Truth to tell, I don’t see any issue with any guy, even the president-elect, going shirtless on vacation in Hawaii … I’m sure the ladies would rather see a photo of HIM doing it than one of ME.
But one headline this morning peeved me no end: it read that no connection between Obama or his staff and the hopefully soon-to-go Illinois governor was found … but that the questioning took up some of Obama’s valuable time.
(That wasn’t HIS comment, that was the headline.)
Well, EXCUSE US. Who are we to question the Great One? Or don’t the media fawn enough on Caroline Kennedy, whose last name and family wealth obviously (in her opinion) entitle her to be appointed to the Senate?

Some people around the Richmond area are renting out rooms in their homes for people coming in for the inauguration – hope I spelled it right – 100 miles up Jeff Davis Hwy – aka US 1 – but Jeff Davis in Virginia – I think it’s great that he chose Pastor Rick Warren for the invocation, also. I pray that he proves to be a great leader for us in these trying times…..and a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all who read and write comments here.
