also continue to blame GWB for the war in Iraq, specifically, but I encourage you to review the events again and be skeptical of most of the information out there, for starters. GWB definetly made some mistakes, I just believe he did the best job he could at the time and took his Oath of being Commander in Chief much more seriously than our current Leader. Every time Obama bows to some of the hostile Foreign Diplomats as he has, I want to just lose my lunch.

Thank you for taking the time to share and explain your viewpoints and your eloquent response. Most importantly, thank you for your dedication to making a difference for mankind & your service in OEP. We don’t have to agree on everything, but I certainly respect any American who is committed to not only talking the talk, but walking the walk.

As you well know, the price of our Freedom here is never really “free”, and it is not something I for one will ever take for granted. Thanks
