Cindy, George and Lee Anthony all have Attorneys Representing Them, Why? … Obstruction of Justice, Conflicting Statements & Aiding and Abetting … Oh My

Obstruction of justice, conflicting statements and aiding and abetting charges would never be necessary consideration if Lee, George and Cindy had been completely cooperating and truthful with investigators from start to finish in the Caylee/Casey Anthony investigation.

Anthonys

All in the Family … why do they need legal representation?

Casey Anthony, the mother of deceased 2 year old Caylee Anthony, finds herself indicted and behind bars in the murder of her child. It is obvious why she would have legal representation in the form of attorney Jose Baez and the Dream Team Part Deux that he has assembled in an effort to cloudy the waters of justice and throw defense mud up against the wall to see what sticks.

Casey_Baez

However, why do grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony, as well as her brother Lee Anthony feel the need for legal representation in the disappearance and homicide of Caylee? What did they do during the investigation to find Caylee Anthony that they would need legal council? One would think that family members would have done everything humanely possible to find Caylee, not defend Casey.

Can you say obstruction of justice, conflicting statements and aiding and abetting?

Casey_Lee_visitlaugh

Lee & Casey Anthony having a humorous call while Casey behind bars

The attorney for Lee Anthony, Thomas Luka, said that the State Attorney’s Office could seek charges against Lee Anthony for obstruction of justice or aiding and abetting. Why would Lee Anthony’s attorney think that his client could face such charges? Why would Thomas Luka feel the need that his client’s civil rights need to be protected if Lee has been truthful, honest and up front during the investigation? Why does one hire a criminal defense attorney in the first place?

VIDEO of Attorney Thomas Luka’s comments.

Attorney Thomas Luka said that the State Attorney’s Office could seek to charge Lee with obstruction of justice or aiding and abetting, even if was not Lee’s intention to do so. [This is lawyereze at its finest. So it was not Lee’s intent to obstruct and aid and abet? So there is an admission that Lee has done so?]

“It’s an ongoing investigation, so no one really knows where it’s going to lead. Mr. Anthony obviously wants his civil rights protected. Everyone involved in the case should have their rights covered when determining what the police can and can not do or should and should not expect from the witnesses involved in this case,” Luka said.

Luka adds that neither Lee nor George and Cindy Anthony have been called as witnesses in the case, but they are preparing for just such a scenario.

Luka contends that Lee has cooperated with detectives, even handing over a DNA sample. Luka describes his role an advisor to Lee, in determining what he should and should not say to investigators.

“For that reason, he feels at this point, now that the police are focusing completely on Casey, he wants to make sure that his own civil rights are protected,” Luka said.

Grandparents Cindy and George Anthony also have legal representation. Attorney Brad Conway is the latest lawyer hired by the Anthony’s. So why would Casey’s parents need legal representation? It turns out that after a child’s body was discovered near the Anthony home and before it was positively identified, Cindy and George asked for a full immunity deal. Why would the Anthony’s want an immunity deal now? Attorney Brad Conway confirmed that  grandparents of Caylee Anthony knowingly provided “conflicting statements” to police in the past. Will both Cindy and George Anthony be charged with obstruction of justice charges as well?

Conway said he plans to meet with the lead prosecutor and detectives later this week to ask for full immunity for the Anthonys.

“We will not speculate. If the attorney officially decides to ask our office, well will address it then,” said Danielle Taverneri, spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office.

Conway admits the Anthonys have made conflicting statements in the past. They will be re-interviewed by investigators. He said, for the next interview they give to authorities, there will not be any conflicting statements.

      Giving conflicting statements to Police…
Isn’t that the same as lying?
Or was it just trying to confuse them…
Keeping them going in all directions…
While, secretly, hoping the fertilizer works?
      That’s George and Cindy Anthony!

Lee’s not even the one asking for immunity and he’s the one that deserves it the most. He was, simply, doing as his parents told him. In the meantime, he supplied valuable information to the police…

      1) The computer wasn’t Casey’s… it’s Cindy’s.
      2) The telephone log from Casey’s phone bills.
      3) The truth about how the trunk stunk.
      4) The bags from Tony’s house.
      5) Casey’s wallet, with the receipts and money
      6) Truth about how much money was in the wallet
      7) Truth about the J.C. Penney’s card
      8) Background on Casey’s friends
      9) History of family relations

and more! Don’t see him going down the pipe.

