Simply incredible. Aruba wishes to continue to put the mother of a missing girl on the witness stand and let those that were last seen with Natalee Holloway skate. Some how the mystery of this case depends on the time that Beth Holloway landed on Aruba, whereas an unknown source (Alberto G.) has changed his original story. 
Suddenly, he was mistaken.
At that time, Alberto G. (Amigoe knows his name but he wants to stay anonymous out of precaution) worked on the part of the airport of Aruba where private airplanes park. He was the first person that met Beth Twitty at the bottom of the aircraft steps, after he had piloted the aircraft in. After that, he became the family’s guide for some time.
He now says that he will change his earlier declaration before the police and give a new one. He was mistaken. Last week’s statements of the Americans Dan Young and Kelly Castillo, who call themselves ‘investigators’, made him decide to check some things again.
Only in Aruba does one focus on the parent who flew in from the United States to find her daughter vs. the very people who were last seen with the victim. Every wonder why one should avoid some places at all cost? Future tourists of Aruba … THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!

WILLEMSTAD/ORANJESTAD – Mother of Natalee Holloway, Beth has given incorrect information on the time she arrived in Aruba with a private jet on May 30, 2005. This was not around 23:00, as she had said up till now – also in her book published late last year – but already at 19:45, says Alberto G. before the camera of the Curacao TV-producer Renée Gielen, who is working on a documentary on the disappearance of the American teenage girl, and interviewed G. on this subject this morning.
At that time, Alberto G. (Amigoe knows his name but he wants to stay anonymous out of precaution) worked on the part of the airport of Aruba where private airplanes park. He was the first person that met Beth Twitty at the bottom of the aircraft steps, after he had piloted the aircraft in. After that, he became the family’s guide for some time.
He now says that he will change his earlier declaration before the police and give a new one. He was mistaken. Last week’s statements of the Americans Dan Young and Kelly Castillo, who call themselves ‘investigators’, made him decide to check some things again.
Later that evening on May 30, 2005, he punched out a little after 22:00. He thinks that that must have been the reason why he was wrong about the time. He confirms the authenticity of Young and Castillo’s computer printout that show that Beth had already arrived at 19:45.
It is not clear why Beth had lied about her arrival time. Whether the police have realized that the indicated arrival time does not tally, is not known. Former chief of police Gerold Dompig told the newspaper earlier that the police had indeed investigated the timeline at that time – flight data and air movements – and that the air traffic control in Curacao had also sent them information.
This proofs the soundness of Beth’s insinuations: “She must have known more”, says Gielen. This would also appear from another declaration of Alberto G., who repeats what Young and Castillo said, namely that at first, Beth had posters with her, saying: ‘Please call me, hootie. I miss you and love you. Mom is here on Aruba and I really want to talk to you. Please call me on my local cell.’ The poster was signed with ‘Big hootie’. Gielen says that this puts things in a different light. “Beth’s timeline does not tally and she knew more.”

Was there a private plane that landed at 19:45 that they now want to say was Beth’s plane so they don’t have to say whose plane it really was? Two can play this accusation game, you know?
This would be so easy to prove. Check the airport logs from when Beth’s private plane left Alabama; add flight time. Period. If she could not have arrived at 19:45 then the FBI should step in and stop all this cover up nonsense!
But in all reality I wonder if all of Aruba is drunk all the time and no one can remember accurately a thing that goes on. Maybe ‘frosted flakes’ is a code name for a ‘a fifth of Tequila’.

Paulus was in Holland and arrived back on Aruba about…what was it, 5:00?…on May 29.
Anita was still in Holland with her 2 youngest sons.
Paulus went gambling with Joran at the HI shortly after 5PM.
Paulus went home to take care of those youngest sons who were said to have been in Holland with Anita.
(According to some early reports someone said there were 3 VDS’s on the flight back from Holland that Anita took.)
Paulus picks Joran up at McD’s about 11PM after Joran walks there from the HI.
(But according to early reports Joran was sitting outside the internet cafe with Satish waiting for Deepak to get off work from 10PM until about 10:50PM.)
Paulus goes straight to bed and is asleep before 12:30AM on May 30 and does not wake up on May 30 until about 6AM or so.
Paulus shows up on the computer in the time frame of 3AM.

Once again nothing coming out of Aruba could ever surprise me! Aruba is an island of denial from so many perspectives. If one studies the concept of denial, there are very specific characteristics. Among these, one is DIVERSION and this fabricated story is a perfect example – diverting from the real issue. Other characteristics of denial are: blaming, minimizing and hostility. Get the picture?

