Rev Jesse Jackson Sighting: ‘You can’t vote against healthcare and call yourself a black man’

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water … there is a Reverend Jesse Jackson sighting.

The Reverend Jackson has once again shown he is a divider, not a uniter. What would this man ever do for a living if races actually got along in peace and harmony. Sadly, we may never know as this race-baiter will see fit that it never occurs.

Obama_jackson

Rev. Jackson, does it also make you a black man if you want to “cut his nuts out?”

A note to all the black people in America who have health insurance that you have no issue with, the Rev. Jesse Jackson says that “You can’t vote against healthcare and call yourself a black man.” Really? What would they be called Rev. Jackson, a racist? Or as The Other McCain opines, “Congratulations to this overnight Caucasian! He is now a man who can join the Klan. Send the word to Senator Bob Byrd”.

The remark stirred a murmur at the reception, held by the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Foundation as part of a series of events revolving around the 25th anniversary of Jackson’s run for president. Several CBC members were in attendance, including Chairwoman Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), who’d introduced Jackson.

Davis, who is running for governor, is the only black member of Congress from Alabama.

Jackson_change

If you don’t vote for Obamacare, you’ll change from being a black man

Who knew that is you did not vote for Obamacare that you could not be black. Does that mean if Artur Davis’ Democratic primary opponent, Ron Sparks, who is white would vote for the health care bill that it would make him white?

From Another Black Conservative “Leave it to Jesse to do his part to make sure no blacks wander off the white liberal plantation.  Imagine that, the black skin the good Lord gave you isn’t good enough unless you buy into socialized medicine”.

Amen brother. Leave it to Jesse Jackson to qualify what makes one black. No divisiveness there. Imagine saying to anyone that unless you do this and pray at the alter of Obama and socialized, single payer, government controlled health care, you are not black.

Remember when every one said that once Barack Obama was elected President and America had it’s first black President that race relations would change? How ya like that race baiting change now? Change eh? I dare say sadly it may have got worse.

Can anyone imagine if the word “black” was replaced with “white” and a Caucasian Republican made the comment?

Wake up America, there are those that have a vested interest in keeping people at each others throats.

Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton do nothing to help the black race. They are media whores and are hell bent on keeping the brother down so they can cry racism at the drop of a hat.

This government run healthcare is not a black & white issue. It’s about the government taking control of all of our lives. Black, white, old, young it does not matter.

Why must everything be about race? Because people like Obama and Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton & Rev. Wright make it about race and people are getting fed up with the race card being played over & over when race has nothing to do with it.

Please Jesse Jackson, do yourself and the rest of us a favor and shut the hell up.

HYPOCRIT! Being black has nothing to do with voting for health care, Idiot!

    5. super dave on November 19th, 2009 11:44 am

this tells me that jessie is saying that you are not a black man unless you have some fool that has to lead you in the direction (he) wants you to go in.

    6. Shava on November 19th, 2009 12:39 pm

Rev.Jessie Jackson does not speak for African Americans,at least not me!!!!!!!!! He has not read
the health care bill, especially page 1004. Yeh,the chip that will be eventially forced upon everyone.(aka, the mark)

He is a Reverend and he can not see that this bill is hiding the mark of the beast in it. This tells me that he has not read the bill nor his bible. If he was a true man of God he would be warning people about the health care reform and the hate crime bill. ugggggggggggh I hope that the African American community don’t fall for this two faced lair. May all who was deceived by Obama repent and read that bill. THANK GOD,I DID NOT VOTE FOR THE AC.

    7. Shava on November 19th, 2009 12:47 pm

Don’t worry about Jessie, folks. The African American community has long been aware of his character. He makes up these one liners to get attention, for himself. HE DOES NOT SPEAK FOR THE AAC. HOW DARE HE SAY SUCH FOOLISHNESS

Jesse Jackson, oddly or not so oddly enough, has no more interest in Blacks than the Man in the Moon.

Considering just two of many examples of “contributions” he has received over the decades of seeming extortion over the years, I would venture to guess that GREEN is his color, not black.

      Consider:

During an indignant boycott against Anheuser-Busch, one of his sons was given the Midwest distributorship(largest, I think, in the nation at the time), even though he may not have been qualified and had zero experience. Uhhh, the boycott stopped immediately. That was also the time, by the way, my personal boycott against the beer company began. I have not had a Bud or Michelob or any other of their brands since.