But, the attention that his attorney is drawing to the law regarding Aiding and Abetting and Obstruction of Justice is a reminder to us how serious these crimes can be. Makes me wonder if someone who is familiar with the law, like an ex-detective, is about ready to fall from grace… and Lee is keeping his distance and making sure he’s protected so he doesn’t get dragged down with him.

… and they want to make a new statement that won’t have any conflicting facts…

      CuTe!

      (laughing out loud)

Smells fishy!…I can’t get the picture of Lee “snatching” up the memorial for Caylee…he was just soooooo ANGRY!…was this because he finally knew that he had been “duped” by Casey?
Makes sense that neither C/G nor Lee visited her for Christmas..if they genuinely wanted to see her they wouldn’t have cared that it would be videotaped..methinks either that they have “woken up” to her lies…OR…they think she may incriminate herself! Either way I begrudge the 82c roast beef Chrissy dinner that she got to eat whilst all Caylee can look forward to is the violation of her little bones during the 2nd autopsy being done by sleazy Baez & his team!

      I couldn’t agree more.
In regards to the making of new statements.
Someone should tell them that ship sailed back in July. The TRUTH is something that never changes and needs only to be told once.

If you make a statement to a FBI agent that is proven not to be true you can be charged with a felony. Martha Stewart got nailed for a statement that was a murky.

Very, early in the releasing of these jail/phone conversations, one between Casey and Lee caught my attention. whatever the subject, the two were speaking somewhat in code. Lee made a comment and Casey answered saying, “No one will find out.” find out WHAT? I cannot find that transcript. It was not an audio…was a transcript.

Originally, I believed it was Casey telling her brother no one would learn he was Casey’s real father due to the accusation she made to her x-fiance that both her father and brother molested her (no sure I believe that at all now). Now with the body being found, I do have to wonder if it was Lee who may have moved the grey bag with Caylee’s body further back into the woods? We’ll find out soon enough as the trial begins what LE thinks that meant. Certainly (and I mean no doubt) they caught that too and analyzed what the two were discussing.

    7. Brenda in Virginia on December 29th, 2008 7:58 am

OOhh! I just read further down and see now that a slip of the “foot into the mouth” and Lee’s attorney called Caylee Lee’s daughter. Oops! Maybe my first inclination was correct!

As for George molesting Casey, I still have serious doubts. I went to high school with a girl that was VERY rebellious and lived across the street from me. she would run away (crazy mom…dad didn’t know how to handle just like George/Cindy). This girl ran away and called myself and another friend saying her dad raped her. I didn’t believe it from the start because she was a compulsive liar…turned out to be a lie and destroyed that family. I asked her years later WHY and she refused an answer.

    8. jaybird on December 29th, 2008 8:06 am

My guess is that C&G (and Lee? not sure on him)wanted so much to believe the fairy tale that Casey wasn’t a murderer, and that Caylee was alive, that they did all of those things that are illegal–lying, covering up, etc. And now, that dream is over, and they are angry at Casey and now willing to tell what they know. To do that, without further incriminating themselves, they have to have immunity, so they can tell the real truth now. I believe C&G are decent enough people (okay, not perfect) who just had ambitions of wanting to have the perfect family picture–honest folks who reacted to the worst horror anyone could imagine by trying to believe it wasn’t so. Now they know and are ready to do the right thing. I don’t think they are trying to protect themselves, I think they are willing to help make things right and get to the real, very horrible, truth. This isn’t a Martha Stewart situation–she was profiting personally by doing illegal things, not reacting to tragic circumstances inappropriately. Let’s cut them some slack. My heart goes out to them.

Unfortunately, no one will go after the Anthonys. They will get off scott free with the assumption they’ve suffered enough. Look at the OJ trial: how many people lied for him?

Yes, despicable people. No, nothing we can do about it.

WHO was there to make sure little Caylee’s CIVIL RIGHTS were PROTECTED??? It certainly WAS NOT her so-called family!!