You don’t file a report for air traffic and then later say you made a mistake..I sure the timeline Beth gave was accurate. Aruba is manipulating and changing documents as usual. Anything to try and protect tourism, Joran has given five different statements on how he got home that night. Then Paulus added the sixth one, he said he picked up Joran and Natalee at 4:00AM, then changed his statement to 11:00PM. None of this was ever investigated…the guilt lies with four people who never cease to stop lying.

Aruba, in their insanely corrupt style, did everything possible to distance Paulus from this case. Even though we have Paulus playing cards with Nataleee and hitting on her, we have no indication of his timeline for that night.
As I said when the KLPD showed up in late 2006, unless the KLPD plans on investigating Paulus Van Der Sloot’s timeline for the evening in question, this case will be swept under the rug.

During the apprehension I was told that I was suspected of complicity to murder manslaughter and usurpatory freedom spoliation (kidnapping). During the session with the judge [5], it was told that the suspicion originated, because that Monday night, when so many people were standing there in front of the door, I allegedly declared that at four o’clock, I picked up Joran. And someone else, allegedly declared that I picked up Joran and Natalee, while my own declaration was, directed at police officers, that I picked up Joran at eleven o’clock at the McDonald’s. That is, of course remarkable that the public prosecutor’s office adds two witness statements of people who were standing somewhere in the back, and not the witness declaration from the police officers, where I direct myself to, and directed myself to, as much as possible.

my idea … have Curacao look into the disappearance of Amy Bradley from a ship as it was docking at that island in 1998, just one night after crew members asked her to go to Carlos ‘n’ Charlies on Aruba with them.

The original search area surveyed by the R/V Persistence was selected based on numerous pieces of information provided by Dave Holloway, Tim Miller, investigations, interrogations, depositions and other information from local authorities. After compiling and reviewing the information, the search area was selected by Louis Schaefer and John Silvetti. Upon completion of the sonar runs in this area, 65 ROV dives were performed by Offshore Innovative Solutions (OIS) on targets identified by sonar. Divers from the Aruban Police Diving Division and Underwater Expeditions made several dives and retrieved samples which were delivered for analysis. Several targets in this first survey grid yet remain to be investigated by ROV which will occur in approximately one week when ROV dive operations recommence.
Selection of the next area, the “Extended Search Area”, was based on one single piece of information, a reported confession by one of the three suspects. This confession, as relayed to the survey team, has some credence. It involves the same type of disposal scenario, but better defines the search area. This information in combination with the weather patterns observed by the survey team since our arrival on December 15th left only one boundary to define. The team needed to observe the island from offshore on a small vessel at night to determine this boundary. Sounds easy….huh?
After 2 unsuccessful attempts using a local vessel due to fuel and mechanical problems, the decision was made to utilize the R/V Persistence’s Rescue Boat, the “Avon”. The Avon is a 16’ center console inflatable vessel powered by a 70 hp Daihatsu engine. Prior to dark, the Avon was launched from the Persistence and piloted to the Holiday Inn Pier by Captain Jim Graves. Later that evening, John Silvetti boarded the vessel with Capt. Graves, transited to the start point, and commenced an offshore run documenting the time and vessel position with a WAAS enabled hand-held GPS system. At one mile out, radio communications were confirmed with the Persistence. At six miles out, radio communications were again confirmed along with spot light identification as the Avon crossed astern of the Persistence. It was somewhere shortly after this point that Murphy boarded the Avon!
The weather was very similar to the recorded weather of late May, 2005. The seas were running 4-6’ with swells of 6-8’. It was rough for an Avon! Thanks to the support of Coast Guard Curacao, Aruban Port Authority and some unbelievable cell phone coverage, the Persistence plucked us out of the water approximately 16 miles offshore Aruba. We had acquired a tremendous amount of information to determine the last boundary and learned a few lessons:
1) Never use your lower back to absorb the shock of pounding seas when you are fat and out of shape.
2) Never get fat and out of shape.
3) No matter how complete and thorough your safety procedures are, never count Murphy out!

All that is required is you check the flight plan and log for the plane that flew Beth to Aruba. My son just became a pilot and the documentation required is unbelievable.
By FAA standards any lying on such a report and the pilot loses his license…permanently. Period: end of discussion Aruba.