      Coca Cola:

      This was taken from a transcript from Bill O’Reilly in 2004. ( http://archive.nlpc.org/view.asp?action=viewArticle&aid=406 )

“In the year 2000, it was a $1.5 billion discrimination class action lawsuit filed on behalf of African-American Coca-Cola employees. Jackson got involved. Coke settled for $192 million. You figure Jackson got a piece of that?”

Only two examples of only God knows how many, of course, but please, if you speak of Rev Jackson, think GREEN, not BLACK!

    11. Brenda in Virginia on November 19th, 2009 2:45 pm

Well, if a black man votes against this health care thing and he’s disowned by his “black brothers and sisters”…guess he is simply an American MAN then with no extra tags…right? :>)

    12. Brenda in Virginia on November 19th, 2009 2:46 pm

BTW, does Obama always look like he’s in a daze, or is it just me?

    13. Brenda in Virginia on November 19th, 2009 2:58 pm

Ok…let’s be lighthearted for a moment…and pass this one on.>>>>>

The Reverends Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, while visiting a primary school class, found themselves in the middle of a discussion related to words and their meanings.

The teacher asked both men if they would like to lead the discussion of the word “tragedy”. So the illustrious Rev Jackson asks the class for an example of a “tragedy”.

One little boy stood up and offered: “If my best friend, who lives on a farm, is playing in the field and a runaway tractor comes along and knocks him dead, that would be a tragedy.”

No,” says the Great Jesse Jackson, “that would be an accident.”

A little girl raised her hand: “If a school bus carrying 50 children drove over a cliff, killing everyone inside, that would be a tragedy.”

I’m afraid not,” explains the exalted Reverend Al. “That’s what we would call a great loss. ” The room goes silent. No other children volunteered.

Reverend Al searches the room. “Isn’t there someone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?”

Finally at the back of the room little Johnny raises his hand. In a stern voice he says: “If a plane carrying the Reverends Jackson and Sharpton were struck by a missile and blown to smithereens that would be a tragedy.”

Fantastic!” exclaims Jackson and Sharpton, “That’s right. And can you tell me why that would be a tragedy?”

“Well,” says little Johnny, “because it sure as hell wouldn’t be a great loss, and it probably wouldn’t be an accident either.

    15. super dave on November 19th, 2009 5:33 pm

Shava is right on. it is on page 1004. supposedly for medical records and that is complete BS. it is government control and blatantly slapping you in the face.
i have a hard time believing that people would even consider having this done to their small children and themselves for that matter.

    16. Scrapiron on November 19th, 2009 7:45 pm

I’m a white conservative who says you can’t vote for the health care scam and call yourself an American in any form. You are voting yourself into Marxism which will take a hundred years and a bloody war to overturn. Everyone make their own list of those pushing this sham. Research their addresses and their family. When the time comes no one should be missed, including offspring/relatives. There is no cure for Stupid so it must be totally eleminated by any means.

    17. brie. on November 19th, 2009 11:48 pm

Those that want the health care scam are the same people that voted for the fool….

The next election can’t come soon enough…that is, if there is anything left of us….

Playing the race card again, which by the way, has been played so many times it’s turned to dust.

What kind of person, or group of persons such as the present administration, would intentionally want and deliberately try to destroy the USA? What is the gain, the profit, the trophy?

This entire barrage of illegal/unethical/immoral/unconstitutional programs being rammed down the collective throats of innocent people will surely backfire.

      Dear Mr. Grim Reaper,

So far this year you have taken away our favorite dancer and entertainer Michael Jackson, favorite actor Patrick Swayze, and favorite actress Farrah Fawcett.

Just so you know, our favorite politician is Barack Obama.

    26. Susan on November 20th, 2009 7:41 pm

It really is too bad we, the American people, don’t get a chance to vote for this very important part of legislation that will no doubt affect all of our lifes. Our voices should and need to be heard! If I could vote, I WOULD VOTE AGAINST IT, SO, I GUESS THAT MAKES ME A HONKY CRACKER ;-)

The “welfare pimp” is at it again. When will the black community learn to disregard people like Jessie Jackson who is only promoting himself?

Rev Jesse Jackson Sighting: ‘You can’t vote against healthcare and call yourself a black man’

Tell that to the people of Tuskeegee, Jess.

The Tuskegee Syphilis Study, cited as “arguably the most infamous biomedical research study in U.S. history”

Clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama

      How quickly Jesse forgets!