Cindy and George have been running scared, back peddling, trying to retract false statements they made earlier in the investigation.

I hope that the State Attorney’s Office denies granting both Cindy and George IMMUNITY!

Not only did the Anthony’s obstruct justice and aid and abet Casey, but they also perjured themselves, and conspired against authorities!!

Here’s a post by a real outside of the box thinker on the Anthony case I found while looking for stuff on Jesse Grund’s statement re: Casey’s claims of molestation. The topic was “why did police care about the pesticides found on the Anthony household. Many poster on this site seemed to be locals in Orlando:
      **********************

Posted by: jaybird | December 12, 2008 at 09:46 PM

Hmmm… jaybird…. let me give the pesticide cans a try.

Let’s say the child met her end on the day Grandpa says he saw them before he left for work. Casey was intent on having “movie night” with her boyfriend, so she didn’t want to be bothered with Caylee and would not give her mother the satisfaction of being “needed” to care for Caylee. Chloroform or Xanax (I still don’t know how to spell that) was the handy babysitter, and she either over did it, or did it on purpose. At any rate, Caylee died.

Caylee’s body was toted around, and once the first fly found the remains, Casey had to contend with a “smell” and flies. She used the pesticide to control them until she dumped the remains. The smell continued because of the leakage into the trunk mat/carpeting, and as fly eggs matured, more maggots emerged. More maggots = more flies = more pesticide. (I bet those cans of bug spray are on those receipts as well.)

Thoroughly cleaning the trunk, even trying to use gas/gas cans to mask the initial smell did nothing as it permeates the fibers. She “got rid of the smell” as she told her friend (remember the squirrels? remember the video of Caylee reading her favorite book? the book with the squirrel on the front!) by dumping the car near the smelliest thing she could find… the trash dumpster. She even took trash from Tony’s house and put it in the trunk.

Since LE found the maggots, I am curious if there are specific tests they can do to see what the maggots lived on… specifically, had they ingested or absorbed (I have no clue how maggots eat) pepperoni or cheese or anything else.

I am like you, jaybird, just totally ensconced in this. Maybe in some way we are all just trying to do our small part “to help”.

I have to wonder if she placed the 2nd on Caylee’s body. would prove very, damning evidence should a matching necklace be found to belong to Casey!!!

It wasn’t clear to me what crime Lee aided and abetted. The obstruction ? Or the murder ?
Does this mean that he helped destroy evidence or what ? Or just plain lied ? If you assist someone to cover up a crime, aren’t you just as guilty as the person who committed the crime ? Doesn’t that make you a participant ? If it doesn’t, it should.
In the Jessica Lunsford case, the persons who lived in the trailer with John Couey lied to investigators and claimed to nor know Jessie was in the trailer.
FL did not press any charges even though it was a heinous crime and there was public outrage. I could not stomach to watch the trial, just the final day when he was found guilty. I can’t recall if those scum of the earth testified or what exactly what role they played in Couey’s conviction.
Maybe I simply do not get the FL justice system.

    18. HOPE on December 29th, 2008 1:24 pm

      I agree, Susan.

I’ve been thinking about the reports made by the meter reader and have got a whole different theory of what may have happened. I think all the things that were reported by the meter reader are true and that each sighting was of Caylee.

Remember, Tim Miller was there and said that Caylee had never been moved. That tells me that Caylee was probably killed there after the fight that Casey had with her mother, who tried to choke her. Casey left threatening her mom that she would never see her grand daughter again. But, she didn’t go far… only down the street to the woods where she hung out as a teenager. Which explains why the police got a search warrant for her and Caylee’s shoes, perhaps to compare foot prints, with those found at the crime scene.

I believe that the first thing the meter reader saw was a blanket or some bedding that was used to cover Caylee’s lifeless body. Then, later, the gray pants were put over her as an attempt to camouflage the site with the surroundings. But, soon, Caylee returned to place a bag over Caylee. Perhaps, upon removing the slacks, some of Caylee’s tissue ripped away with the material which could make a spot in the carpet and would continue to decompose causing a foul smell, especially, in a hot confined space such as the trunk.

