Hidden in plain sight … The body of missing Caylee Anthony may have been recovered less than one mile away from grandparents home. See previous post for todays earlier events in the case of what in all likelihood looks like the discovery of missing Caylee Anthony’s body. 
How will the grandparents of Caylee Anthony deal with the fact that Caylee was killed and literally buried in almost their own back yard as all evidence points toward their daughter, Casey Anthony?
The news broke this morning as at 9:32 am a utility worker found a garbage bag with the skeletal remains of a child at the area of Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Drive, less than a half a mile away from the home of Cindy and George Anthony, the grandparents of missing Caylee Anthony. The remains of a child were found in a wooded area near the Hidden Oaks Elementary School less than a mile away from the Anthony grandparents home and Lee Anthony’s home. It is being reported that missing 3 year old girl was “totally underwater” during previous searches for the toddler.
Although not confirmed yet by the medical examiners that the body discovered was that of Caylee Anthony, all signs and probability point in that direction. What is the probability that the remains could be anything but that of Caylee Anthony in that a body of a child be found in such closer proximity of the Anthony home. They say that most accidents take place 10 minutes from home, it appears that crime scene locations of missing persons do as well. Earlier this morning, Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch referenced during an interview that he had a discussion with law enforcement where he was told, “Tim, it looks like we got her.”

Asked if the area had been searched before, Beary told reporters, “Understand this, all of this area, we confirmed with the county, was totally underwater when we started doing all this. We were all over this area several times. But the bottom line is, it was probably underwater.”

It would appear that there is some crow that Cindy Anthony might want to be eating tonight for dinner. Cindy Anthony in her forever world of denial stated on Larry King (transcript here) that no one has provided them any evidence that Caylee is no longer with us. Let us now see what Cindy and George have to say about the fact that a childs remains were found so close to their home. After all the denial, the posturing and the defending of their daughter Casey Anthony, will the grandparents of little Caylee provide her with respect and the justice that she rightfully deserves.
CINDY ANTHONY: We have had five searches done by the sheriff’s department, done by Tim Miller with Texas EquuSearch.

CINDY ANTHONY: And it’s come up with nothing. There’s nothing that they have found that, you know, has given them any evidence that Caylee is no longer with us.
UPDATE II: Attorney Jose Baez said Casey Anthony reacted badly to child discovery news
I can report exclusively after several conversations with lead defense attorney Jose Baez that his client Casey Anthony reacted “very badly” to today’s news of the child’s body being discovered. “She was crying and sobbing,” according to Baez. Furthermore, she had to be given a sedative to calm her.

The only chance that Baez and Casey Anthony could have played the “reasonable doubt” card that Caylee could still have been alive if there was no body. That premise just went by the way side this morning. Although, why would Casey Anthony’s first thought be that the body of the child found this morning was Caylee? Why would she automatically take that in a bad way unless she had something to do with leaving the plastic bag there?
UPDATE III: Police Seek Search Warrant for Caylee Anthony Grandparents Home
After finding the human remains of a child earlier this morning, the home of George and Cindy Anthony are off limits to them as a search of the home will be conducted by police.
Authorities say they are seeking a search warrant for the Orlando home of a missing 3-year-old girl after a small child’s remains were found nearby.
Orange County sheriff’s spokesman Carlos Padilla said Thursday that investigators cordoned off the home belonging to the grandparents of Caylee Anthony, who often stayed at the home with her mother.
UPDATE IV: Plastic Bag, Duct Tape Could Yield Vital Clues in Caylee Anthony Case
Will the evidence of duct tape or forensic findings change the prosecutors minds of whether to seek the death penalty?
Today the face of the legal case against tot mom Casey Anthony completely changed in favor of the prosecution. Prior to this mornings discovery of a childs remains less than one half mile away from the Anthony’s home which by all accounts is Caylee Anthony, the defense was banking on the fact that there was no body. Thus, if there was no body there was a possibility there could still be an alive Caylee. That coupled with the all too numerous and fictitious Caylee sightings would have been there defense. Not any longer. The evidence found today, the skeletal remains, duct tape and contents within the bag are a forensic crime pathologists dream.
The remains, found Thursday by a utility worker less than half a mile from Caylee’s home, have yet to be identified, but investigators will be searching the scene for “a treasure trove of forensic evidence,” FOX News contributor Michael Baden said.
Pathologists should be able to identify the body quickly from dental records, Baden said, and the plastic and duct tape could provide additional vital clues, including fingerprints. They could also provide clues to how the child died, and to who dumped the body.
“The beauty of duct tape — no matter rain, snow, sleet — that fingerprint will stay there,” Baden said, adding that if someone used their teeth to rip it, it could yield DNA evidence too.
“Right now, they would be looking at all the contents of the plastic bag and they would be looking at the plastic bag itself,” Baden said. “The fingerprints on the outside often get dissolved away by weather, but the inside of the plastic bag, the fingerprints would be there.”

