Is it possible that this is the break and the witness that the family of Natalee Holloway has been looking for the past 3+ years? Could this finally be the break that provided “Justice for Natalee”.
We just recieved a call from Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch. Tim is presently in Aruba and planning to meet with the Aruban prosecutor and the ALE. It appears that there is a new witness that has come forward that has placed Joran Van der Sloot in wet and muddy clothing out at 4:00am on 5/30/05. The 48 year old Aruban witness also places Paulus Van der Sloot at the scene picking up Joran in a red jeep.
Why is this witness potentially credible? The Aruban passed two polygraph tests in Houston, TX on August 5, 2008. The tests were performed by John Swartz of John Swartz & Associates, International Polygraph Examiners. The 48 year old Aruba, name withheld for obvious reasons, went to police early on in the investigation; however, was not taken seriously. He is also claimed to have spoke with Hans Mos. Whether an actual police report exists of the witness is unknown.

THE DAM AT MONSERAT GETTING NEW ATTENTION IN THE NATALEE HOLLOWAY CASE
ORANJESTAD (AAN) Perhaps many will say today that God is great, and in
a meticulous way does His work so that every crime has hidden clues so
that the solution may be reached. Today it has gone so far that DIARIO
can reveal officially to the people that at last a masculine witness
has come forward.This witness felt he could no longer hold back, and at last gave
his complete declaration as to what he saw at the end of May 2005, at
4′oclock in the morning, from the window of his living room.
Due to his fear of reprisals, he only gave to the local authorities a
partial statement, in other words that he saw Joran walk past his
house at 4:05 a.m. , walking strangely because he only had one tennis
shoe on.The local authorities, principally Prosecutor Mr. Mos, was acting
very hostile towards this witness, and that made the witness hold back
the totality of his story to him as to what happened.Nevertheless, with the American investigators and to his lawyer he
gave the complete story, not just the part regarding Joran alone.
Parts of the complete story will appear later in the DIARIO.But, the first aspect of the story of this witness, immediately
created suspicion by the Americans. Even though he lives at about 1.9
kilometers from the Fishermen Huts, his declaration can have important
implications to complete this big puzzle.The Americans wanted more assurances and asked the witness to
travel to the United States, where one of the most trusted experts in
Polygraph Examinations, the famous John S. Swastz, made the test with
him, to determine whether this Aruban witness was lying.He passed all the examinations perfectly, and John Swartz is
convinced that this witness is telling the truth about what he saw at
4 a.m. in front of his house.Even though Prosecutor Mr. Mos and also the Van Der Sloot family,
want to or not, this gives a complete turnaround in the whole
investigation. Today DIARIO focuses on the first part of the
declaration of the witness. What is being published today is what the
local authority (e.o. Prosecutor Mos) know from him, since they have
his signed declaration.But the next publication which will appear in the DIARIO, will
reveal more than the authorities in Aruba know. This is something that
the local witness did not dare tell the local detectives nor to the
prosecution that received him in the beginning. He was too afraid to
do so. But, to the Americans he did give his complete declaration, and
he passed a Lie-Detector test in the United States to prove that he