The car was impounded, but by the time C&G found the car, the stench was to the point of being unbearable. Ofcourse, upon examining the trunk of the car, Cindy probably noticed that the slacks reeked with the smell of death, so she pulled them from the car and may have placed them in the back yard while she cleaned the remaining items from the car. And, when that work was done, she returned to get the slacks and put them in the washing machine.

Anyway, we know that Caylee was found with bedding, which was probably the first thing placed over her in an attempt to hide her. Then, the meter reader reports seeing a gray bag, which was probably the gray slacks that were put over the bedding and later replaced with a black bag. Remember, the police didn’t say she was IN the bag, but rather she was under a black bag. They also found the white bedding with her, but nothing was found, to my knowledge, that was gray… except in the trunk of Casey’s car.

      .

      Katablog:

We both know that there were probably worse things done to obstruct justice in this case than, merely, lying. And I agree with you, Law Enforcement shows leniency when it comes to parents trying to protect their children. It’s a sad fact. :(

But, one day, after the trial is over; they’ll hear the deafening sound of silence all around them. And, they’ll come to realize how much they failed their grand daughter, who loved them, to protect a daughter who loved, only, herself.

Why would Padilla go on national t.v. and make an announcement of incest with no, personal knowledge? When I look at Caylee, she doesn’t have any of the signs of being inbred. I would think that her father was Ricardo or Antonio. Or the guy that, supposedly, had Zanny as his son’s nanny.

I love that, it’s got a ring to it:

Zanny the Nanny, it’s probably a good book for children as it teaches them the difference between Z and an N – they’re very much alike. But, as for the idea of xanax… Maybe. All I know is that she was in her lap, crying, sobbing. Then she fell asleep… woke up and saw that she was alone, then closed her eyes, too weak to complain. Whether Casey tried to give her medicine, I don’t know… maybe.

When are they supposed to be getting those tests done?

      Cheila:

He may be her daddy and that was what he feared in providing DNA… or he had an attorney telling him not to give anything, freely/or both. But, I agree with Brie, Lee hasn’t done anything serious. My hunch is that George helped to keep Caylee hidden by putting the fertilizer on her and probably used the chloroform to clean the car which interfered with DNA testing on the stain.

I had to laugh when he was explaining his

Was the bag moved by animals? Still underwater? Or was someone involved in trying to move it further back into the woods!? Could the Anthony’s (more probably Lee) have been aware Caylee’s body was there all along and biding their time to move it to a “better” gravesite? Fortunately, the meter reader’s curiousity got best of him for Caylee’s sake.

I cannot wait to see what LE has as their scenario at the trial. They have alot more than we do and it’s gotta be something out of the twilight zone!!!

just took a good look at the photo of Lee, Cindy, and George Anthony. From what I know of body language, here are the dynamics. George has his hand on Cindy’s leg which is both protective and possessive in nature…BUT…cindy has HER hand over the TOP of George’s. This signifies she sees herself as dominant (power struggle, no duh).

Lee sits there with his mother’s hand resting on his thigh. Same as with George resting his hand on Cindy’s leg..this shows Cindy feels both protective and possessive of Lee. He on the other hand just sits there with hands folded in lap showing acceptance of his situation.

Cindy’s legs are crossed away from George. Shows she’s pulling away from him for whatever reason.

This family is firmly ruled by Cindy. She has shown herself to be a liar which is where Casey got it. Also, if Casey AND Cindy lie like a rug, why not Lee? I have little doubt he is also full of untruths when it benefits him. I do not believe he is honorable at all.

George is simply a weak man unable to handle his crazy wife and is only playing along to try and passify the wife he’s learned to submit to. In one police interview, he admitted trying to put his hand over her mouth to quiet her when she’d be “going crazy” and it “never worked”. He never laid down the law in the house like a good father and let everyone run wild. Even if he couldn’t “tame” Cindy, he should have disciplined the kids regardless of her (she probably didn’t allow this). At least the kids would have respected him and learned right from wrong.

    40. scott on December 30th, 2008 9:32 am

If this guy actually has footage of that area does not mean it was not there. Remember, Casey asked her neighbor for a SHOVEL. What does having a shovel imply? That she plans to dig. A lot of things could have happened….an animal could have dug it up and the bag could have moved when the tropical storm hit…..the detectives who did the crime scene can tell by the wear and tear of the bag how long and what happened to it.