Justice for Caylee!
This body appears to have been found just off the same street where Casey’s boyfriend said he found her walking on the day her car ran out of gas and they stole the gas cans from her dad’s storage shed.
The jig is up.
If Casey had not killed her daughter, and knew her daughter was well and safe, why any reaction? Seems if nothing else it should be a reaction of indifference because after all, it’s not her child.
Casey killed Caylee and may understand with the finding of the body (if this is Caylee) the death penalty might just go back on the table. I hope it does. We can certainly do without Casey in this world.
Now that the Anthony’s home has been seized by the authorities/declared a crime scene, are Cindy and George on their way back to California to appear on Larry King again???
I believe the remains are those of Caylee. The evidence seems to be pointing in that direction.

The Anthony’s going back on Larry King? Larry must be paying his guests the big bucks?

This morning I wonder what they are searching for in the Anthony home. If they are looking for “matching” garbage bags 6 months later or “duct tape”….that seems a stretch. I heard that Casey started crying when she heard the news, the tears, I fear, are only because she is caught red-handed. Of course, we will be hearing that the meter reader was involved, and everyone in the state of Florida will be blamed for the murder by the Anthony family before Casey finally gets the death sentence.
ps: Who could watch that little child sing “you are my sunshine” and think of harming her???????
They already know it’s her. They knew when they found the body. The is evidence the police have that we are not privy to, so there must have been something else in that bag that made them believe it was her from the onset. The testing is just a confirmation of what they already know.
Apparently Bun…Casey Anthony didn’t get warm fuzzy feelings watching Caylee grab the attention from her…and preventing her “beautiful life” from unfolding.
Well, that life unfolded alright, and it was a stink weed in disguise as a rose.
Maybe there’s something wrong with me.
But am I the only one who finds it horrifying and disgusting that the news media are flocking to give publicity to these grandparents of Caylee, at a time when there seems to be strong suspicion that they might have known about events?

What was witnessed yesterday is nothing short of a miracle. The fact that this child was found in fairly good condition is good news. I, for one, have grown tired of Nancy Grace and all the “experts” that appear on her show rambling on and on about what may have happened and seeking for truth among lies. Thanks to the power of prayer; we may, finally, find out what really happened.

All God’s ways are righteous. When a man was charged with taking a life, even if by accident; under the Jewish law, he had to live as a nomad in the desert for seven years. Although few survived; upon completion of their punishment, they were considered redeemed and allowed to return.
Traps, fire and sulfur along with a scorching wind and empty cup describe their condition and is not to be confused with the pagan belief in hell fire. Jehovah is a merciful god and is not one that would take pleasure in eternal suffering.
Casey is as good as dead. Removed, to spend the rest of her life with no independence, no liberty and void of the pleasures of life. Be thankful we have a justice system that is not partial, for generally speaking, there is no justice in this world and miracles are far and few between.

This may be a bit late in the mix, but a thought about Zeneida Gonzalez – a few years ago, I was standing in a grocery store paying for groceries. I wrote a check, went on my way… later that night, I got a phone call from a stranger who told me he’d been behind me in line and memorized my number when I gave it to the clerk, and would I like to go out for a drink? Terrifying! I put my husband and the wrath of God down him, but maybe Casey was behind Zeneida somewhere, and stole her identity that way? She could have followed her around for God knows how long, the woman is obviously sick, sick, sick.
Yea I dont believe at all that the grandparents knew anything about this but yes they would believe their daughter over the media, wouldnt anyone trust their own kid? Caylee you are loved by everyone. May you rest in Peace. Everyone should leave your gramma and papa alone and put themselves in their shoes, and not downtalk the only parents that you have ever known. Casey, if you did this, you will eventually pay for it.
