14 people have been killed and 17 injured, many still in critical condition, as a mass shooting took place at the Inland Regional Center during a Christmas party in San Bernardino, California. The violence occurred at about 11 AM PT. Following the mass murders, the two were seen fleeing in a black SUV.

FNN: Extensive Coverage of Mass Shooting at Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, CA

At least two gun-wielding assailants opened fire on a holiday party for county employees Wednesday, killing 14 people in the deadliest mass shooting in the United States since the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre three years ago this month.

In between were four hours of terror that brought the city of San Bernardino to a standstill. Fearful residents sheltered in homes, emergency responders rushed to get bleeding victims to safety, and dozens of law enforcement officers were embroiled in a car chase that took them from a residential street in nearby Redlands to a shootout back in San Bernardino that left both suspects dead, an officer wounded and one more community permanently changed.

Police did not know where Malik was born or where she lived. A third suspect who had been seen fleeing the shootout was also taken into custody, though it was not clear whether he had been associated with the attack.

Asked about the third suspect, Burguan replied, “Right now, as we continue to drill down our information, it looks like we have two shooters. We are comfortable that the two shooters that went into the building are the two shooters that are deceased.”

UPDATE I: Suspect Identified at Husband-wife team, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik.

The two gunmen in the San Bernardino massacre were officially named by authorities early Thursday, as 28-year-old Syed R. Farook and 27-year-old Tashfeen Malik.

Some hours after committing the mass shooting, the two were killed after a car chase and a gunfight with police, with Ms. Malik driving and Mr. Farook shooting at pursuing police cars out the window.

Mr. Farook was an environmental health specialist for the San Bernardino County government, which gave him access without suspicion to the building where the pair killed 14 people and wounded 17 others.

UPDATE II:So was it terrorism or work place violcence, you make the call …

An FBI spokesman said in the afternoon he was “still not willing to say” if the shooting was related to terrorism, but added that it was certainly a “possibility.” The agent said that there is a “number of potential” clues that suggest it could be.

Daily Commentary – Wednesday, December 2, 2015 – Did a Lovesick Juror Save Jodi Arias From Death?

  • According to Prosecutor Juan Martinez in his newly released book, one of the jurors “fell in love” with Jodi and that’s what saved her from the death penalty

Prosecutor Juan Martinez Claims Juror in the Jodi Arias Trial fell in Love with Murderess and Held out Against the Death Penalty

LEAD PROSECUTOR CLAIMS HOLD OUT JUROR WAS SMITTEN WITH JODI ARIAS …

It was a crime that shocked our sense and a jury deliberation that even more shocked our sensibility. Now maybe we might find out the reason why Jodi Arias was not sentenced to death for her crimes as she should have been. In a book that is to come out next year, the Daily Mail Online is reporting that the lead prosecutor, Juan Martinez, is claiming that he believes one of the jurors was in love with Arias despite all of the evidence against her. However, the book will not name the juror that fell in love with Arias. However, many speculate it was  foreman Bill Zervakos, who is being referred to. There was one lone juror who made it happen that this “Black Widow” did not get the death penalty. The forthcoming book is entitled, ‘Conviction: The Untold Story of Putting Jodi Arias Behind Bars’.

Something seriously went wrong with the jury deliberation for Jodi Arias only to get life in prison. The crime scene was a blood bath and had the roles been reversed as to the victim and the perpetrator of the murder, the outcome would have been much different.  Arias’ ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander was shot dead, stabbed repeatedly and slit his throat at his home in suburban Mesa, Arizona. During the trial she acted like a stone cold, manipulative psychopath. Even with all that, she was not put to death.

One of the jurors in the Jodi Arias case fell in love with her during the trial, the prosecutor who oversaw her conviction has sensationally claimed.

Juan Martinez said that the unnamed juror became besotted with one of America’s most notorious criminals in spite of the gruesome evidence that convicted her.

Martinez did not specify which juror it was was but Tara Harris Kelley, one of the alternate jurors in the trial that convicted Arias, said she had ‘no doubt’ that he was referring to foreman Bill Zervakos.

Kelley told Daily Mail Online in an exclusive interview that Zervakos secretly wanted to acquit Arias, bragged about being a womanizer and made eye contact with her whenever the jury went into the judge’s chambers.

He also supposedly grumbled and complained whenever Kelley asked a question about Arias – and was one of the holdouts who refused to put her to death.

Zervakos has long been held with suspicion by Arias’ supporters because he was one of the holdouts in the death penalty phase of her trial.

But he denied being romantically interested in Arias and told Daily Mail Online that he viewed the case from a ‘non-emotional point of view’.

Arias, 35, was arrested in 2008 for the murder of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander, 30, who she shot dead, stabbed repeatedly and slit his throat at his home in suburban Mesa, Arizona.

Prosecutors described her as obsessive and killed him after he said he wanted to date somebody else.

Waffle House Waitress Shot & Killed by 45 Year Old Johnny Max Mount in Biloxi, MS Because of Argument over a Cigarette

SERIOUSLY, A WOMAN IS DEAD BECAUSE SHE TOLD A CUSTOMER SMOKING WAS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES?

We all know that cigarettes kill, but this is hardly the manner that the Surgeons General ascribes to …   A 52 year old Waffle House waitress was shot in the head and killed at a Biloxi, MS Waffle House on Hwy. 90, near the Coast Coliseum. According to reports, 45 year old Johnny Max Mount walked into a Biloxi Waffle House, pulled a 9 mm handgun from underneath his shirt, and shot the employee in the head after she told Mount that he couldn’t smoke inside the establishment. UNREAL. The 52 year old victim and Waffle House employee, only known as Julie, was transported to Merrit Health, where she died from the gunshot wound. Johnny Max Mount was arrested at the scene, has been charged with murder and is being held in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $2 million bond.

Hmm, who thinks that mental illness is not also apart of this crime?

Johnny Max Mount

Around 1 a.m. Friday morning, officials say 45-year-old Johnny Max Mount walked into a Biloxi Waffle House on Hwy. 90, near the Coast Coliseum. As other customers dined, Mount reportedly argued with a Waffle House employee, identified by a restaurant spokesperson only as “Julie”, who told Mount he couldn’t smoke inside the establishment.

Following the argument, police say Mount pulled a 9 mm handgun from underneath his shirt, and shot the employee in the head.

“The suspect was arrested on the scene. When officers arrived, he was still on scene and was taken into custody,” said Sgt. Donnie Dobbs, Biloxi Police.

The 52-year-old victim was transported to Merrit Health, where she died from the gunshot wound.

Leastrade says he knows things can get crazy around the holidays, but it’s unbelievable that Friday’s crime could happen so close to home. He hopes this incident is the last.

Just unreal, one innocent person dead and a man will be spending the rest of his life most like in prison over being told not to smoke inside a restaurant.