If the bag matches bags in the Anthony home or any bags that Casey may have used…she’s cooked, plain and simple. There will no getting around that.

    41. Maria on December 30th, 2008 9:48 am

Great post on the observation of the body language. As for Dr Perper what is wrong with his head? he needs a hat. I have trouble understanding him. As for Padilla the comment about wetting his saddle …too funny.

    42. Sharon Chicago on December 30th, 2008 12:47 pm

#40 Scott I agree with you… she did get the shovel and there was an indentation of where the body (Caylee) had been laying. With the water coming in it took away the soil.

Casey put the duck tape on Caylee’s mouth so that she could continue with her lie that Zenida took her and probably killed her….this part of Caseys lame cover up the murder.

    43. Sharon Chicago on December 30th, 2008 12:51 pm

38 Brenda… I don’t know… I would have to see if they “filmed the EXACT SPOT” not the “Same area” where Caylee was found. There was growth foliage there to block there view from certain angles I would guess…but until it is confirmed FBI that it was the EXACT location, I am standing by on any theory.

IN MY BEST OPINION AND I’VE HAD MANY DURING THE COURSE OF THIS WHOLE CAYLEE MISSING THING………BUT ANYWAYS I TRULY AM OF THE MIND THAT .. LEE HELPED CASEY MOVE THE BODY FROM THE TRUNK TO THE SITE WHERE CAYLEE WAS FOUND.. AND ITS POSSIBLE HIS HAND AND FOOTPRINTS ARE ON THE GARBAGE BAG.. THEY ALL LIED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM … NOW THEY WILL HAVE TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR DOINGS…IT ONLY PROVES HOW SICK AND DYSFUNCTIONAL THAT WHOLE FAMILY IS….CINDYS BROTHER SAID IT BEST WHEN HE SAID TO CINDY.. THAT THEY WERE ALL SICK IN THE HEAD AND NEEDED PSYCHIATRIC HELP… HE BEING CINDYS BROTHER BEST KNOWS THE DYNAMICS OF THAT WHOLE FAMILY.INSIDE OUT… THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!!!
the truth will come out.. WE WILL NEVER SEE A CONFESSION FROM CASEY.. OR HER PARENTS OPENLY ADMIT SHE KILLED THEIR GRANDAUGHTER… PRECIOUS INNOCENT LITTLE CAYLEE … ANYONE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE ADOPTED HER AND GIVEN HER ALL THE LOVE SHE DIDNT GET… FROM HER SICK MOTHER…
NOW I SAY TO PEACHS!!! rest in peace and please lookout for our little caylee give her a hug and tell her how much we here at scared monkeys love her….

    45. Garry McCollough on December 30th, 2008 4:22 pm

I realize Lee’s attorney is the latest nutcase added to the Anthony’s coverup but just for the new attorney’s information, LEE DID NOT VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP FINGERPRINTS or any type of DNA. That is an OUTRIGHT LIE on his part. LE had to get a supeno to FORCE HIM TO SUBMIT them. Due to the dishonesty of the Anthony’s, thousands and thousands of dollars have been wasted as well as Caylee lying in the woods down the street decomposing. SHAME ON THE ANTHONY’S!

    46. Sharon Chicago on December 30th, 2008 8:06 pm

      Casey named her daughter CAY….LEE

So she was named after her Uncle Lee.

    47. Sharon Chicago on December 30th, 2008 8:12 pm

The Anthony’s private I’s they hired turned over the cell phone with photo along with the “tape” of the area they filmed in November.

Padilla said that the filmed area was not
the exact area where Caylee was found. It was
600 feet or so away and the area is not the area
where Casey and her girlfriend use to meet
in the wooded area or bury their pets that was
600 feet away from where Caylee was found.

I think the private hired investigators for the Anthonys just wanted ten minutes of fame!! It would help their business.

All the hub bub about this film is bogus and not worth yapping about.

I was thinking that Lee had done something stupid
and tried to pass off those tapes as authentic.

So maybe he did help Casey.