First part of the new revelations by the witness
ORANJESTAD(AAN) A new witness who has proven to be speaking the truth,
is bringing the long-awaited clarity in the disappearance of Natalee
Holloway in May 2005 in Aruba. At last, after studying the new
revelations of the witness during the last few months, now DIARIO has
gotten the results back from the U.S. about the first part of his
declaration.DIARIO again wants to put emphasis on the fact that Prosecutor Mos
has knowledge of this part, but doesn’t know what he did with it. The
second part which will appear soon in the DIARIO contains information
that the Prosecution of Aruba has no knowledge of at this point,
simply because every time the witness gave his declaration he was
pushed into a corner of fear for reprisals.This witness, a man born in Aruba, went to the United States where
he took and passed a polygraph test successfully.THE WITNESS SPEAKS:
It was on the night of the 30th of May2005 that he was asleep in
his room at his house, when he was awoke by the sound of numerous
dogs barking out of control and in very menacing tones.The witness opened his eyes, looked at the watch and saw that it was
4:05 in the morning.Listening to the direction from which the sounds of the dogs were
coming, he went to the living room of his house and observed what the
dogs were barking at with such urgency.Under a street lamp he saw a person walking in the direction of his
house. He was coming from the sports field of Nacional, near the Dam
of Monserat, going in the direction of the hotels. The person on foot
passed under the following street lamp and the witness saw the person
very well and clearly. He was a notably tall, thin, masculine, white
skin, short dark hair, a relatively young man who looked like a
Dutchman.He also saw the form (profile) of his head and one side of his face.
The clothes he had on was a red tee shirt and long clear colored pants .
Remarkable was that this person was walking with a limp, and here
is where the witness saw that he lacked one tennis shoe. He calculated
that from the way he was walking, he was missing the tennis shoes of
his right foot.Another thing that he noticed was that the person was breathing
heavily, as if he had been running for quite a while. His chest was
heaving up and down rapidly.
CLOTHES WERE WETThe witness continued to declare (and proved with his test that he
was telling the truth) that the man he saw had on wet clothes, and had
a notable stripe of muddy waters that reached to his chest, about 5
centimeters more or less over his flannel.The stripe on his flannel showed clearly that from the muddy waters
going down his clothes were completely wet.At first the witness thought that this person had been in a fight
and ran away so as not to receive any more blows. The side of his face
that the witness noticed, however, did not show any signs of blood or
blows. But, due to the fact that the person did not once look over
his shoulder to check if anyone was following him, and continued to
walk with his head down and, with accelerated velocity, the witness
thought that he was involved in something else and not in a fight.The person continued to walk in front of his house until he lost
him from sight, and in no instance did the man look up or back, and
continued to walk in the direction of the hotels.All this happened in about 1 minute.
After he lost the person from sight, the witness sat in his living
room for about 15 to 20 minutes before he went back to sleep.DIARIO COMMENT: Here something else happened, that the witness did
not reveal to the local authorities, but well to the American
investigators. In our next publication DIARIO will reveal what else
the witness saw that eventful morning. The Polygraph test he took
proved that here too he was telling the truth!)The witness woke up and went to his work at about 11: a.m. Then the
news about Natalee’s disappearance was on the radio and he found out
that there was a tourist teenager who did not make it back to her
hotel. He immediately remembered what he saw a few hours earlierAfter the news became bigger, and they began to arrest the wrong
persons, the witness felt discouraged to come forward, and after he
saw that the young man Joran van der Sloot in the news, he recognized
him immediately as the person he saw walking past his home.After he found out that the father of the man was a lawyer and
studying to become a judge, and that he was an intimate friend of a
high ranking police officer, he felt totally discouraged to come
forward with what he saw.ON top of that, knowing that the Aruban judicial system is totally in
the hands of the Dutch, he forced himself to keep quiet. This lasted
for over 2 years, until the end of 2007, when he felt he had to tell
about what he saw, and so he came forward slowly, to explain what he
saw in front of his house, which is situated at about 500 meters from
the Dam of Monserat at NoordHe also got himself a lawyer, because the case was so big and he needed advice.
In the meantime, the Americans, with police permission, made a sonar
test of the Dam of Monserat in the beginning of this year, when the
level of the water was low. DIARIO has found out that this test
discovered 15 objects of interest and that they could define only 3 of
them.IN another article, DIARIO will show how Prosecutor Mos paid little
attention to this witness and on the contrary, tried to discredit him.
This makes you wonder: Is it true that they want to protect van der
Sloot cost what it may?

There does not appear to be anything regarding Paulus van der Sloot in the testimony.
Again Jossy is the bearer of updates that undermine the investigation that has denied Natalee Holloway justice for over three years and … have put her family through a H— on Earth.

I remember Karin Jansen saying Joran had a 8 and a half minute call that night to Deepak, but I can’t remember what area it was said Joran was in at the time.. Jansen also said it was the longest call ever between Joran and Deepak.. I remember too that Deepak said he got on the computer to establish an alibi. Still want to know why they cleaned their car that night. I’ve always believed they drugged her. They were probably in the car talking in a foreign language, so she wouldn’t understand what they were saying. Paulus and Joran , what a shock..nottt..~!
Quite possible that Natalee was put somewhere there and then moved the next day.. For some reason Paulus wanted to get everyone away from his house that night and I remember Jug said Joran and Deepak weren’t dressed in clothing for a casino and looked dirty.
I so hope and wish that Natalee can come home to her family where she belongs. She deserves a proper burial.
Thank you to SM for bringing us the most current information about Natalee and her family. For the Holloway family, I hope this will be the day they have sadly longed for this past three years.
Let’s bring our daughter home.