In fact, even after Joran, and the group went to the Holiday Inn in the middle of the night, for them to show where they let Natalee off, they still didn’t search the hotel or close it off to do so. Absolutely stupid! Know why? because they knew she was never even back there that night. The Kalpoes and Joran both showed them different places they let her off, and there is no guards matching that description that worked at the Holiday Inn.. Spring ahead about 6 days, after even watching a surveliance camera showing Natalee not returning 2 days after she’s missing, they still go out and arrest the 2 black guards, who don’t even work there. The Kalpoes are being questioned about the fisherman’s huts the first time they are questioned on May 31st, I believe. They are asked about the fisherman’s huts? Why?, after all Joran said they didn’t tell that story about the huts until over a week later.
There is no proof anyone ever saw Natalee after she left with them, there is no proof they ever went to the beach, there is no proof Satish picked Joran up, there is no proof Natalee wanted to stay on a beach alone at 3am (yeah right)There is no proof Natalee wanted to do anything but get a ride to her hotel. I remember reading a post from a Canadian on here, who was there , the same time Natalee and her group was. The Fantasy claims that Beth talked in-flight to Natalee on her phone. Whose phone? Natalee’s phone that didn’t work in Aruba? If Beth talked to Natalee, why did Beth need posters when she arrived?
How did Beth do just a fantastic act job of looking totally in despair every night on TV and totally collapse when being told her daughter was dead on June 10th (that date might be wrong)?
How did Beth manage to get to van der Stratten and convince him that Natalee was dead because he’d seen the evidence?
If Beth and Jug wanted Natalee dead, why did they then interrupt their wonderful vacation in Aruba to talk to US news every night? Why did they dog the news media to carry Natalee’s story if they really just wanted to cover up their involvement in Natalee’s death? basicly: Dutch take 85% of debt (2 billion), Curacao and St. Maarten are going to be independent countries. Bonaire, Sint-Eustatius and. Saba are getting a special status within the Kingdom.
The request form the Dutch in order to swipe the debt was: Fiscal responsibilty and good governance.
Now all that remains is to finalize this deal and work out the bumps about the Dutch wishes on the justice departement, in wich Aruba also wants to get involved

Ya done right learning that Aruban police diver’s are involved is VERY concerning indeed. I’d really like to know how that got decided and by whom. I’m praying that safegaurds are being implemented atleast pairing up a non-aruban diver with the aruban diver.

My take on this is that in order to be able to conduct this investigation the ALE made it a condition that some of their divers were used. They are probably as distrustful of us as we are of them. If The Persistence is out 10 miles (where Deepak’s friend claims they took Natalee) isn’t that international waters and considered open and not governed by a country? So at 10 miles out are Aruban Police divers needed? Who doesn’t remember when Aruba ignored/refused the FBI Divers who were trying to find Natalee – if I remember correctly they waited 4 days for Aruba to give the o.k. and had to return to the U.S. because they weren’t. This is so very, very suspicious. Was there truly a boat named “Michelle” that was in distress or another Aruban fairy tale?? And if yes didn’t Persistence have markers on where to continue when the search for Michelle was over? Does anyone on this board know John Sivetti that can ask him these questions?
International waters used to be two miles from shore. Then changed to 12 miles from shore.
Due the the amount of foreign fishing some countries have declared that past 200 miles is international waters.

There is no such thing as justice…at least I don’t believe in judicial system. I’ve been proven over and over again. The only justice i believe in is from the Guy upstairs. If there is a God I’m in good shape, if there is no God , Boy am I f*cked!!
The Lifetime give away trip is very interesting. When I lived in Aruba, there were a number of years when that particular cable channel was banned after having been around for some time. I had always enjoyed watching that station on Sunday afternoons and when it was banned, it was always my personal opinion that the movies shown too often portrayed women become enpowered and that was a threat to the male powers that be in Aruba.

Why is there no mention of drugs in this case? (that I know of at least) After watching the video last night of Jorn admitting his guilt, it was easy to see what happened. Natalee was most likel drugged with Ruhipnol (sorry for the spelling but we always called them roofies) or maybe GHB or Gamma Hydroxal Butilate (again, sorry for the spelling). Either of these would have been very easy to slip into a drink, but GHB would be the one I’d expect to make her shake violently and then go into a semi-comma. She would indeed appear dead. Roofies are indeed the date rape drug but they tend to just knock a person out. My guess is leaning toward GHB and I think that the guy he called to come and help him was the same guy that he got the drugs from. That’s the dirt that Jorn has on this guy. It may even be the bartender. Anyway, that’s my guess. At the very least I want to hear someone questioning the whole drug theory. It seems plain as day to me. I know his type.