I’m pretty sure George tried to help her.

And, Lee? He does what he’s told. imo.

      Cindy lied her ass off!

      (Excuse me Great One)

      But what about the tests?

Hope…thanks for the time-line…Lee must have realized that he had been lied to by Casey, hence he may have taken out his anger on the memorial! Not the actions that I would have taken BUT it makes sense that none of the family wanted to see Casey for Christmas.
I would like to thank all at scaredmonkeys for keeping us up to date with this tragedy, in less than 10 hours it will be 2009 here in Western Australia…I hope the New Year will be a safe and happy one for all {except Casey & Drewpy..justice must be served!} Cheers from “down-under!

I am new here and have been following the Anthony case as many people have. According to the bounty hunter; Casey leaked the location of the body and the info got passed on to the unknowing meter reader. Why would Casey want the body found? I can’t figure that out since she was trying to mislead everyone into thinking there was an abduction.

This entire family is crazy and it all stems from Cindy! However, I’m not convinced that Lee is the father. I think he does what he’s told and Cindy is worried about the family image. Therefore, they covered this up. As emeshed as Cindy is with Casey I find it hard to believe she didn’t know that Caylee was missing for 30 days.

Sharon #46…That’s very insightful of you.
I think that Cay lee was named after her mother and father. ie.(Casey & Lee). I also think that the reason those private I’s filmed that area a month ago was to show there was no body there.(at that time) Then, shortly after, Lee moved the body back there. His hands are filthy!

    54. scott on December 31st, 2008 7:15 am

Nope…dead wrong on George being involved in anyway…he’s a retired cop, he knows better…George is doing what any father would do, keeping quiet and waiting for things to unfold first. He KNOWS his daughter did something to Caylee….

Even though I hate to admit it as a parent I wouldn’t immediately have thrown my child to the police and I would say any other parent would do the same. Anybody that says that they wouldn’t stand by their child is a damn liar…whether it is right or wrong…

    55. Brenda in Virginia on December 31st, 2008 7:50 am

One thing which bothers me about Lee are statements he made to investigators immediately after the car was towed home and Caylee was (finally) reported missing.

When LE inquired of him re: events leading up to and after George brought the car home, Lee mentioned he assumed the windows in it were left down because of the terrible odor. He then added something peculiar. He mentioned specifically how it was “the first time he smelled…that smell..” Kinda weird because UNLESS he lied about not seeing his sister since the day she left and Caylee was last seen alive…it HAD to have been the first time he smelled that odor! Why would he correct himself and make sure to mention it was the “first” time he smelled it when his dad brought it home? How could it have not been the first time? I caught that one right off, so did law enforcement and I think we’ll find he and his sister not only communicated in code when she first went to jail, but they communicated while she was “missing”.

On one of the other posts, someone asked If Cindy Anthony is worried about her nursing license? If she is charged w/ anything. Is she still a practicing nurse?

    57. Sharon Chicago on December 31st, 2008 11:14 am

#53… Missy… but the area filmed by the private investigator was NOT the exact spot where Caylee was found.

I will stand by for more info from the FBI as this story unfolds more. There are things we all don’t know about yet. Yes, I agree Lee may very well have dirty hands here.

So if the area filmed by the PI’S is not the exact spot where Caylee was found, it’s useless…besides that why out of blue would you do this in November…the authorities want to see the film…

I read where Orange County responded all 3 times, the first office stayed 3 minutes, the second approximately 7 to 10 and third was there with the meter reader for 25 minutes…and they found nothing…so what happened to what he saw…then a month the bag is found with Caylee’s body….

    60. Liz on January 3rd, 2009 1:09 am

I’ve followed this case for some time as well.

I think Casey drugged the child, put her in the trunk, the bedding found with the bones was just that–the bed for the child to lie on top of in the trunk. Duct tape so Caylee did not cry outloud and alert a stranger that she was in the trunk.

Heat, choking, vomiting from crying when awakened alone and in the dark, combination is what caused Caylee to aspirate and die, hence the multiple phone calls from Casey to her parents June 15th. BUT, her parents were busy–and probably pissed off as well as burned out on Casey’s theatrics, so they didn’t answer the phone.