Once again Aruba proves to be a cesspool fit only for drug cartels and murderers, with the exception of Jossy and his sons search for truth. God bless Natalee and her family who so long deserve answers. Godspeed Equausearch and Tim Miller on their quest for truth.
I remember clearly that Beth said that Paulus vdScum first said that he picked Joran up at 4 a.m., and then changed the time to 11 p.m.
I also seem to remember that there was also reference to picking “them” up. Could that have been a mistranslation, or something such?
Anyway, as I said before, after all the leads we’ve seen, after all the excitement that later dwindled to nothing … I’m not getting excited.
Hopeful, yes. This article says that the witness passed a polygraph test, which is not to be discounted. (So did the sailor who reported seeing Amy Bradley in the brothel, and who said she gave him her name and asked for her help.)
But this is only coming out some THREE YEARS after Natalee disappeared? And during those three years, there were hefty rewards for any information?
As Tamiko’s Mom says, nowhere in THIS segment is Paulus vdScum mentioned. Maybe later on?
A few questions I have:
1. How did Jossy Mansur get hold of this information, when (he says) some of it isn’t known even to the Aruban authorities?
2. He “opened his eyes,” presumably meaning that he had been asleep. And he saw this muddy figure in silhouette. Did he know Joran vdScum before this … I get the impression that he didn’t.
So how can he be so sure, on the basis of a glimpse, that this was Joran? I’m under the impression that Joran is tall, yes, but stocky, not so thin.
3. What is the lighting like on his street? To just wake up, look out at a passing figure, and see that his clothes are wet and muddy would seem to me to require more light than is naturally available at 4 a.m.
4. If Joran had only one shoe left on, why would he hobble like that? Why not just take off the other one? (Of course, this question doesn’t prove that it didn’t happen.)
5. Who brought him to the U.S., and when?
6. What is the water level at the dam now? Is any guard posted to keep watch there?
Needless to say, I’m looking forward to reading the next segment. I imagine that Jossy Mansur will be holding back some details.
I pray this is the break we have all been waiting for. I just want them to bring Natalee home where she belongs. Punishment is secondary IMHO…because God will judge everyone in the end. I would just love for Beth, Dave, and Matt and all family members and loved ones and all of those who have searched so faithfully for Natalee, such as the one and only Tim Miller, to know that after all the years of heartache and wondering, that they will at least be able to find her and bring her home, that their faith and persistence has finally paid off…
Patience is the weapon that forces deception to eventually reveal itself.
I’m not trying to sound like a doubting Thomas here; it’s just that the prospect that someone will come and, out of the blue, provide the match that will light this case on fire again is so tantalizing that it will be so heartbreaking if it proves to be yet another false lead.
Long sentence, that.
I wonder if the FBI is onto this. And if this guy is back in Aruba … if the conspiracy covering up the truth in this case is as extensive as many of us believe, it shouldn’t be too hard to track this guy down (ASSUMING that the reference to where he lives is the truth; it could be a bit of disinformation).

I wish I WISH I could be more optimistic b/c we’ve been told the same ol’ same ol’ for years. I wonder if someone can clarify if: 1-the FBI has this statement-what next?; 2-how valuable to the Aruban authorities is an American polygraph (dare to go there??) 3-Klaas has TONS of info pics and such…is there a picture of the interested spot, or is Tim Miller gonna snap some, send them over here and then do sonar scanning of the area–I assume all the items are still there and not removed. That would be very telling.
As with the rest of us, as long as all this “new” evidence receives the proper welcome and follow-up, we hope that some sort of resolution is to come out of this mess. That would shut the hell up of the protectors of the infamous trio.
I find this new “blindside the tourists” revelation is timed precisely as the 2008-09 Winter Tourism advertising initiative is about to be released. Aruba has NO credibility in the world community for the past 2 years and there’s little chance they will regain it anytime soon.

