Local Choller Commits Suicide After Confession

According to UNRELIABLE and UNCONFIRMED sources, a local man drowns himself after leaving
a note confessing that he was responsible for the disapperance of a vacationing student. This confession letter was sent to a tourist paper, and they have decided to share it’s contents. He admits to being the “blue eyed, dutch boy” seen in her company “earlier” in the week and they were planning to “run away” together and live on a “plantaion” far from “Hitler’s” relatives.
In this letter he also aplogizes to the “main suspect” and thanks him for being such a good “sport” and taking the blame for so long.
This paper concludes that we finally have a resolution to this case.

Please help us keep Aruba clean and crime free. Locals are reminded that littering is prohibited in Aruba, and punishable by fines. All bodies need to be properly disposed of. For your convenience we have a free crematorium, an open landfill, and lobster traps conveniently located for your convenience and accidents. Our tourism industry depends on keeping our beaches clean and our victims vanished. No body No Crime.

In the ongoing effort to boost tourism, Aruban Law Enforcement are cooperating with Tourism authorities by dragging Aruba’s weekly dead to area hotel rooms. The project satisfies the strict interpretation of gathering statistics on room occupancy totals for publication and thereby encourages world travelers to visit the Happy Island! This particular “soon to be” occupant has inspired Aruba’s new slogan for marketing:

WE need a response!!!You have a man that says he has seen the evidence and yet you do nothing to proclaim the finalization of Natalee’s case. Aruba is probably now a waste of your time but in all due respect to the American’s and the support and money we have contributed to your island, a closure and prosecution of this case seems beyond worthy!!!

Suzy and Sam, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but….

I, for one, don’t see anything wrong with a caption contest….no one is spoofing on the dead guy….they are spoofing on Aruba-ish-ness.

Now by contrast, “Aruba” spoofed on Natalee personally…and on her family the entire time Natalee was likely dead at the hands of one of their own while they most likely knew it and were engaging in a cover-up while spoofing on Natalee and her family in some very cold and callous ways.

I don’t see any hypocrisy because the premise is not the same….They spoofed the victim (and we don’t like it)….I don’t see anyone here doing that- spoofing the victim.

Noone is making fun that a guy is dead, they are making fun of the ones handling Natalee’s case or involved and how they handled this case based on Natalee’s.

There isn’t a person here who don’t feel bad about a man losing his life, but the disrespect of police and the people involved for life in Natalee’s case speaks for itself. Remember Fok Die Bich..That about a girl who is dead and a crime victim? or telling people to go have a beer and watch your drink, when your daughter is missing already 2 days. Asking how much money they have. People aren’t making fun of the victim here.

    89. Nancy Turner on July 30th, 2007 6:49 pm

I have been reading at your site for over two years as I followed the Natalee Holloway story. I have never written anything before….but I can’t help but respond to this. I don’t think Natalee would be at all amused by this. I think she would feel sadness…. I do. Maybe a troll did this to the site….I cannot believe that this really came from Scared Monkeys …… Nancy

    90. disgustedmom on July 30th, 2007 7:20 pm

Nancy, this is political satire which is a way of using humor to poke fun at political stupidity etc. It is not about the dead guy. It’s about lame Aruba-ish-ness.

    91. Sam on July 30th, 2007 7:56 pm

I worked in the operating room for many years , so I do have a weird sense of humor. This is plain not funny.

Would we be doing a caption contest if it was Natalees body being brought in? I think not.

Nancy, I do think the majority of folks at Scared Monkeys are caring folks. I believe they honestly get so discouraged at no arrest or info they let themselves be carried away. If you noticed there were an awful lot of Monkeys who did not participate in this. JMHO

    92. mayan_moons on July 30th, 2007 8:45 pm

Well Nancy its interesting that after 2 plus years and all the horrible things we’ve seen included but not limited to the horror filled Arubay video’s/stills that you pick now as the time to say something. Some of us here believe we’ve seen the butchered body of Natalee & those who may have been paid to dispose of her body in those stills and i never saw any of you complaining or even upset about that. Were you concerned enough to post when Aruba newspapers published the picture of dead bodies thown on a heap of garbage in the landfill? Thats how Aruba treats their own be them homeless, tourists who die in their company and anyone else who gets in their way.