So, Casey shifted into mode 2, went and pretended nothing was wrong, parents George and Cindy were relieved to finally have a break. Long break.

Cindy did not know until AFTER she called the police that Casey had hurt/killed Caylee or she would not have called the police! HELLO? She was sincerely scared something had happened to Caylee….then, later, when she found out (which she either did thru admission or just logic) she herself shifted mode into that of a parent who is not going to lose both an only grandchild and an only daughter. But, during this process she DID obstruct justice, commit perjury, and waste a lot of time, money and resources that could have been spent on other crimes. For that she should be charged.

As for the babydaddy, Casey doesn’t know who teh daddy is, or she would have gotten child support! HELLO? If the real Daddy was dead, social security payments would have been applied for three years ago. Casey was a slut, period, no clue who the Daddy was.

    61. Missy on January 5th, 2009 11:34 pm

#60-True, she definately was a slut, but I guarentee if it was anyone other than her own brother Lee-She would have had as many men tested as possible. (As long as it meant a check every month). I’m still wondering why everyone in the Anthony family has seperate lawyers? Is this really necessary? What does this say about their family?

    62. Angie on January 6th, 2009 11:39 am

Lee is the father of Caylee.. this is why Cindy refered to herself as “Mommy” to the child in front of Casey.. she treated them as sisters instead of Mommy and Daughter.. Cindy was scared to death that the truth would leak out and this is why she didnt like Jesse.. he was a half decent guy from a fairly normal family.. if Casey married him, she would likely tell him the truth..

    63. Angie on January 6th, 2009 11:56 am

Brenda.. in regards to post #12.. for some reason I recal reading somewhere that it was alleged that there was evidence removed from the scene and that there was something regarding a necklace? For some reason I am thinking that it had to do with the meter reader or someone else taking something?? Could it possibly be that the charm from the necklace was taken and the chain left that was Caylee’s matching necklace??? I fear I dont have the time to research it, but someone on here can, I am sure. I am not too good with all that searching stuff.. LOL!!

    64. junebug on January 14th, 2009 6:52 pm

I think it is quite disturbing that mother Cindy has her hand on son’s leg (next to his crotch) on one of the pictures. Has any one heard if there was any insurance on Caylee? I think they are all guilty of hiding Caylee’s body. Why would’nt the meter reader check out the bag the first time or the second time? Seems to me like Kronk just intercepted the pass!!! I wonder how long he has worked the area and if he knew Casey?

    65. junebug on January 14th, 2009 7:01 pm

I had a crazy dream the first week of August. I woke up very scared. I saw a man hand holding a small body wrapped in a a white sheet over to a lady (she had her hand over her own mouth as if in shock) and he was crying hysterically. This place looked like they were standing in a pass through door between motel rooms! I have been watching this case close since my dream. weird?

    66. Joan Knibbe on February 12th, 2009 3:38 am

Casey’s fingerprints are on the duck tape, told today on Nancy Grace.

Also, I found two message post on ZabaSearch.com that was posted in July and onther in September. Casey is posting to “THE NANNY” and Casey is mad at her for lying to the Police. Casey also tells her that she has Caylee. Casey also tells her that she went to the Bars..WANNA READ THESE?

    67. di on March 18th, 2009 9:57 am

I am totally lost in all this shuffle, I don’t understand why DNA testing was done, if the parents lied on Casey’s behalf or not. It should all come out a trial, maybe then the truth about the child will come to light.

im a new kid on the block, but heres my 2 cents worth anyway(which is 2 cents more than what casey is worth as a human being) this whole murder case is turning into a circus like o.js was.judge ito isnt working the case is he? thank god theres no bloody glove. george and cindys depositions were a laugh. whatever happened to order in the court?

    69. ArgentinaRose on June 26th, 2009 3:48 am

I hope the state will not be so weak as to give these two LIARS immunity.this just goes to show that they knew long before Dec.11 that Caylee was dead and they knew who was responsible for her death.they have also lied to LE and the FBI as well as obstruction of justice.NO WAY DO THEY DESERVE IMMUNITY.I WANT TO SEE THEM IN JAIL WHERE THEY BELONG.