I just talked with someone whose name I won’t reveal here (unless I am asked to by that person), but whose dedication to and research of this case is second to none.
I was told that this pond is right behind the Lion’s Den and (for whatever it may be worth) near the home of a brother of Patrick van der Eem.
That may be of interest if this new disclosure knocks his taped recordings of Joran’s “confession” into a cocked hat, as they used to say.
My contact also believes that this witness is on to the ‘real thing,’ at least in part.
So here’s the next question … whatever comes out of this meeting of Tim Miller and the Aruban prosecutor, if solid information is obtained, what will Aruba do with it?
Can we trust the Aruban government, after what we’ve seen it do, and not do, in the last three years?
My point: let’s dust off our fountain pens and get ready to do some letter writing. If anything can convince Aruba to come clean, it’s our slogan:
No justice for Natalee … no tourists for Aruba.
We have to keep that in mind. Never relent.
WhyteGirl, we know that the results of polygraph exams aren’t legally admissible evidence in Aruba.
At least, so they tell us. Maybe the Dutch say different … I guess the truth is whatever the mood is on the day.
Also, I was reminded that the Dutch team drained and searched this pond when they were in Aruba. That suggests that somebody was giving this serious consideration before now. So if Natalee’s body were put in the pond, it would have been moved.
Depending on what more Jossy Mansur will send us, will there be enough evidence for re-arrests? We know that the J2Ks can’t be questioned again without their consent, though I think that doesn’t apply in case of new evidence. (I may well be wrong.)
Guess we have to see what comes out tomorrow, hot off the press.
I would like to say that I hope that the kalpoe brothers are also arrested for their part in it… I also hope this happends before they even get a change to sue Dr. Phil…

I pray this is the conclusion of the Holloway’s nightmere and the justice Natalie deserves. I cannot imagine the living hell these families go through every day that have missing children. May she be found and brought home, and laid to rest in peace, in American soil.

If the cemetery in question (IS) ST. ANNA then Beth was no more than 50 yards away from Natalee when Beth was at the police station in Noord.
Always thought someone knew something and was maybe afraid to tell. I have worked in the Judicial System in the states for 33 years and it is amazing how many are afraid to come forward because of not trusting the system. That is sad but I can understand some of their concerns.

The Patrick Van Der Em script was done in order to place sole and total blame at the feet of JVDS and allow Aruba to see this disappear from the media.

Aruban law enforcement, justice departments, and the judiciary pulled out ‘all stops’ to distance Paulus from this case. In their vigilence, they showed their hand that they were covering for pappy Van Der Sloot.

#50- MissKatie–if by any slim chance Paulus is re-arrested—I think they will let him go again. Too much in power too corrupted…still in power. So, I have a sinking feeling in my stomach he will never even see a trial, much less the inside of a jail sell. You don’t have to be a criminal profiler to have figured out he was as guilty as hell-never EVER forget when Greta sat at his kitchen table how he was absolutely pouring sweat and he looked so nervous! I believe that this witness may just be the catalyst who will open the door and … allow Joran van der Sloot the opportunity to finally expose the real truth in regards to the happenings on the morning of May 30, 2005.
Maybe … just maybe … this young man … who is obviously spinning out of control … will come to a place where the load he is carrying is too great and … he will bow and reach up and … he will plead for God’s forgiveness and forgiveness from those he has wronged.
On the glorious day … the truth the family of Natalee Holloway have been praying for … will be revealed and … Joran’s changed heart will imply that he will willingly accept the consequences for all his wrongdoings.

Folks, there’s something else going on in the world that might be relevant to all this.
A few days ago, it was announced that Russia was sending jets and troops to Venezuela to take part in military exercises.
Today, on 9/11 of all days, Chavez suddenly demanded that the U.S. withdraw its ambassador from Venezuela.
This is a very big deal indeed in political terms.
The announcement was coupled with an obscenity, according to the AP article.
Now, what do you think Aruba is thinking? My guess is (pardon the crudity) that it is shitting in its pants.
Talk about a deterrent to tourism? Russian troops and jets harbored by a hostile power, preparing military exercises in a country that is eight minutes away?
Would Chavez do anything like attack Aruba overtly? I can’t imagine it … but certainly it seems like the political temperature in the Caribbean is heating up.
So who would Aruba look to for support? You got it … Uncle Sam.
And what is the biggest … probably the single … obstacle to improved ties between the U.S. and Aruba?
I don’t have to spell it out, do I?
I don’t think this Venezuela/Russia thing is a major factor … but it could well be playing a role in Aruban government councils at this time.
Now, perhaps, Aruba will be a little bit less cocky. We, on our part, should be ready to let our legislators know … no support for a regime that denies justice to an American family.
I might be making too much out of this, but perhaps not. Having potentially hostile troops, harbored by a possibly insane dictator, eight minutes from your country, tends to concentrate the mind wonderfully, to quote Dr. Johnson.

