As Barack Obama continues the legacy of Al “its not easy being Green” Gore with his “cap and
trade” plan to reduce carbon emissions to prevent so-called global warming, yet another funny thing has happened on the way to taxing Americans … Chicago, Illinois has experienced the coldest June in 50 years.
The cloudy, chilly and rainy open to June here has been the talk of the town. So far this June is running more than 12 degrees cooler than last year, and the clouds, rain and chilly lake winds have been persistent. The average temperature at O’Hare International Airport through Friday has been only 59.5 degrees: nearly 7 degrees below normal and the coldest since records there began 50 years ago.
However, what is not a myth is the permanent tax that President Barack Obama and Democrats want to give to all Americans, not just the one’s making over $250K, when they implement a “cap and trade” plan to supposedly reduce carbon emissions. The reality is, it’s just more distribution of the wealth.

I thought the buzz phrase Global Warming had been changed to Global Change, thus accounting for the cooling and still allowing government intervention. What a crock.
Global warming and change may be happening due to natural causes. Why not just address the pollution? Why make money and force a nation into generations of poverty?
I live two hours South of Chicago and this last winter was one of the harshest.

Drill here, drill now! Yep the nutroots have changed from global warming to global cooling because even they can’t defy the data that shows the earth is indeed cooling. And yes, it’s cyclical. Just one of those things that God set into motion when He laid out the earth.
And yes, there are some scientists that want to sue algore. I hope they really do it and put an end to this debacle – another “crisis: for O to use to “manage” the people.
Southern California has been very cold for 2 months. Still can’t go out at night w/o a jacket and it’s mid-June.

Let’s face it, most know what’s going on – if Rush, Beck, GHWB, Bill O’Reilly or some other GOP stalwart were championing climate change instead of Al Gore, every Republican would be an adamant supporter.
GOP denial is just political vitriol for who is championing the message.

Global Warming is a farce and it became even a bigger farce when ACORN has joined “Team Green.” LOL! The only reason ACORN is joining the GW farce is so Obama can justify giving them federal appropriated funds!