    93. mayan_moons on July 30th, 2007 9:00 pm

I worked in the OR 20 years and thought i’d seen it all till i saw the way Aruba treats people.
If you’re thinking about how Natalee would feels why not shoot off a letter or two and ask why Aruba newspaper’s publish the pics of people hanging and why thats even neccessary to show these people in the last horrific moments in their lives. Is a message being sent by showing these people hanging not in the privacy of their homes but hanging from barristers for every Aruban to see and just in case not everyone is there to see Aruba’s got that covered by publishing all the gory details for public consumption.

    94. mayan_moons on July 30th, 2007 9:31 pm

BTW….i don’t anyone here found that pic *funny*.

    96. disgustedmom on July 30th, 2007 9:41 pm

Does anyone think whomever took this picture and put it in the newspaper in the first place (Arubans) gave a crap about this man or what his loved ones might think about seeing him like this in the paper?

To me, THAT’s insensitive. It’s also pretty gross to make everyone who innocently opens the paper that day have to see a dead body with rigor mortis….and maybe NO HEAD!

Good thing the waves came across his privates just in time being as how they said the man was nude or else that would have been shown all over town too.

Mayan makes a good point, Nancy….if you’ve been lurking for 2 years it’s odd that you never posted in disgust over some of the many demeaning things that have been said about Natalee by those who probably did her in. Who’s a troll then?

Wouldn’t there of been a kinder way of removing the body from the water, JUST DRAG HIM, couldn’t two of the officers picked him up by his arms and legs and carried him to shore…. I think the picture is inhuman….what if…just what if, he was still alive…a dead body, a live body, it all means the same to Aruba. I guess they already knew he was missing his head. Still, no excuse!!! And why was the man, homeless, the island isn’t that big, what facilities do you have for homeless people, ? is why are there homeless people…..I guess that’s how you take care of the elderly too.

Thank you Sam. Yes, I have read quite a few comments from the forum posters who expressed some dismay….Yes, I agree that the monkeys are a most caring and kind group of people. I do hope and pray that Tim Miller can bring Natalee home to her family and that justice will come. Again thank you for your kind words. Nancy

In civilized places they take a stretcher TO the body and cover it up respectfully.

Hey Bill Oreilly & Geraldo Crew:

Don’t be saying Natalee Ann OD’d without

proof. Especially, if you’re taking the word

of that walloping goon-o-tron JAN VAN DER

STRAATEN. You need to be apologizin’ for that crap. …and goin’ after that bas-tad… asking
him why he left the island so fast, and why he
thought Natalee was dead in the first place, so
quickly before anyone else!!!!!!!!! Don’t you find that STRANGE?

I beg of you, American News Media, I realize you can only do so much without taking a kick to the nuts with a lawsuit, when you are discussing these
Aruban psychotic cretans… but for the love of God…

Please don’t let them trash an American sister
on American turf!!!! Stand up for Natalee, do not
let them talk smack without iron clad evidence to back it up…. and if they STILL DO IT ANYWAY…

Smack the taste out of their mouths!!!

Don’t you ever let them trash the victim.

This piece in the Richmond Times Dispatch
      today.
Confederate sailor’s remains buried in Ala.
The remains were recovered from the wreck of the
CSS Alabama several years ago. The Alabama sunk
during a battle with the USS Kearsarge on June 19, 1864 in the English Channel. That was 143 yrs
ago. It may not be to late to find Natalee yet.
      Keep the faith

To Ray I live in Richmond…..Of course anything about the War makes big news here I have friends in England who live near Liverpool where the Alabama was built – there’s an old song about it….there is also a great net site When Liverpool was Dixie. Also, the CSS Virginia ( “Merrimac”) was raised and I think the remains of the crew members were ID’ed and buried with honors…..so, yes we should all hope and pray for Natalee to be found and returned to he loved ones. 117. disgustedmom on July 31st, 2007 10:56 am

Yoyo….not the same thing….but that’s OK; I’m sure it’s hard to make proper assimilations when you’ve lost brain cells from too much meth, amphetemines and alcohol.

I’m starting to feel sorry for you for making such a fool of yourself. Could you do yourself a favor and stop posting here? Stick with the Joran Fan Club sites where it makes sense to them that Natalee caused her own fate by believing in lying, manipulative, sociopathic human beings.

    118. disgustedmom on July 31st, 2007 12:56 pm

Carpe…I can never see your YouTube things….my computer is so old and I have dialup and it takes forever and a day just to load a few seconds…but I did see the beginning of the one you just posted the link to…I see(I think) it included that pic of ‘Natalee in the plastic bag’ and that’s what I want to talk about for a minute…..