Depending on the ambient lighting, just awakening from sleep can be a huge advantage with respect to vision, more so the darker or more dimly lit the area happens to be at the time . . .
The reason is that it takes approximately 30 minutes for the human eye to “dark adapt”, which is one of the things that allows people to see better at night . . .
Also, there are more rods than cones in the human eye, and rods are more sensitive than cones, so at night or in dim light, someone whose eyes have “dark adapted” has a distinct visual advantage over someone whose eyes have not dark adapted–something that is easy to understand if someone shines a bright light at you at night, which temporarily overwhelms you to the point that you just see bright white and for all practical purposes temporarily are blinded (one of the reasons police officers have bright lights for nighttime traffic stops, for example) . . .
So, from the perspective of anatomy and physiology, as well as visual perception, one might reasonably expect that a person who just awoke will have excellent night vision, all things being equal, and it is important for the person to scan back and forth, since another curious aspect of this is that peripheral night vision is better than looking directly at something, since the “looking directly at something” region of the eye mostly is filled with color vision cones that are not so sensitive in low light conditions, so if you want to see something clearly in the dark, look a bit to the side to get more detail, and scan back and forth . . .

My theory, which is based entirely on intuition, is that the key to finding Natalee or perhaps her remains is to search the Van der Sloot home, looking for the hidden basement, “new” sidewalk, or whatever, because the general rule with respect to fathers and sons is that the acorn does not fall so far from the tree in terms of genetic predisposition . . .
To be more precise, Joran and the Kalpoe brothers combined do not have sufficient wax to make a candle, which is a roundabout way of stating that they are not going to be found among a group of bright candles, but Joran’s father certainly has sufficient legal smarts to know precisely what to do to disguise or to conceal the truth, as well as sufficient knowledge of the inner workings of the law enforcement system to understand the available time for doing all the disguising and concealing before the spotlight starts shining . . .
Intuition also suggests strongly that one of the Kalpoe brothers is the weak link of the trio, most likely the apparently less goofy looking of the Kalpoe brothers (Depak, to be precise), based on the infamous photograph of the trio, where Joran has his right arm draped over Satish, who is holding a drink in his totally gay left hand and has “bug eyes” . . .
In other words, Joran essentially controls Satish who, in turn, controls his brother Depak, so the weak link is Depak, although one might suppose that it could be Satish . . .
All that is required is a single bit of irrefutable evidence, and one of the Kalpoe brothers will fold and will then do a deal to avoid having to discover the hard way WHY prison is called “the slammer” or, drawing from Tammy Wynette’s classic country and western song, precisely WHY, “Sometimes it’s hard to be a woman” . . .

Well, as you know, I always thought there was a witness out there. Whether this is him, I don’t know. Richard makes a point about the political climate in Venezuella and, certainly, that would have an effect on Aruba and it’s need for protection. However, I don’t see anyone in ALE embracing this witness so I doubt that the corrupt government in Aruba is applauding this latest revelation that would serve as another reminder of the inept way in which the investigation was conducted.
I find it hard to believe that there are people, here, that so defiantly try to discredit Jossy. As always, I find that opinion to be invalid and insensitive. Jossy is not a god, he’s a human being just like the rest of us. Mistakes are made and we forgive, not for the benefit of our own perception of importance, but for Natalee.
Please, pray… for the power of prayer is astounding and to be a friend of God is more fulfilling than any earthly relationship. Put your trust in Him and He will deliver.

polygraphs are useless. They are so inaccurate that they can’t be used in a court of law.

SM: Polygraphs are not useless. Police & FBI use them all the time to guage a suspect or a person of interest.
Many people have been taken off suspect lists thru the use of lie detector tests. It is a tool used by LE in conjunction with other resources.

Many people are praying that the “whole” truth will come out. It’s just a matter of time. Now that Van der Sloot’s father is gone, the son no longer has his father to cover up for him. The truth will come out sooner than later. I pray that Van der Sloot will not be able to rest or have peace until he confesses what he knows happened to Natalee.
It was so wonderful to hear that the criminal Joran van der Sloot is under the guns again, except for the fact that this criminal has now killed another girl. I just hope this time he will pay for what he did to Natalee Holloway and this other girl!!!!!!! Natalee Holloway was a wonderful girl that lived only 50 miles from me and I have prayed for her and her mother Beth and other family members that this idiot would finally be put where he belongs; in prison and hopefully put to death for killing at least two girls and who knows how many others he killed.
