Polling Lows For Barack Obama … The Slide Begins as The One Becomes a Political Liability

It is official … President Barack Hussein Obama’s average job approval rating is in the red. Barack Obama has fallen and he can’t get up!

When a President is so disengaged from what is going on with America that vacations, golf, concerts and find raisers are more important that leadership in with the BP oil spill and the affects on the people of the Gulf Coast and leadership in providing an environment for job growth in the United States, Houston America … we have a problem.

Barack Obama has lost all sense of priority as President and what little he has done has been against the direct will of the people.

In recent weeks, poll after poll after poll has given Barack Obama negative job approval ratings. For months many had disapproved of the manner in which he has handled health care, illegal immigration, the economy, the budget and the federal deficit. Obama’s chickens have finally come home to roost as according to Real Clear Politics average polling date, Obama has a -3.3% approval rating where 45.7 approve and 49% disapprove.

Obama has lost the independent vote, Hispanics, the young vote and he has even lost woman. Which can explain why President Obama, the Honorary Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America, will be skipping the the 100th Anniversary of the Jamboree to go on ABC’s. “The View”. It can also explain why this president has such poor approval ratings as “The One” seems to be completely disengaged and lacks any clear understanding of his role as President. Going on “The View” rather than talking to America’s Boy Scout youth. Really? Talk about diminishing the position of the Office of the President of the United States. What’s next, Jay Leno and making fun of the Special Olympics? Oh that’s right, Obama has already done that.

Congress at 11% in Confidence, Lowest of all Institutions Polled, Confidence in Presidency Down 15 to 36%

Who is in charge in Congress? Who is Driving Congress into the ditch?

11% confidence rating in the Gallup poll for Congress. I guess you would call that a vote of no confidence. However, lost in the Gallup poll is this little gem, the confidence in the Presidency (that would be Barack Hussein Obama) is down 15 points to 36%. Try and blame this one on GWB.

Congress has a lower confidence rating than newspapers, HMO’s and the dreaded evil big business. Hell, there might be more confidence in used cars salesman than Congress. How does Congress rate against drug dealers? Thanks to Nancy Pelosi’s leadership as the Democrat Speaker of the House, she has lead the charge in the Congress driving off the cliff. Thanks to the Democrat leadership Pelosi and Harry Reid … Congress is almost in single digits. Isn’t Reid up for re-election Nevada? So what will Congress do now in the face of 11% confidence … “cap & trade”, “illegal immigration” reform, amnesty? How about spending more tax payer dollars and mortgaging our children’s future?

Quinnipiac University Poll: Any Unnamed Republican Beats Barack Obama in 2012 Presidental Election

RUT-ROH … The wheels have come off the Obama bus.

In a recent Quinnipiac University Poll, by a 39% to 36% margins … any unnamed Republican beats President Barack Hussein Obama in the 2012 Presidential election. Barack Obama is a sinking ship of miscalculations, a failed liberal agenda and a lack of leadership. How will Democrats running for election this November deal with a sinking President? Maybe the Democrats will have Bill Clinton campaign for them instead while Obama goes on another extended vacation. After all, Clinton is more popular than Obama these days. This news must play well in the White House as the “Chosen One” does not appear to be chosen at all these days. Can you say Hillary in 2012?

A year after President Barack Obama’s political honeymoon ended, his job approval rating has dropped to a negative 44 – 48 percent, his worst net score ever, and American voters say by a narrow 39 – 36 percent margin that they would vote for an unnamed Republican rather than President Obama in 2012, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

This compares to a 48 – 43 percent approval for Obama in a May 26 national poll by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University and a 57 – 33 percent approval last July, just before the political firestorm created by opposition to his health care plan galvanized political opponents and turned independent voters against him.

Obama has proved to be the exact opposite of that what he claimed he was during the 2008 Presidential campaign. Candidate Obama promised “change we can believe in,” a post-partisan, problem-solving presidency that would heal the nation’s yawning political divide. The reality is that Barack Obama has been the most partisan President ever, coupled with no decision making or leadership skills.

Obama’s poll numbers continue to fall as poll after poll after poll have Obama’s job approval rating in the negative. Obama’s handling of health care, the economy, the deficits and illegal immigration have made the independent vote run as fast and as far away from The Obamaessiah as possible. Real Clear Politics average polling has Obama’s job approval now in negative numbers.

More Bad Obama Polling from Gallup … the Highs & Lows of State Job Approval for The One

President Barack Obama’s polling numbers have trended downward since he took office. The recent Gallup poll of the top and bottom 10 states for Obama job approval is rather telling. The winner of the Obama state approval rating is Hawaii with 68%, even though the District of Columbia came in at 85%. Obama’s biggest nemesis and a state where he will be making no campaign appearances in 2010 or 2012 is Wyoming at 29%.

But even with the Top 10 states that Gallup listed as the most favorable for job approval, there is a damning trend for Obama. All of the states except Delaware have trended downward. Compare Obama’s present job approval to his 2008 election win in these states. Across the board, Barack Obama is polling worse than his 2008 election wins.

Hawaii – now 68% … 2008 election 72%-27%, Delaware – now 62% … 2008 election 63%-35%, Maryland – now 60% … 2008 election 62%-37%, NY – 57% … 2008 election 63%-36%, Connecticut – now 57% … 2008 election 61%-38%, California – now 56% … 2008 election 61%-37%, Rhode Island – now 56 … 2008 election 63%-35%, Mass – now 56% … 2008 election 62%-35%, Illinois now 54% … 2008 election 62%-37%, VT – now 54% … 2008 election 54%-45%.

Gallup Poll Shows Democrats Six Point Lead on Generic Ballot … It’s the Trending, Not the Snap Shot

A recent Gallup poll showed that Democrats took a 6 point lead in the Generic ballot over Republicans. Sorry, not buying any such a data anomaly until there is a trend that supports the polling. The only other explanation for any type of bounce would be the unemployment benefits package. Wake up America, Republicans have no issue with extending unemployment benefits, they just do not want your children and grandchildren to pay for it. Neither should you!

All polling specific polling data says just the opposite of what Gallup is reporting. In poll after poll after poll, Democrats are in trouble across the land from Arkansas US Senator Blanche Lincoln to even states like Washington and Wisconsin are toss ups.

What might be more telling in the Gallup poll is the enthusiasm factor between Democrats and Republicans. By a 51% to 28% margin, Republican voters expressing significantly more enthusiasm about voting in the 2010 midterms than Democrats. In a midterm election it is all about voter turnout.

Simultaneous with increased support for Democratic congressional candidates, Gallup polling last week found Republican voters expressing significantly more enthusiasm about voting in the 2010 midterms. The 51% of Republicans saying they are “very enthusiastic” about voting this fall is up from 40% the week prior, and is the highest since early April — shortly after passage of healthcare reform. Democratic enthusiasm is unchanged, at 28%.

Rasmussenhas the Generic Congressional poll at Republicans 45%, Democrats 36%. It is hard to believe that where the GOP has had a consistent lead in this polling data that suddenly a 6 point shift would be considered valid data.

America, its about time you start taking responsibility. You cannot compalin about the out of control deficits and federal budget and then have Obama and Democrats pass an unemployment extention without it being paid for. Step up or shut up.