I’ve not commented on that picture before because it gives me the creeps! It is apparent in the pic that what appears to be Natalee is in a fetal position with her arms tucked around her knees. The positioning of the body is the reason why I get the creeps and have not talked about this before….because…..(enter psychic’s vision once posted on now defunct site)

This is from the same psychic who posted about the dogs. I’m fairly certain it was before Joran was arrested too, but it was for sure posted before Joran/the news came out with the beach/FH story…she said Natalee was tied up in a shed-like structure in a fetal position with her arms around her knees. She said she felt Natalee was alive while in this structure but that Natalee was very sick feeling and woozy and was afraid she was going to die if someone didn’t find her soon. It was very hot in there, Natalee had a small injury around her forehead/hairline area, and her wrists were hurting badly where they were tied.

Like I said, this was posted before the FH’s were mentioned on the news so when Joran claimed the Fisherman Hut story later I assumed the shed the psychic was seeing was the FH. But the way she described the area does not fit with the FH area around the Marriot, and that has always bothered me because WHAT IF the psychic got too close to the truth and they made up the whole FH thing to throw off.

She said it was near a boat dock where small boats –not cruise ships- dock and that no boats were docked there in her vision that she noticed particularly….like it could have been a pier where small boats dock but there was a docking building structure, not just docking along the pier. She described a planked boardwalk like a pier would be made of and there were colors she mentioned, but I don’t want to get that part wrong by mentioning them as quotes of the psychic but I THINK she said blue- like swimming pool blue, green – like sea green and that the door to the shed was yellowish. (I think she also said the shed or the roof –I can’t recall which or if it was both- were made of a corrugated material.) She also described a boat anchored out in the water not around the dock that I later realized was like one of those small fisherman’s boats, but she said this did NOT have anything to do with Natalee. (I further took this to mean that perhaps the fisherman stuff was a ruse that should not be fallen for)

As best I can recall, I think she also said there was a large rock beside the shed, a single tree somewhere around it and that there were buildings off to the distance behind the shed, but these buildings were not houses…were more like more sheds of sorts. (that part gave me the creeps too after they said on Haunting Evidence that same stuff about the rock and the buildings off in the distance) Also, she mentioned the shed was not directly on the beach, but she saw white sand nearby.

I’m just putting this out there because I’ve not heard of any searches being done in such an area, so you never know….but I have to add that the psychic did say she was not sure when she got the vision if it was a vision of what HAD happened to Natalee or if it was in real time meaning at the time of the vision Natalee was in that shed alive. She did say Natalee was eventually moved from that location though if not buried inside that shed to where she was just not in that same spot in that shed anymore. She did not know if Natalee was dead or alive when moved from that spot, but she was ‘seen’ in there during the heat of ‘some’ day.

I did some searching around the internet at the time this was originally posted and I found a place that might fit the psychic’s description….not able to verify it, but it was near the De Palm area. I was not able to find out if the pic was from the mainland of Aruba or De Palm island. I can’t find that pic anymore, but in it the shed was behind the boat docking area in close proximity. Of course, there could be other places. But come on…boat dock? What a great place to store a body before putting it on a boat. Someone just gets a bag out of the shed and puts it in a boat? Who would think anything of it? Then go out a ways and dump it in that concrete thing that Carpe posts?

I’m sorry to those who don’t like this psychic stuff, but I am fascinated by it and especially by this one in particular whose ‘remarks’ made prior to being mentioned in the news have all but mirrored some parts of the real history of this case as it evolved.

Oh, one more thing I just remembered…..the psychic said that the area she saw where the shed was, out in the water was a sailing ship with a single mast. She described the ship more, but all I can recall is that it was stained a dark color of brown.

    119. mayan_moons on July 31st, 2007 3:24 pm

I know it’s kinda late to comment now, but have been busy, but felt compelled to write. I love SM and all the wonderful people, but I found this contest to be a little tacky. It is a human being who lost his life and probably has family somewhere. How would we all feel, if it was us or one of our family members and found a contest like this?

I like the contest idea, but please, not on a deceased human being, no matter WHERE it is.

      Thanks!

Ship with brown and a single mast….The Amazing Grace that was dry docked a year of so after Natalee went missing. This flotilla takes on passengers (a small number) for cruise, but is mostly to deliver supplies to other larger cruise ships and Caribbean Islands during the cruise.

Docked in Aruba May 29, 2005 and had a layover from 9AM that morning until 10PM May 30, 2005.
